Fluoroquinolone계 항생제의 경구투여에 따른 양식넙치 및 조피볼락의 체내 잔류량의 변화

The residue depletions of fluoroquinolones were investigated in the olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) and black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) after 840 hours treatment with medicated feed at a dose 20 mg/kg·bw/day The bloods of samples were taken at 5, 10, 24, 48, 72, 120, 168, 216, 312, 480, 720, 840 and 960 hour after treatment. Fluoroquinolones concentrations were detected by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with UV detector. The recovery rates of fluoroquinolones in fish samples ranged 91.95~99.69%, 93.43~97.54% and 92.99~97.87% for the concentration of 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 ㎍/g, respectively In the blood of olive flounder, the concentrations of ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin detected at 10, 10, 24 and 24 hour after treatment were 6.433 ㎍/g, 6.065 ㎍/g, 11.8334 ㎍/g and 10.3168 ㎍/g as maximum level, respectively In the black rockfish, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin at 24, 24, 24 and 10 hour after treatment were 8.2634㎍/g, 8.0276㎍/g, 7.2888㎍/g and 9.3787㎍/g as maximum level, respectively On the other hand, ciprofloxacin enrofloxacin, norfloxacin and sarafloxacin were not detected at 840, 480, 720 and 720 hours after treatment in the olive flounder, and at 720, 480, 720 and 480 hours after treatment in the black rockfish, respectiveley.

The most important factor of the radioactive waste disposal is to select a suitable geological site and implement a disposal system that meets safety, technical and environmental requirements. The system may slightly depend on the geological conditions and the type of waste in each country, but the ultimate goal is to secure long-term safety. Thus, it is very important to understand the characteristics of the site, before designing to maintain the performance of the disposal system for a long time. The Wolseong Low and Intermediate Level Radioactive waste (hereinafter referred to as the 'LILW') Disposal Center (hereinafter referred to as the 'study area') is a licensed facility for safe management of LILW in KOREA. Isolate LILW to the underground disposal repository consisting of multiple barriers for a long period to prevent leakage into ecosystems and radiation effects on the human body. The study area is the world's first complex LILW disposal facility to be operated within the same site with the gradual development of underground silo, surface and landfill disposal type. This study analyzes geological features and predicts future’s natural phenomena such as groundwater flow by building the 3D site descriptive model (SDM) in the study area in order to enhance the safety of radioactive waste disposal facilities.

방사성폐기물처분시설(이하 ‘처분시설’)은 방사성폐기물을 인간 생활권으로부터 영구히 격리하기 위해 허가된 시설이며, 국내에는 경북 경주시 문무대왕면 일대에 중·저준위방사성폐기물을 수용할 수 있는 처분시설이 운영되고 있다. 처분시설은 방사성핵종의 이동을 지연시키거나 제한할 수 있는 인공구조물인 공학적방벽과 공학적방벽을 둘러싼 토양 및 암반 등을 포함하여 누출된 방사성핵종의 이동을 지연시킬 수 있는 천연방벽으로 구성된다. 처분시설을 운영하려면 정상적인 자연현상이나 자연적 또는 인위적 요인으로 비롯된 예상하기 어려운 현상으로 인한 방사선적 위험이 성능목표치 이하임을 규명해야 한다. 성능목표치 만족을 위한 공학적방벽의 설계 또는 인수기준 등을 수립하기 위해서는 천연방벽의 특성을 확인하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 처분시설 인허가 취득을 위해서는 부지안전성평가 결과를 제시해야 하며, 정확한 결과를 도출하기 위해서는 기상, 수문, 지질, 지진, 지질공학, 지구화학 등 부지 조사 결과의 품질이 매우 중요하다. 처분시설 운영 중에는 부지안전성평가를 통해 예측한대로 수리지질학적 환경이 진화하는지 여부를 확인하는 목적의 부지감시 활동을 수행하며, 지진 등의 이벤트 발생 또는 일정 주기로 처분시설 성능목표에 영향을 줄 수 있는 부지안전성을 재평가한다. 처분시설은 처분된 방사성폐기물로 인한 방사선적 위험도가 낮아질 때까지 매우 장기간 운영하며, 초기 개발단계부터 운영, 폐쇄까지 수많은 종류의 부지특성 자료 및 평가 결과가 생성된다. 본 연구에서는 국내·외 사례를 바탕으로 장기간 대량으로 발생하는 처분시시설의 부지특성 자료 및 평가결과를 어떻게 체계적으로 관리하는지에 대한 방안을 도출하고자 한다.
STABILITY OF SULFIDATION-TREATED GaAs SURFACE WTIH ${(NH_4)}_2S_X$ SOLUTION AFTER AIR-EXPOSURE

Cleaved GaAs surface under ultra high vacuum was analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Sulfidation-treated GaAs surface resulted in the formation of S-Ga, O-Ga, S-As, and O-As bonds. For characterizing the suface treated GaAs, the cleaved sample was used as a controlled sample. The evolution of Ga 2p3 and 3d peaks in the cleaved, HCI-treated, and sulfidation-treated GaAs were monitored with exposing time to the air. After exposure for 10 days, the oxidation of GaAs surface seemed to be almost saturated. With the sulfidation treated sample, the increases of Ga-O and As-O bonds resulted from the decomposition of sulfur bonds. The exchang of sulfur with Oxygen bonds was in good accordance with the results obtained from the sample exposed in the air.

The present study was accomplished from March to August. 1990 in order to examine the commun. ity structure of aquatic insects and the biological estimation of water pollution levels by the aquatic inseets of Kyungan stream in Kyunggi do 1. The aquatic inseets of whole area composed of 78 species. 42 genera, 26 families in 8 roders 2. The occurrence species number show highest at Gungpyung ri(29 species) and lowest at Yongin town(l species) 3. Dominance indices show lowest at Gungpyung ri(O.35) and highest at Yongin town( l.OO) and Choboo ri(1.00) 4. Spec:ies diversity indices show highest at Gungpyung ri(3.53) and lowest at Yongin town(O.OO) 5. A 66-year-old female presented with a 1-month history of dyspepsia. An initial upper gastrointestinal endoscopy with biopsy revealed a low-grade mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. A rapid urease test was positive for Helicobacter pylori. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and computed tomography (CT) revealed a 30×15-mm lymph node (LN) in the subcarinal area. Histopathologic and phenotypic analyses of the biopsy specimens obtained by EUS-guided fi ne-needle aspiration revealed a MALT lymphoma, and the patient was diagnosed with a stage 4E gastric MALT lymphoma. One year after H. pylori eradication, the lesion had disappeared, as demonstrated by endoscopy with biopsy, CT, fusion whole-body positron emission tomography, and EUS. Here, we describe a patient with gastric MALT lymphoma that metastasized to the mediastinal LN and regressed following H. pylori eradication. (Gut Liver 2012;6:270-274)
