병원특성이 50세 이상 무릎관절증 입원환자의 재원일수에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 무릎관절증으로 입원한 중장년층 환자에서 병원 간 환자의 위험요인의 차이를 보정한 후에 재원일수에 영향을 미치는 병원요인을 분석하는 것이다. 무릎관절증 환자는 국제표준질병사인분류를 이용하여 정의하였고, 사용된 코드는 M17.0, M17.1, M17.2, M17.3, M17.4, M17.5, M17.9이다. 건강보험심사평가원에서 제공한 2011년 입원환자표본자료를 이용하여 기준을 적용한 결과 연구대상자는 총7,094명이었고, 72개 종합병원과 170개의 병원을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 위험도보정모델에서는 무릎관절증 환자의 나이, 성별, 의료보장유형, Elixhauser Comorbidity Index와 수술여부를 사용하였다. 분석모델에서는 의료기관의 특성의 차이에 따른 영향을 분석하고자 100병상당 의사수, 병상 수, 병원소재지, 내부허핀달지수와 무릎관절증환자수를 사용하였다. 분석결과 위험도보정 모델에서 사용된 모든 변수는 재원일수와 통계적으로 유의하였다. 분석모델에서 병상수준은 보정된 병원 재원일수와 통계학적으로 유의했고, 100병상당 의사수와 무릎관절증 환자수는 보정된 병원 재원일수와 음의 관계를 보였다. 연구결과, 무릎관절증 입원환자의 재원일수는 의료기관 특성에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 효율적인 의료서비스 제공을 위해 무릎관절증 환자의 재원일수 관리의 정책적 시사점을 제공했다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다. This study purposed to analyze the effects of characteristics of hospitals on the length of stay in mid-aged gonarthrosis inpatients after controlling the differences of patients` risks among hospitals. HIRA-NPS (Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service-National Patient Sample) data in 2011 was used. International classification of Disease-10 (ICD-10) codes, M17.0, M17.1, M17.2, M17.3, M17.4, M17.5, and M17.9 were applied to define gonarthrosis inpatients, and found 7,094 inpatients in 72 of general hospitals and 170 of hospitals. Age, gender, insurance type, Elixhauser comorbidity index, and surgery status of gonarthrosis inpatients were included in the risk-adjustment model. Hospital characteristics such as number of doctors per 100 beds, bed size, hospital region, internal-herfindahl index, and number of gonarthrosis patients were included in the analysis model. All variables included in the risk-adjustment model were statistically significant and they had positive relationships with the length of stay. Number of beds >=300 (reference: <300) had significant positive relationship with the risk-adjusted hospital length of stay. Number of doctors per 100 beds and number of gonarthrosis patients had significant negative relationship. Study results provided that hospitals had differed length of stay in gonarthrosis inpatients depending on the organizational characteristics. Policy and management interventions will be needed to reduce the size of variation and to reduce the length of stay.

브랜드 스토리 마케팅 전략에 관한 사례 고찰

본 연구에서는 브랜드 스토리텔링을 이용한 마케팅 사례조사를 통해 브랜드 스토리텔링 기법의 마케팅효과 를 확인하고 여러 사례의 스토리텔링기법을 통해 브랜드 전략의 한 요소로서 브랜드 스토리텔링기법의 중 요성을 알아보고자 하였다. 현재 마케팅에서 스토리텔링은 상품과 브랜드에 생명력을 심어주는 차원에서 마케팅의 중요한 요소가 되었다. 과거와 달리 현대의 소비자들은 단순히 품질이 좋은 제품만을 찾는 것이 아니라, 공감하고 감성을 나눌 수 있는 감성적 측면에서 브랜드를 선호하며, 더 나아가 이야기가 있고 공감 을 줄 수 있는 브랜드에 흥미를 보이기 때문에 이제 스토리텔링은 단순히 하나의 마케팅 방법이 아니라 마 케팅 전략의 필수요소가 되었다고 할 수 있다. 스토리텔링을 이용한 브랜드 마케팅 전략이 소비자들에게 신 선하고 새로운 즐거움을 주며 소비자들의 브랜드접근성을 높여준다는 차원에서 스토리텔링 브랜드 마케팅 에 간한 연구는 가치 있다고 판단된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 브랜드 스토리텔링 관한 연구의 기초를 제공한다는 차원에서 의의가 있다. Brand marketing strategy that uses storytelling is fresh to the consumer, given a new fun, in salted study in storytelling brand marketing in the dimension of us enhance the brand accessibility of the consumer, it is determined that a certain value. Therefore, in this study, there is significance in the dimension that provides the basis of research on brand storytelling.

합성천연가스(SNG) 생산을 위한 석탄가스화기 기술성 검토

최근 고유가와 천연가스 수요 상승에 따른 가격 상승으로 인하여 상대적으로 낮은 가격의 석탄을 이용한 에너지 생산이 주목을 받고 있다. IGCC를 비롯한 석탄가스화 분야는 오래전부터 청정화석연료를 이용한 유망한 기술로 각광받아 왔었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 석탄가스화 기술을 이용하여 합성천연가스를 생산하는 실제 프로젝트 개발단계에서 석탄가스화기 선정을 위한 기술적 검토를 수행하였다. 합성천연가스 생산에 적합하다고 판단되는 가스화기로써 고정층 슬래그 가스화기, 습식 분류층 가스화기, 건식 분류층 가스화기를 검토 대상으로 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 선정된 가스화기별 주요 공정특징 및 성능에 대하여 검토하였으며, 종합검토내용을 토대로 합성천연가스 생산시 석탄가스화기 선정방향에 대하여 제시하였다. Because of the increasing cost of oil and natural gas, energy production technologies using coal, including synthetic natural gas (SNG) and integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC), have attracted attention because of the relatively low cost of coal. During the early stage of a project, the developer or project owner has many options with regard to the selection of a gasifier. In particular, from the viewpoint of feasibility, the gasifier is a key factor in the economic evaluation. This study compares the technical aspects of gasifiers for a real SNG production project in an early stage. A fixed-bed slagging gasifier, wet-type entrained gasifier, and dry-type entrained gasifier, all of which have specific advantages, can be used for the SNG production project. Base on a comparison of the process descriptions and performances of each gasifier, this study presents a selection guideline for a gasifier for an SNG production project that will be beneficial to project developers and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractors.

합성천연가스(SNG)생산을 위한 석탄가스화기 기술성 검토

Increasing a cost of oil and natural gas, technology of energy production using coal, including SNG and IGCC, receives attention as a prospective technology due to relatively low cost of coal. On an early stage in project, developer or project owner has many options in gasifier selection. Especially, on a feasibility stage, gasifier would be a key facility of economic evaluation. This study compares technical aspects of the gasifier for the real synthetic natural gas production project on an early stage. Fixed-bed slagging gasifier, wet type entrained gasifier and dry type entrained gasifier which have own typical advantages are able to apply for synthetic natural gas production project. Base on a comparison of process descriptions and performances for each gasifier, this study shows selection guideline of gasifier for synthetic natural gas production project as project developer and EPC contractor.

제한 논리 프로그래밍 언어에서 DCG를 이용한 생물학적 서열의 구조 검색

생물학적 서열의 구조 검색은 생물학적 특성을 예측하는데 많은 도움을 주며, 서열에서 나타나는 구조의 패턴은 촘스키의 형식 언어로 기술 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 문맥무관문법의 확장된 표기법인 DCG를 이용하여 구조 검색을 위한 구조 패턴의 생성 규칙을 정의하였다. 또한 구조 검색의 효율향상을 위하여 구조와 관련한 제한(constraint)을 정의하였고 이를 제한 논리 프로그래밍 언어로 구현하였다. 구현된 구조 검색 엔진은 웹 인터페이스를 통하여 접근할 수 있다.

Combined Cycle Power Plant(CCPP) holds a key business position in overseas plant business area of domestic EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction) company. Especially, recently, EPC company tends to move their business area from middle-east Asia to other regions, for example, Northern Africa or Southeast Asia. The performance of the gas turbines represents various aspects due to different atmospheric conditions depending on the region. Therefore, it is important to select the best gas turbine as a function of atmospheric condition on design stage. In this study, using a power plant performance simulation program, a method for gas turbine selection is discussed. This paper compares performance and plant total cost of CCPP in various conditions.
