        영유아 가정방문간호를 위한 간호사의 역량

        Purpose: Competency is a key foundation of the nursing education curriculum and a baseline element of nursing practice. The purpose of this study was to explore the competencies of community health nurses in a maternal early childhood sustained home-visiting program based on nurses’ field experiences. Methods: The participants were 21 nurses who had more than 1 year of experience in this program. Reflective interviews were performed; lasting 1 hour per nurse, on August 18, 2016, and the collected data were analyzed using qualitative directed content analysis. Results: Twenty-four themes were extracted for 9 competencies. The major themes included implementing a long-term relationship-based approach, providing client-led service rather than expert-led service, helping mothers with psychosocial difficulties, and applying skills in a practical manner in the home environment. Conclusion: In order to develop a home-visiting program as part of maternal-early childhood nursing practice, nurses should develop competencies that help them make significant and positive interventions. Results indicate that the curriculum for community health nurses should be changed to improve competencies in building relationships with clients and to focus on the application of skills in specific cases and in clinical practice.

        반민법과 동원된 협력의 난제 : 반민법 제정 과정의 논쟁과 학병을 중심으로

        This study elaborates how the politics of the settlement of the pro-Japanese collaboration after the liberation of Korean society from Japanese colonialism has unfolded by focusing on the controversy about the mobilized collaboration and Korean student soldiers who were mobilized by the Japanese military authority during the colonial era. The Special Committee for Investigation on Anti-national Activity had to investigate pro-Japanese activities to punish collaborators and to give the Korean people the membership of new liberated nation-state. The dilemma in the settlement stemmed from the fact that there were so many Koreans mobilized as collaborators by Japanese imperialism, especially during the period of total mobilization (1937 to 1945) but the Committee could not make them all take legal responsibility. After the controversy about the mobilized collaboration while the Anti-national Activist Punishment Law was enacted, the members of the Constitutional Assembly considered that most Koreans mobilized by the Japanese colonial authorities collaborated not because they were pro-Japanese but because they were forced. The collaboration of Koreans, except for the vicious pro-Japanese, was interpreted as sacrifice and resistance. The Korean student soldiers were regarded as an example of such interpretation. 이 논문은 반민법 제정 과정의 논쟁과 동원된 협력자 학병에 주목하여 반민특위의 친일 청산에서 일제 식민지하의 협력 가운데 일부를 친일반민족행위로 갈라내는 청산의 정치가 어떻게 펼쳐졌는지를 고찰한다. 반민특위의 친일 청산의 과제는, 친일파에 대한 엄정한 처벌과 함께 새로운 국가를 건설하기 위해 인민들에게 친일의 혐의에서 벗어난 떳떳한 국민으로서의 정체성을 부여하는 것이었다. 이때 근본적인 딜레마는 총동원체제 하에서 광범위하게 동원된 협력으로 인해 친일에 연루된 민족 구성원의 수는 너무 많았지만, 이들 모두를 친일로 처벌할 수 없을 뿐더러 오히려 ‘반민족적 생활’을 해야 했던 이들에게 떳떳한 구성원으로서의 자격을 부여해야 한다는 점이었다. 이 딜레마를 해결하기 위해 제국의 병사였던 학병이 소환되었다. 반민법 제정 과정의 논쟁에서 학병은 식민지 인민의 동원된 소극적 협력을 희생과 저항으로 정당화할 수 있도록 하는 근거가 되었다.

        The Mediating E ect of Anxiety in the Relationship between Nightmares and Night Eating Syndrome in Female Undergraduate Students

        Background and ObjectiveaaA nightmare is an unpleasant dream that awakes individuals and causes anxiety, fear and despair which lead to impulsive behaviors such as night eating. e purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating e ects of depression and anxiety on the relationship be- tween nightmare and night eating syndrome (NES). Both depression and anxiety are strongly rele- vant to a nightmare, which could increase night eating behaviors. MethodsaaParticipants of the study were 171 female undergraduate students (mean age 21.70 ± 1.76 years). All completed the following questionnaires: Disturbing Dream and Nightmare Severity Index, Night Eating Questionnaire, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and the Insomnia Se- verity Index. resultsaaResults showed there was a signi cant correlation among nightmare severity and night eating, depression, anxiety and insomnia (p < 0.05). A er controlling for insomnia, anxiety contin- ued to partially mediate the relationship between nightmare severity and NES (n = 171, B = 0.033, 95% CI = 0.001, 0.107). However, depression was not signi cant. ConclusionsaaIn conclusion, anxiety but not depression may be an important treatment target in treating females who have both nightmares and night eating.

        시장영역 관점에서 골프장 입지결정요인 실증적 분석

        The purpose of the present study is to empirically analyze and interpret factors that affect golf course location decisions from the perspective of market area. To this end, this study conceptualized golf course location factors into demand for the point of location, demand for the location area, and the service industry agglomeration, and conducted a spatial regression analysis of golf course types using a distance-population index, distance-population index for each hole within the area, and location quotient of the service industry within the area as indices for analysis. The results showed that distance-population index has a positive effect on golf course location, and empirically demonstrated that there is an influential relationship between demand for the point of location point and golf course location. There were also differences in the effect of the distance-population index for each hole in an area depending on the golf course type. The present study conducted an empirical analysis of the relationship between demand and industry location that was discussed conceptually from the perspective of market area, and is significant in that it applied the formative principles of market area to conceptualize and empirically analyze golf course location factors. In order to expand the explanatory power of factors that affect golf course location decisions from a market area perspective, additional studies are needed that segment the spatial scope of demand from a nationwide level to a regional level.

        Mild Water Deficit Increases the Contents of Bioactive Compounds in Dropwort

        The objective of this study was to determine the effects of mild water deficit on the contents of bioactivecompounds in dropwort (Oenanthe stolonifera). Dropwort plantlets with 2-3 offshoots were transplanted into plastic potscontaining horticultural growing medium. The plantlets were grown at 22°C under a relative humidity of 60%, photosyntheticphoton flux density (PPFD) of 285 μmol·m-2·s-1, 12-hour light period, and CO2 concentration of 600 μmol·mol-1andsubirrigated with nutrient solution for 3 weeks after transplanting. To induce mild water deficit, we placed wick culturesystems (4- and 6-cm long wicks) between the bottom of each pot and the water surface at 3 or 4 weeks after transplanting. The control plants were subirrigated at the pot bottom without wick treatment. The soil water content of plants underwater-deficit averaged 45% lower than that of the control at 5 weeks after transplanting. Moreover, mild water-deficittreatment reduced the leaf water potential by 7-25% compared to the control. However, mild water-deficit treatmentdid not significantly affect the fresh or dry weights of dropwort shoots at 6 weeks after transplanting. All treatmentssignificantly inhibited the photosynthetic rate at 5 weeks after transplanting. In particular, water-deficit treatment usinga 6-cm long wick for 2 weeks resulted in a 16% lower photosynthetic rate than that of the control. The totalphenolic content and antioxidant capacity of dropwort stems did not significantly differ between treatments. However,in the leaves, total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity of all plants subjected to water-deficit treatments averaged43 and 64% higher, respectively, than those of the control. The total anthocyanin content in all treatment groups,except for treatment with a 4-cm wick at 4 weeks, was significantly higher than that of the control. These resultssuggest that dropwort plants subjected to mild water deficit effectively accumulate antioxidant phenolic compounds,including anthocyanins, which is more reminiscent of reddish, small dropwort plants that grow under limited waterconditions than of water dropwort.

        식별제(Unimark 1494DB) 정량시험에서 파란색 색소(Orimax Blue 2N, Orimax Green 151), Quinizarin, 토파졸(P-250) 및 윤활유 원료(P-8)의 흡광도상승 효과

        There are three kinds of liquid petroleum marker which is extracted by the basic or acidic, and both developer. Korean marker, Unimark 1494 DB (marker) have been spectrophotometrically analysed by the determination of absorbance at 582 nm after base extraction by Unimark 1494 DB Developer C-5 (developer). Some blue dyes which have same reactive radical of marker and can be changed deep blue color in base developer extraction (BDE), may be increased absorbance at 582 nm, but dyes or markers which can be increased the absorbance, were not unclear. In this experiment, effects of three dyes or marker such as Orimax Green 151 (the mixture of CI Solvent Yellow 16 and CI Solvent Blue 70), quinizarin and Orimax Blue 2N (CI Solvent Blue 35), and two solvent such as topasol (P-250) and lubricant (P-8) on the absorbance were studied by HITACHI Recording Spectrophotometer U-3300. It shows that all of them increased absorbance at 582 nm after BDE. Absorbance at 582 nm can be showed 0.0544 by Orimax Green 151 at the concentration of 3.96 mg/l, quinizarin at the concentration of 1.38 mg/l, and Orimax Blue 2N at the concentration of 2.73 mg/l in the artificial petroleum (normal diesel oil: topasol: lubricant=2 : 4: 4), respectively. Absorbance, 0.0544 indicates that concentration of marker is 1.64 mg/l in the reference curves, respectively. And also these results can be showed that the artificial petroleum have about 10% cheep fuel such as kerosene which have marker (16.0 mg/l). Absorbance of P-250 was 0.01361-0.22842 depending upon the purchasing date, and that of P-8 was 0.05644. pH of developer was 14.83, and so this result indicates that Unimark 1494 DB is a base extractable petroleum marker, phenylazophenol (US Patent No. 5,252,106). In the BDE, the slight color of Orimax Blue 2N, Orimax Green 151 and quinizarin in artificial petroleum changed to deep bright blue color, respectively. These result indicate that the absorbance at 582 nm by BDE may be increased not only by azo, diazo, amine and ketone (anthraquinone, coumarin) dyes or markers, but also the contaminants of P-250 and P-8 which have same as reactive radical of dyes or markers.

        The influence of a CEO’s prior performance on her risk taking: A prospect theory perspective

        We investigate how a CEO's prior performance affects her managerial decision making. Controlling for CEO fixed effects and employing reference points, we find that CEOs choose less risky projects after making gains. This result suggests that following good performance, a CEO feels relaxed and prefers to work on safe projects, consistent with an “S”-shaped value function, as posited in prospect theory. The negative relationship between risk and prior performance exists only among CEOs for whom stock-based compensation is not a main component of total compensation. The results suggest overall that CEOs are subject to behavioral biases and that such biases can be mitigated by taking appropriate measures.

        Rare Mechanism of Acquired Resistance to Osimertinib in Korean Patients with EGFR-Mutated Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

        Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are effective clinical therapeutics for EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Osimertinib, a thirdgeneration EGFR TKI, has proven effective against T790M mutations. However, the vast majority of patients acquire resistance following successful treatment. A 59-year-old female patient with metastatic NSCLC developed resistance after 43 weeks of osimertinib. CancerSCAN of the metastatic liver lesion revealed a EGFR C797G mutation at an allele frequency of 72%, a preexisting T790M mutation (73%) in cis and an exon 19 deletion (87%). Another 53-year-old female patient developed systemic progression after 10 months of osimertinib. CancerSCAN of the lung biopsy identified an EGFR L718Q mutation at an allele frequency of 7%, concomitant PIK3CA E545K (12.90%) and preexisting EGFR L858R (38%), but loss of the T790M mutation. The heterogeneity of osimertinib resistance mechanisms warrants further investigation into novel or combination agents to overcome the rare acquired resistances.

        문제중심 STEAM 프로그램이 고등학생의 과학 관련 태도와 STEAM 수업에 대한 인식에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this research was to develop a problem-based STEAM program, and to examine its effects on the science-related attitudes of high school students, and their perceptions about the STEAM instruction. The problem- based STEAM program consisted of two topics, designing my health and water keeping my body. The subjects were 121 10th graders, who were conducted on a control group for explanation-based instruction and an experimental group for the instruction using problem-based STEAM program. The instrument to survey the science-related attitudes of high school students consisted of four factors such as the social implication of science, the attitude toward scientific inquiry, the adoption of scientific attitudes, and career interest in science. Surveying the perception about the instruction using STEAM program was performed regarding the interest in the instruction, the effects of the instruction, and the participation in the instruction. The results suggested that the problem-based STEAM program positively influence high school students’ the science-related attitudes, and the perception about the instruction using STEAM program. Therefore using problem-based STEAM program could be effective on improving high school students’ attitudes and participating in science learning and convergency education.
