        대학야간강좌 개선방안 : 교수들의 견해를 중심으로 The professor's opinion

        본 연구에서는 "야간 대학 강좌의 활성화"를 위한 대안을 마련하기 위하여 전국 야간 강좌 개설 대학의 교수를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문에 응한 교수는 총342명이었으며 주요한 조사결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 야간강좌의 목적은 현재 주간자원활용에 초점을 두고 있으나 앞으로는 사회 변화를 적절히 반영하고 사회발전에 기여하는 쪽으로 변화되어야 한다. 둘째, 학생선발은 내신과 수능을 동시에 고려하는 현행제도와 더불어 앞으로 내신만으로 하는 방향에 대한 요구가 높았다. 셋째, 학생활동 및 행정절차에 부정적인 반응이 많았으며 이에 대한 배려가 필요하다. 넷째, 교육과정 운영에 있어서 전공, 교양 과목의 비율이 야간강좌의 특성을 반영하고 있지 못하므로 이에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 다섯째, 시설·설비·후생복지가 많이 미흡하므로 이에 대한 지속적인 관심과 점검이 필요하다. 여섯째, 수업시간과 수업운영이 전일제 혹은 탄력적으로 운영될 것이 요망된다. 마지막으로 대학 야간강좌 교수들의 심리적인 변인들에 대해서는 학생 및 교직원과의 인간적인 관계에 있어서는 만족하나 교수처우문제에서는 만족하고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

      • 배전자동화를 위한 WLL 통신방식의 적용에 관한 연구

        This paper presents an analysis of service environment for a Distribution Automation System(DAS) and its architecture in terms of communication schemes and shows a technical criteria to choose the optimum communication scheme for DAS. Based upon the criteria, a DAS wireless-local-loop(WLL) has been proposed. Also the overview of DAS WLL and its protocol architecture have been described in detail. Implementation parameters for the DAS have been presented and their technical issues have been discussed.

      • CORBA 기반의 분산 통합 망관리 시스템

        This paper analyzes some problems for the architecture of TMN-based integrated network management systems and presents a CORBA-based integrated network management system, which maintains transparency and scalability of distributed managed objects and reliably provides interoperability between heterogeneous networks and systems. In this paper, the proposed system model has been applied to the TMN based management systems and then analyzed for qualitative evaluation of the system performance. To implement the proposed system, two different types of model have proposed: one is a system using a CORBA gateway and the other is a system, which transforms all managed objects into CORBA objects. The former model is adequate for the implementation of a short-term integrated network management system and the latter one is good for a long-term management system.

        인체혈장 중 에탐부톨의 HPLC 분석법의 검증 및 단일용량 투여에 의한 약물동태 연구

        An HPLC method was employed for the determination of ethambutol in human plasma. After addition of internal standard (IS, octylamine, 2 μg/mL) and alkalinization of the plasma with 5 M sodium hydroxide, the drug and IS were extracted into the mixture of chloroform and diethyl ether (40:60, v/v). Following a 15-min vortex-mixing and a 10-min centrifugation, the organic phase was spiked with 100 pL of phenylethylisocyanate (2000 μg/mL) for chemical derivatization, mixed for 5 min and evaporated to dryness under a stream of nitrogen. The residue was reconstituted with 100 μL of mobile phase and 20 pL was injected into Cl8 column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol:water (70:30, v/v). The samples were detected utilizing an ultraviolet detector at 200 nm. The method was specific and validated with a limit of 0.15 μg/mL. Infra- and inter-day precision and accuracy were acceptable for all quality control samples including the lower limit of quantification. The applicability of this method was demonstrated by analysis of human plasma after oral administration of a single 1200-mg dose to 20 healthy subjects. From the plasma ethambutol concentration vs. time curves, the mean AUC was 9.61 ± 1.64 μg hr/mL. and Cmax of 2.68 μg/mL reached 2.73 hr after administration. The mean biological half-life of ethambutol was 3.46 ± 1.21 hr. Based on the results, this simple and validated assay could readily be used in any pharmacokinetic studies using humans.

      • 동적 임계치를 이용한 ATM ABR 트래픽 제어의 성능 및 공정성 분석

        The rate control method for the Available Bit Rate(ABR) service classes has been developed in ATM Forums over Asynchronous Transfer Mode(ATM). This paper proposes a simulation model of ABR traffic controls based upon a highway merge model and dynamic thresholds for congestion control, to find the optimum parameter values and investigate their performance and fairness with the change of QBR traffic control parameters. Also in this paper, an ABR feedback control models such as FECN(Forward Explicit Congestion Notification), BECN(Backward Explicit Congestion Notification), and BP(Backpressure) with RM(Resource Management) based EPRCA has been analyzed and characterized.

      • 북한강 상류 천연자원의 종합관리 시스템 개발

        강원도 춘천시를 중심으로하는 북한강 상류는 수도권에 청정 상수원류를 제공하는 생활의 핏줄이다. 또한 수도권 지역 건설에 필수적인 석재 자원의 주요 공급 지역으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 이 지역의 보존과 체계적 개발을 위한 지리정보처리 기술을 이용한 천연자원 종합관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 자원관리를 위한 막강한 도구와 기능 예를 들면 정보수집, 편집, 처리, 모델링, 분석 및 가시화기능을 제공한다. 결과적으로 이 시스템은 지하자원 분석, 천연자원의 기획 및 개발, 자연보호 등 자원관리와 연계된 문제를 효율적으로 해결할 수 있는 능력을 제공하고 있다. The upper stream area of the north Han river, which is located around the Chunchon city of the Kangwon province, is out essential resources, which supply clear drinking water to the capital city of out conutry, Seoul. This area has also produced stone and aggregate resources required for building and road constructions in the capital area For preservation and planned-development of this area, in this study, we have developed an integrated management system for natural resources, based upon geological information technologies. This system includes powerful tools and functions for resource management such as information collection, edition, processing, modeling, analysis, and visualization. As a result, this system may give us capabilities to efficiently handle a variety of resource management issues such as the analysis of underground resources, the planning and development of natural resources, the protection of environment and their related projects.

      • CORBA 기반 SNMP 게이트웨이

        As telecommunicaton networks becomes more complex and intelligence, it is essential to develop an integrated network management system between heterogeneous telecommunication networks. To fulfil such demands, one solution is CORBA, which provides a distributed platform, in this paper, we present the design and implementation of a gateway between CORBA and SNMP, called as an Internet management protocol. The proposed scheme allows a CORBA managerto access the SNMP MIB without special transformation of SNMP managed objects and only but using SNMP API which the gateway provides. Also since managed objects are represented in CORBA IDL, a new SMI can be updated only by recompiling the interface. Consequently this gateway approach gives a great of advantages in a point that any changes of managed object implementation on managed agents MIBs are not required.

      • TCP 트래픽의 성능 측정

        The performance evaluation of Internet traffics has been performed by factors such as RTT and packet loss. This individual evaluation method has some difficulties in determining service quality due to interoperations between those factors. This paper presents a hybrid performance evaluation formula for TCP traffics, which uses both RTT and packet loss. The formula has been defined by an interpretation model, which is derived from a TCP throughtput rate in congestion environment and a packet retransmission mechanism. The proposed formula has been applied to a data set collected from the KREN performance measure, and then has been shown to easily determine TCP performance variations. Thus, the proposed scheme can be used for a SLA monitoring system.
