      • 철도안전감독관 직무 분석을 통한 철도안전체계 고찰

        '11년 KTX 광명역 탈선사고와 역통과 정차 후 퇴행 등 잦은 철도사고가 발생됨에 따라 철도안전문제에 대한 사회적 우려가 높아지게 되었다. 또한 철도경쟁체제 도입과 민간철도운영사의 증가에 따라 안전관리 업무 수요가 지속적으로 확대될 것으로 예상됨에 따라 정부는 철도안전법 전부 개정을 통한 철도안전체계의 근본적인 개혁을 준비 중에 있다. 이러한 철도안전체계 강화의 일환으로 정부는 철도안전감독관 제도를 도입하였다. 본 논문은 해외 철도안전현황의 실태를 통해 철도안전감독관 직무를 분석하고, 국내 항공안전체계와 철도안전체계를 비교하였다. 또한 항공안전감독관과 철도안전감독관 제도를 비교분석하였으며, 철도분야의 특성에 알맞는 철도안전감독 직무 분석을 통해 철도안전체계를 고찰하였다. Railway accidents on railway safety issues pushed the social concerns because KTX train had not only derailed near the Gwang-Myeong station in 2011, But KTX and EMU also moved backward frequently to the missed station from 2011 to 2012. The government forecasts the Railway Safety Inspector demand because of the fact that they will allow KTX competitor and increase private management railway company. Therefore, the government is preparing to upgrade fundamental railway safety system through all revisions of Safety Act of Railway and firstly appointed the Railway Safety Inspector. In this paper, on the status of international railway safety analyze to correlate with Railway Safety Inspector role. Moreover, this study compare domestic railway safety systems and aviation safety system. Furthermore, Railway Safety Inspector's role with aviation safety wupervisor's role are compared. Finally, this study focus on Railway Safety Inspector's duties properly harmonize with the characteristics of the railway in the railway safety system.

      • Etching Characteristics of Au Film using Capacitively Coupled CF4/Ar Plasma

        In this paper, the etching of Au films using photoresist masks on Si substrates was investigated using a capacitively coupled plasma etch reactor. The advantages of plasma etch techniques over current methods for Au metalization include the ability to simplify the metalization process flow with respect to resist lift-off schemes, and the ability to cleanly remove etched material without sidewall redeposition, as is seen in ion milling. The etch properties were measured for different gas mixing ratios of CF4/Ar, and chamber pressures while the other conditions were fixed. According to statistical design of experiment (DOE), etching process of Au films was characterized and also 20 samples were fabricated followed by measuring etch rate, selectivity and etch profile. There is a chemical reaction between CF4 and Au. Au- F is hard to remove from the surface because of its high melting point. The etching products can be sputtered by Ar ion bombardment.

        Ten-Day Concomitant, 10-Day Sequential, and 7-Day Triple Therapy as First-Line Treatment for Helicobacter pylori Infection: A Nationwide Randomized Trial in Korea

        Background/Aims: This nationwide, multicenter prospective randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of 10-day concomitant therapy (CT) and 10-day sequential therapy (ST) with 7-day clarithromycin-containing triple therapy (TT) as first-line treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection in the Korean population. Methods: Patients with H. pylori infection were assigned randomly to 7d-TT (lansoprazole 30 mg, amoxicillin 1 g, and clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily for 7 days), 10d-ST (lansoprazole 30 mg and amoxicillin 1 g twice daily for the first 5 days, followed by lansoprazole 30 mg, clarithromycin 500 mg, and metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for the remaining 5 days), or 10d-CT (lansoprazole 30 mg, amoxicillin 1 g, clarithromycin 500 mg, and metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for 10 days). The primary endpoint was eradication rate by intention-to-treat (ITT) and per-protocol (PP) analyses. Results: A total of 1,141 patients were included. The 10d-CT protocol achieved a markedly higher eradication rate than the 7d-TT protocol in both the ITT (81.2% vs 63.9%) and PP analyses (90.6% vs 71.4%). The eradication rate of the 10d-ST protocol was superior to that of the 7d-TT protocol (76.3% vs 63.9%, ITT analysis; 85.0% vs 71.4%, PP analysis). No significant differences in adherence or serious side effects were found among the three treatment arms. Conclusions: The 10d-CT and 10d-ST regimens were superior to the 7d-TT regimen as standard first-line treatment in Korea.

        전남지역「가고 싶은 섬」의 건강치유물질 특성

        본 연구는 전라남도가 2016년도에 선정된 전남지역「가고 싶은 섬」에 대한 섬 공기질의 건강치유물질인 테르펜 분포량과 음이온을 파악하기 위해서 실시하였다. 조사대상은 가고 싶은 섬의 침엽수림과 상록활엽수림에서 이루어졌으며 2016년 5월 ~ 9월 중 수행하였다. 테르펜 분포량 조사결과 침엽수림인 진도 관매도가 1,200 pptv로 가장 높게 나타났다. 수종별 테르펜류의 분포량은 침엽수림에서는 고흥 연홍도(1,181 pptv), 여수 낭도(1,150 pptv), 신안 반월도(1,029 pptv)순으로 타났으며, 상록활엽수림에서는 완도 소안도(851 pptv), 강진 가우도(748 pptv), 신안 박지도(627 pptv)순으로 나타났다. 테르펜류 성분별로는 침엽수림에서는 주로 α-pinene과 β-pinene이 검출되었으며, 상록활엽수림에서는 α-pinene과 δ-limonene, sabinene이 많이 검출되었다. 음 이온은 강진 가우도에서 최대값인 1,350 ea/cc으로 나타났으며, 전체 조사지점의 농도는 346 ea/cc∼ 828 ea/cc 범위로 측정되어 2015년에 조사된 도시공원(순천 장대공원)의 음이온 평균값 88 ea/cc에 비해 매우 높은 농도로 조사되었다. 건강에 유해한 물질인 총부유세균과 PM-10은 자연수준 상태로 조사되었다. 조사결과 전라남도「가고 싶은 섬」의 대기환경은 매우 안전하고 건강치유물질이 풍부한 환경으로 평가되었다. This study was conducted to provide basic data not only on the health healing material but also on the amount of terpene distribution to 「Islands that people hope to visit」 in Jeollanam-do. The investigations were conducted at coniferous forest and evergreen broadleaved forest which is stand of 「Islands that people hope to visit」 in Jeollanam-do visited frequently from May to September 2016. As a result, the amount of terpene distribution was 1,200 pptv(mean value) in the coniferous forests of Gwanmaedo, the forests of Yeonhongdo (1,181 pptv), Nangdo(1,150 pptv), Banwoldo(1,029 pptv), Soando(851 pptv), Gaudo(748 pptv), Bakjido(627 pptv). A large amount of α-pinene and β-pinene was mainly detected in the coniferous forests, while the amount of α-pinene and δ-limonene and sabinene took up a large share in the evergreen broad-leaved forest on 「Islands that people hope to visit」. The maximum value of anions was measured as 1,350 ea/cc in Gaudo. The mean value at all research sites was ranged from 346 ea/cc to 828 ea/cc. These were much higher than the average anion value of 88 ea/cc in the city park(Jang-Dae Park). Total airborne bacteria counts and PM-10 content being classed as a hamful influence material on the health were natural state level. As the result of investigation, the ambient air characteristics of「Islands that people hope to visit」in Jeollanam-do was estimated to very safe and pleasant environment.

        Mycoplasma pneumoniae는 대부분 경한 폐렴을 일으키며 폐외 증상으로 횡문근융해를 동반하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 횡문근융해를 동반한 중증 마이코플라즈마 폐렴을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a common cause of respiratory tract infections and typically causes mild disease. Extrapulmonary manifestations of M. pneumoniae infection are also common, but rhabdomyolysis is a rare complication. Here, we describe the case of a previously healthy 23-year-old male who displayed the simultaneous onset of rhabdomyolysis and severe pneumonia requiring mechanical ventilation. Both conditions were resolved by a 10-day course of antimicrobial treatment and the patient was discharged without complication.

        Delamination Analysis of Low-Temperature Processed SU-8 Photoresist for MEMS Device Fabrication

        <P>Negative SU-8 photoresist processed at several levels of lower temperature than conventional approach was investigated, and its low-temperature processing has been characterized in terms of delamination. According to two phases of statistical design of experiment (DOE), initially statistically significant variables of SU-8 photoresist processing were selected, and the selected variables were further investigated to find their effects on delamination of SU-8 microstructure. A three leveled factorial designed experiments were performed followed by a 2(6-1) fractional factorial designed as a screening experiment. Characterizing low-temperature SU-8 photoresist process, 27 samples were fabricated and the degree of delamination was measured. In addition, nine additional samples were fabricated for the purpose of verification. Employing a neural network modeling technique, a process model is established, and response surfaces are generated to investigate the degree of delamination associated with three process parameters: post exposure bake (PEB) temperature, PEB time, and exposure energy. From the response surfaces generated, two significant parameters associated with delamination are identified, and their effects on delamination were analyzed. The higher the post exposure bake (PEB) temperature at a fixed PEB time and the more delamination occurred. In addition, the higher the dose of exposure energy, the lower the temperature at which the delamination begins and the larger the degree of delamination. The results identified acceptable ranges of the three process variables to avoid the delamination of SU-8 film, which in turn might lead to potential defects in MEMS device fabrication.</P>

        Primary serous papillary carcinoma of peritoneum (PSCP) is a tumor of the peritoneum, distinct from malignant mesothelioma, but similar in many ways to primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC). It seems to be histologically identical to EOC and is differentiated from EOC based on the extend of gross ovarian involvement and microscopic invasion of the cortex. Currently, PSCP is evaluated, staged and treated in the same fashion as EOC, with the Gynecologic Oncology Group trials for the treatment of EOC now open to patients with PSCP. Therefore it is managed surgically in the same way as EOC with shared goal of optimal cytoreduction. Although the preponderance of evidence supports the benefit of maximal cytoreductive efforts for EOC, only limited data are available for debulking in PSCP. Here we report four cases of PSCP with a short literature, in who excisions of all visible implants were performed and residual lesions were measured up to less than 2 ㎝.
