The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and to examine the effects of transactional leadership on job satisfaction. This study tried to verify the facial feedback hypothesis in causal relations of charisma, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, contingent reward, management by exception, job satisfaction. The self-administerd survey was undertaken against 380 respondents who soldier working in Daegu. A total of 375 responses were collected. Excluding missing data, 337 usable data were used for analysis. Results of this study are as follows. First, it is found that charisma factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Second, it is found that individualized consideration factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Third, it is found that contingent reward factor is positively impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, it is found that management by exception is positively impact on job satisfaction. The theoretical implication and practical implication for the army and government are discussed. The limitations are also mentioned.

증강현실용 오픈소스를 이용한 위치정보 서비스 앱의 개발

증강현실은 가상현실의 한 분야로 실제 환경에 가상 사물을 합성해 원래의 환경에 존재하는 사물처럼 보이도록 하는 컴퓨터 그래픽 기법이다. 증강현실은 스마트 폰이 사람들에게 널리 보급되면서 우리에게 친숙하게 다가왔고 이를 이용한 다양한 애플리케이션은 사람들에게 선풍적인 인기를 끌고 있다. 우리는 오픈 소스인 Mixare를 이용하여 위치정보를 실시간으로 서비스하는 증강현실 기술을 이용한 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 이 논문은 앤드로이드 폰용 위치정보 서비스 애플리케이션 '홍대에 가면~'의 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 이 앱은 스마트 폰으로 학교주변의 건물을 비추면 그 건물에 관한 상세 정보를 실시간으로 화면에 겹쳐 보여준다. Augmented Reality(AR) is one of branch of virtual reality computer graphics techiniques that places images of both the real environments and virtual graphic objects over the user's view of the world. Recently, useful apps are being developed using the AR techniques. We developed the location information service app by applying AR techniques. We used the open source 'Mixare' for AR application development for smartphones. This paper presents the design and development of the app 'Go-To-Hongdae~' that shows street views and related detailed information in real-time about buildings around our campus.

한방의료관광에 대한 한방의료서비스 종사자의 인식과 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

Many countries and corporation devote themselves to find in Oriental medical tourism industry. The purpose of this study is first, to investigate the Oriental medical employee’s perception of current situation of Oriental medical tourism industry; Second, to suggest a strategy planning for Oriental medical tourism. The survey was undertaken for employees who work at Oriental medical and 103 valid samples were collected. This study used SPSS 18.0 for frequency analysis, t-test, and importance-performance analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, Oriental medical employees think it’s really necessary to revitalize Oriental medical tourism. Second, Oriental medical’ strategy field appeared reasonable order, that is, Oriental skin care, constitutional medicine, Oriental diet, Oriental otorhinolaryngology, and Oriental plastic surgery. Oriental medical tourism promotion and marketing for activation appeared to be in most needed. Oriental medical technology and modernization were to be endeavored for continuous development and maintenance of Oriental medical tourism. Oriental medical tourism professionals, diversity and differentiation of the program, the promotion of products, and government support should be made with interest and efforts. 본 연구의 목적은 한방의료서비스 종사자가 인식하는 한방의료관광의 실태를 조사하고 그에 따른 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 설문조사는 2014년 1월 20일부터 2월 7일까지 19일 간에 걸쳐 한방의료서비스 종사자를 대상으로 실시되었다. 총 104부를 회수하여 불성실한 1부를 제외한 103부를 유효표본으로 최종 실증분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 한방의료관광 대한 인지도와 한방의료관광의 수준은 평균점보다 낮고 국내 한방의료관광 정도 또한 평균점 보다 낮다고 인지하고 있었다. 한방의료관광은 병의 치료를 위한 관광으로 인지하고 있었고 한방의료관광의 전략 분야는 한방 피부․미용, 체질의학, 한방다이어트 순으로 인지하고 있었다. 한방의료관광의 활성화를 위해 홍보 및 마케팅, 한방의료관광에 대한 정보, 정부 및 지자체의 관심 및 지원, 한방의료관광 프로그램, 한방의료관광 전문인력, 선진화된 의료기술, 한방의료시스템, 타계과와의 협진을 통한 진료, 체계화된 의료프로세스가 필요하다고 나타났다. 한방의료관광의 중요도-실행도 분석을 통해 활성화 방안 및 시사점을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계점과 향후 한방의료관광 활성화 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

음식관광에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - PA(즐거움, 각성) 감정척도를 적용한 수정된 계획행동이론을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships between attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, pleasure and arousal in predicting the behavior of food tourists using TPB and PA factors. The survey was undertaken from the first of July to the 19th of July on food tourist who visited Jeonju Hanok Village. A total of 261 responses were collected. Excluding missing data, 256 useable samples were collected for analysis. This study used IBM SPSS 18.0 for frequency analysis, regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the attitude factor positively impacts behavioral intention. Second, it is found that the factor of subjective norms also has a positive impact on behavioral intention. Third, it is found that the pleasure factor positively impact on behavioral intention. Fourth, it is found that arousal factor positively impact on behavioral intention. The theoretical implication for TPB and the practical implications and the limitations for food tourist are discussed. 본 연구의 목적은 음식관광객의 행동을 예측하기 위하여 계획행동이론(TPB)에 PA(즐거움, 각성) 감정척도를 적용하여 음식관광에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 즐거움, 각성이 음식관광 행도의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 설문조사는 2015년 7월 1일 부터 7월 19일 까지 20일 간에 걸쳐 전주한옥마을을 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 실시되었다. 총 261부를 회수하여 불성실한 5부를 제외한 256부를 유효 표본으로 최종 실증분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 태도가 행동의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 연구가설1은 채택되었다. 주관적 규범이 행동의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 연구가설2는 채택되었다. 지각된 행동통제가 행동의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 연구가설3은 기각되었다. 즐거움이 행동의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 연구가설4는 채택되었다. 각성이 행동의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 연구가설5는 채택되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 바탕으로 계획행동이론에 대한 이론적 시사점과 음식관광 활성화 방안 및 음식관광행동에 대한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계점과 향후 계획행동이론 확장을 위한 연구의 제언을 하였다.

The Container crane is mainly used in the harbor. But in spite of this wide use, it is a fact that there are still areas for automation, concerning the operator and the control system. If the encoding function is enhanced, then control effect can be increased to some extent. Since the distance from the hoist to the trolley cam be measured, the moving distance from the loading and unloading can be minimized. If this is applied to the real system, hazard elements can be eliminated and in given time since more unloading can be done, congestion can be reduced.

LQ 제어 기법을 이용한 컨테이너 크레인의 제어기 설계

The recent amount of container freight continuously has been increased, but the low efficiency of container crane causes jamming frequently in transportation and cargo handling at port. It is required that the working velocity and safety are improved by control of moving the trolley as quick as possible without large overshoot and any residual swing motion of container at the destination. In this paper, a LQ controller for a container crane is proposed to accomplish an optimal design of improved control system for minimizing the swing motion at destination. In this scheme a mathematical model for the system is obtained in state space form. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed controller is verified through computer simulation.

스마트폰 앱 서비스품질과 사용후기가 이용만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 맛집앱 이용자를 중심으로

본 연구는 스마트폰 어플리케이션(이하, 앱) 서비스품질을 독립변수로 하여 스마트폰 앱 이용만족과 스마트폰 앱 재이용의도 간에 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였고, 스마트폰 앱 서비스품질과 스마트폰 앱 이용만족 간에 맛집 앱 사용후기 정보성의 조절효과를 위계적 회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사는 부산지역에 위치하고 있는 맛집을 선정하여 2013년 2월 1일부터 2013년 2월 17일 까지 17일 간에 걸쳐 이곳을 이용하고 나오는 일반인을 대상으로 실시하였다. 총 403부의 설문지가 거두어졌고 불성실한 설문지 11부를 제외하고 총 392부가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 스마트폰 앱 서비스 품질 요인 중 신뢰성, 이동성, 정보성은 스마트폰 앱 이용만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 반면, 디자인은 스마트폰 앱 이용만족에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트폰 앱 이용만족은 스마트폰 앱 재이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스마트폰 앱 서비스품질 중 이동성, 신뢰성과 스마트폰 앱 이용만족 간에 사용후기 정보성의 대립조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 스마트폰 앱 서비스품질 중 공감성과 스마트폰 앱 이용만족 간에 맛집 앱 사용후기 정보성의 완충조절효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 학문적, 실무적 시사점 및 한계점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationships between service quality of smartphone applications(apps), usage satisfaction with smartphone apps and their reuse intention, and to examine whether information of Majib app-usage review can play a moderating role in the relationship between service quality of smartphone apps and their usage satisfaction by using the hierarchical regression analysis. This survey was conducted from the first of February, 2013 to the 17th of February. 2013. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who visited a Korean restaurant located at Busan. A total of 403 responses were collected. 392 usable data were used for analysis excluding missing data. The results from this study are as follows: first, it is found that, among constructs of service quality of smartphone apps, reliability, mobility and information positively impact on user satisfaction, whereas a design factor negatively influences on user satisfaction; second, user satisfaction with smartphone apps positively influences their reuse intention; third, the information of app-usage review plays a moderating role in the relationship between mobility and reliability, and user satisfaction by showing the antagonistic moderating effect; fourth, the information of app-usage review plays a moderating role in the relationship between empathy and user satisfaction by showing buffering interaction effect. The theoretical and practical implications are discussed. Regarding the sampling method, the limitations are also mentioned. Finally, it is anticipated that the future researchers apply this study to various applications.
