루이지아나대학의 스테왈트교수와 죠지아대학의 헤일교수는 미국의 양돈산업에 미치는 기생충의 피해에 대해 작년에 J. Animal Science지에 기고한 바 있다. 두 교수의 조사에 의하면 내부기생충은 양돈장에 경제적으로 많은 피해를 주고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와같은 점은 우리나라도 예외는 아닐 것이다. 이 원고는 두 교수가 J. Animal Science지에 기고한 내용임을 밝힌다. 내부기생충 구제로 양돈생산성을 높이길 바란다.

春秋战国时期, 六国的文字尚未统一, 出现了大量的文字異形现象。 其中, ‘造’字也不例外, 它的異體甚多。 因此, 本文收集了总共130個器物上的20種‘造’字的異體, 並按不同器物和国别来分析。 首先, 以器物来看, ‘造’字最多出现在兵器上, 而按照国别来看, 每個国家各有特色, 出现不同的‘造’字異體。 研究发现即使它们的字形不同, 但它们的声符是互相协韵的。 如‘造’字異體主要以‘告’为声符, 但和其他的声符‘舟’、‘枣’、‘曹’等是字音上通的。 通过本文的战国文字中‘造’字異體研究, 我们能了解當時的文字情况及社会背景。

대학정보화 거버넌스를 위한 Audit기반 프레임워크의유형 및 시점

감리 프레임워크는 시점별로 사업유형이 지속적으로 개선되기 어렵다. 이러한 지속적 개선 필요성을 위해본 논문에서는 대학정보화 거버넌스에서 정보시스템 감리를 기반으로, 감리 응용 프레임워크의 유형 및 시점을 제시한다. 제안사항으로 6개 항목의 사업유형을 도출하고, 개선점 반영을 위해 감리 시점과 연계하여 이를프레임워크에 반영하였다. 프레임워크를 사용하여 감리 시스템을 활용할 때, 대학정보화 사업의 유형 및 시점의 각 항목별 특징을 갖으며, 이를 적용하면 실제로 대학정보화 감리에 항목별 유형과 시점 분석을 통해 감리에서 손쉽게 접근하여 활용할 수 있다. 가리 현장에서 감리를 진행하는 감리인에게도 프레임워크의 유형및 시점을 통해 직접 감리에 활용될 수 있다. 그리고 프레임워크의 횡적인 영역을 이론과 함께 분류하여 감리 및 품질보증을 통해 각 항목을 연계할 수 있는 항목도 확인할 수 있다.

강화 학습 기반의 챗봇 어플리케이션을 위한 AI 성숙도 모델에 관한 연구

This study aims to increase the continuous use of services using AI chatbot application by identifying factors that affect the satisfaction and quality of developed systems on AI chatbot application that focused on the user. Through the data of actual chatbot agent developers and webpage users, it was confirmed which factors related to satisfaction and quality items affect the usability of AI chatbot application. According to the research results, the use of AI chatbot application shows a big difference depending on the level of satisfaction with accurate response data. In addition, through these response data, it was confirmed that a foundation for continuous quality improvement through the learning ability of AI itself is needed. As a result of this study, a staged maturity model was applied, and it is meaningful to improve and operate continuous reinforcement learning as AI chatbot application that focused on the user.

지역의료보험의 적용이 일부농촌지역 주민의 보건기관 이용에 미친 영향

This study was to examine the effects of insurance coverage on the utilization of public health institutions and to identify the factors associated with the utilization. The data were obtained from household interview surveys conducted twice in Hwachun Gun, Kangwon Do. The time period covered in the first survey was December $17{\sim}31$, 1987, before the implementation of regional medical insurance for the self-employed, and that of the second survey was January 28 $\sim$ Febuary 11, 1990, after its implementation. Major findings emerged from the analysis can be summarized as follows (1) Medical care utilization of rural people markedly increased after they were covered by medical insurance. The insurance coverage increased the utilization of public health institutions as well, and this increase was mainly attributable to the utilization by chronically ill patients. (2) Between 1987 and 1990, the proportion of the utilization of public health institutions over whole medical care utilization decreased. But the proportion increased for chronically ill patients covered by regional medical insurance during the same time span. (3) The results of logistic regression suggested that the rural self-employed utilized public health institutions at an increased rate after they were covered by medical insurance. It was also indicated that the increase resulted from the utilization by chronically ill patients. (4) The relative importance of public health institutions for rural medical care decreased after the implementation of regional medical insurance. But considering that the utilization of public health institutions by chronically ill patients increased after insurance coverage, attention should be directed to improving the capability of public health institutions to control chronic degenerative diseases.

대학정보시스템에 CobiT을 바탕으로 프레임워크를 적용하여 대학정보화에서도 IT 거버넌스를 수행해 나갈 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 조직 차원에서 이를 전략적으로 사용하기 위한 절차로 조직적 계획 프로세스를 제시하였다. 이는 대학 조직에서 추진해야할 기본적인 계획이고, 정보화 전략에서 가장 먼저 수행한다. 그리고 조직 차원에서 프로세스를 점진적으로 수행해 갈수 있도록 4개 그룹의 11개 항목으로 제시하였다. 이러한 조직적 계획의 결과로 대학행정본부에서 전략 프로세스를 주도하게 된다. 그리고 정보화계획, 예산, 조정 및 평가까지 거시적인 전략을 수립할 수 있고, 정보시스템의 통합 구축을 위한 체계적인 사전준비 및 관리로 이어질 수 있을 것이다. We can implement IT governance in university IT project by applying framework based on CobiT to university information system. In this paper, the organizational planning process is presented as a procedure to use it strategically at the university organizational level. This is the basic plan to be pursued by the university organization and is the first to be implemented in the Univ IT strategy. Organizational plan carry out the process gradually at the organizational level and 11 items of 4 groups are presented. The result of this organizational plan is to lead the strategic process at the university headquarters. In addition, big picture strategy can be established from Univ IT planning, budget, coordination and evaluation, and it can lead to systematic preparation and management for integrated implementation of IT system.
