      • 肝吸蟲의 宿主血液 攝取에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to confirm whether Clonorchis sinensis has an activity of blood intake from host during the course of development of the fluke in the body of the host. The following results were observed: 1. The observations were made weekly on the appearance and the amount of contents with black materials in the cecal lumen of worms which were removed from the bile duct of the rats infected experimentally with metacercariae of C. sinensis. only Tow weeks after the infection, the black materials were already observed in the cecal lumen, and the amount of it was increased in examinations at the 3rd and 4th week of infections. By the 5th week, the majority of worms found to have full cecal contents with black materials. 2. The black materials in the lumen of the intestinal ceca of C. sinensis were proved by benzidine test to be the degenerated products of hemoglobin. 3. Electronmicroscopic examination of the cecal contents of C. sinensis revealed the presence of blood cells. The blood cells found in the contents were morphologically all the same to the blood cells of the host rabbits. 4. It was easier to identify the leucocytes in microscopic fields than the erythrocytes, because the leucocytes retained somewhat normal shape of it, while the erythrocytes were almost degenerated. In the cecal contents there were also rich debris which supposed to be components of blood cells. Nothing other the probable blood components was identified. 5. Scanning electronmicroscopic examination demonstrated that the oral sucker of C. sinensis has the opening and a lip is thick with many fine transverse striae or wrinkles on their surface. Many mammillary papillae were there close to the oral sucker. The results of this study confirmed the belied that C. sinensis has an activity of blood intake from the host with the oral sucker.

      • 클래스 라이브러리를 이용한 재사용 시스템 설계 방법에 관한 연구

        최근 새로운 소프트웨어의 개발보다 기존의 소프트웨어를 재사용할 수 있도록 하는 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 클래스의 관계성을 이용하여 재사용 가능한 객체지향 라이브러리 시스템을 구축하였다. 그리고 설계 및 구현단게에서 개발자에게 프로그램의 이해를 쉽게 하기 위하여 클래스 정보를 아이콘화하여 시각적인 면을 높였다. 또한 설계문서와 프로그램을 화면상에서 동시에 보면서 작업을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법은 클래스의 재구성시 프로그램 개발 및 유지 보수를 원활하게 하여 클래스의 재사용성을 높여준다.

        객체지향 기술의 장점은 재사용성과 유지보수의 용이함을 들수 있다. 일반적으로 노드 클래스 삽입, 삭제시 위치만 고려하므로 프로그램 이해의 어려움이 있었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 크래스 노드 삽입과 삭제시 위치를 설정하고 데이터 멤버를 세분화, 일반화함으로써 프로그램 이해를 쉽해 할 수 있다.

        GSIS를 이용한 橋梁管理體系 構築

        According to complexity and high level of society, the rapid and accurate information for landuse, environment and traffic etc.,is required, but the information management by a drawing and a map is confronted with a complicated and sudden change of facilities such as bridge; electricites, city gases and networks. This paper is aim to build a bridge management system of road with GSIS. It operated personal computer will bring easy computing management system of bridge on road. To build this system, presented bridge mangement system and domestic method for bridge management of road are investigated, and also apply to bridge management system using GSIS.

      • 일 요양병원에 입원한 만성질환자들의 건강증진 프로그램 적용후 임상검사치 변화

        Objectives and Method : To find the change of clinical laboratory value change of some chronic degenerative disease patients who were admitted to E sanatorium hospital in Y city from January 2001 to June 2002 after a health promotion program, a quasi-experimental study was done. Results : 1. The characteristics of study subjects showed 47.5% of male, 52.5% of female, 50% under 50 years in age Their common disease was cancer and cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, liver disease followed in frequency. Before admission 74.2% smoked, 67.5% enjoyed drinking alcohol and 92.5% preferred to take meat 2. After health promotion program mean systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum total cholesterol, serum triglyceride, fasting blood sugar and serum total protein were decreased statistically significantly, compared to the value at the beginning of admission 3. By the group of patients characteristics like sex, age, smoking status, drinking status, meat intake preference and kind of diseases suffering from, mean systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum total cholesterol, serum triglyceride showed consistent decrease after health promotion program compared to the beginning of admission Mean levels of fasting blood sugar, serum total protein, white blood cell (WBC) counts, red blood cell (RBC) counts, GPT showed irregular change in some patients characteristics group Conclusion : Keen and consistent change was shown at blood pressure and lipid parameter after a health promotion program toward chronic degenerative disease patients. To confirm that the cause of change was due to life style change or accidental reason, further systematic studies are required.

      • 生澱粉 加水分解酵素 生産菌의 分離와 遺傳子의 클로닝

        토양 시료로부터 선별과정을 거쳐 생전분을 분해시킬 수 있는 amylase를 생산하는 균주를 분리 하였고, 이 균주(K-1)에 대한 행태적·생리적 성질과 클로닝 가능성 그리고 생전분 가수분해 효소제의 특성을 측정한 결과 분리균주(K-1)는 Bacillus brevis K-1으로 동정되었다. 배양일수에 따른 균의 효소 생산을 측정하였을 때 2∼3일간의 배양에서 최대의 효소활성을 나타내었고 조효소의 최적온도는 35℃, 최적 pH 7.0∼7.5, 온도 안정성은 35℃이하 그리고 pH 안정성은 pH 7.5 이상임을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 효소액의 반응산물에 대한 paper chromatography는 glucose와 maltose가 주 반응 산물인 것으로 보아 본 효소는 당화형 amylase계의 효소임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 균주의 생육조건은 pH 7.0이고 온도는 35℃로 나타났으며 탄소원에 대한 효소생산은 호화전분 또는 glucose나 maltose를 기질로 하였을 때보다 생전분(CLP)을 기질로 하였을 때 효소 생산력이 2∼5배 이상 높았다. 생전분 가수분해 효소 gene의 HindⅢ 단편과 EcoRV 단편은 pHY300 PLK에 클로닝되었 고 E. coli와 B. subtilis(amy-)에서 발현됨을 알 수 있었다. A bacterium which can utilize raw starch as a sole carbon source was isolated and identified as Bacillus brevis K-1 from its physiological, morphological and cultural properties. Optimal conditions to produce raw starch digesting enzyme were 2∼3 days at pH 7.0 and at 35℃. The crude enzyme had an optimum pH of 7.0∼7.5 and an optimum temperature of 35℃. The enzyme was stable at pH range between 7.0 and 12.0 and at temperature below 40℃. The paper chromatography showed that the crude enzyme was saccharifying amylase. HindⅢ and EcoRV fragments of raw starch digesting amylase gene were cloned in the plasmid pHY300PLK which are E. coli-B. subtilis shuttle vector using E. coli and B. subtilis as a host.

      • All-Trans Retinoic Acid에 의한 HL-60 세포 분화유도중 H2B Histone, c-Myc 및 DNA Topoisomerase I 발현에 관한 연구

        Effects of all-trans retinoic acid(retinoic acid) on DNA replication, H2B histone and DNA topoisopmerase I(Topo I) gene expression have been investigated in human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60. DNA synthesis decreased at 24 hours after exposure of retinoic acid in the HL-60 cells. H2B histone mRNA rapidly reduced at 48 hours and Topo I and c-myc mRNA at 24 hours in retinoic acid-exposured HL-60 cells, respectively. The levels of c-myc, H2B histone and Topo I gene expression were reduced in proportion to the concentration of retinoic acid. The H2B histone mRNA in retinoic acid-exposured cells was elevated by cycloheximide treatment, while the level of Topo I mRNA was constant. These results suggest that regulations of H2B histone, c-myc and Topo I gene expression are different from one another, and repression of Topo I gene is closely correlated with c-myc gene during retinoic acid-induced differentiation of HL-60 cells.

      • 김치의 숙성중 색상변화에 관한 연구

        김치의 숙성중 숙성과 밀접한 관련이 있는 pH의 변화와 색상과의 상관관계를 조사하여 숙성정도를 육안적으로 식별할 수 있는 방안을 검토하였다. 배추 김치의 백색잎 조직의 a, H값과 pH감소와는 각각 r=-0.76, r=0.76으로 상관성이 인정되었으며 미숙시엔 연두빛을 품은 백색을 띠나 숙성이 진행됨에 따라 점차 적색화되어 연한 주황색으로 되었다. 녹색잎부분의 a, H 및 C값과 pH 감소와의 관계는 각각 r=-0.76, r=0.83, r=-0.73으로 비교적 높은 상관성을 나타내었으며 숙성에 따라 밝은 연두빛을 품은 녹색이 점차 붉은색이 많이 가미된 어두운 녹색으로 변화되었다. 국물의 색상과 pH 감소와의 관계는 a값과 H값에서 각각 r=0.67, r=-0.87으로 상관성이 인정되었다. 고추가루는 L값, V값과는 각각 r=-0.74, r=-0.76으로 미숙시는 붉은색, 적숙시는 밝은 붉은 색, 과숙시에는 황색빛을 품은 연한 붉은색으로 되었다. Correlation between pH and color of Kimchi during fermentation was investigated to visually evaluate the fermentation degree of Chinese cabbage Kimchi. Color “a” and “H” values in the white part, “a”, “H” and “C” values in the green part of the Kimchi showed a high correlation with pH, respectively. “a” and “H” values of Kimchi juice, “L” and “V” values of red pepper attached to Kimchi had a high correlation with pH. The color of the white part was light greenish white in unripened Kimchi, but changed to redish in ripened Kimchi. Green part changed from light green to redish green as ripening. Red pepper powder attached to Kimchi showed redish color in unripening, but changed to yellowish red in over ripening.

      • 주택에 있어서 가전기기 및 Home Automation 의 이용실태에 관한 조사연구

        In housing design, the possession of many kinds of electric home appliances EHA and the supply of home automation(HA) are considered as new additional design criteria to develop the shape and area of kitchen and working space. This study attempts to findout the character of the possessins and usage of EHA and the HA. For this purpose, the field survey with the questionnaire and observation has been carried out based on 77 households by housing types (apartment and detached house). Findings are as follows : (1) The households have many kinds of EHA and the possession rate of them is very high. Also, the user preference for larger size of EHA such as refrigerater and washing machine is one of the usage characters of EHA. But, these characters of the possession and usage of EHA have not been considered on the design of kitchen and working area, so the misfits have many problems which are the narrow working space, the lack of storage space, the dead space and the inefficient working circulation in those areas. (2) The households require and recognize the HA as the important home equipment for the home security, the home control and the home management. But the practical usage rate is very low because of the supply system that the HA has been furnished by housing developer not user. So, the user education to give the information and instruction about HA is needed.
