In spite of these ultimate limitations. coitus is practied with gratification by about a third of paraplegic men. and probably a higher percentage of paraplegic women. Th-is is possible since a significant percentage of paraplegic men can have erections .In patients with upper motor neurone lesions at any spinal level, reflex erections can be produced by local stimulation , in. patients with lesions at higher levels, the probability of success is greater. The ability to have erections, psychic or reflex or both, usually appears within six months after injury .

지리가중회귀모형 기반 국내 수도권 물류창고 임대료 결정요인의 공간적 분포 분석

With the increasing need for warehouses and distribution centers mainly due to growth of e-commerce many companies rent storage space from a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses as needed instead. Warehouse rent represents the value of the rental storage space in terms of its physical, locational, and transactional attributes. Investigating how the warehouse rent is determined allows us to better understand the supply and demand relationship in the warehouse rental market. This allows warehouse landlords to better formulate their marketing strategies and warehouse renters to reduce search costs. However, warehouse rent has not received much attention in the previous literature except for a few studies relying on a conventional ordinary least square (OLS) regression model applied to the entire study region. The objective of this study is to investigate the spatial variation of warehouse rent and its determinants which can contribute to improved understanding of the warehouse rental market at the local level. Based on the warehouse rent data including both dry and cold warehouses in Seoul Metropolitan Area of South Korea, we used a Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) that allows regression coefficients to vary over space. As a result we were able to discover how the effects of transactional, physical, and warehousing service related factors vary over space in the study region. The GWR model outperformed the conventional OLS model in terms of the explanatory power. The results from this study can provide meaningful information to many stakeholders in the warehouse rental market when making warehouse rental, buy/sell, and and investment decisions.

일본 도시하층지역 마을 만들기의 성립과 그 의의: 참여민주적 시민공간의 형성

이 논문은 오사카시 가마가사키(釜ヶ崎)에서 2000년대 이후 진행된 마을 만들기에 주목함으로써, 현대 일본사회에서 마을 만들기가 갖는 정치적 의미를 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 가마가사키는 일용직 인력시장이 열리는 곳이자 일용직 노동자들이 머무는 간이숙박소가 밀집되어 있는 공간이다. 1990년대 중반 이후 고령의 일용직 노동자들이 대거 홈리스로 이 지역에 정주하게 되자, 홈리스의 주거 문제 등을 해결하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 마을 만들기가 시작됐다. 그러나 마을 만들기를 주도한 사람들은 단지 홈리스에게 주거공간을 제공하는데 그치지 않고, 홈리스를 포함한 지역사회 구성원들이 서로의 차이를 인정하면서 이 지역에서 공생하기 위한 시스템을 만들었다. 이 사례는 마을 만들기가 개인의 정치적 참여와 조직 단위의 실천이 조화를 이룰 수 있는 시민공간을 창출함으로써, 행정기관에 의해 신자유주의적 도시 거버넌스의 도구로 환원되지 않을 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 그러므로 이 논문은 현재 일본사회에서 마을 만들기 운동이 참여민주주의적 시민사회를 형성하는 데 기여하고 있다고 평가한다. This article aims to demonstrate the political significance of machizukuri in contemporary Japanese society by illustrating the development of machizukuri in Kamagasaki, Osaka in the 2000s. Kamagasaki is a district for day-laboring market and an area with cheap single-room-occupancy hotels. Machizukuri in Kamagasaki began to address the increase of the homeless during the economic crisis in the 1990s. Kamagasaki machizukuri intended to not only provide the homeless with a temporary housing but also to create a social system in which members of the locality including the homeless can co-mingle without ignoring differences and diversities among them. In so doing, Kamagasaki machizukuri combined a forum for individual participation with a network of groups in the locality, thereby producing a civic space through which local residents can effectively cope with the possible neoliberal governance of the locality. Therefore, this paper does suggest that machizukuri may contribute to creating a participatory form of democracy in contemporary Japan.

양과자 천국 고베의 형성에 대한 문화인류학적 고찰

この硏究では、神戶市が「洋菓子天國」で作られる歷史文化的な過程の分析を通じ、都市空間的な特性-歷史的條件、自治體の政策、生産者と消費者の實踐-が特定の食品を地域アイデンティティの一部としてもていくなかでどのように動いているのかに注目したい。神戶は開港港として洋菓子の街になるため有利な條件を備えていた。外國人が1次世界大戰と關東大震災という歷史的事件をきっかけに神戶に移住してから、神戶には洋菓子を製造し、さらに消費する文化的基盤が構築された。さらに、優れた菓子技術者を體系的に育成しようとする生産者、洗練されたものを追求する神 戶市民、洋菓子業界を地場産業として育成しようとする地方自治團體なども「洋菓子天國神戶」に創るために重要な役割を果たした。つまり、現在のように洋菓子が神戶のアイデンティティの大部分を占めるようになったのは、多樣な主體が神戶を甘い都市にするために實踐した結果だといえる。 This paper aims to explore the ways in which a particular food comes to reflect a local identity by examining how the City of Kobe has become a “Sweets Paradise.” Since the City used to be an open port for Europe, it has had advantages in developing the confectionery industry. During the WWI and the Great Kanto Earthquake, European residents in Japan migrated to the City, which solidified the foundation for the production and consumption of European sweets in the City. Since then, Japanese pastry chefs in Kobe have striven to raise their next generation, while the City government has tried to support the industry by holding a variety of events concerning Western sweets. Furthermore, Kobe residents have had a keen taste on the sweets, which helped confectioneries to further develop their skills. Thus, Kobe unwaveringly has become the Sweets Paradise in Japan.

변혁적・거래적 리더십과 조직시민행동 및 역할 내 행동간 조절초점의 매개효과 검증

This study verified the mediated effect of promotion focus between transformational leadership of manager and organizational citizenship behavior of employee. This study used data on 170 pairs(340 people) in total for its final analysis by excluding the samples for 10 pairs(20 people) whose responses were judged to be dishonest. As a result of data analysis through multiple regression, it was found that transformational, transactional leadership of manager showed a positive relation with the promotion focus and prevention focus of employee, respectively. In addition, it was found that promotion of employee showed a positive relation with organizational citizenship behavior of employee. As a result of conducting mediated-verification on regulatory focus, promotion focus was found to play an intermediary role between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. 본 연구는 수도권에 위치한 공공 및 민간조직 내 부서 관리자 1인과 그(녀)의 부하 1인을 쌍으로 하여 총 170쌍(340명)을 대상으로 관리자의 변혁적, 거래적 리더십이 부하의 조직시민행동 및 역할 내 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 부하 조절초점의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 관리자의 리더십이 부하의 조절초점에 미치는 영향과, 조절초점이 부하 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 먼저 관리자의 리더십 스타일과 부하 조절초점과의 다중회귀분석결과, 변혁적 리더십은 향상초점에, 거래적 리더십은 예방초점에 각각 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 부하의 조절초점과 조직시민행동 및 역할 내 행동간 다중회귀분석결과에서는 예방초점은 역할 내 행동과 아무런 관계가 없는 것으로 나타난 반면, 향상초점은 조직시민행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절초점의 매개효과 검증결과에서는 향상초점만이 변혁적 리더십과 조직시민행동 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구가설의 검증결과를 통해 변혁적 리더십의 영향력 과정에서 향상초점이라는 개인의 동기심리가 심리적 기제 역할을 할 수 있다는 이론적 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 이원적 접근을 통해 자료를 수집 및 분석함으로써 방법론적 측면에서도 향후 연구를 위해 좋은 사례를 제시해 주었다. 실무적으로도 구성원들의 이타적이고 협력적인 행동을 촉진시키기 위하여 그들의 향상동기에 관심과 주의를 기울이고 이를 이끌어내기 위한 리더십으로 변혁적 리더십을 현장에서 적극 활용할 필요가 있다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

개인 창의성이 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 영향 : 향상초점 및 비일상적 과업의 조절효과

본 연구는 첫째, 상사-부하간 관계 맥락에서 부하의 개인 창의성이 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 영향을 살펴본다. 둘째, 부하의 개인 창의성과 심리적 웰빙간 상사의 조절초점과 부하가 수행하는 과업유형이 어떠한 조절효과를 나타내는가를 실증적으로 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권에 위치한 구청 및 공단을 포함한 공공조직과 민간조직의 구성원들 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였다. 구체적으로 팀(또는 부서) 내 중간계층에 속하는 관리자급(과/차/부장급) 1인과 그의 부하 1 인을 하나의 쌍으로 하여 총 182개 쌍(364名)의 설문을 수거하였고, 이 가운데 응답내용이 불성실 하다고 판단된 17개의 쌍(34名)을 제외한 165개 쌍(총 330名)의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 개인 창의성은 심리적 웰빙과 정(+)적인 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 조절초 점과 과업유형의 조절효과 검증결과에서는 향상초점과 비일상적 과업이 각각 개인창의성과 심리적 웰빙간 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상사의 향상초점이 높을수록, 부하가 비일상적 과업을 높게 지각할수록, 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 창의성의 긍정적인 영향은 더욱 높아졌다. 끝으로 본연구결과의 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 논의하였고 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

스폰지 티타늄의 수소화 거동

Titanium powders have been usually produced by de-hydrogenating treatment in vacuum with titanium hydride ($TiH_2$) powders prepared by milling of hydrogenated sponge titanium, $TiH_x$. The higher stoichiometry of x in $TiH_x$, whose maximum value is 2, is achieved, crushing behavior is easier. $TiH_x$ powder can be, therefore, easy to manufactured leading to obtain higher recovery factor of it. In addition, contamination of the powder can also minimized by the decrease of milling time. In this study, the hydrogenation behavior of sponge titanium was studied to find the maximum stoichiometry. The maximum stoichiometry in hydride formation of sponge titanium could be obtained at $750^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs leading to the formation of $TiH_{{\sim}1.99}$ and the treating temperatures lower or higher than $750^{\circ}C$ caused the poor stoichiometries by the low hydrogen diffusivity and un-stability of $TiH_x$, respectively. Such experimental behavior was compared with thermodynamically calculated one. The hydrogenated $TiH_{1.99}$ sponge was fully ball-milled under -325 Mesh and the purity of pure titanium powders obtained by de-hydrogenation was about 99.6%.
