웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 GIS의 부분방전 검출 알고리즘에 관한 연구

Gas insulated switchgear(GIS) is an important equipment in a substation. It is highly desirable to measure a partial discharge(PD) in GIS which is a symptom before insulation breakdown occurs. The issue is that the PD signal is weak and sensitive to external noise. In this paper, the algorithm for detection of PD in GIS using wavelet transform is proposed. The wavelet transform provides a direct quantitative measure of spectral content, "dynamic spectrum", in the time-frequency domain. The recommended mother wavelet is 'Daubechies' wavelet. 'db4', the most commonly applied mother wavelet in the power quality analysis, can be used most properly in disturbance phenomena which occurs rapidly for a short time. Through the procedure of wavelet transform, noise extraction and reconstruction, the signal is Analyzed to determine the magnitude of PD in GIS. In experimental results, we can know that partial discharge is exactly detected in combination of Dl and D2 using wavelet transform.transform.
Memory Controller for 1Gb LPDDR2 Memory Initialization Sequence

Each memory has its own initialization sequence before proceeding with its normal operation. This sequence must be performed as a step for the memory to operate normally without errors. In this paper, we propose a memory controller sequence that automatically performs the initialization sequence of 1Gb LPDDR2(Low Power Double Data Rate). The memory initialization sequence is divided into three steps: delay time section, memory setting, and timing calibration. The memory controller calculates the delay, adjusts the initial set value of the memory according to the user's setting, and writes and reads data of a specific pattern for timing calibration. If these steps are performed externally, unnecessary time consumption and accurate operation are difficult. By using the memory controller proposed in this paper, it is possible to proceed with an accurate memory initialization sequence without unnecessary time consumption.
Machine Vision Algorithm Design for Remote Control External Defect Inspection

Recently, the scope of the smart factory has been expanded, and process research to minimize the part that requires manpower in many processes is increasing. In the case of detecting defects in the appearance of small products, precise verification using a vision system is required. Reliability and speed of inspection are inefficient for human inspection. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for inspecting product appearance defects using a machine vision system. In the case of the remote control targeted in this paper, the appearance is different for each product. Due to the characteristics of the remote control product, the data obtained using two cameras is compared with the master data after denoising and stitching steps are completed. When the algorithm presented in this paper is used, it is possible to detect defects in a shorter time and more accurately compared to the existing human inspection.

This study was carried out in order to evaluate the present state of the management systems of 53 day-care facilities which are located in Taegu city. Eight items were investigated and analyzed about the background and the qualitative specialty of the day-care facilities. The establishment of the day-care facilities must be studied and restricted according to the upbringing demands and the conecptual definition of the day-care systematically. For the rational management of the day-care facilities needs the followings : 1. The detailed enactment of the governmental planning and regulations for the day-care facilities. 2. Training of the special class teachers and the detailed regulations on facilities for children under 3 years old. 3. Establishment of the education center for the day-care center teachers. 4. Development of the effective and various educational programs for the day-care. 5. Continuous governmental financial support for the welfare of day-care class teachers.

차세대 에너지원으로 각광받고 있는 태양전지 중 한 종류인 염료감응태양전지(DSC)는 저렴한 제조단가와 다양한 분야에서의 활용이 가능함에도 불구하고 기존 실리콘 및 박막 태양전지에 비해 성능이 낮아 제한적인 부분에서만 상용화가 이루어진 상태이다. DSC의 성능을 제한하는 요소는, DSC에서 광전극으로 가장 많이 사용되는 TiO<sub>2</sub>의 전자 전도도가 낮아, 생성된 고에너지 전자가 집전체에 도달하여 실제 전기에너지로 전환되는 비율이 높지 않다는 부분이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 전극을 1차원 구조로 제조하여 전자의 이동거리를 줄이는 등의 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있지만, 획기적인 성능 향상을 이루고 있지는 못하다. 이번 연구에서는 TiO<sub>2</sub>보다 전자 전도도가 좋은 SnO<sub>2</sub> 광전극을 나노채널 구조로 제조하여 DSC의 광전극으로 사용하여 다른 반도체 물질로 TiO<sub>2</sub>를 대체할 수 있을지에 대한 가능성을 검토해보았으며, SnO<sub>2</sub> 전극에 TiO<sub>2</sub>를 얇게 코팅하여 전해질과 전극 사이의 계면에서 일어나는 부반응을 최소화함으로써 성능을 높였다.

This article stuied the concept of EVA and the literature survey on the relations between EVA and stock price, and diverse disclosure data. From this survey, the result reveals that the EVA is most highly related to the stock price in foreign capital markets. This result gives the important hint to our accounting system and financial analysis. The EVA analysis on the Korean major listed firms reveals the poor investment performance. The reason for poor in the investment performance of the Korean firms is the missing the concept of the Cost of Capital in investment decision making. But this article has the limit of missing the relation between EVA and stock price.
