Objective : In benign prostatic hyperplasia, dihydrotestosterone acts as a potent cellular androgen and promotes prostate growth. Inhibiting enzyme $5{\alpha}$-reductase that is involved in the conversion of testosterone to the active form dihydrotestosterone reduces this excessive prostate growth. The mechanism on benign prostatic hyperplasia is substantiating evidence to support the clinical value in the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy. In this study, we investigated the effects of Lygodium japonicum on cyto-pathological alterations and expression of $5{\alpha}$-reductase in the rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia induced by castration and testosterone treatment. Methods : Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with testosterone after castration for induction of experimental benign prostatic hyperplasia, which is similar to human benign prostatic hyperplasia in histopathological profiles. Lygodium japonicum as an experimental specimen, and finasteride as a positive control, were administered orally. The prostates were evaluated by histopathological changes and testosterone levels. Also, the prostates were observed by hematological alterations of AST, ALT, ${\gamma}$-GTP, BUN and creatinine. Results : The rats treated with Lygodium japonicum showed a diminished range of luminal cell and duct epithelial cell damage. The stromal elements and connective tissue proliferation of Lygodium japonicum treated group as compared to the control group decreased. Conclusions : These findings suggest that Lygodium japonicum may protect the glandular epithelial cells. We concluded that Lygodium japonicum could be a useful remedy agent for treating the benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Distinguishing wild plants in spring from ingestible plants is difficult. Differentiation of budding plants from other plants is particularly difficult. Many people want to find edible plants for health during the spring season. Scopolia japonica can cause symptoms of mania. The author experienced three cases of poisoning by Scopolia japonica. We reported on the cases with literature reviews.

예초기(Lawn mower)에 의한 항공이동통신시설 간섭 분석

항공무선표지소는 항공이동통신시설(U/VHF송수신기) 및 다양한 항행안전시설을 통해 항공기에게 하늘길을 만들어 주고 안전하게 비행할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 하고 있다. 항공기에게 정확하고 안전한 신호를 끊김없이 제공해야 하기 때문에 주변의 큰 수목이나 잡초등을 제거할 필요가 있다. 조경시설의 효율적 관리를 위한 예초작업 중 예초기(Lawn Mower)에 의한 잡음 유입으로 관제업무에 지장을 초래하는 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라, 예초기가 항공이동통신시설에 어떤 영향을 주는지 분석하기 위해 4행정, 2행정, 배터리형 3가지 종류의 예초기를 대상으로 항공이동통신시설에 대한 간섭 영향 분석을 진행하였고 분석 결과 2행정 예초기가 항공이동통신시설에 크게 영향을 미친다는 점을 알 수 있었다. The Air Radio Station plays a role in creating skyways for aircraft and helping them fly safely through aviation mobile communication facilities (U/VHF transceivers) and various navigation safety facilities. It is necessary to remove large trees and weeds around the aircraft because accurate and safe signals must be provided without interruption. During the mowing work for the efficient management of landscaping facilities, there have been cases in which noise is introduced by Lawn Mower, which hinders control work. Accordingly, in order to analyze how mower affects air mobile communication facilities, the interference effect on air mobile communication facilities was analyzed for four types of mower, two-stroke, and battery type. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the two-stroke mower greatly affects air mobile communication facilities.

한국형 기동무기체계 양산비 비용추정관계식 개발에 관한 연구

In this paper, we deal with developing a cost estimation relationships (CER) for Korean maneuverable weapons systems using historical production cost. To develop the CER, we collected the historical data of the production cost of four tanks and five armored vehicles. We also analyzed the Required Operational Capability (ROC) of the weapons systems and chose cost drivers that can compare operational capabilities of the weapons systems We used Forward selection, Backward selection, Stepwise Regression and R2 selection as the cost drivers which have the greatest influence with the dependent variables. And we used Principle Component Regression, Robust Regression and Weighted Regression to deal with multicollinearity and outlier among the data to develop a more appropriate CER. As a result, we were able to develop a production cost CER for Korean maneuverable weapons systems that have the lowest cost errors. Thus, this research is meaningful in terms of developing a CER based on Korean original cost data without foreign data and these methods will contribute to developing a Korean cost analysis program in the future.

유아숲 체험원 조성과 운영 개선방안 연구 - 용인시 유아숲 체험원을 대상으로 -

도시 내 숲은 녹지공간으로서의 기능을 넘어 도시민에게 여가, 휴가, 문화의 장으로 활용되고 있다. 그중 숲 체험 교육의 긍정적 효과가 알려지면서 유아교육의 대안으로 부각되어 최근 정부가 정책적으로 확대·도입되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 유아숲 체험원의 질적 향상을 위한 조성방안 및 운영개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 2016년 7월부터 2016년 11월까지 용인시에 운영되고 있는 6개 유아숲 체험원을 현황조사하였으며, 유아숲 체험원 실무자들을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 이로써 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 효율적인 프로그램 진행 및 유아의 안전을 위하여 현 지형에 맞는 시설의 배치와 각 시설의 규모를 적정화 하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 유아숲 체험의 질적 향상을 위해 용역 발주 시 충분한 예산과 과업기간이 필요하며, 적절한 공간의 규모와 시설에 대한 재정 지원과 안전에 대한 구체적인 인증기준이 필요하다. 셋째, 효율적인 운영·관리를 위해 운영인력 충원과 안전사항에 대한 지침서가 마련되어야 한다. 이러한 결과는 향후 유아숲 체험원의 조성 및 운영에 대한 방향 설정에 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있다고 판단된다. In modern society, green spaces in cities are responsible for ecological functions. The forests inside the city are utilized as leisure, relaxation, and culture more than as a green space. As a result, the forest has expanded as a place of education, and also functions as nature-friendly education center for early stage of childhood focusing on forest experience activities. Therefore, in this study, the experiences of the forest of an infant intends to present a grant proposal and operation improvement measures for qualitative improvement as a place of nature experience education for the proper growth of young children. From July 2016 to November 2016, we investigated the current situation of 6 the Experience Park for Preschooler operated in Yongin City, conducted a deep interview with the practitioners of the Experience Park for Preschooler, and the results are as follows. First of all, in order to advance efficient programs and preserve the safety of infants it is necessary to optimize the placement of facilities and the scale of each facility according to the current topography. Secondly, in order to improve the quality of the Experience Park for Preschooler, a sufficient budget and a task period are required at the time of ordering services, and in order to provide appropriate space size and financial support and safety of equipment, concrete certification criteria is necessary. Thirdly, guidelines on the safety of replenishment of manpower for manpower must be established for efficient operation and management. It is judged that these results can be utilized as fundamental data for setting composition and operation direction of the Experience Park for Preschooler in the future.

헤겔 철학의 여러 가지 주제 중 이념에서 자연으로의 이행 부분은 많은 논란을 낳고 있는 주제이다. 이 부분에 대한 헤겔의 서술은 자연에 대한 하나의 태도를 제안하는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 즉, 자연에 정신의 사유 범주인 이념이 언제나 내재해 있으며, 내재해 있는 것으로 봐야 한다는 주장이다. 이러한 헤겔의 생각은 규범성을 내포하고 있다. 다른 여타의 철학적 입장과 마찬가지로 헤겔의 입장은 사실적, 경험적 근거를 갖춘 이론이기 보다는 자신의 철학적 방법론 에서 유래하는 규범적인 결론이다. 이러한 측면에서 헤겔은 자연에 대한 성찰과 과학에 대한 반성을 제안하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. Hegels Beschreibung dieses Teils kann als eine Haltung über die Natur verstanden werden. Nämlich, die Idee, die die Kategorien des Denkens des Geistes ist, ist immer in der Natrur und sollte als immanent betrachtet werden. Dieser Hegels Gedanke impliziert Normalität. Wie bei jeder anderen philosophischen Position ist Hegels Position eine normative Schlussfolgerung, die von seiner eigenen philosophischen Methode abgeleitet ist, und keine faktische oder empirische Grundlage. In dieser Hinsicht schlägt Hegel eine Reflexion über die Natur und die Naturwissenschaft vor.
