      • Hydrazine이 첨가된 TiO<sub>2</sub>계 광촉매 반응의 저온수중 용존산소 제거효율 증대 (I)

        계통수 내에 용존되어 있는 산소는 금속재질 부식의 주요 원인물질로서 구조재질의 건전성 유지를 위해 필히 제거되어야 할 대상 중의 하나이다. 고은수를 사용하는 일반 공정계통이나 원자력발전소 2차계통 등의 고온 수화학 조건 하에서 활용되고 있는 화학탈기 방법에서는 계통수 내에 hydrazine이 첨가된 후 일어나는 N<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> + O<sub>2</sub> ->N<sub>2</sub> + 2 H<sub>2</sub>O 반응에 의해 용존산소가 제거되고 있으나, 약 80°C 이하의 저온에서는 그 반응효율이 저조하다. 본 연구에서는, 저온에서의 N<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub>-O<sub>2</sub> 반응효을 증대방법을 고찰하기 위하여 titanium dioxide와 UV를 사용하여 수중 용존산소 제거 실험을 수행하였다. 실온에서 물에 hydrazine(6.4x10<sup>-8</sup>M) 또는 titanium dioxide(2000ppm)를 단독으로 참가하여 교반시킨 결과, 용존산소 함량은 거의 변화하지 않았다. Titanium dioxide를 현탁시킨 후 hydrazine을 첨가하여 교반시킨 결과, 용존산소는 2~3시간 동안에 완전하게 제거되었으며 제거시간은 hydrazine 침가량에 선형적으로 역비례하였다. 이 반응계에 UV를 조사한 경우에는, hydrazine을 소량만 첨가하여도 용존산소 제거시간이 10분대로 단축되었다. 본 결과는, 수중 용존산소가 TiO<sub>2</sub>-N<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> 또는 N<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub>-TiO<sub>2</sub>-UV 반응계에 의해 실온에서도 단시간 내에 완벽하게 제거 될 수 있기 때문에, 계통 금속재질 부식방지 효과 증진 또는 용존 금속이온 제거공정 효율 증대 등 다양한 분야에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper presents the analysis results of the collision avoidance technology of the recently released multi-copter drone and confirmed that the technology is advancing based on deep learning image processing in the existing LiDAR method.

      • 건설산업의 PMIS 개발 현황과 발전방안

        The huge impact of Information Technology adoption have made great changes in large parts of industries. In construction industry, an indication of grand change was apparently appeared. There are unique characteristics in construction industry. It is an emphasis on project Job site management in IT adoption than home office oriented of other industries. Thus, the point of construction IT, especially PMIS, is development of solution related With production, systems, management tools on construction job site. Recently in Korea, some of large construction company have trend develope and adopted many construction management systems on IT. But, any analysis on the result of it is not entirely opened yet And, It is not broadly pervade, because it is just individual system. Main causes of recent situation are low apprehension of PMIS, lack of research on ASP & other solutions in construction industry. So, we need to introduced PMIS, ASP, any other solutions, and its use on this study. And also, the plan to expand IT on construction industry is proposed. We can see that the future core of IT technology on e-business is e-Commerce (Collaborative Commerce). It is same to construction industry. Therefore the development of PMIS solution make the point e-Collaboration like the link to ERP solution & KMS(Knowledge Management System) of home office. And, It is very Important to link CITIS, CALS recently developed. And, the other point of view on PMIS diffusion is that the key issue of the plan has emphasis on the use of middle & small size construction companies. Then, it is needed the help of government, organization related construction industry like followings. It is necessary for educating and consulting PMIS/ERP/KMS solutions to middle & small size companies. And, public organizations must keep the security of Its use on IT surroundings. In IT policy side, It is need to make information classification standards, integrated D/B system, construction CALS standards and any other criterion related with IT standards.

        고강도 확대머리 이형철근의 정착길이 효과에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study has been carried out to examine development length effects for high strength headed deformed bars. Current design codes limit the specified yield strength of headed bars to 400 MPa. Such the limit is due to the lack of experimental studies on headed bars made of high strength materials. Thus a test program was planed with headed bars with the yield strength of 600 MPa. The threaded head type with head shapes of round plate and circular cone was selected in this study. The experimental variables were development length, number of bars, and head shape. Specimens were classified into L-type and S-type depending on the development length. The development length of L-type was computed according to the design code without considering the limit. S-type specimens had shorter development lengths than the L-type. Further classification was made depending on the shape of heads. A-types have the head shape of round plate and B-types have the shape of circular cone. Three L-type specimens were fabricated with the variable of number of bars (1, 2, and 3). Four specimens for each of SA and SB types were made with development lengths of 50%, 45%, 40%, and 35% compared with L-type. Pullout tests was carried out with 11 specimens. The test results were compared with computed strengths with the design code equations (Appendix II). Based the current studies, it can be said that high strength headed deformed bars used in this study be able to provide such strengths computed with the current design code without considering the yield strength limit. 본 연구는 고강도 철근을 확대머리 이형철근으로 사용하는 경우 정착길이 효과에 관한 실험 연구이다. 현행 기준에서는 확대머리이형철근의 정착길이를 산정하는 식에서 철근의 설계기준강도를 400 MPa로 한정하고 있다. 고강도 철근에 대한 연구결과가 충분하지 않기 때문에 이러한 규정이 명시된 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설계기준 항목강도 600 MPa의 철근으로 확대머리 이형철근을 제작하여, 변수별 실험연구를 수행하였다. 실험은 철근의 정착길이, 철근의 개수, 그리고 확대머리의 형상 등의 변수로 계획하였다. 실험체는 정착길이가 긴 L형과정착길이가 짧은 S형으로 분류하고, 확대머리의 형상은 원판형(A형)과 원뿔형(B형)으로 구분하였다. L형 실험체는 원판형 확대머리를 대상으로 철근 개수가 1∼3으로 변하는 3개의 실험체와 S형 실험체는 원판과 원뿔형 확대머리 형상에 대하여 정착길이를 L형의 50%, 45%, 40%, 35%로 변화한 실험체를 계획하였다. L형(LA형) 3개, SA형 4개, SB형 4개 등 총 11개의 실험체를 인발실험을 하였다. 실험결과는 콘크리트구조기준(부록 II)의 정착길이 산정 규정에 따라 평가하였으며, 그 결과 항복강도 600 MPa의 철근을 사용한 확대머리 이형철근은 현행기준의 설계식을 적용하여 설계할 수 있음을 보였다.

        Company city is one of the recent policy measures for balanced regional development hired by the “participation government/* As Korea has chronicle problems of excessive concentration on Capital region and regional disparities, the current regime declared balanced national development as its foremost policy discipline. Major policy measures include construction of new administrative city, relocation of public agencies, designation of company cities and so on. Private enterprises, in alliance with municipal government are eligible for investment and development of a company city when they meet the government criteria. Company city is expected to be a new momentum for self-reliant urban development in under-developed local areas. Controversies, however, over this matter arose as company city is implemented unexpectedly fast. The issues are more likely focused on the role of private sector in “public“ development process. Concerns and oppositions reside in considering possible side effects like private domination and enjoyment in the process of city construction and massive environmental cas니 alties etc. Most of all and in fact, company city has been driven too fast to settle a proper public consensus among various socio-political groups and government. In such regards, this paper proposes a set of policy baselines, in a normative sense, enhancing the legitimate purport of the company city policy. As a self-reliant new city must hold proper level of industrial and service functions which are to depend on private companies, the private sector's role as city developer should be counted as a legitimate 2 충북개발연구 16(1) process of public spatial planning. Yet, they have to agree with a certain level of redemption policy. Also, industrial and/or service functions a company city is supposed to hold have to be well related to the regional industrial specialization. Without a functional connection with an industrial cluster nearby, a company city would more likely fail to sustain its future competitiveness. These normative assertions, though sounding like a truism, would be a solid ground on which company cities are designated. -

        웰니스 호텔 서비스 품질이 이용태도 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        Since the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the rapid increase in interest in wellness among modern people, the hotel industry is also introducing wellness elements to provide differentiated services. Therefore, in this study, we wanted to find out how the specialized service quality attributes of wellness hotels affect customer usage attitudes and customer satisfaction. The service quality attribute was based on SERVQUAL's five-dimensional model, and the relationship between service quality and user attitude, user attitude and customer satisfaction relationship, and service quality and customer satisfaction was analyzed. As a result of the study, it was found that the four attributes of fluidity, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy had a significant effect on user attitude and satisfaction, and user attitude had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, but reliability did not have a significant effect on both user attitude and satisfaction. The sample of this study was from customers who visited Jeongseon Park-Roche, Jecheon Resom Forest, and ANANTI in the last one year, and a total of 370 questionnaires were distributed, and 347 samples were used for the study, excluding 23 samples.

        4대강 살리기 사업이 많은 논란끝에 지난해 6월 마스터플랜을 세우고 4대강 곳곳에서 이미 공사가 시작되고 있는 상황에서 최근 4대강 살리기 사업의 필요성과 생태 생명 환경의 문제를 둘러싼 논쟁이 다시 가열되고 있다. 충분한 소통이 부족했다는 점을 인식하면서 이제라도 지면으로나마 4대강 살리기가 왜 필요하고 어떤 내용들이 잘못 알려지고 있는지 설명 드리고자 한다.

        실내 비행용 소형 충돌회피 멀티콥터 시스템 개발

        Recently, multi-copters equipped with various collision avoidance sensors have been introduced to improve flight stability. LiDAR is used to recognize a three-dimensional position. Multiple cameras and real-time SLAM technology are also used to calculate the relative position to obstacles. A three-dimensional depth sensor with a small process and camera is also used. In this study, a small collision-avoidance multi-copter system capable of in-door flight was developed as a platform for the development of collision avoidance software technology. The multi-copter system was equipped with LiDAR, 3D depth sensor, and small image processing board. Object recognition and collision avoidance functions based on the YOLO algorithm were verified through flight tests. This paper deals with recent trends in drone collision avoidance technology, system design/manufacturing process, and flight test results. 최근 멀티콥터는 비행 안정성 향상을 위해 다양한 충돌회피 센서를 탑재하고 있다. LiDAR를 이용해 3차원 위치를 인식하거나 다수 카메라와 실시간 SLAM 기술을 이용해 장애물과의 상대 위치를 계산하기도 한다. 또한 소형 프로세스와 카메라로 구성된 3D 깊이 센서를 사용하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 충돌회피 소프트웨어 기술 개발을 위한 플랫폼으로써 상용 부품을 활용해 실내 비행이 가능한 소형 충돌회피 멀티콥터 시스템을 개발하였다. 멀티콥터 시스템은 LiDAR, RealSense, GPU 보드를 탑재하였고, 비행시험을 통해 YOLO 알고리즘 기반의 사물 인식 및 충돌회피 기능을 검증하였다. 이 논문에서는 시스템 설계/제작 및 탑재 장비 선정과정, 비행시험 결과에 관해 기술하였다.
