      • Histamine, Chlorpheniramine 및 Furosemide의 兼用에 依한 腎臟機能에 미치는 效果

        Effects of histamine and influence of chlorpheniramine and of chlorpheniramine with furosemide upon the effects of histamine on renal function in anesthetized dogs were observed. In this study adult mongreal dogs of either sex weighing 11 to 13 Kg. were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium, and 0.9 per cent saline solution containing p-amonohippuric acid and inulin were infused at a constant rate through the fermoral vein. One hundred ten and 190 minutes after initiation of infusion, drugs to be studied were infused along with the saline solution for a forty minutes period. Urine was collected through the polythylene tubes inserted in both ureters. Systemic blood pressure was measured continuously from the femoral artery using a mercuty manometer and kymograph. Urine volume, urinary sodium and potassium contents, renal plasma flow and glomerular filtration rate were calculated. The dogs were divided into five groups according to drugs used; control(saline only), histamine 1.5㎍ group (histamine 1.5㎍/kg/min.), histamine 1.5㎍+chlorpheniramine group(histamine 1.5㎍/kg/min, with chlorpheniramine 0.2mg/kg initial, 3㎍/kg/min.), histamine 5㎍ group(histamine 5㎍/kg/min.), histamine+chlopheniramine+furosemide group (histamine 5㎍/kg/min, with chlorpheniramine 0.2 mg/kg initial, 3㎍/kg/min. and furosemide 33㎍/kg/min.). each group consiste of five dogs. The results were as follows. 1) In histamine 1.5㎍ group, the blood pressure and urinary potassium, renal plasma flow (RPF) and glomorular filtration rate (GFR) were slightly decreased whereas the urine volume and urinary sodium were rather signifucantly decreased In histamine 5㎍ group, the blood pressure declined significantly, and the urinary potassium, renal plasma flow (RPF), glomerular filtration rate (GFR) were more significantly reduced than the former (histamine 1.μ5g group), and the urine volume and urinary sodium were much more significantly reduced. 2) It appears that chlorpheniramine does not significantly influence the changes of renal function induced by histamine. 3. Furosemide increased the renal plasma flow(RPF), glomerular filtration rate(GFR), urinary sodium and potassium which were reduced by infusion of the histamine, but furosemide did not significantly influence be blood pressure, the decline of which was caused by the histamine infusion.

        부인두강에서 발생한 아령모양의 신경초종

        Although uncommon and mostly benign, primary parapharyngeal space tumors constitute important pathologies of the head and neck due to the difficulties encountered in their preoperative assessment and surgical treatment. The parapharyngeal space typically divides into pre-styloid and post-styloid space. When deep lobe parotid tumor extends to the parapharyngeal space, the tumor frequently assumes a dumbbell shape, due to opening of stylomandibular tunnel is narrow and relatively inextensible. So many Head and neck clinician regarded prestyloid, dumbbell shaped tumor as parotid origin tumor. In this report, we describe a case of dumbbell shaped pre-styloid paraphayngeal space tumor at CT imaging, which was turned out Schwannoma, that was successfully treated with operation.

        A high jugular bulb is often found as an incidental finding that is asymptomatic. High jugular bulb dehiscence may often cause pulsatile tinnitus. We report one case of pulsatile tinnitus due to dehiscent high jugular bulb and chronic otitis media, which has been successfully treated by surgical reconstruction with tragal cartilage and soft tissue.

        앨리아싱 조건에서의 광대역 음향신호의 방위각 추정

        탱크나 경유자동차 등과 같이 지상에서 이동하는 차량들의 엔진소음은 광대역 특성을 갖고 또한 지형의 다양성 및 표적의 이동으로 인한 다양한 반사 등으로 변화가 심하기 때문에 탐지나 추적이 쉽지 않다 또한 전장 등과 같이 복잡한 환경에서는 배열안테나의 위치 선정 등의 어려움으로 앨리아싱이 일어날 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 수동 배열 안테나의 성긴 배치로 인한 심각한 공간 앨리아싱 조건하에서 광대역 신호를 방사하는 이동체의 탐지 및 추적 문제에 대해서 연구하였다. 여기서 서브밴드 MUSIC 알고리즘에 근거한 고해상도의 방위각 추정 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이 것은 공간 앨리아싱으로 인하여 표적의 방위각 추정 값이 변할 때에도 실제의 방위각을 추정할 수 있는 알고리즘이다 결과적으로 이 알고리즘이 성긴 안테나 배치로 인한 공간 앨리아싱 영향을 극복하고 위치 추정을 개선함을 보인다. It is difficult to detect and to track the moving targets like tanks and diesel vehicles due to the variety of terrain and moving of targets. It is possible to be happened the aliasing conditions as the difficulty of antenna deployment in the complex environment like the battle fields. In this paper, we study the problem of detecting and tracking of moving targets which are emitting wideband signals under severe spatial aliasing conditions because of the sparse arrays. We developed a direction of arrival(DOA) estimation algorithm based on subband MUSIC(Multiple Signal Classification) method which produces high-resolution estimation. In this algorithm, the true bearings are invariant regardless of changes of frequency bands while the aliased false bearings vary. As a result, the proposed algorithm overcomes the aliasing effects and improves the localization performance in sparse passive arrays.

      • 기동함정의 유사방사음 합성기 설계

        In the analysis of underwater acoutic signal source and design of similar signal synthesizer, underwater acoustic signal was obtained by A/D converter. The obtained signal was separated to tonal components and broadband noises by the ATW algorithms. The noise generation filter, which can generate the noises similar to the analyzed broadband background noise, was designed by Hilbert Transform. After that, the system which can generate the signal which is similar to moving vessel noises is designed by synthesizing the generated noises and the analyzed tonal components. This system can be used to field maneuvers, and it can cheat enemies and escape from the tropedo attacks.

      • LA1883을 이용한 AM/FM 튜너의 설계

        LA1883 is a chip which includes FM front end circuits, intermediate frequency transforming circuits, noise canceller, MPX, and AM/FM exchanging switch. In this paper, AM/FM tuner system is implemented with LA1883 chip which can be used at car stereo system. At the implemented FM tuner, the actual sensitivity was 8dB, and signal to noise ratio was 55dB. At the AM tuner, the actual sensitivity was 26dB and signal to noise ratio was 46dB.

        Dermoid cysts in the floor of the mouth are quite rare. The treatment for dermoid cysts in the floor of the mouth is complete resection. It can be performed via intraoral or external approach according to its size and position. Here, we report two cases of dermoid cyst in the floor of the mouth, which were successfully excised via intraoral approach.

        The memorizing of music scores is a critical element for playing piano among other important musical factors. Without a confident memorization, a pianist can not be competent and often fails to complete a performance. This simple fact is nothing but a common sense, which is not, however, clearly recognized and well-practised. The memorizing of piano music scores is more difficult than that of monophony scores. The reason is that the piano as a musical instrument is not a simple monophony instrument, but plays polyphony music. Therefore piano music scores have features of condensed form of a chamber music or a symphony at times. The scores of piano music can be hardly memorized before a thorough analysis of the composition technique, regularity and harmony. Another essential element for a food piano playing is the fingering method. The rational and economical fingering can enhance the musical effect. Hence the continued search for a good fingering will improve both performance ability and musical effect. In addition to the memorizing of scores, it is also important to memorize the playing method concerning musical expression marks, dynamics, articulation and phrasing. The memorization of playing method is essential to convey the vitality of the composition. Otherwise, a pianist can only repeat a dull mechanical array of scores on the keyboard without his or her own interpretation of the composer's intention. The practice of memorizing music scores should not begin with a complicated piece of large-scale. It would be desirable to start from simple pieces and then move to sophisticated ones. As for a large-scale piece, and attempt to memorize the entire scores at once is not preferrable. A more productive method is to break it into several smaller segments for an easier memorization. Once accustomed to this method of practice, one can readily memorize a long sophisticated piece. Such an effort of score memorization will help to deepen the understanding of a musical effect of score memorization will help to deepen the understanding of a mucial composition. moreover, the pianist can increase his or her confidence and produce a greater musical effect in actual performance. A thorough examination and careful analysis of music scores leads to an unmistakable memorization which in turn insures a dynamic performance. As for an analysis, the present paper takes Beethoven's piano sonata, Op. 2, No. 1, which is not large in scale, but requires a variety of techniques. A mastery of this sonata can be made possible with the memorization of the scores as suffested so far.
