Currently most of companies are confronted to a fierce competition in and out of our country. In this situation it is very important for companies to have a customer competitive capability. First, to approach for strengthening to customer competitive capability, companies must realize and establish a strategy to strengthen customer competitive capability that companies have differential advantages to competitive companies. And then companies will persuit customer satisfaction management to satisfy their customers' needs and wants properly. Second, companies must understand co-relations between service, customer satisfaction and customer responsiveness, and manage each factor effectively. If companies are able to satisfy their customers, customers satisfied will response and react with friendship and loyalty in turn. Customer competivitve capability will be strengthened in result. Third, to satisfy their own customers, companies ought to give essential customer values to their own customers, and advance service quality. To do it well, companies should develop service quality model fitting to their own companies' circumstances. In short, to strengthen customer competitive capability is the essential strategic topic in marketing activities of modern company. This study will provide a viewpoint for establishing a marketing strategy and customer management by approaching to strengthen customer competitive capability.

The absorbability of each active carbons of plants was investigated, dependent on each plants, the treatment with reagents, the most high activity of all carbons unactivited by reagants was observed by trifolium respense's carbons the best of all carbons biota orientalis Endlicher and phellodendron Amurense Reprecht were activated by 10% HCI and Platanus Orientalis L by 5% NaOH and Alenus Tinctoria Sargent Var Glabra allcien by 10% HCI and 5% NaOH at the same time.

There are two kinds of waterproof manufacturing of textile goods, one is waterproof of air pass, the other is that of air tight and also the waterporoof manufactuing of air pass is divided into a temporary and a permanent one. In this study I attempted to deal with three kinds of foreign water proofing agents and two kinds of domestic one by means of permanent water proof manufacturing and thus measured the effect of spray and that of spraying after washing, comparing each other. The results of measuring and comparing the concentration of use and the effect of pray of each water proofing reveled that domestic water proofing agent, high acid amide and melamibe resin are not inferior to those of twill and flourim in the effect of spray. Also it was found that high fatty acid amide can be used for both twill and nylon, and though spray after washing is rends to reduce, it is being proved that the curing on the spot will bring about much better spraying then that of laboratory. The concentration of use of domestic products id dealt with in higher density than foreign warter proofing agent but as raw materials are all produced in the home country and component is easy, its cost is lower then of foreign made, enobling us to use cheaper water proofing agent.
2D 전송선을 이용한 Cloaking 구조 설계 및 분석

본 논문에서는 기존의 인덕터와 커패시터 소자만을 이용하여 2D cloaking 회로의 단일 셀을 설계했을 경우의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 2D 전송선 구조를 이용한 cloaking 회로를 설계하고 분석하였다. 2D 전송선 구조를 이 용할 경우, 단일 셀의 크기와 필요한 소자의 값을 사용 가능한 범위 안에서 조절할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이에 필요한 모든 설계식을 유도하였다. 자유 공간에 완전 도체로 이루어진 원통형 산란체를 상정하고, 이에 대한 cloaking 회로를 유도된 설계식을 이용하여 설계하고 이에 대한 cloaking 효과를 우선 회로 시뮬레이터인 ADS를 이용하여 살펴보았다. 제시된 시뮬레이션 제원에서 cloaking medium 효과는 10.5 dB 이득으로 나타났다. We design and analyze the cloaking circuit using 2D transmission line structure to make up for the weakness of the established cloaking circuit using only lumped inductor and capacitor elements. The 2D transmission line structure enables one to conveniently design the cloaking circuit with available element values. All the necessary analysis and synthesis(design) formulas have been derived. A cloaking circuit for a cylindrical scatterer in free space has been designed based on the provided design formulas and its effects have been investigated using the circuit simulator ADS. The effect of the cloaking medium for this specific case has been observed to be about 10.5 dB.
