이 논문은 정부에서 중점 육성하고자 하는 30대 정보통신핵심분야에 대한 기술 및 시장전망을 토대로 기술개발 핵심분야와 경쟁력 확보분야로 나누어서 유망 수출품목을 선정하고, 각 품목에 대한 유망시장 탐색 및 진출전략을 살펴보려는 것을 주요 내용으로 삼는다. The confluence of information and telecommunications technologies is creating explosive changes in the various of industries. Since some major industries in information and telecommunication areas have boosted up the national economic growth, it is needed to identify such industries being supported for improving competitiveness. In this paper, we consider an evaluation model to identify some major industries in information and telecommunication areas by using DEA. Applying the model, we can obtain the relative efficiency, we can select several major industries among alternative ones for improving their competitiveness by some effective strategies. Recent advances in information technologies have paved the way for an explosive growth in the area of information and telecommunication industries. Since some major industries in information and telecommunication areas have boosted up the national economic growth, it is needed to identify such industries being supported for improving competitiveness. In this paper, we consider an evaluation model to identify some major industries in information and telecommunication areas by using DEA. Applying the model, we can obtain the relative efficiency of each one among alternative from the relative efficiency, we can select several major industries among alternative ones for improving their competitiveness by some effective strategies.
Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides의 Uptake Hydrogenase에 관한 연구

We study the effect of uncouplers, which inhibite phosphorylation and inhibitors, which block electron transport in specific sites of electron transport chain, on hydrogenase activity from whole cell Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides. In the presence of 10μM 2,4-DNP and CCCP as uncouplers, and 10μM rotenone which blocks between NADH₂ and ubiquinone, 5μM antimycin A which blocks between cytochrome b and c in the electron transport system, the uptake hydrogenase activities change into 95%, 102%, 96%, 37% of normal hydrogenase activity in resting cell. These result show that the hydrogenase coupling which ubiquinone in electron transport chain and ATP make an important role in hydrogenase synthesis.

The environment to which a packaged-product is exposed, during handling and transportation, very often includes temporary storage. In the interest of conserving warehouse cube, packaged-products are stacked upon one another to a height which far exceeds that possible in a railcar, truck-trailer, aircraft or other conveyance. the hight to which the height to which a packaged-product may be stacked will vary depending upon the warehouse ceiling height-seldom over twenty feet. This procedure for expirimental covers testing of packaged-products weighing under 100 pounds when prepared for shipment. The BASIC requirements of this procedure consist of vibration and drop tests-which must be performed in that sequence.

Aplastic anemia is a disease characterized by pancytopenia in the peripheral blood and hypocellular bone marrow with the fatty infiltration. The causes of the acquired aplastic anemia were usually related to drugs and immune-related diseases. A 34-years old man was admitted due to general weakness. He has been going hemodialysis for 2 years because of end stage renal disease (ESRD) due to chronic glomerulonephritis. At admission, laboratory tests showed hemoglobin 6.2 g/dL, hematocrit 18.0 %, WBC 5,710mm (neutrophil 71.8%, lymphocyte 19.1%, monocyte 5.9%), reticulocyte 1.9%, platelet 93,000/mm, Fe 12.8 ug/dL, TIBC 204 ug/dL, ferritin 941.47 ng /ml, haptoglobin 0.72 g/L, vitamin B12 508.17 pmol/L, folate 24 ng/mL, total protein 6.54 g/dL, albumin 3.76 g/dL, Alk. pohsphatase 79 IU/L, AST 30.0 IU/L, ALT 39.7 IU/L, total bilirubin 0.57 mg/dl, BUN 79.4 mg/dl and creatinine 10.18 mg/dl. Peripheral blood smear showed the normocytic normochromic anemia with anisocytosis. Anemia was diagnosed but it was irresponsive to the recombinant human erythropoietin (EPO) and blood transfusion. In the bone marrow aspiration smear were there the hypoplastic myeloid and erythroid precursors. The bone marrow biopsy section showed the hypoplasia of all components (10-20%) and the fatty infiltration. We have experienced one case of the idiopathic aplastic anemia in a patient going through hemodialysis and we just report it with documentary records. 저자들은 혈액 투석 중인 환자에서 약물, 면역계 이상등의 원인을 발견할 수 없었음에도 재생 불량성 빈혈이 발생한 1예를 경험하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Solution-processible Organic-inorganic Hybrid Bipolar Field-effect Transistors

Organic-inorganic hybrid bipolar field-effect transistors (HBFETs) comprising a layer of p-type organic poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) separated from a parallel layer of n-type inorganic zinc oxide (ZnO) were demonstrated by solution processing. In order to achieve balanced hole and electron mobilities, we initially optimized the hole-transporting P3HT channel by the addition of the polar non-solvent acetonitrile (AN) to P3HT solutions in chloroform, which induced a selfassembled nano-fibril morphology and an enhancement of hole mobilities. For the electron channel, a wet-chemically-prepared ZnO layer was optimized by thermal annealing. Unipolar P3HT FET with 5% AN exhibited the highest hole mobility of 7.20 × 10−2 cm2V−1s−1 while the highest electron mobility (3.64 × 10−2 cm2V−1s−1) was observed in unipolar ZnO FETs annealed at 200 C. The organic-inorganic HBFETs consisting of the P3HT layer with 5% AN and ZnO annealed at 200 C exhibited well-balanced hole and electron mobilities of 1.94 × 10−2 cm2V−1s−1 and 1.98 × 10−2 cm2V−1s−1, respectively.

Background: Objective assessment of the change in tumor burden is critical component in the evaluation of cancer therapeutics. RECIST (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors) guideline version 1.0 (RECIST 1.0) was proposed as a new guideline for evaluating tumor response and has been widely accepted as a standardized measure. With a number of issues being raised on RECIST 1.0, however, a revised RECIST guideline version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) was proposed by the RECIST Working Group in 2009. There is no report of comparing RECIST 1.1 and RECIST 1.0 for advanced gastric cancer (AGC) since RECIST 1.1 was published. Methods: We studied 65 patients with AGC at Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital, Anyang, Korea and Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea. These patients were retrospectively re-analyzed to determine the concordance between the two response criteria using the ĸ statistic. Result: The number and the sum of tumor diameters of target lesions using RECIST 1.1 were significantly lower than those using RECIST 1.0 (p<0.0001,paired student`s t test). However, there was an excellent agreement in tumor response between RECIST 1.1 and RECIST 1.0 (ĸ=0.844). One patient with partial response (PR) based on RECIST 1.0 was reclassified as stable disease (SD) by RECIST 1.1 and one of two patients with SD by RECIST 1.0 was downgraded to progressive disease and the other was upgraded to PR by RECIST 1.1. Conclusion: RECIST 1.1 provided almost perfect agreement with RECIST 1.0 in assessment of tumor response of AGC. Additional large prospective randomized studies with periodic PET/CT are needed to compare the impact on survival between the two RECIST criteria (1.1 and 1.0).
