      • 素問·骨空論에 對한 硏究

        The text of the Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) of the So Moon (素問) was written in the Kap UI Kyung (甲乙經) volume 2 chapter 2 and volume 8 chapter 1. Also it was written in the Tae So (太素) volume 10, 11 and 26. In the Shin Kyo Jung (新校正), they say that it is wriien in the Jeon Won Ki Bon (全元起本) volume 2 and 6. But Wang (王永) interpreted it in volume 16. Also it was introduced in the Ryu Kyung (類經) volume 8, 9, 21 and 22 by Jang Kae Pin (張介賓) in the Myung (明) dynasty. In Go1 Gong (骨空), Gol(骨) means bone and Gong(空) means hole. So Go1 Gong(骨空) means the holes on bone of the human body. A large number of acupuncture points in 12 meridians are located on the holes of bone, and they are playing an important part in the treatment of diseases. In Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論), many points that is choosed when we treat various diseases by acupuncture are mentioned, locations that the holes of bone are distributed in are introduced. So it is called Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) . This article of the research on the Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) can be divided into 4 chapters. Summerking the contents of the Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) in reference to the contents of successive generation note, the contents were as follows. Chapter 1 is about the way to use in treating various diseases what caused by Pung Sa (風??) and deals with the methods of locating acupoints based on a frame. Chapter 2 is written about lines that Conception Vessel (任??), Governer Vessel (????), and Throughfare Vessel (????) pass through, and pathological explanations on the diseases which are belong to those three meridians. The name of each part of the leg and the treatment corresponded to each phase of diseases of the leg are also mentioned in this chapter. Chapter 3 is concretely written about the name and position of the hole on bone of the human body. Chapter 4 deals with moxibustion therapy which we use to treat having an attack of indigestion, being bitten by dog, and feeling cold and heat in turn. Because the ancient men used acupuncture as main treatment of disease, they thought much of acupoint. A large number of acupoints are located on the holes of bone, and are playing an important part in the treatment of diseases. Therefore well understanding of Gol Gong Ron (骨空論) is very important. It is too difficult to understand the Gol Gong Ron (骨空論), because it is written in old Chinese. Consequence of above reason, the writer of this article has researched to find out the exact meaning of that.

      • 일본 중소제조업의 기술전략과 유형에 관한 연구 : 금형제조업의 기술축적 과정을 중심으로

        They say that in Japanese small & medium manufacturing firms core technology has been accumulated. On this paper, I tried to analyze the fundamental structure and study how to have accumulated core technology in die & mold firms. Since 1985, when the yon was going strength against the dollar, die & mold firms have received a regular order-dependence and their transaction with ordering industries have kept multiple-pyramidal structure. Under this structure, the ordering enterprises asked the die & mold firms for reduction of delivery, products of high-precise die & mold, development of products. Small & medium sized firms have to introduce advanced facilities for production. So it even happened that some firms got to be superior to ordering firms in production facilities, precise manufacturing, production capacity. Training & education was needed for effective use of advanced facilities. They educated their employees through off-the-job-training at the beginning, but as the time went, they became to choose the way of on-the-job-training instead of Off-JT. As micro electronic facilities was progressing, new skilled-knowledge was asked not only scientific knowledge but also tacit knowledge became to be very important. On the other hand, the high-developed facilities brought the reduction of laborers, but at the same time, it brought organizational intelligence that consisted of technical experts. Technological strategy was influenced by the change of basic structure like this. It seems that the small & medium sized firms don't depend on existing skills that are based on production management. They tend to choose cost curtailment and development of new products by introducing new technologies. Since strong yon, we can say that Japanese small & medium sized firms are classified into four types, according to technology strategy and the dependence rate of orders received. Small-scale and Subsidiary types tend to be changed over to Innovative and Participant types. I'm sure that bipolar phenomenon like this in Japanese small & medium sized firms, will be accelerate more and more from now on.

      • 단기간 크레아틴 구강투여가 최대근력 및 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of shout-term oral creatine administration of maximum strength and body composition. For this purpose, specialists in yudo and undergraduates in 'Y' University were selected as the subjects of this study and 5 persons were each randomly assigned to the group of training plus creatine, to the group of only training and to the group of only creatine administration. They were asked to ingest 20g of creatine with ionized beverage and water after breakfast, lunch and supper and before bedtime(5g x 4 times) everyday for 6 days. They was asked to conduct weight training three time a week, and sports events included bench press, leg extension, leg curl, arm curl, shoulder press and the like. The repeated them at the workload of 70∼80% of I-RM and conducted each motion in three sets. To measure muscular strength as the variable to be tested, an attempt was made to measure bench press I-RM, leg extension I-RM, leg curl I-RM, arm cur I-RM, shoulder press I-RM before and after training. An attempt was made to determine such factors related to body compostion as weight, body fat amount and body fat ratio using the Inbody 3.0 Body Compostion Analyzer. Creatine analysis was conduct through creatine in urine by using the biochemical analyzer(Model-Ha TACHI 747/737, HITACHI CO. Japen). Repeated two-way ANOVA was used to analyze data. Hypotheses were tested at the significance level of d=.05. As a result, the following results were obtained: 1. It was found that both of the groups showed a significant defference in bench press, leg extension, leg curl, arm curl, shoulder press, incline bench press, should machine, sit-up I-RMs before and after participation in short-run weight training(p<.05). But there was no difference in them between groups. And it was found that there was no interaction before and after creatine administration and one-week weight training. (p>.05). 2. It was found that there was no signigicant variation in body composition(body fat amount changes and body fat ratio changes) before and after shout-run weight training(p>.05). And it was found that there was no interaction before and after creatine administration and one-week weight training(p>.05). 3. It was found that there was no significant variation in the urinalysis before and after short-run weight training(p<.05). And it was found that there was no interaction before and after creative administration and one-week weight training (p>.05).

      • 성견에서 수직적 골결손부에 골이식후 교정력 적용시기에 따른 치주조직의 반응

        The aim of this study was to investigate the periodontal response according to the timing of orthodontic force application after bone graft into the angular bony defect. Nine dogs were divided into three groups, 2, 4, and 6 weeks, according to the timing of orthodontic force application after bone graft. Periodontal angular bony defects were created surgically at the distal aspect of both maxillary third incisors. Two weeks later, flap operation was performed to eliminate inflammation and reference notch was made on the root surface at the level of the bottom of each defect. Demineralized freeze-dried bone was implanted on the left side whereas only debridement was done on the other side. Experimental tooth movement was executed during 8 weeks on both graft and non-graft sides. After 2 weeks of retention period, animals were sacrificed for histologic specimens. The results were obtained as follows: 1. New bone formation was more pronounced in the graft side than in the non-graft side in all experimental animals. 2. In the 6-week group, new bone and cementum formation was observed in more than half from the notch to the cemento-enamel junction, and the zone of connective tissue attachment was found without apical migration of junctional epithelium. 3. In the 4-week group, the amount of new bone formation was smaller than in the 6-week group whereas the overall remodeling pattern was similar. 4. New bone formation was confined to around the notch and the junctional epithelium migrated apically to the level of the notch with no connective tissue attachment and cementum formation in the 2-week group. The results of the present study suggest that periodontal response may be influenced by the timing of orthodontic force application after bone graft into angular bony defect.

        Cardiac tumors, especially the primary tumors involving any part of the heart are extremely rare and its relative incidence has been reported to be approximately 0.02%. We report a patient with huge cardiac hemangioma who complained of shortness of breath, general weakness, and dizziness, Imaging study by echocardiography and computed tomography of thorax revealed a huge lobulating mass like a bunch of grapes in the right chamber of heart. The surgical exploration of thorax was performed and a histological diagnosis of spindle cell hemangioma was obtained by microscopy. The patient was treated by surgical resection of the tumor and doing well after surgery. Our experience indicated that prompt diagnosis and treatment of cardiac hemangioma is imperative for patients' prognosis.

        실업계 고등학생의 직업기초능력 향상을 위한 문제중심학습(PBL)의 효과

        21세기 지식기반사회는 전문지식뿐만 아니라 효율적인 직무 수행에 필요한 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기관리능력 및 직업의식 등의 직업기초능력이 강조되고 있다. 직업기초능력은 생의 어느 한 시기에 갑자기 이루어지거나 완성되는 l회적인 것이 아니라 개인의 생애단계에 따라 변화하고 발달하는 것이며 취업자뿐만 아니라 진학자에게도 잠재적으로 매우 중요한 요소이므로 실업계 고등학생의 직업기초능력 향상은 중요한 현안이라 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 여러 교수학습유형 중 실업계 고등학생의 직업기초능력 향상에 타당하리라 사료되는 문제 중심학습 모형(Problem-based learning model)을 선정, 이에 기초한 전문교과 수업을 실시하여 실업계 고등학생의 직업기초능력 향상에 기여할 수 있는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 「대학생의 직업기초능력 유형 검사도구(박동열, 2005)」를 실업계 고등학교 전문가 협의회를 통해 수정ㆍ보완, 이를 활용하여 실업계 고등학생의 직업기초능력을 파악하고, 문제중심학습 모형에 따른 실제 전문교과 수업을 통한 실업계 고등학생의 직업기초능력 향상 정도를 알아보기 위하여 농업계열, 공업계열, 상업계열, 가사ㆍ실업계열 4명의 현직 교사가 문제중심학습 수업 매뉴얼에 따라 실제 수업에 적용 하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 문제중심학습 모형이 실업계 고등학생의 수업만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤으며, 문제중심학습 모형에 따른 전문교과 수업을 통해 실업계 고등학생의 모든 영역의 직업기초능력(문제해결 및 발표 능력, 기술활용능력, 자원활용능력, 수리능력, 조직이해능력, 대인관계능력, 자기관리능력)이 향상되었음을 실증적으로 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this research was to analyze the fitness of problem-based learning(PBL) for improving the core competencies of vocational high school students. This study examined the core competencies of vocational high school students by using the advised BARS test for vocational high school. And in order to examine the effectiveness of the courses based on PBL, 4 teachers had taught the designed courses by PBL method during the regular class in vocational high school : agricultural; technical; commercial, home economic high schools. The major findings in this study were as follows: 1) The courses based on PBL had an positive effect on the class satisfaction of vocational High school students. 2) We found out that the courses based on PBL have a positive effect on improving vocational key competencies of Vocational High school students.

      • 용접결함의 형상인식을 위한 분류기 알고리즘의 성능 비교

        In this study, we compared backpropagation network(BPNN) with probabilistic neural network(PNN) as the classification algorithm of welding flaws. For this purpose variables are appied the same to two algorithm. Here, feature variable is composed of time signal itself and frequency signal itself. Those are ultrasonic signals reflected on welding flaws. Through this process, we comfirmed advantages/disadvantages of two algorithms, identified application methods of two algorithms to classification methods of welding flaws. These advantages/disadvantages and application methods are based on theoretical backgrounds.

      • 일본 중소기업 정책의 변화

        The policies on small & medium sized firms have been carried out in order to cope with and improve the problems of small & medium sized firms, which can be occurred such as low productivity, bad labor conditions, unstable management. These policies have definitely brought about changes of management strategies. The policies have been developed according to changes of economic environments and they have given weight on what is demanded at that time. Until 1980's, they had put emphasis on the level-up of whole small & medium sized firms. But from 1990's, the changes of economic environments such as hollowness of consumption, hollowness of regional economy have become to demand changes of policies; which are put weight on not only coping with problems of small & medium sized firms, but also supporting superior small & medium sized firms. The policy tends to give many assistance to superior small & medium sized firm, such as R & D enterprises rather than tf support and protect the descendinding small & medium sized firms.

        Since last two decades, various forms of merit-based HRM system have been widely accepted in business firms in Japan. This study conducted a longitudinal case analysis of Hujitsu, a Japanese Firm, which has been a pioneer in Japan in adopting and implementing various merit-based HRM systems. Through many trial and errors that Hujitsu has experienced after the merit-based HRM system was adopted, this study found that merit-based HRM system had both the positive evaluation and negative side-effects, There are not big differences in merit based wages.

      • 적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 열적 결함부 자동 검출 모니터링 시스템 개발

        The most part of various electrics has been affected by thermal failure due to electric overload. Contact-sensor has been used, for detection to this thermal failure, until now. But, it is impossible to detect the unsuitable element by using contact-temperature-sensor. This problem, with development of the infrared thermal vision camera, will be solved. Because it take some advantages which are composed of non-contact detect and non-destructive detect for temperature distribution, it is possible to detect on the temperature of revolution part, high temperature part. We developed the automatic detection monitoring system for thermal failure part on electrics with overload by using the infrared thermal vision camera. The first stage, thermal signal was detected from the infrared thermal vision camera, and then the data that was wanted from user was shown. The second stage, if the temperature that was decided to failure coded to the program, automatically electrics was shut off. This monitoring system is possible to apply on various conveniences in the whole industrial sites.
