콘 관입저항치를 이용한 수직배수재 타설심도 결정에 관한 연구

최근 피조콘시험은 과거 일반적으로 사용되었던 표준관입시험과 함께 연약지반의 특성을 평가하기 위해 빈번히 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하부지반의 지층상태를 파악하고 설계를 위한 연약지반 심도 결정 및 시공시 수직배수재 타설심도 결정시 그 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해서 표준관입시험결과(N치), 선행압밀하중(pc), 수직배수재 타설시 관입에너지와 피조콘시험을 통한 콘 관입저항치($q_c$)와의 관계를 분석하였다. 대상 지역별로 일정한 표준관입저항치를 기준으로 평균 연약지반심도를 결정하여, 동일한 심도에서 피조콘관입저항치를 값을 분석한 결과 $q_c$=(1.09~1.63)N, 선행압밀하중을 고려한 결과 $q_c$=(1.21~1.98)N의 관계를 나타내었다. 또한 수직배수재 타설시 관입에너지와 피조콘시험을 통한 콘 관입저항치($q_c$)와의 관계를 분석한 결과 평균적으로 피조콘 관입저항치 10kgf/$cm^2$의 경우 수직배수재 타설 시 관입저항치는 약 65~70.0kgf/$cm^2$의 값을 나타내였다. Recently, piezocone penetration test is frequently used in order to estimate the characteristics of soft ground with standard penetration test; generally used in the past In this study, standard penetration test, piezocone penetration test, driving resistance of vertical drain were used in order to increase the confidence for determination of soft ground depth. And the compressible layer was determined by the comparison between the preconsolidation pressure and the designed increase pressure. As the results, the relation between standard penetration test and piezocone penetration test shows $q_c$=(1.09~1.63)N at the soft ground, determined by 5/30 N value. And $q_c$(1.21~1.98)N was shown at the point of compressible layer, evaluated by the preconsolidation pressure. And driving resistance of vertical drain is 70 f/$cm^2$ which is equal to 10kgf/$cm^2$ cone penetration resistance.
소나무 잎과 가지의 정유와 그 성분들의 항산화 및 항노화 작용

To investigate effects of pine essential oil isolated by steam distillation from Pinus densiflora needles (PN) and twigs (PT) on anti-oxidant and anti-aging activities, the experiments were carried out to determine anti-oxidant and antiaging activities on DPPH radical scavenging activity, NBT/xanthine oxidase-superoxide scavenging activity, silica-induced intracellular H2O2 and hydroxyl radical generation in RAW264.7 cells, hyaluronidase and elastase activities in vitro. Essential oil of PN and PT were contained 0.225 and 0.176 (w/v) %, respectively. PN was contained with 30 kinds of essential oil and its major constituent is α-pinene (21.5%). Further PT was contained with 40 kinds of essential oil and its major constituent is β-pinene (22.4%) in GC/MS assay. Other essential oils of PN were β-pinene, camphene, myrcene, limonene, terpinolene, α-terpineol, bornyl acetate, α-copaene, caryophellene and humulene and PT were α-pinene, camphene, phellandrene, limonene, terpinolene, α-terpineol, bornyl acetate, α-copaene, caryophellene and humulene. The essential oil of PT have more active than that of PN in anti-oxidant activity which has significant DPPH radical and superoxide scavenging activity, and significant inhibitory activities on silica-induced intracellular H2O2 and hydroxyl radical generation, as well as, significantly inhibited elastase and hyaluronidase activities. Further, phellandrene, myrcene and α-pinene have DPPH radical and superoxide scavenging activities, β-pinene, terpinolene, myrcene and phellandrene inhibited silica-induced intracellular H2O2 and hydroxyl radical generations. And also phellandrene and β-pinene inhibited hyaluronidase and elastase activities. In conclusion, the essential oils isolated from PN and PT have anti-oxidant and anti-aging activities.
간경보사(肝經補瀉)가 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6- tetrahydropyridine로 유도된 파킨슨병 동물 모델에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study was designed to compare the effects of tonification and sedation methods of Liver Meridian in 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced Parkinson`s disease mice model. Methods: We injected MPTP (30 mg/kg, i.p.) or saline for 5 consecutive days. Acupuncture treatments were given to the mice with MPTP at LR8 and LR4 to tonify Liver Meridian (Liver+) or LR4 and LR2 to sedate it (Liver-) for 12 day. At the 12th day after first injection, mice were perfused, and then tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-immunohistochemistry was performed in substantia nigra (SN) of their brains. After counting the number of TH-positive neurons, we compared their numbers among experimental groups. Results: The number of TH-positive neurons of Liver+ group was significantly increased compared to that of MPTP group in the SN. That of Liver- group was also increased more than MPTP group, but not significantly. Conclusions: Tonifying Liver Meridian might be effective therapeutic tools for the neuroprotection in subchronic MPTP-induced mice model.

This study investigated the community structure and health assessment of macrobenthic assemblages in Wonmun Bay, in the southern coast of Korea. The total umber of number of species and mean density were 170 species and 1,269 indivuduals/m2, respectively. The major dominant species were the bivalve Theora fragilis (230±446 individuals/m2) and the polychaetes Lumbrineris longifolia (180±339 individuals/m2), Sigambra tentaculata (124±153 individuals/m2), Paraprionospio patiens (104±293 individuals/m2) and Capitella capitata (82±223 individuals/m2). Community statistics [cluster analysis and nonmetric multidimentional scaling (NMDS) ordination] Fevaled that the macrobenthic community structure in the study area was classified into three station groups for both seasons. Several biotic indices based on macrobenthic communities have been developed to assess the ecological quality of coastal ecosystems. In this study, the ecological status was assessed by four biotic indices Shannon``s H``, the AZTI Marine Biotic Index (AMBI), multivariate-AMBI (M-AMBI) and the Ecological Conservation Index (ECI). The ecological statuses of the macrobenthic communities in Wonmun Bay were poorer in the summer than in the spring. The results of the present study indicate that three biotic indices ( i.e.; Shannon``s H``, M-AMBI and ECI ) were better correlated with bottom dissolved oxygen than the AMBI in Wonmun Bay.
식초음료를 첨가한 파우치형 곤약젤리의 제조 및 품질 특성

본 연구에서는 식초음료가 함유된 젤리의 품질특성에 관하여 식초음료 함량, 구연산삼나트륨 함량, 겔화제 함량에 따라 3단계에 나눠 제조공정에 따른 살균전후의 이화학적 특성을 연구하였다. 식초 음료의 함량을 달리한 젤리는 식초음료의 함량이 높을수록 pH는 급격히 낮아졌고 살균 후는 살균 전 보다 경도(hardness)가 현저히 낮아져 제형이 유지되지 않았다. 이는 pH와 높은 산도의 영향으로 보여 진다. 산도조절제인 구연산삼나트륨의 함량을 달리한 실험 결과 pH는 구연산삼나트륨의 첨가 함량의 증가는 살균전후 모두 구연산삼나트륨의 함량과 젤리의 경도(hardness)는 상관관계를 보였으며 살균 공정 후 젤리는 살균보다 경도(hardness)는 낮아져 pH와 살균 가열 조건이 겔화의 품질 주요 변수임을 확인하였다. 겔화제의 함량을 달리한 젤리의 경도(hardness)는 살균전후 모두 겔화제 첨가 함량의 증가와 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 식초음료의 스파우트 젤리임을 고려할 때 제품 관능 속성에 부합될 수 있도록 pH 3.5-3.7, 글루코만난과 카라기난의 혼합겔의 함량은 0.4-0.5%가 적절하다고 판단되었다. The quality characteristics of jelly-containing vinegar drinks were divided into three stages in this study. The jelly, which differs from the contents of the vinegar drink, sharply decreased the pH. After sterilization, hardness was significantly decreased, and the formulation was not maintained, which was considered the effect of low pH and high total acidity of vinegar drinks. Different experiments confirmed that pH and sterilization heating conditions were the major quality variables for gelation as both sodium citrate content and jelly hardness were correlated before and after sterilization. The hardness of the jelly, which differs in gel content, correlated with the increase in gelation content both before and after sterilization. Therefore, considering the spout jelly of a vinegar drink, pH of 3.5-3.7 and a content of glucomannan and caragenane mixed gel were considered appropriate to match the products sensory properties.
