The effect of oriental medicines an the growth of oral bacteria(B. pumilus JU4, B. coagulans JU6, B. subtilis var globigii JU7 and B. subtilis var. globigii JU9) which were isolated from teeth, gums and tongues of patients was investigated. lt was shown that the water extracts of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. var. glandulifera Regel et Zucc., Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma have the strong antimicrobial activity against every test organism. Especially, the water extract of Schizandrae Fructus has the most antimicrobial activity against all test bacteria of which MIC were the same as 0.25%. The growth of oral bacteria B. pumilus JU4 was inhibited by addition of the water extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma in the concentration of 0.9%, 0.2% and 0.1% respectively. It was tested that specific growth rates of B. pumilus JU4 in each concentration of the water extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma. From the results, the test showed that mean of specific growth rates of B. pumilus JU4 decreased 102%, 186% and 210% in 3% concentration of the water extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma more than those in control respectively.

최제우의 세계인식(世界認識)을 통한 민중미술의 미의식(美意識)연구

최제우가 ‘侍天主’의 ‘侍’자를 해설하며 남긴 ‘內有神靈’에서의 ‘心[마음중시]’적 人間觀과 ‘外有氣化’에서의 ‘生[생명존중]’적 自然觀 그리고 ‘各知不移’에서의 ‘侍[만물일체]’적 道德觀이 그가 가진 세계 인식적 특징이라고 보고 이를 토대로 예술성을 살펴보았다. 최제우가 天心이 곧 人心(天心卽人心)이라고 한 것은 인간과 우주는 분리해서 생각할 수 없으며 서로가 그 자체로 상대를 가리키기 때문에 자연과 인간 사이를 서로 우위를 따질 수 없는 동등한 관계로 본 것이다. 이와 같은 원리를 품고 있는 ‘內有神靈’의 인간관을 토대로 박생광은 〈무당12〉에서 하늘과 인간을 연결하는 매개자의 巫적 가치를 인정했고 오윤은 〈낮도깨비〉에서 도깨비를 통해 ‘醜의 미학’을 실현했다. 그리고 같은 맥락의 ‘怪의 미학’을 완성한 작품이 추사의 〈板殿〉이며 최제우 또한 筆法을 이루는 이치가 一心에 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 최제우가 天을 외면화한 ‘外有氣化’의 자연관을 바탕으로 생명의 ‘氣’를 미적 가치로 여기고 존중한 것이 신학철의 〈모내기〉에서 우리를 직접 이룬 밑바탕이 된 땅을 존중하고 이를 형상화하는 것을 통해 드러나고 있다. 또한 강요배는 〈맥잡기〉에서 天地否卦를 통해 농민으로 상징되는 자연(인간)과 물질문명의 괴리로 인한 음과 양의 생명의 원리가 무너진 상황에서 인간이 생명의 脈을 부여잡고 있는 것을 형상화했다. 그리고 오윤은 〈북춤〉에서 칼을 사용한 형상의 단순화를 통한 생동감을 드러냈고 박생광은 〈토함산 해돋이〉에서 우리 고유의 色感적 대비를 통해 생명력을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 인간이 바로 천이라는 것을 모두 알고 이를 실천하는 태도를 가져야 한다고 본 최제우의 ‘各知不移’의 도덕관을 통해 그가 연대를 통한 평화의 추구를 미적가치로 여긴 것을 알 수 있다. 홍성담은 〈대동사상〉과 〈횃불행진〉에서 연대를 통해 모든 종류의 차별과 폭력을 넘어서 하나가 되는 평화의 세계를 향한 꿈을 담았다. 그리고 민주와 인권을 위한 투쟁의 사상적 배경을 담은 것이 오윤의 〈칼노래〉와 박생광의 〈전봉준〉이다. 이들은 최제우가 말한 만물의 존엄성을 인식하고 이를 존중하고자 한 사상을 바탕으로 자신의 정성을 다한 작품을 통해 大同의 메시지를 전하고 민중을 선도하는 역할을 하고자 했다. Choi Je-u presented a few perspectives while explaining the meaning of the character ‘Si(侍)’ of ‘Sicheonju(侍天主, serving the heavenly God)’. The first is a perspective on human beings of mind[心, emphasizing mind] through ‘Naeyusillyeong(內有神靈, having the divine spirit inside)’. The second is a perspective on nature of life[生, respecting for life] through ‘Oeyugihwa(外有氣化, harmonizing with the energy of heaven outside)’. The third is a perspective on morality of service[侍, unifying all things]’ through ‘Gakjiburi(各知不移, recognizing that human is heaven and having an attitude to put it into practice). In this paper, considering these three perspectives as the characteristics of his world perception, I examined artistry based on them. Choi Je-U considered that nature and human as an equal relationship that cannot be superior to each other saying that the Heaven mind is the very Human mind[天心卽人心]. It is because he thought that human and the universe cannot be thought of separately and each other itself refers to the other. Based on the perspective on human being of Naeyusillyeong(內有神靈), Park Saeng-gwang acknowledged the shamanic value of the mediator who connects the heaven and humans in < Mudang 12(Shaman 12) >, and O Yun realized the aesthetics of ugliness(醜) through the dokkaebi in < Natdokkaebi(Daytime Goblin) >. In the same context, in addition, Chusa Kim Jeong-hui’s < Panjeon(板殿) >is the art work that completed the aesthetics of abnormality(怪). Choi Je-U also argued that the principle of completing the law of calligraphy lies in one mind. In addition, Choi Je-u regarded the energy of life as an aesthetic value and respected for it based on the perspective on nature of ‘Oeyugihwa(外有氣化)’, and that was found through the representation of respecting for the earth that was foundation of human beings in Shin Hak-cheol's < Monaegi(Rice Transplantation) >. In addition, Kang Yo-bae, through the pi hexagram(天地否卦), embodied the fact that humans managed to cling on to life in a situation where the principle of life of yin and yang is collapsed due to the gap between the nature(human) symbolized as farmers and the material civilization. In addition, O Yun showed the feeling of movement through the simplification of the shape using a sword in < Bukchum(Drum Dance) >, and Park Saeng-gwang showed life force through the contrast of our original color sense in < Tohamsan Haedoji(Sunrise of Mt. Toham) >. Lastly, Choi Je-u had the perspective of morality of ‘Gakjiburi(各知不移)’ that everyone should recognize that human is heaven and have an attitude to put it into practice. Through his perspective of morality, we can see that he considered the pursuit of peace through solidarity as an aesthetic value. Hong Seong-dam contains a dream for a world of peace in which all people become one transcending all kinds of discrimination and violence through solidarity in < Daedongsasang(Thought of Great Unity > and < Hwaetbulhaengjin(Torch March) >. Moreover, O Yun’s < Kalnorae(Sword Song) > and Park Saeng-gwang’s < Jeon Bongjun > contains the ideological background of the struggle for democracy and human rights. They tried to deliver the message of Great Unity and lead the people into the right path through the works with their devotion based on Choi Je-u’s thought of arguing to recognize the dignity of all things and to respect it.

감마선 분광분석법에 의한 환경방사선 연구

For the purpose of practical assessment of resional environmental radiation characteristics, a series of in-situ spectromentry was carried out using a 3″ø×3″cylindrical NaI(T1) scintillation detector in association with a MCA at eight different points in open field of Daejeon area. In determining the exposure rate from the spectra obtained, the methods developed by Beck et al. was used. The exposure rate evaluated in this way was compared with those observed by the Moriuchi's spectrum-exposure rate conversion operator, and Reuter/Stokes environmental radiation monitor. The three results were in good agreement within statistical uncertainty. Although the exposure rate in this area varied with place, the spectra measured are quite similar in pattern. It was shown that the major part of the terrestrial radiation in the area consists of the gamma-rays emitted from the daughter products of ^238U and ^232Th series and then from ^40K.

조혈모세포이식 후 발생한 주폐포자층 폐렴에 대한 고찰

Background : Pneumocytitis cainii pneumonia (PCP) can occur in immunocompromised hosts especially such as AIDS or cancer patients. Although recent research had focused on PCP in AIDS patients, few studies have described the clinical presentations of PCP in recipients of stem cell transplantation (SCT). We evaluated the clinical manifestations of PCP in SCT patients admitted at St. Mary's hospital, Seoul, Korea. Methods : The medical records of 17 PCP patients undergoing SCT between Feb. 1998 and Feb. 2000 were reviewed. The diagnosis of PCP was confirmed through the demonstration of Pneumocytitis cainii via either cytology of brochoalveolar lavage (BAL) or histological technique of lung biopsy. CMV disease and CMV infection were confirmed by BAL culture and antigenemia respectively . Results : Seventeen patients were all recipients of allogeneic SCT and 7 of 17 patients were performed non-sibling SCT. Patients presented with symptoms including brief period (4 ∼23 days) of fever (76%), dyspnea (70%), cough (64%), and signs such as rare(58.8%), Sixteen patients (94%) had been receiving immunosuppressive agent such as cyclosporine A (64%) or Fk506 (35%) without PCP prophylaxis. Eleven patients (64%) were treated with corticosteroid with mean dose of 16 mg/day prednisolone and mean duration of 4.6 months after post-SCT period. Twelve patients were co-infected with CMV. Another co-infected miCroorganisms were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, herpes simplex virus, parainfluenza virus, Average duration of treatment with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP/SMX) was 21 ±9 days. Four patients died, and three of them were related with PCP. Conclusion : PCP developed frequently in patients who were taking immunosuppressive drug due to graft versus host disease or were not taking TMP/SMX prophylaxis. High risk patients showing fever, cough, or dyspnea should be considered to take early bronchoscopic intervention for detection of PCP. When treat for PCP, it also be considered to the possibility of coinfection such as CMV. (Korean J Infect Dis 33:273∼279, 2001)

갓노랑비단벌레에 對한 殺蟲齊의 效果 比較試驗

The study was attempted to determine the effects of such chemicals on the controlling of yellow-margined buprestid as Sevin×Dimecron, Sumithion, Detron, D.M, Endrin, Dieldrin and Rogel during the first experiment year as Parathion, Malathion, Cidial and EPN in addition to the above chemicals during the second year. A randomized complete block with four replications had been set up at the Bia orchard in Chonnam Province for the experimental study from 1962 to 1968. Results obtained of the study were; 1) First experiment(1962): D.S was one of best insecticides for controlling of the yellow-margined buprestid. The order of effectiveness was: D.S>Sumithion>D.M>Detron>Endrin>Dieldrin and Rogel as the total Mean. 2) Second experiment(1968): The June 5th-block applied was more effective than June 10th-and June 25th-blocks. 3) As shown in Table 1, 2 and 4, the insecticides applied were significant. The timing of insecticides was also significant. 4) Chemicals applied on June 5 such as Malathion, Cidial, Dimecron, Sumithion of low organic phosphate and Detron of organic chloride were most effective in this experiment.

갈무늬재주나방(Naganoea manleyi Leech)의 生態와 殺蟲劑의 效果比較試驗

Naganoea manleyi Leech is doing vital damage to oaks, devasating forest. The life cycle and fille effective insecticidal method of this insect was studied for one full year, October 1965 through October 1966. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn. Ⅰ. Life cycle studies a) Naganoea manleyi Leech appear once a year and pass the winter in the egg masses b) Adults appear during the hour 19:00-20:00, and their life lasts for 7-12days, c) They lay eggs on the branches around two meters above the land surface. The average diameter of the masses consisting of approximately 300 eggs each is 30-40cm. d) Larvaem lult six times throughout their life, and the standard deviation was found to grow larger and the coefficient of variation to decrease according as the number of instal increased. Larva period was 60 days. e) The most prefered plants were found to be Quercus crispula Blume. Quercus acutissima Carruthers, Quercus glandulifera Blume, and Castanea crenata Siebold and Zuccarini. Salix stipularis Smi f) The duration of pupa was 109 days and they live around 2cm below the land suface. Ⅱ. Control measures Chemical examination were made seperately by instar with ten kinds of new insecticides to get the following conclusions. a) According to the result of the analysis of valiance it was found that there were high significance both between chemicals and between instars. b) The most effective was parathion, and neat were dipterax, sumithion and E.P.N. c) malathion was less effective than E.P.N. and more effective than dimecron. There were significance between the latter two. d) The least effective was Rothan. This examination was made only once, Repeat is required.

인터넷 취업알선의 형성배경과 개선방향

인터넷 취업알선은 디지털시대로의 변화에 따라 취업의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. 인터넷 취업알선의 대두를 거래비용이론의 접근에 따르면 탐색비용을 비롯한 거래비용은 줄어드는 대산 도덕적 해이와 역선택 비용은 증가하는 것으로 분석된다. 따라서 인터넷 취업알선이 확산되기 위해서는 두가지 방안이 제시될 수 있다. 단기적으로는 도덕적 해이와 역선택을 축소하기 위하여 개인정보 보호 및 보안 등을 비롯한 시장질서를 정립하는 것이며, 장기적으로는 새로운 비용의 증가분을 담보하는 신뢰의 구축을 위하여 채용부터 인사노무관리 및 해고에 이르기까지 전과정을 수행할 수 있는 인적자원 종합 기업을 육성하고 양성하는 것이다. The internet employment service becomes new paradigm of recruiting in the digital ages. Transaction cost approach explains that emergence of internet employment service results from the reduction of selection and recruiting cost. Because transaction cost is reduced utilizing internet tool, internet employment service becomes very popular. But that service increase the cost of moral hazard and adverse selection. The effective strategy of internet employment service enlargement make, shortly, a rule of internet employment market including solving the security and safety problems. The long term strategy i s developing the human resource firms with the integrated HRM functions in order to basically solve the moral hazard and adverse selection problem by the formation of trust.
