The text of the Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) of the So Moon (素問) was written in the Kap UI Kyung (甲乙經) volume 2 chapter 2 and volume 8 chapter 1. Also it was written in the Tae So (太素) volume 10, 11 and 26. In the Shin Kyo Jung (新校正), they say that it is wriien in the Jeon Won Ki Bon (全元起本) volume 2 and 6. But Wang (王永) interpreted it in volume 16. Also it was introduced in the Ryu Kyung (類經) volume 8, 9, 21 and 22 by Jang Kae Pin (張介賓) in the Myung (明) dynasty. In Go1 Gong (骨空), Gol(骨) means bone and Gong(空) means hole. So Go1 Gong(骨空) means the holes on bone of the human body. A large number of acupuncture points in 12 meridians are located on the holes of bone, and they are playing an important part in the treatment of diseases. In Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論), many points that is choosed when we treat various diseases by acupuncture are mentioned, locations that the holes of bone are distributed in are introduced. So it is called Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) . This article of the research on the Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) can be divided into 4 chapters. Summerking the contents of the Go1 Gong Ron (骨空論) in reference to the contents of successive generation note, the contents were as follows. Chapter 1 is about the way to use in treating various diseases what caused by Pung Sa (風??) and deals with the methods of locating acupoints based on a frame. Chapter 2 is written about lines that Conception Vessel (任??), Governer Vessel (????), and Throughfare Vessel (????) pass through, and pathological explanations on the diseases which are belong to those three meridians. The name of each part of the leg and the treatment corresponded to each phase of diseases of the leg are also mentioned in this chapter. Chapter 3 is concretely written about the name and position of the hole on bone of the human body. Chapter 4 deals with moxibustion therapy which we use to treat having an attack of indigestion, being bitten by dog, and feeling cold and heat in turn. Because the ancient men used acupuncture as main treatment of disease, they thought much of acupoint. A large number of acupoints are located on the holes of bone, and are playing an important part in the treatment of diseases. Therefore well understanding of Gol Gong Ron (骨空論) is very important. It is too difficult to understand the Gol Gong Ron (骨空論), because it is written in old Chinese. Consequence of above reason, the writer of this article has researched to find out the exact meaning of that.

本 篇은 氣와 形, 殺과 氣, 脈과 血과 關係로부터 虛實의 要點을 설명하여 氣가 충실하면 形體도 충실하고 氣가 허약하면 形體도 허약한 것이 正常狀態이고 이와 반대되는 상황이 발생한다면 이것이 바로 疾病狀態이며, 음식을 많이 먹으면 기운도 강하고 음식을 적게 먹으면 기운도 약한 것이 正常狀態이고 이와 반대되는 것은 곧 疾病狀態이며, 脈이 강하고 힘이 있으면 血도 충만하고 脈이 약하고 힘이 없으면 혈도 부족한 것이 正常狀態이고 이와 반대되는 것은 곧 疾病狀態이다고 하였다. 이러한 正常的인 變化와 非正常的인 變化의 原因을 針刺手法과 결합하여 刺鍼에 있어서의 補瀉를 설명하고 있다. 그러한 설명이 簡略하고 意味가 매우 깊어 보는 사람이 반드시 기억하여 잊지 말아야 한다는 뜻으로 刺志論이라고 하였다. By the results of investigation, comparison and interaction with ten commentator's Book including Huang Di Nei Jing So Moon(黃帝內經素問) of Wang Bing(王永) about the Ja Ji Ron (刺志論), what can be acquired are summerized as follow; This chapter is devided to five parts according to distinction of contents. In first part, normal states of weakness and firmness in vital energy, physical body and pulsation are mentioned. In second, abnormal states of weakness and firmness are refered to. In third, there are the etiological and pathological mechanisms of the abnormal states of weakness and firmness. In fourth, there is the outline of excessiveness symptom complex and deficiency symptom complex. In last, there is the acupuncture treatment of excessiveness symptom complex and deficiency symptom complex. In conclusion, they discuss upon the main principle of weakness and firmness (or excessiveness symptom complex and deficiency symptom complex).

최적박용기관의 선정 및 그의 경제성 평가방법에 관한 연구

The cost percentage of engine part in the total building cost of a ship is about 30-40% and the main engine occupies about 50% of the engine part cost. For certain ships the fuel bill can be as high as about 60-70% of the total operating cost after two oil shocks and its amount for one year is nearly equivalent to her main engine price. This fact has further increased the pressure on the engine builders to develop engines of higher efficiency and better possibilities to burn further deteriorated fuel qualities. But the energy-saving plants are ordinarily more expensive and their available amount of exhaust gas energy is less and therefore, they are not always profitable and optimum systems. This paper is prepared to decide the most economical and efficient engine systems by presenting reasonable selecting and economical evaluation methods of the main engine, which is the largest single unit and the most expensive, and its auxiliaries. In order to demonstrate the application of investigated methods in a practical case, a 46, 000 DWT class bulk carrier is selected as a model ship and her main engine and its auxiliaries are selected and evaluated. The result shows that the optimum determined has one year three months POP, 0.903 IRR at a year, 4, 116, 000 dollars PW in 15 years (for 5% escalation rate of fuel cost) and 9.522 BCR for same condition, when the engine plant of a same existing ship is taken as the basis.
