Healthy qi and pathogen (zheng xie), interfering factor theory is the oriental medicine on the basis of recognition, precaution, diagnosis and treatment about disease's theory. In connection with a human body, all damage that is exterior disease element, it is called xic qi. the function of resistance to all disease in human body, prevent exterior disease and recover damage parts that is zheng qi generalize human body yin and yang control. From Yellow Emperor's internal canon, medical, ancient doctors studies about disease's outbreak it rely on zheng xie interaction's evaluation and zheng xie's prosperity and decline that is, zheng defeats xie and zheng prevents from human diseases and recovers it. Occurrence, development and recover or degenerate courses of disease is the course of the zheng xie struggle. This is the basic principle and soon it is on to help zheng qi. the elimination of the xieqi improves the disease and helps to cure diseases. so we will research wissenschaft in depth and help for clinical research.
수술 후 남겨둔 일측 난소에서 발생한 악성 Brenner 종양 1예

The Brenner tumors of the ovary are uncommon and constitute 1.5~2.5% of all ovarian neoplasms. And their malignant counterparts are rare. Although the first malignant Brenner tumor was described by Von Numers in 1945,1 only a few malignant Brenner tumors have been reported. The definition and its biologic behavior, and the optimal treatment has not been established. We present a patient who had total abdominal hysterectomy with unilateral salpingooophorectomy due to adenomyosis . The resected ovary had only follicular cysts and the remained ovary was grossly normal . Malignant Brenner tumor developed at the remained ovary 15 years after operation. Operation and adjuvant chemotherapy was applied and patient is alive without evidence of disease. We have experienced a case of malignant Brenner tumor developed at the remained ovary after contralateral oophorectomy with a brief review of literature. Brenner 종양은 드물게 나타나는 상피성 난소종양으로 대부분 양성이다. 1898년 Mcnaughton-Jones 에 의해 처 음 기술되었고 1907년 Fritz Brenner에 의해 Brenner 종양이라고 명명되었으며, 발견된 초기에는 양성종양으로 생각되었으나 1945년 Von Number 의 보고 이후 악성 Brenner 종양도 드물게 보고되고 있다. 경계성 및 악성 Brenner 종양에 대한 보고는 드물며 특히 수술 후 남겨진 일측 난소에서 생긴 악성 Brenner 종양은 매우 희귀하 다. 양성 Brenner 종양은 수술적 제거 후 보조적 치료가 필요 없으나 악성의 경우 수술 후 방사선요법 및 화학 요법 등의 보조적 치료가 필요하며 예후에는 외과적 적출 및 종양 분화도 정도 등이 중요하다. 질환의 희귀성으 로 인해 악성 Brenner 종양에 대한 정의와 특성, 치료 방법에 대해서는 아직 정립되지 못한 실정이다. 저자들은 수술 후 남겨둔 일측 난소에서 발생한 악성 Brenner 종양을 수술적 절제와 항암화학요법을 실시하 여 현재까지

Seventy three hydrolysable tannins and related compounds were isolated from seven Euphorbia plants. Among therm, 28 compounds including nine gallotannins, eleven ellagitannins and eight related compounds were selected according to the structural similarity. Cytotoxicity of them on the human tumor cell lines including A-549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF-498 and HCT-15 were evealuated by the SRB Method in vitro, 3,4,6-Tri-O-galloyl-D-glucose was shown to exhibit most potent cytotoxic effect(4.4μg/ml〈ED_(50)〈10.3μg/ml)
다결정 $Si_{1-x}Ge_x$박막 증착에 관한 연구(II) 증착변수에 따른 표면거칠기, 결정립크기 및 전기적성질 변화

증착변수(온도, 압력, Ge조성) 변화에 따라 증착된 다결정 $Si_{1-x}Ge_x$박막의 결정성 및 결정립크기 그리고 표면거칠기 변화와 이러한 결과들이 비저항에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 증착온도와 Ge조성이 증가함에 따라 결정화도와 결정립크기가 증가하였으며 증가된 결정립에 의해 비저항값은 감소하였으나 표면거칠기가 증가하였다. 한편 증착압력 증가에 따라 결정화도는 증가했으나 결정립크기와 cluster 크기가 감소하였는데 이러한 결정립과 cluster 크기 감소에 의해 표면거칠기가 감소하였다. 또한 증착압력 증가에 따라 결정화도와 비저항은 증가하였으나 결정립크기와 cluster 크기가 작아져 표면거칠기가 감소하였다. 결정화도와 결정립크기가 비저항에 미치는 영향을 볼 때, 결정화도 보다는 결정립크기가 비저항에 더욱 영향을 줌을 알 수 있었다. In this work, we have investigated the change of surface roughness, grain size and crystallinity of Poly-$Si_{1-x}Ge_x$ films deposited with the variation of deposition parameters (temperature, pressure, Ge composition ) and the effect of these results on the electrical resistivity. The crystallinity and the grain size were increased with increasing deposition temperature and Ge composition. Also, the electrical resistivity was decreased by enhanced grain size, while the surface roughness was increased. With increasing deposition pressure, the crystallinity was increased, but the grain size and the cluster size were decreased, by which the surface roughness was decreased. And the electrical resistivity was increased. Based on the effect of the crystallinity and the grain size on the electrical resistivity, it was founded that the electrical resistivity was depend on the grain size rather than the crystallinity.
