전후 재건기의 여성 성공담과 젠더담론 -1950년대 대중잡지 『희망』을 중심으로

본고는 대중잡지 『희망』에 나타난 여성 성공담을 대상으로, 한국전쟁 이후 여성이 사회적 주체로 발화되는 양상을 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 통해 생존과 재건·부흥을 둘러싼 개인의 욕망과 사회적 요구가 어떻게 교차되는지, 여성을 호명하는 전후 젠더담론이 어떠한지를 가늠하고자 했다. 『희망』에 등장하는 전후 재건기 여성성공담은 첫째, 전쟁에 징발된 남성을 대신하는, 대리주체로서의 여성 서사가 있었다. 이는 생존이라는 절대적 요구를 여성이 담당해야만 했던 전후 현실의 특수성 때문이었다. 이후, 이것은 남편의 성공을 내조하는 가정주부, 소위 ‘신현모양처’ 서사로 이어지는데, 이를 통해 보수적 여성담론이 확장되어 나가는 양상을 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 남성의 대리주체가 아닌, 여성자신의 성공담은 주로 전문직종 여성을 대상으로 한 기사에서 나타났다. 우선 개인의 성공은 애국 국민의 서사 즉 국가와 나를 일치시키는 공공 주체의 위치에서 발화되고 있었다. 따라서 여성의 성공은 전후 재건과 부흥의 범주 내에서만 긍정되었고, 특히 「조경희대담」에서는 ‘여성의 성공=전후 재건과 부흥/반공=이승만정부의 성공’이라는 현실 구도가 확연하게 나타났다. 이런 가운데 여성은, 국가와 개인을 일치시키거나, 권력에 호명당하거나 혹은 자발적으로 권력에 순응하는 가운데 그 존재의의를 인정받을 수 있었다. 결국 전쟁 이후 공적 공간에 진출한 여성의 생존 및 성공담이 대중 서사에 등장했지만, 여성의 위치는 대리주체로서 혹은 남녀 위계구도에 여전히 종속된 상태임을 보여주고 있는 것이다. This article was aimed at examining the success story of women in popular magazines(HOPE) and the appearance of women as social subjects after the Korean War. Through this, the government tried to gauge how individual desires and social demands surrounding survival, reconstruction, and revival intersect, and what the discourse of post-war gender politics calling women is like. The women’s success story during the postwar reconstruction period, which appeared in HOPE, had the following characteristics. First, the narratives of female figures as agents appeared on behalf of men who went to war. This was due to the peculiarity of the postwar reality that women had to take charge of the absolute demand for survival. This later led to a “good housewife” narrative that underlined her husband’s success. This reveals the expansion of conservative women’s discourse. Second, women’s own success stories, not male agents, were found in articles mainly aimed at professional women. First of all, the success of the individual was expressed as a narrative of the patriotic people who matched the nation with the individual. Therefore, women’s success was only positive in the postwar reconstruction and revival categories. In particular, in the “Cho Kyung-hee Talk,” the structure was “Women’s Success=Post-war Reconstruction and Reconstruction/Anticommunism=Success of the Lee Syng-man government.” In the meantime, women could be recognized for their existence by matching the state with the individual, being called to power, or voluntarily adapting to power. Eventually, the survival and success stories of women who entered public spaces after the war appeared in public narratives, but the position of women as agents or still subordinate to the hierarchy of men and women.

고통(苦痛)의 서사(敍事)와 응답(應答)의 윤리(倫理) -박경리(朴景利) 『토지(土地)』를 중심(中心)으로-

본고에서는 朴景利의 『土地』를 대상으로, 고통과 그 대응방식의 양상을 고찰하고자 했다. 고통은 인간의 공통 경험인 동시에 고유한 사적 경험이다. 본고는 『土地』에서 ‘非正常人’과 하층계급(subaltern) 여성의 고통서사를 중심으로 그 대응 방식을 살펴보고자 했다. 첫째, 광인, 천치 등 ‘非正常人’의 고통에 대해, 『土地』는 개인주의와 합리주의라는 근대적 기제가 작동하기 이전의 공동체적 대응을 드러냈다. 또한 이와 같은 일종의 무관심 속에서의 수용에서 한발 더 나아가 소통불가능한 그들의 고통을 응시하고 그 고통에 共鳴함으로써, 타자와 공존할 가능성을 보여주었다. 둘째, 하층계급 여성의 대표적인 고통서사로 성폭력 사례를 살펴본 결과, 『土地』는 1)고통주체의 존재를 인정하고 지지하거나, 2)타자의 고통 앞에서 무력한 나의 고통을 몸으로 발화하거나, 3)주체의 무능을 인정하고 윤리적 경청을 실천하는 대응방식을 보여주었다. 이를 통해 소통ㆍ공감이 불가능한 타자의 고통에 주의를 기울이는 것으로부터 인간 상호간의 윤리적 모색의 가능성이 생겨난다는 가치를 재확인할 수 있었다. 이것이야말로 문학의 존재 이유이자, 『土地』가 보여주는 응답의 윤리였다. This study examines suffering and the patterns of responding to it focused on the novel Toji(Land) by Park Kyong-ni. Suffering is a common human experience, but at the same time it is the most unique personal experience. It sought to examine the way of responding to suffering and its meaning, focusing on the narrative of the suffering of ‘abnormal persons’ and subaltern women in Toji. First, regarding the suffering of “abnormal people” such as madmen and idiots(stupid), Toji shows the communal response to such suffering before the modern mechanisms of individualism and rationalism begin to operate. If this is a kind of indifferent acceptance, Toji goes further from here. It was a way to reveal the possibility of coexisting with others by staring at their incommunicable suffering and resonating with that suffering. Second, the narrative of subaltern women’s most representative suffering was the case of sexual violence. Regarding this, Toji shows a response method of 1)acknowledging and supporting the existence of the suffering subject, 2)uttering “my” helpless suffering in front of the suffering of the other, or 3)acknowledging the subject's incompetence and practicing ethical listening. Through this, it was possible to reaffirm the value that the possibility of ethical search between humans arises from paying attention to the suffering of others who cannot communicate and empathize. This is the reason for the existence of literature and the ethics of response shown by Toji.

장자의 수양론 : 오상아, 심재, 좌망을 중심으로

장자는 수양을 온전히 자신의 마음을 터득하고 그 마음으로 영원한 마음을 터득하는 것으로 설명한다. 수양이 된 사람은 제 마음을 비춰볼 수 있도록 흔들리지 않는 마음의 고요함을 유지한다. 그리고 다른 사람들도 거기에 그들의 마음을 비춰보려 한다는 것이다. 이 글은 오상아, 심재, 좌망의 의미를 규명하면서 장자 수양론의 의미를 고찰한다. 오상아란 ‘내가 나를 버린다’는 의미다. 버려지는 나는 시비분별하는 마음과 통념으로 굳어진 마음이다. 이 같은 마음을 제거한 후의 나는 들을 수 있게 된다. 각각의 것들이 제 소리를 내는 땅의 퉁소 소리를 듣게 되며, 그것을 가능하게 하는 근원인 하늘의 퉁소 소리를 듣게 되며, 도를 알 수 있는 밝음(以明)을 얻게 된다. 심재는 마음을 비운다는 의미이다. 여기서도 통념은 전복된다. 내 맘 다스리기 위해 나를 비우는 것이 아니라, 폭군과 같은 타인을 개선시키기 위해서 먼저 자신의 마음을 비워야한다는 것이다. 주목할 것은 마음을 비우는 구체적 방법이 제시된다는 점이다. 먼저 도가 모여들 수 있는 텅 빈(虛) 기(氣)의 상태를 유지하면서 고요히 외물을 기다려야 한다. 즉, ‘타자를 위해 나를 텅 비우고 타자를 기다리는 것’이다. 그리고 사물의 실정에 맞추면서, 타자의 흐름을 타는 것이다. 좌망(坐忘)은 ‘앉아서 잊는다’는 의미다. 잊게 되는 것은 인의, 예악, 손발, 몸, 귀와 눈의 감각작용, 통념적 지식과 같은 일체의 것이다. 세상만사 일체의 것을 잊고 대자 유인이 되는 것으로, 이는 말하자면 대통(大通)한 상태다. 확 트인 사람이 된 것이다. 좌망(坐忘)을 통해서 대통하고, 영원한 마음을 터득한다. 한 마디로 요약하면, ‘나를 버리고(오상아) 마음을 비우면(심재) 크게 통한다(좌망)’는 것이다. Zhuanzi explains self-cultivation as fully knowing one's own mind and then knowing an eternal mind with that mind. He says that the disciplined person maintains the unshakable calmness of his mind so that he can reflect on his own mind. And others try to reflect on their minds there. This article examines the meaning of the theory of the cultivation of Zhuanzi while clarifying the meanings of Ohsangah (吾喪我), Simjae (心齋), and Zwamang(坐忘). Ohsangah (吾喪我) means 'I lost myself'. Abandoned Me is a mind that is hardened by a common notion and a mind used to discern disputes. After removing this mind, we can hear. We can hear the sound of the earth's pipes in which everything makes its own sound. And then, we will be able to hear the sound of heaven. It opens up real senses in us and we can approach the principle, the Tâo, that made it possible. Simjae (心齋) means to empty the mind. Here too, the conventional wisdom is overturned. Instead of emptying myself to control my mind, I have to empty my mind first in order to transform others such as tyrants. Note that a specific way to empty the mind is presented. First, you must wait quietly for exterior objects while maintaining the state of emptying itself, ki (氣), where the Tao can gather. In other words, 'empty myself for the other and wait for the other'. Thus, it means to ride the flow of things according to the reality of things. Zwamang means ‘sit and forget everything’. What is to be forgotten is all things such as benevolence, justice, body, eyes and ears, sensation and conventional knowledge etc. We forget everything in the world and become human beings of great freedom, which, so to speak, is a state of great communication. We became open ourself. Through Zwamang, we communicate greatly and acquire an eternal mind. In short, ‘If we loseourself (Ohsangah) and empty our mind (Simjae), we will communicate greatly (Zwamang)."

Urban-scale Simulation Model for Solar Energy Planning

This paper presents a simplified vector-based model that effectively predicts the solar potential of urban areas on the basis of consideration of the urban context. The presented model is based on vector-based methods without the use of ray trace and ray interception techniques, and consists of new methods that suitably account for the non-uniform solar radiation of the sky, obstruction by urban surfaces, and reflection by urban surfaces in urban areas. The developed simplified vector-based model was tested in sets of comparisons using the case study of an urban case in Wuhan, China. The comparison study proved that the new method provides reasonably accurate predictions to effectively support largescale solar analyses. The results indicated the model greatly reduced the iterations required for obstruction calculation that consumes the most of the computational load and, therefore, greatly reduced the computational cost for large-scale solar simulation. The paper demonstrates the usability of the new model in supporting decision-making of prioritising buildings for PV integration in the solar energy planning process at urban scale.

A Study on the Effect of Authentic Leadership of Hospital Organization on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focusing on Mediating Effect of LMX

Purpose - This study is to clarify the structural relationship between the direct supervisor and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior through mediation of the Leader-member exchange (LMX) in the hospital organization, and to confirm the mediating effect of the LMX. Through this study, we will provide basic data on the aspects of HR to enhance organizational immersion and organizational civic behavior in hospital organizations, and present suggestions on academic contribution and effective organizational operation measures. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership and OC and OCB of the organization member, which is proposed to secure more active and high competitiveness in the recent changing medical environment, with multi-regression and B&K(1986) method. For this purpose, 653 employees of senior hospitals in Seoul and Kyeong-In area were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Each questionnaire was composed of 7-point scale, and each hypothesis was testified by multiple leaner regression and by BK method for testifying mediator effect. Result - As a result of the analysis, it was found that the male and non-medical staff had higher recognition level than the medical staff in the LMX, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In the senior management or more than 5 years’ experience group, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior were recognized higher than the group of subordinate managers. Second, authentic leadership has a positive influence on LMX, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and LMX has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, as a result of analyzing LMX mediating effect in the relationship of authentic leadership and organizational effectiveness by BK method, LMX had partial mediating effects between authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. Conclusion - Results of the study confirmed that all the members of the hospital organization that were lacking served as positive factors for the relationships of authentic leadership and LMX, and authentic leadership and organizational effectiveness. It is expected that the hospital organization will be able to suggest such as the organizational approach to expect high organizational effectiveness centering on authentic leadership ability as psychological capital.

A Novel Translocation Involving RUNX1 and HOXA Gene Clusters in a Case of Acute Myeloid Leukemia with t(7;21)(p15;q22)

Translocations involving chromosome 21q22 are frequently observed in hematologic malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), most of which have been known to be involved in malignant transformation through transcriptional dysregulation of Runt-related transcription factor 1 (RUNX1) target genes. Nineteen RUNX1 translocational partner genes, at least, have been identified, but not Homeobox A (HOXA) genes so far. We report a novel translocation of RUNX1 into the HOXA gene cluster in a 57-year-old female AML patient who had been diagnosed with myelofibrosis 39 months ahead. G-banding showed 46,XX,t(7;21)(p15;q22). The involvement of RUNX1 and HOXA genes was confirmed by fluorescence in situ hybridization.

제로트리를 이용한 웨이브렛 기반 영상 부호화 설계

웨이브렛 변환을 사용한 영상은 인간의 시각체계(HVS)에 적절한 양자화 및 부호화를 위한 계층적 구조를 제공한다. 인간의 시각이 민감하게 감지하는 부분을 더 정확하게 부호화 하고, 그렇지 못한 부분에서는 적절한 정보의 손실을 허용하는 원리를 이상적으로 적용할 수 있다. 이런 웨이브렛 변환영상의 통계적 특성을 이용한 제로트리 부호화 기법은 중요한 영상계수를 선별하여 영상전체에서 의미있는 계수를 순서대로 부호화 함으로써 매입 파일(Embeded File)를 생성한다. 본 연구에서는 제로트리 부호화 과정중 불확실 구간(Uncertainty Interval)에서 발생하는 오차(Error)를 줄이기 위하여 LBG(Linde Bute Gray) 알고리즘을 도입하여 최적이 오차 코드북을 생성한 후 복원시 사용함으로써 결과의 향상을 보였다. 오차교정(Error Correction)은 EZW(Embeded Zerotee Wavelet) 부호화 과정에서 손실되기 쉬운 고주파수 밴드에 적용하여 복원시 영상의 자세한(detail) 성분을 살리는데 효과적이다. JPEG과 같은 DCT 기반 영상압축 결과에 비하여 화질에서 더 좋은 성능을 보일뿐 아니라, DCT 특유의 블록화 현상도 제거되었다.
