        방사선학적 치근단병소의 크기와 특징에 대한 치근단낭종 및 육아종의 상관관계연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship of radiographic lesion size, gender, age of patients and radiographic character to the diagnosis of periapical cyst and granuloma. The data was collected from 187 periapical lesions of 167 patients who undergone apical surgery at Department of Conservative Dentistry, Seoul National University Dental Hospital from 2003 to 2005. The lesion were surgically removed and send for biopsy to the Oral Pathology Laboratory. From the initial radiograph, lesion size was calculated using PiViweSTAR (INFINITT, Korea) program. The obtained data were statistically evaluated using SPSS (p<0.05). The result were as followings: 1. From 187 biopsy samples, the incidence of periapical cyst was 28.34% and granuloma was 65.24%. 2. There was a significant correlation between periapical cyst and the size of radiographic lesion (p<0.01). 3. There were no significant correlations between age, gender, location of lesion and the final diagnosis (p>0.05). 4. There was a significant correlation between the non-demarcation of the lesion and the incidence of periapical granuloma (p<0.01). 본 연구는 2003년부터 2005년까지 서울대학교 치과병원 보존과에 내원한 환자 중 치근단수술을 시행한 환자 167명에서 생검을 위해 적출한 187개의 치근단병소를 대상으로 하였다. 수술 후 조직검사 결과 얻은 진단명과 환자의 진단기록에서 환자의 성별, 나이, 발병 부위, 방사선 사진 상의 특징 그리고 병소의 크기와의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 초진시 방사선 사진에서 치근단병소의 크기를 PiViewSTAR (INFINITT, Korea)를 이용하여 화소를 계산함으로써 면적을 구하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통계 분석프로그램 SPSS (version 12.0K, SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA)를 이용해 방사선사진상 크기와 진단명과의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 나이와 진단명과의 상관관계는 일원배치 분산분석을 시행하고 성별, 부위, 방사선사진상의 특징과 진단명과의 상관관계는 교차분석을 통해 카이제곱검정으로 조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 187의 치근단병소 조직검사결과 치근단병소 중 치근단낭종의 비율은 28.34%, 육아종의 비율은 65.24%, 기타병소의 비율은 6.42%로 나타났다. 2. 방사선사진상 병소의 크기가 커질수록 치근단 낭종일 확률이 높았다(p<0.01). 3. 나이, 성별, 발병부위와 진단명사이에서 유의 한 상관관계가 없었다(p>0.05). 4. 병소의 경계가 명확하지 않은 것과 치근단육아종의 발생빈도는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.01).

        학교 주5일제에 관한 학생과 교사의 의식 분석

        본 연구는 학교 주5일제에 관한 학생과 교사의 의식을 조사분석하여 학교 주5일제 실시에 대응하고자 하였다. 조사 대상자는 초·중·고 학생 1558명과 교사 1077명이었다. 연구결과, 학생들은 현재 학교생활에서 공부하는 즐거움을 알지 못하고 친구들과의 교제에서 즐거움을 찾고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학교 주5일제 관해서는 학생과 교사 대부분이 찬성하고 있으며, 찬성 이유는 여유있는 하루, 가족과 접촉시간을 갖고 취미활동을 하며 친구와 놀 수 있기 때문이라고 하였다. 교사들은 학교 주5일제로 인한 수업시수의 문제를 감축해도 상관이 없다는 반응이 많았고, 현재의 수업시수를 확보해야 한다는 의견은 적었다. 학생과 교사 대부분은 학교 주5일제는 학생들이 다양한 체험을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 체제로 인식, 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. The purpose of this study is twofold: (ⅰ) to analyze students and teachers' consciousness on the proposed Five-day-work-week School System(FSS) plan; and (ⅱ) to propose a desirable direction of school management including curriculum compatible with the (FSS) plan. This study developed as follows. For the theoretical background of this study, previous research was reviewed. For the items of the questionnaire, the Japanese Ministry of Education Survey on the FSS at school was referred to. The Subjects sampled were 1558 students and 1077 teachers, The data collected from the at elementary, secondary and high school of students and teachers were statistically analyzed by using the SPSS WIN 7.5. The following are the results of the survey. First, in order to adopt the FSS plan, schools have to develop new programs connecting home and school. It is required that school develop special programs that the local community can participate in and cooperate with. Second, most of the respondents support the FSS plan because students can have more chances to be with their family, to become familiar with nature, and to attend various activities sponsored by the local organizations. Third, to argue that it is desirable to adopt the FSS plan even though school has to reduce the minimum class hours. The reason they are against the no-school-on-saturday plan is that there are many families who cannot take care of their children on Saturdays; thus, special programs for them should be prepared before the plan is put into practice. It is also required that we develop various sports or culture events for young adolescents and make up more organizations for youth. We should have school or community facilities open to young adolescents and children whose parents are unavailable to care for them. The latter should have an easy access to those facilities. From these observations, we can conclude that it is imminent to develop various programs before we put the FSS plan into practice. Schools should cooperate fully with homes and the community.

      • 化學反應蒸着에 의한 CdS 多結晶 薄膜制作 및 그 特性硏究 (Ⅰ)

        CdS thin film was fabricated by chemical bath deposition method and polycrystallined by the proper heat treatment. The physical properties of the amorphous and polycrystal of CdS thin film were observed and calculated by measuring the X-ray diffraction patterns, optical absorption, transmission and photoconductivity. From the present experiments, we obtained the energy band gap of the CdS polycrystal thin film to be 2.42eV and the In donor impurity level to be 0.025 eV below the conduction band : Another result was to be a_o=4.13Å and c_o=6.75Å for lattice constants of the hexagonal structure. Also, we attempted it to find the possibility of the application to photosensor. To apply cds this film to the photosensor more sufficiently, further experiments are required to accumulate data on such problems.

      • 전기도금을 이용한 스테인레스스틸 각형 선재의 굵기 증가 후 물성 변화

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate clinical applications of electroplating method through investigation of the physical properties of orthodontic rectangular wires according to varying their cross section. For the study, it was accomplished to electroplate the 0.016-inched orthodontic rectangular stainless steel wire. The cross section of stainless steel orthodontic rectangular wire increased from 0.016 X 0.016 inch to 0.017 X 0.017 inch by electroplating. The wire was heat treated to improve an adhesion between the wire and electroplated metal. A three-point bending test and torsion test were conduced in order to compare physical properties among three wire groups; 0.016 X 0.016 wires(group 016P) and 0.017 X 0.017 wires(group 017). Through the investigations of each wire group, following results were obtained. 1. At three-point bending test, the group 016P showed higher tendency in the degree of stiffness, yield strength and ultimate tensile strength than the group 016. Stiffness and ultimate tensile strength showed statistically significant differences between two groups at three-point bending test(p<0.05). 2. Stiffness, yield strength, and ultimate tensile strength of the group 016P showed lower tendency than those of the group 017. Stiffness showed statistically significant differences between two groups at three-point bending test(p<0.05). 3. Torque/twist rate, yield torsional moment, and ultimate torsional moment of the group 016P showed higher tendency than those of the group 016. All measurements showed statistically significant differences between two groups after torsion test(p<0.05). 4. Torque/twist rate, yield torsional moment, and ultimate torsional moment of the group 016P showed lower tendency than those of the group 017. Yield torsional moment, and ultimate torsional moment showed statistically significant differences between two groups after torsion test(p<0.05). Xylitol is a 5-carbons carbohydrate, which can be replaced with sucrose for preventing caries. The replication of Streptococcus mutans and its formation of artificial plaque were studied in the media containing xylitol. The combined effect of xylitol and other carbohydrates on Streptococcus mutans was also studied. The replication of Streptococcus mutans was inhibited according to the increased concentration of xylitol. Streptococcus mutans replicated at the initial stage of incubation in the media contaning glucose, fructose or lactose, while replication from the beginning of incubation in the media containing fructose as combining with xylitol. The formation of artificial plaque by Streptococcus mutans was significantly reduced in the media containing with xylitol and fructose. These results indicated that the replication of Streptococcus mutans was inhibited according to the increased concentration of xylitol, and the formation of artificial plaque by Streptococcus mutans was significantly inhibited in the media containing xylitol and fructose.

        Field surveys were carried out 3 times from 2000 5. 17 to 2000. 6. 4. Main results obtained from this study wet·e as follows : 1.The vascular Plants in Mt. Bull-ak were consisted of 221 taxa such as 71 families, 163 genera, 188 species, 30 varieties, 2 forma, 1 hybrid. 2.Family Compositae and Gramineae covers 8.6% and 7.2% of total number of naturalized plants, respectively. 3.Pteridophyte, Gymnosperm, Dicotyledon and Monocotyledon covers 2.5%, 2.7%, 75.9% and 18.1% of total number of naturalized plants, respectively. 4.The life cycle of the plants was annual 11.8%, biennial 11.3%, perennial 76.9%. As it compared with consistency ratio in the flora of Korea, the distribution of biennial appeared highly. 5.The highest peak of blooming month is May (49.3% among total number of naturalized plants). 6.In this area the Korean endemic plants are 5 taxa (2.3% among total number of naturalized plants). 7.Number of naturalized is 20 taxa (9.0% among total number of naturalized plant)
