        징거미새우의 初期發生 및 飼育試驗( I )

        1) The spawning season of Macrobracium nippensis(De Haan) was from June 20th to September 20th, reared in the laboratory P.H 7-8, Salinity 4,561-6,167 as same condition in the nature state of blackish area of Rakdong River. 2) It took 15 days from fertilization to hatch out in the above experiment. Numbers of the spawning eggs were 21.080-42.168 in each individuals. 3) They needed 2 days for developmental processes from fertilizatin to Gastrula stage 1, After Gastrula stage 1,they consumed 1 day for every stage process till hatch-out. 4) The nucleus cleavage occured but no cytolplasmic cleavage divided in two bodies when 2 cells stage. Differentiation of nucleus and cytoplasm were happened synchrononsly form 4 cells stage. 5) Appearences of Blastula stage 1,2 were typical superficial cleavage states. 6) Blastopore was appeared in the caudal end of Gastrula slage 1~8 of mesoderm teloblast were encircled with Blastopore. It was not obvious the formation of Endomesoderm cells, Ectomesoderm cells in Blastopore. Ectoterm cells on surface of the egg collapsed synchronously and compounded scale-liked epidermis in Gastrula stage 1. The secondary yolk pyramid was obvious in the yolk part of Gastrula stage 1. 7) Differentiation of Mesoderm cells advanced to the front of Blastopore, became formation of cephalath-oracic segments. Mesoderm complex advanced to the rear of Blastopore, compounded segments of abdoment. 8) Metermerism of segment became more distinguished through Nauplius stage 1-7. Compound eyes colored blackish with melanin chromatophore when Nauplius stage 7. 9) Compound eyes were more obvious whenZoea stage 1. Vessel systems were well developed when Zoea stage 1. Xanthophyll chromatopore were distributed scarcely around The body when Zoea stage 3. 10) Length of the shrimp fry just hatched out (Zoea stage 4) was 20mm on average. There were no differentiation of tail fan, pleopod and eyestalk in the fry.

        징거미새우의 初期發生 및 飼育試驗(Ⅲ)

        1)Larvae of Macrobraeium nippoensis originated from Rak Dong River went through ten zoeal stages to the post larvae in 38 days approximately under the rearing laboratory conditions; pH 7~8, water temperature 23℃~26℃, chlonity 6.44~6.57‰while the other larvae of the same species originated from Kasumiga-ura Estury were required 18 days from 1st zoeal stage to 'post larval stage under similar conditions by the report Kwon. 2)The post laval stages were come after 10th zoeal stage ih this experiment but the post larvae in Kwon's experiment were come-after 9th zoeal stage. 3)Average body lengths of 1st zoeal stage were 1.58mm and average body lengths of post larvae were 4.91mm in this experiment. In Kwon's experiment, average body lengths oi 1st zoeal stage were 2.06mm and averge body lengths of post larvae were 5.31mm. In compavision, larvae of this experiment were smaller than that of Kwon's experiment through the whole stages. 4)Lots of difference occured in numbers of segments, setae, pulmouse setae of all appendages through whole stages and differentiation of periopods and pleopods were occured in some of different stages, between the two experiments. 5)Of the post larval stage, first tooth of rostrum was located on the middie portion of carpace in this experiment but the first tooth was located directly above the posterior margin of the orbit in Kwon's experiment, and flagellum length of 2nd Antenna was 1½ times of the scale jn this experiment while the flagellum length was a half of body length in Kwon's experiment. 6)In condition of this viewpoint, it seemed that Macrobracium nippoensis originated from Rak Dong River should be Ecotypes or Subspecies of the origin of Kasumiga-ura. Further-more,the two populations were isolated long geological times and not mixed. Further texonomical study compare with two populations of adult forms would be examined in future.

        淡水魚類, 兩域魚類, 海産魚類의 삼透壓調節器宮의 組織學的 比較

        1) The salt cells were absolutely absent in the gill of Carassius carassius, a fresh water fish, tut renal capsules, glomerulus, proximal and distal convoluted tubules were well developed in the kidney of the above fish, which continuously excreted out excess water had come through mucous membrane of epithelium from the environment lower osmotic pressure condition than inner body. 2) Anguilla japonica which behaved both of migration, anadromous, catadrorr.ous had well developed salt cells in the gill, and renal capsules in the kidney since they could adapted fairly in the environment. 3Mugil cephalus, Pseudopleuronectes herzensteini, euryhaline fishes, and Astroconger myriasrer, in shore fishes, had developed salt cells in the gill and renal capsules in the kidney so that they could adapted lower salinity environmental condition. 4) Cynias manazo, essential marine elasmobranchii, had rudimental salt cells in the gill, well .developed renal capsules but had poorly developed proximal and distal convoluted tubules in the kidney. They also had well developed rectal gland, salt excretory organ. By the above condition, they could adapted high salinity of the brine. 5) Pagrosomus major, aglomerulus, had fairly developed salt cells in the gill, but no glomeruli in . the kidney. So that they could live pure brine, not influenced from any factor of fresh water.

        Multiple myeloma is a disease caused by neoplastic plasma cells that synthesize abnormal amouts of immunoglobulin or immunoglobulin fragments. Light chain myeloma are regarded as a separate category characterized by a more malignant clinical course. Light chain myelomas are said to grow fastest of all and are associated with more osteolytic lesions, more hypercalcemia, and a higher incidence of renal failure and amyloidsis than either the IgG, IgA varienties The authors experienced a case of patients with λ-light chain myeloma. A 43-year-old male patient admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of both rib and lower back pain. The radiologic findings showed multiple pathologic fracture in ribs. osteolytic lesions in 2nd, 3rd cervical spineimmuture plasma cells. Serum electrophoresis showed normal finding. Urine electrophoresis evealed an M-spike. Urine immunoelectrophoress demonstrated λ-monoclonal protein. With the cycle of melphalan, prednisone and α-interferon chemotherapy improved of pain was observed. So we reported the case with brief review of previous literature.

        The corner flow characteristics of curved square duct is applied to a miniature, high effectiveness, automatic control of mechanical facilities and architectural facilities on industrial scene. It is necessary to analyze exactly the flow characteristics of a square duct using 5-hole pitot tube. Because these can be applied to energy problem of air conditioning system. The governing equations (Continuity & Navier-Stokes equations) are solved theore- tically by using a toroidal coordinate system in a square duct. The experimental study using air in a square duct carried out to measure corner flow characteristics by 5-hole pitot tube with 3-D traverse system, blower, pressure transducer, A/D converter, amplifier, power supply and oscilloscope.

        3중양분선택·개방형 CVM을 이용한 수도권 대기질의 편익가치

        본 연구는 한국의 수도권 대기질 개선의 편익가치를 CV 방식을 통해 추정한 것이다. 분석에 사용한 질문 형식은 3중양분석택·개방형 질문이다 결과에 의하면, 최종 개방형 질문에서 표출한 WTP가 양분선택 과정에서 선택한 WTP 구간을 이탈한 경우가 다수 존재하였다. 이는 양분선택형 질문형식은 응답자의 잠재적 WTP를 추출하는 과정에서 편의가 발생함을 의미한다. 3중양분선택·개방형 질문 형식은 응답자가 양분 선택형 질문에 응답하는 과정의 학습 효과를 거쳐 개방형 질문에서 잠재적 WTP를 표출함으로써 개방형 질문의 응답률 저하라는 단점과 양문선택형에서 발생하는 편의를 감소시킬 수 있다는 이점이 있다. 수도권 대기질 개선의 편익가치, 즉 응답자가 사회적으로 바람직한 수준의 대기질 상태를 도달하기 위해 지불할 의사가 있는 금액은 응답자 가구 당 월평균 최소 1만 6,402원에서 최고 1만 9,494원으로 추정되었다. This paper is intended to valuate air quality of the Seoul Metropolitan Area using triple-bound dichotomous choice (TBDC) contingent valuation method (GYM), supplemented by open-ended (OE) questionnaires. In the OE questionnaires, some respondents would st i their willingness to pay (WTP) outside the limits of the WI`P interval. It implies that WTP es(intaees based on the customary dichotomous choice (DC) questionnaires can be biased. We argue that the TBDC-CVM refined with OE questions is more efficient, because the latter helps purge the former of corrupted data that may have been collected by the TBDC interview process.

      • 원형관로내 층류 맥동유동의 속도와 압력 분포에 관한 연구

        In this study basic equations for the pulsatile laminar flow in a circular rigid pipe containing a slightly compressible fluid are derived and analytical solutions for the distributions of wave propagation factor K, cross-sectional mean velocity u_(m) and pressure P are schematically developed and confirmed experimentally. The pulsatile flow with 0 ≤ f ≤ 48Hz and 0 ≤ Re ≤ 2500 generated by summing the oscillatory flow made by ball valve into steady one. The wave form of pulsatile flow is described as a longitudinal wave and particle velocities measured experimentally are group velocities of the wave packet which are always smaller than phase velocities which are approximate to the sonic velocity C when the radial dispersion and wall friction are negligible. Therefore wave number is approximated to k = ω/c for high angular velocity region. The axial pressures and centerline velocities were measured by strain-gage type pressure transducers and Pito-static tubes, respectively. The cross-sectional mean velocities calculated from centerline velocities with the parabolic distributions of the laminar flow and confirmed by using the ultrasonic flowmeter. We knew that axial distributions of oscillatory velocity and pressure coincide with thoeretical and depend on the Reynolds number and angular velocity.

      • 과도한 운동으로 발생한 횡문근융해증에 의한 급성신부전증 1예

        Rhabdomyolysis may be defined as a clinical and laboratory syndrome which releases muscle cell contents into the plasma, such as creatine phosphokinase, due to skeletal muscle injuries. It can be the result of many diverse causes including muscle disease, ischemia, genetic disorder, metabolic disorder, infectious disease, drugs, comatose state, trauma or vigorous exercise that can lead to acute renal failure as a complication. Since first reported in 1941, rhabdomyolysis-induced acute renal failure has been documented many times, and the major causes of this disease are carbon monoxide poisoning, snake bites, and etc in Korea Reports of acute renal failure after exercise-related rhabdomyolysis with myoglobinemia are rare. We report a case of acute renal failure caused by exercise-related rhabdomyolysis in a 20 year old man.
