      • Dijkstra의 mini 언어를 Pascal로 변환할 경우 병렬 치환문의 처리

        Mini 언어는 Dijkstra가 설계한 언어로서 병렬 치환문(concurrent assignment), 비결정적 수행(guarded command)등의 특징을 가진 block-structured 언어이다. 본 논문에서는 mini 언어로 작성된 프로그램을 Pascal 프로그램으로 변환시켜 주는 변환기를 설계하였고 변환된 프로그램을 수행시켜 보았다. 특히 병렬 치환문을 일련의 순차 치환문으로 바꾸는 과정에서 임시 변수를 줄이는 문제에 대하여 고찰하여 보았다.

        The purpose of this study is to verify the efficiency of the integrated piping system that has been recently distributed in Korea through empirical research. The peak and average usage of the integrated pipe system was lower than that of the 4-pipe system, and the primary return temperature of the district heating was maintained at an appropriate temperature. In addition, the heat return temperature of the HIU(Heat interface unit) installed in the integrated pipe system was maintained at a low temperature to prove its efficiency.

        하중법을 이용한 텐서그리티 구조물의 형상 탐색

        This paper presents form-finding of Tensegrity structures by using Force method. The Force method is generalized to all types of skeletal structures, such as rigid-jointed frames, pin-jointed planar trusses and ball-jointed space trusses. This method has easier basic concept, which is based on equilibrium equation, than Finite Element Method. In addition, this method is appealing to engineers because the properties of members of structures most often depend on the member force than joint displacement. Therefore, this study applies to analyze about form-finding of Tensegrity structures by using Force method’s merit.

        Apios fortunei, Colubrina arborescens, Croton caudatus, Osmanthus matsumuranus, 그리고 Schima noronhae를 포함하는 5종 식물 추출물의 항산화 활성

        본 연구에서는 식물자원으로부터 생리활성을 보유한 새로운 기능성 소재를 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수종의 식물 추출물을 분석하여 강한 항산화능을 보유한 5종(Apios fortunei Maxim., Colubrina arborescens Sarg., Croton caudatus Geiseler, Osmanthus matsumuranus Hayata 그리고 Schima noronhae Reinw.)을 선별하고, 각 추출물의 항산화 활성을 시험관 분석법, 세포실험 모델계, 대상 단백질 발현 분석 등을 통해 평가하였다. 먼저 각 추출물의 항산화 활성을 DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 통해 분석한 결과 모두 양성 대조군으로 사용한 아스코르빈산과 유사한 정도의 높은 활성을 보여 각 소재가 매우 강한 항산화능을 보유함을 확인하였다. 또한 RAW 264.7 세포주에서 H₂O₂에 의해 유도된 ROS에 대한 각 추출물의 소거능을 분석한 결과에서도 농도의존적인 강한 소거능을 보였다. 뿐만 아니라 대표적인 항산화효소 중 하나로 항산화능 보유 천연물에 의해 발현이 유도되는 HO-1 및 그 전사인자인 Nrf2의 단백질 발현이 각 추출물의 처리에 의해 증가됨을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 5종 식물 추출물의 강한 항산화 활성을 처음으로 확인하였으며 향후 기능성 소재로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study was orchestrated with the purpose of uncovering new nutraceutical resources possessing biological activities in the plant kingdom. To fulfill our objective, we analyzed several plant extracts and selected five species possessing powerful anti-oxidative activity. The anti-oxidative effect of these five plants, Apios fortunei Maxim., Colubrina arborescens Sarg., Croton caudatus Geiseler, Osmanthus matsumuranus Hayata and Schima noronhae Reinw. ethanol extracts were then evaluated by using in vitro assay, cell model system, and Western blot analysis of target proteins. As the results, all of them possessed the potent scavenging activity against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH), similar with that of ascorbic acid, used as a common positive control. Moreover, they strongly inhibited hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS), in a dose-dependent manner, in RAW 264.7 murine macrophage cells. Furthermore, they induced the protein expression of an anti-oxidative enzyme, heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1), and its upstream transcription factor, nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2). Taken together, these results indicate that these five plants possess potent anti-oxidative activity and thus appear to be useful sources as potential anti-oxidant agents. Therefore, they might be utilized as promising materials in the field of nutraceuticals.

        대학에서 알고리즘 수업을 위한 거꾸로 학습 모델

        In recent years there has been a rise in the use and interest of the flipped learning as a teaching and learning paradigm. The flipped learning model includes any use of Internet technology to enrich the learning in a classroom, so that a professor can spend more time interacting with students instead of lecturing. In the flipped model, students viewed video lectures online outside of class time. Students then performed two kinds of assignments, a teamwork assignment and an individual work assignment, through the class time. In this paper, we propose a flipped educational model for a college class. This experimental research compares class of college algorithm using the flipped classroom methods and the traditional lecture-homework structure and its effect on student achievement. The result data of mid-term exam and final exam were analyzed and compared with previous year data. The findings of this research show that there was not a significant difference in the scores of student between two lecturing methods. The survey result and lecture evaluation by students show that students are in favor of the flipped learning.

        연구논문 : 의료오류 공개에 대한 대학생들의 태도 조사

        Object: The purpose of this study was to identify the attitudes of patients regarding medical error. Methods: The questionnaires were administrated to 145 college students in Busan, one hundred twenty three usable 123 questionnaires were analyzed. The questionnaires consist of 4 major concepts; 1) knowledge, 2) attitudes toward disclosure of medical error, 3) expectations for doctors` behaviors, 4) barriers to the disclosure of the medical error. Results: Approximately 92% of respondents supported the immediate disclosure of medical errors, and 62.6% supported full disclosure including near misses. Approximately 57% believed that it would be most effective if doctors themselves communicated errors to patients, while almost 93% said that it was a doctor`s obligation to do so. Regarding reasons for disclosure, 44.7% said that it would reduce doctors` feelings of guilt, while 45.5% said that it would also increase patient trust for doctors. Respondents also thought that the barriers to the full disclosure of medical errors were (1) damaged reputations (30.9%), (2) worries about medical lawsuits (22.8%), and (3) professional discipline (22.0%). Conclusion: Most of the participants in this survey support the immediate disclosure of medical errors regardless of the seriousness of the error. Furthermore the participants regarded disclosure of medical error as doctors` obligation. In order to meet the patients` high expectation regarding the medical error, this might be a good time for us to find a way to close the gap between patients` expectation and doctors` current practice.

        RAW 264.7 세포에서 Desmodium heterocarpon 추출물의 항산화 및 항염증 활성

        Desmodium heterocarpon은 콩과에 속하는 덩굴식물로 주로 한국, 일본 등의 아시아 국가에 분포되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 식물에 존재하는 신규 기능성 소재 개발의 일환으로 Desmodium heterocarpon 에탄올 추출물(DHEE)의 항산화 및 항염증 생리활성을 DPPH 라디칼 소거능, ROS 소거능, NO 생성 억제능 및 관련 단백질 발현을 통해 분석하였다. 먼저 DHEE의 항산화능을 DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 통해 분석한 결과 높은 소거활성을 보여 DHEE가 매우 강한 항산화능을 보유함을 확인하였다. 또한 RAW 264.7 세포주에서 H₂O₂에 의해 유도된 ROS에 대한 DHEE의 소거능을 분석한 결과 농도의존적인 강한 ROS 소거능을 보였다. 뿐만 아니라 대표적인 항산화 효소 중 하나로 항산화능 보유 천연물에 의해 발현이 유도되는 HO-1 및 그 전사 인자인 Nrf2의 단백질 발현이 DHEE의 처리에 의해 유의적으로 증가됨을 보였다. 한편 DHEE가 LPS에 의해 유도된 NO 생성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 농도의존적인 NO 생성 저해능을 보였으며 이는 NO 생성 단백질인 iNOS의 발현 저해에서 기인함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 DHEE의 높은 항산화능과 항염증 활성을 확인하였으며 향후 잠재적인 기능성 소재로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 추후 계속적인 연구를 통해 활성 물질의 규명이 필요할 것으로 보인다. Desmodium heterocarpon is one of vines belongs to Fabaceae family, mainly distributed in Asian countries such as Korea and Japan. This study was conducted to explore new nutraceutical resources from the plant kingdom possessing biological activities. To fulfill this purpose, the anti-oxidative and anti- inflammatory activities of D. heterocarpon ethanol extract (DHEE) were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2- picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity assay, reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging activity assay, nitric oxide (NO) inhibitory activity assay, and the analysis of related protein expressions by Western blot hybridization. DHEE exhibited potent anti-oxidative activity as confirmed by DPPH radical scavenging capacity against DPPH similar with ascorbic acid, a well-known anti-oxidative agent, used as a positive control. DHEE also effectively suppressed hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)- induced ROS on RAW 264.7 murine macrophage cells. Furthermore, DHEE induced the expression of the anti-oxidative enzyme heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1), and its upstream transcription factor, nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) as a dose dependent manner. DHEE inhibited lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced nitric oxide (NO) formation as a consequence of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) down regulation. Taken together, these results suggest that DHEE has anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory activities and thus appears to be useful sources as potential anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory agents. The identification of active compounds that confer biological activities of DHEE might be needed.
