Yoko Tawadas Etüden im Schnee. Eine postkoloniale Lektüre

Bei Yoko Tawadas Roman Etüden im Schnee (2014) handelt es sich um eine Tiergeschichte - eine selten gewordene Gattung. Tawada beschreibt die Lebensgeschichten von Eisbären in drei Generationen und in drei Teilen, auf die “Evolutionstheorie der Großmutter” folgt Toscas Geschichte, “Der Todeskuss”, und schließlich “Andenken an den Nordpol”, die Geschichte von Knut. Tawadas Roman unterscheidet sich von seinen mythischen oder äsopischen Vorläufern vor allem dadurch, dass sie die Tiere aus der den Polärbären eigenen Perspektiven darstellt und deren Lebensgeschichten als Geschichte des Fremden erscheinen läßt, obwohl dies freilich nur eine Simulation bleibt. Dabei stellen sich die Fragen, wie die Autorin die Bären zu Wort kommen, sich selbst ausdrücken lässt, und welche Erzählstrategie sie dazu verwendet. In meinem Beitrag lese ich den Roman postkolonial, indem ich ihn als Geschichte der Subalternen auffasse und mithilfe der Begriffe Mimikry und Writing Back interpretiere. Weiterhin regt die Romanlektüre Diskussionen zu Animal Studies in der Geisteswissenschaft an.

독일 성년후견제도의 최근 동향과 한국에의 시사점 - 정책적 방향과 개선점을 중심으로 -

Adult guardianship system of Korea, which has implemented from 2013, is aim to support the rights and welfare of persons with impairment to decision-making who has psychiatric limitations due to diseases; disabilities; age etc. and to respect their decisions and remaining capacity. Adult guardianship system of Germany, which was ahead of Korea about 20 years, has provided policies and related services to emphasize the person's self-determination and create welfare for wards as a top priority. The purpose of this study is to consider recent change and its contents of adult guardianship system in Germany and to analyze the direction and future of guardianship system of Korea through the implications of Germany. As for research methods, literature research was used with visiting research at Germany. As a result, this study figures out the policies and services of adult guardianship system of Korea through the change and implications of adult guardianship system in Germany and suggests reforms as follow. First, the adult guardianship system needs to be reformed centering around the person's right of self-determination and support for decision-making based on UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Second, training and quality management toward guardians of third-party are required, on the other hand it needs the effort to retain specialty and fairness of guardianship services through vitalizing guardianship services of corporations. Third, in the long term, voluntary guardianship should be vitalized rather than legal guardianship to realize right of self-determination of persons with impairment to decision-making. Fourth, most of all, functions of right and welfare have to be strengthened for persons who suffer difficulties due to psychiatric limitations, establishing and operating guardianship agency(Betreuungsbehörde) as Germany. 2013년부터 시행된 우리나라 성년후견제도는 질병․장애․노령 등의 사유로 인해 정신적 제약을 가진 의사결정능력장애인의 본인 의사와 잔존능력을 존중하고 자신의 권리와 복리 지원을 목적으로 하는 제도이다. 우리나라 보다 20여년 앞선 독일의 성년후견제도는 당사자의 자기결정을 중시하며 피후견인의 복리를 최우선의 가치로 정책과 관련서비스를 제공해오고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 독일 성년후견제도의 최근 변화와 내용을 고찰하고 그 함의를 통해 우리나라 후견제도의 방향성과 미래를 진단하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 주로 문헌연구 방법과 독일 현장 방문을 통한 탐방조사를 병행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 독일 성년후견제도의 변화와 시사점을 통해 우리나라 성년후견제도의 정책과 서비스를 진단하고 개선방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, UN 장애인권리협약에 기반 한 당사자의 자기결정권과 의사결정지원을 중심으로 하는 성년후견제도의 개혁의 필요성이 제기된다. 둘째, 피후견인의 후견사무에 적합한 제3자 후견인의 양성과 질 관리가 요구되는 한편 법인후견서비스의 활성화를 통한 후견서비스의 전문성과 공정성 확보의 노력이 요구된다. 셋째, 장기적으로는 의사결정능력장애인의 자기결정권 실현을 위해 법정후견 제도보다는 임의후견 제도의 활성화가 필요하다. 넷째, 무엇보다도 독일과 같은 후견청을 설치 운영하여 정신적 제약으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 당사자를 위한 권리적·복지적 기능을 강화할 필요성이 제기된다.

독일로 간 광부와 간호사에 대한 한국사회에서의 문화적 기억은 과거귀속성과 일방성, 일의성 속에서 규정지을 수 있다. 이들은 아직도 20대 젊은이로 기억되고 있으며 당시의 한국사회 전체의 가난과 궁핍 때문에 먼 외국 독일로 가서 광부와 간호사로서 가장 힘든 육체노동을 행한 것으로 기억된다. 이러한 집단 노동이민이 해방 후 처음으로 이루어졌고 이들이 행한 한국사회, 경제에 대한 큰 기여를 생각해본다면 40여 년간의 기억의 고착이나 혹은 망각은 의아스러울 정도이다. 이 논문은 한국사회에서 이 이민 집단에 대한 문화적 기억을 세 단계(1. 60, 70년대. 2. 80, 90년대 3. 2000년대 이후)로 나누어 추적하는데 주로 한국사회의 민족주의와 결부된 담론 속에서 고찰한다. 민족이나 민족주의가 최근 문화적 구성물로 인식되는 것처럼 한국의 민족주의 역시 독특한 성격 속에서 변화를 거듭해왔다. 오랫동안 한국인의 정체성은 유교적 영향 하에서 집단주의적 특징을 지니며 위계질서 속에서 정해져 왔다. 60,70년대 한국은 일제강점기와 한국전쟁을 거친 약소국가로서 빈곤에서 탈피하기 위하여 국가적 경제계획을 수립하며 다양한 방식으로 젊은 노동자들을 민족의 이름으로 호출한다. 독일로의 노동자 수출은 정부기관의 주도하에서 이루어지고 공동의 궁핍에 대한 기억과 더 나은 미래에 대한 희망으로 젊은이들은 독일 행을 결심한다. 이들 스스로도 개인적 정체성보다는 집단적 정체성을 강하게 지녔고 낯선 타지에서 자신을 한국민의 대표자로 생각했다. 박대통령의 방문도 이러한 가족적 민족주의 맥락에서 국부의 방문으로 기억되었다. 80, 90년에는 광부와 간호사의 송출이 중단되고 한국사회 자체가 사회적으로 분화되고 경제적 발전을 거듭하고 대가족에서 핵가족으로 가족 체제도 변모하면서 이들 집단을 망각하게 된다. 또한 해외에서의 민주화 운동도 한국사회의 폐쇄성 때문에 제대로 전달이 되지 않았다. 2000년대 이후에는 한국사회의 여러 변화된 맥락에서 독일로 간, 그 사이에 이주노동자에서 이민자, 교포로 신분이 변화한 집단을 다시 기억하게 된다. 한국사회는 스스로 자신의 근대화를 비판적으로 돌아볼 여유를 지니게 되었으며 이제 이 파독 집단의 다양한 개인사와 광부, 간호사 이후의 시기를 관찰하게 된다. 1세 집단은 이제 점차 은퇴연령층으로 이동하고 있고 무엇보다도 독일 이민사회는 2세의 성장으로 인하여 새로운 역동적 모습을 띠고 있다. 또한 한국사회가 지구촌화 시대의 국제적 변모로 인하여 많은 이주노동자들을 받아들이게 되면서 과거의 경험을 성찰의 바탕으로 찾기 시작하였다. 이제 이들 집단은 한국사회의 좁은 민족주의 틀에서 벗어나 초민족적 시각에서 이민자, 교포의 시각에서 고찰되어야 할 것이다.

Orientational Metaphors in the Psalms

The present study aims to investigate the orientational metaphors in the Psalms and finds out what their characteristics are in terms of the cognitive linguistic approach. There exist 19 types of orientational metaphors in total. The metaphors of vertical orientation in the Psalms let us know that religion and faith are earthly as well as heavenly. In addition, David's emotional state and cultural situation are considerably expressed in terms of the horizontal motion. The spatial metaphors in the Psalms are rooted in the psalmist's physical, cultural, emotional, and religious experience and the cognitive perception of reality. For these reasons, they are utilized to understand the psalmist's spatial conceptualizations in his mental space.

무용공연의 가치기반 결정이 가격 민감도에 미치는 영향과 정보탐색유형의 매개 효과

In this study, we tried to empirically analyze the impact of performance value evaluation and information search type as a factor influencing price sensitivity. If the mediating effect of information exploration in the process of valuing performance value affects price sensitivity, information exploration support as a promotion strategy of dance performance will have a very important meaning. In this study, the information search process was classified into entertainment information search and rational information search, and the difference in price sensitivity according to the information search type was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was proved that the greater the motivation for the value-based decision of the dance performance, the higher the price sensitivity. In addition, the effect of information search related to dance performance on price sensitivity was found when the type of information search was entertaining search, the information search motivation did not affect price sensitivity, and only the rational information search affected price sensitivity. In addition, it was found that in the process of value-based decisions affecting price sensitivity, the information exploration process has a mediating effect, and in particular, it is a full mediating effect in the case of rational information exploration.
