        산삼 공생 미생물 Weizmannia ginsengihumi LGHNH의 특징 및 배양물의 항노화 효능

        In this study, we isolated Weizmannia ginsengihumi LGHNH (KCTC 14462BP) from 30-year-old wild Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer and elucidated the characteristics of the isolated bacterium and its industrial potential as an anti-aging material. W. ginsengihumi LGHNH was investigated to produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), a plant growth-promoting hormone (1.38 μg/ml to 2.22 μg/ml). We also confirmed the existence of bioconversion activity via the comparison of the ginsenoside content before and after fermentation. As for the converted minor ginsenoside, Rg2(R), Rg4, Rg6, Rg3(S), Rg3(R), Rk1, Rg5, Rh1(R), Rk3 and Rh4 are known to have high bioavailability and various skin effects. We measured mitochondrial membrane potential and ATP biosynthesis to elucidate W. ginsengihumi LGHNH cultured product (WCP) as an anti-aging material. As a result, the mitochondrial membrane potential in HaCaT cells with UVB decreased to 39.3% compared to the unirradiated group, but was recovered to 57.3% and 58.1% by 0.001% (v/v) and 0.01% (v/v) WCP, respectively. In addition, we measured mitochondrial ATP biosynthesis. It decreased to 94.3% compared to the unirradiated group with UVB, but was recovered to 105.3% and 105.7% by 0.001% (v/v) and 0.01% (v/v) WCP. 식물 공생 미생물은 기주 식물과 함께 공생하는 미생물로생장 촉진, 면역력 증진, 대사체 생성 등의 역할을 수행하며식물 발달에 영향을 준다. 본 연구를 통해 30년근 산삼에서분리 동정한 미생물인 W. ginsengihumi LGHNH (KCTC 14462BP)은 식물 생장 촉진 호르몬인 indole-3-acetic acid (IAA)을 1.38 μg/ml에서 2.22 μg/ml 수준으로 분비함을 확인하였다. 또한 발효 전, 후의 진세노사이드 함량 비교를 통해진세노사이드 전환능이 있음을 확인하였다. 전환된 저분자 진세노사이드인 Rg2(R), Rg4, Rg6, Rg3(S), Rg3(R), Rk1, Rg5, Rh1(R), Rk3, Rh4 등은 생체 이용률이 높고 다양한 피부 효능을 갖는다고 알려져 있다. 배양물로 제조한 W. ginsengihumi LGHNH (W. ginsengihumi LGHNH Cultured product, WCP)의 항노화 소재로서 가능성을 탐색하기 위해미토콘드리아의 막전위와 ATP 생합성량을 측정하여 기능저하 억제 여부를 확인하였다. 노화를 발생시키는 인자인UVB를 조사한 HaCaT 세포 내 미토콘드리아 막전위 값을측정한 결과, 미조사군 대비 39.3%로 감소하나 WCP 0.001% (v/v), 0.01% (v/v)에 의해 각각 57.3%, 58.1% 수준까지 회복함을 확인하였다. 또한 미토콘드리아의 ATP 생합성량 측정결과, UVB 조사에 의해 미조사군 대비 94.3% 수준으로 감소하나 WCP를 0.001% (v/v), 0.01% (v/v) 처리한 군에서 각각 105.3%, 105.7%로 증가하여 미토콘드리아 기능을 정상으로 회복하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다고 판단된다. 따라서, 본연구를 통해 확보한 30년근 산삼의 공생 미생물은 항노화 관련 생물 자원으로서 산업적 활용 가능성이 높다.

      • 상호학습형 학습활동지를 활용한 체육수업의 효과 및 교육적 의미 탐색

        This study aims to form the groundwork for realization of learner-centered physical education by selecting 'reciprocal style" of Mosston from among several physical education styles and applying it to the field of physical education in school to research educational meanings for development and application of worksheet of reciprocal style. In this study, with criterion-based selection, the researcher selected 5 participants from a class with 38 female students in the 10th grade of O high school which he/she is serving presently, conduct depth interview to them for collecting data and compiled files collecting 'worksheet of reciprocal style' which they recorded at school and personal reconsideration diaries as auxiliary data. Depth interview took semi-structured interview type and consisted of several contents of 'worksheet of reciprocal style' such as its effects, its advantages and its disadvantages, opinions to apply to another lessons, general comprehensive opinions, etc. Collected data was analyzed through the procedure of inductive content analysis, and files collecting 'worksheet of reciprocal style' and personal reconsideration diaries were analyzed by content analysis. To confirm reliability of the procedure of analysis and interpretation of data, member check, peer debriefing and triangulation were taken. As a result of applying worksheet of reciprocal style in practical physical education, he/she found out that it has educational meanings such as thought-seeking through learner-centered education, memory-recovery through record and saving, future-planing through reconsideration and plan, recovery of the groundwork of education for the whole man through integration of theory and practice.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation of alcohol use disorder, social support and depression of the college students. Method: In this descriptive design study, 334 university students were recruited through convenient sampling from October, 2015 to January, 2016. Questionnaires used for online Google docs were AUDIT-K(Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test-Korea), MSPSS(Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support) and SDS(Self - Rating Depression Scale). Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA with Scheffe's test, and Pearson’s coefficient using SPSS 22.0 program. Result: 230 students of the 334 college students(68.8%) were classified into alcohol use disorder group. There was a significant correlation between the degree of social support and depression among all participants(r=-.45, p=.000). However, there was no correlation between alcohol use disorder and depression(r=.23, p=.006) and between alcohol use disorder and social support(r=.02, p=.758). Conclusion: This study showed a relationship between social support and depression, not the alcohol use disorder. This result can be used as the basic data in nursing research about alcohol use disorder, social support and depression of college students. Also, Further researches are needed to examine the factors that affect alcohol use disorder of college students, as well as depression and social support.

        경사진 안창이 보행시 하지관절에 미치는 영향

        Despite the widespread use of laterally wedged insoles for patients with knee osteoarthritis and medially wedged insoles for controlling rearfoot pronation, an understanding of the effects of wedged insoles was limited and sometimes controversial. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of wedged insoles on the kinematics and kinetics of normal gait. Ten male subjects without history of lower limb disorders were recruited. Each subject performed four gait cycles under each of seven conditions; shod with 5$^{\circ}$, 8$^{\circ}$ and 15$^{\circ}$, 8$^{\circ}$ and 15$^{\circ}$ laterally wedged insoles. In order to determine statistical differences among seven conditions, the measured temporal spatial variables, angular displacements, joint moments, and ground reaction forces were compared with a one-way analysis of variance. Some significant changes induced by wedged insoles were apparent in joint moments and ground reaction forces. The medially wedged insole increased the laterally directed ground reaction force and varus moments at the ankle force and varus moments at the ankle and the knee.

      • 카메라 영상 기반의 LIVE TIG 용접변수 수집 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 LIVE TIG 용접 시 획득된 카메라 영상을 통해 용접변수를 수집하는 방법을 소개한다. 수집된 용접변수는 실시간 가이드, 결함 예측 등 다양한 측면에서 활용될 것으로 기대한다. LIVE TIG 용접 시 발생되는 용융풀의 형태, 밝기와 같은 형상정보를 기반으로 용융풀의 중심점을 추출한다. 이어서 용접대상 모재와 가장 근접한 영역에서 인식되는 객체를 추출하여 TIG 세라믹 노즐 끝단의 중심점을 추출한다. 용접 영상에서 TIG 세라믹 노즐의 형상을 추출하여 노즐의 길이를 픽셀 정보로 획득한 후, 실제 노즐의 길이 정보와 비교하여 척도로 삼는다. 용융풀의 중심점과 세라믹 노즐 중심점의 거리를 계산하여 픽셀값을 얻은 후 척도와 비교하여 CTWD를 추출한다. 시간의 변화에 따른 세라믹 노즐 중심점의 이동량을 픽셀값으로 얻은 후 척도와 비교하여 용접 속도를 추출한다. 이와 같은 방법으로 카메라 용접영상을 기반으로 CTWD, 용접 속도와 같은 용접변수를 수집하는 방법을 소개한다.
