        소방장비 표준규격의 활용방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to make suggestions on how to activate the standards for firefighting equipments Standard on the analysis of the Standard standards of firefighting equipments and a survey conducted on people in charge of firefighting equipments. As a result of the study, First, The fire-fighting equipment standard specifications developed as a fire-fighting equipment standard specification project can be used as guidelines for the production, purchase, and management of fire-fighting equipment. Second, Equipment for firefighting activities, such as personal safety equipment and firefighting vehicles, and equipment for firefighting safety are operated under the national certification system, Other equipment can be used as a guideline for improving the quality of firefighting equipment by checking the quality control capability of the firefighting equipment manufacturer. Third, Firefighting vehicles and personal safety equipment subject to the firefighting equipment certification system(KFAC), Among firefighting equipment(products) that are relatively less important, firefighting equipment(products) whose performance must be secured can utilize the firefighting equipment private recognition(KFI recognition) system. Fourth, The person in charge of purchasing firefighting equipment can use the firefighting equipment standard specifications as a purchase specification for firefighting equipment for purchase items through competitive bidding. Fifth, In consideration of the firefighting market environment in which the 4th industry is developing, it is necessary to set technical standards in consideration of international firefighting equipment market trends in connection with R&D and purchase conditional projects for future firefighting equipment standard specification development projects. 본 연구는 소방장비 표준규격의 실태분석과 소방서의 소방장비 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 바탕으로 소방장비 표준규격의 활용방안에 대해 제언하는 데 있다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 소방장비 표준규격 사업으로 개발된 소방장비 표준규격은 소방장비의 생산, 구매, 관리를 위한 가이드라인으로 활용할 수 있다. 둘째, 개인안전장비와 소방차량 등 소방활동을 위한 장비, 소방안전을 위한 장비는 국가인증제도로 운영하고, 그 외의 장비는 소방장비 제조사의 품질관리능력 등을 확인하여 소방장비의 품질향상을 위한 지침으로 활용할 수 있다. 셋째, 소방장비 인증제도(KFAC) 적용대상인 소방차량 및 개인안전장비보다 상대적으로 중요성이 떨어지는 소방장비(제품) 중 성능이 필수적으로 확보되어야 하는 소방장비(제품)의 경우 소방장비 민간인정(KFI 인정)제도를 활용할 수 있다. 넷째, 소방장비 구매업무 담당자는 경쟁입찰 구매품목에 대해서는 소방장비 표준규격을 소방장비 구매를 위한 소방장비 구매 규격서로 사용할 수 있다. 다섯째, 4차 산업이 발달하고 있는 소방시장 환경 등을 고려하여 향후 소방장비 표준규격 개발 사업은 R&D, 구매조건부 사업 등을 연계하여 국제 소방장비 시장 동향을 고려하여 기술기준을 설정하는 것이 필요하다.

      • Evaluation of Evacuation Time for Each Evacuation Equipment in Neighborhood Facilities: Focused on Descending Lifeline and Elevating Equipment for Evacuation

        At present, the standard for installing evacuation equipment that enables occupants to evacuate on their own is determined by the use of a building and its floor area. However, according to the “Installation Maintenance and Safety Control of Fire-Fighting Systems Act” and “Fire Safety Standards for evacuation equipment”, the installation standard for evacuation equipment mentions only the minimum number of equipment to be installed based on the floor area. Thus, this installation standard fails to reflect the corresponding number of occupants in a building and the effectiveness of the evacuation equipment. Thus, there is a high probability that most of the evacuation equipment installed based on the “one-size-fits-all” legal regulation will not guarantee the safety of occupants in case of a fire. To address this, the performance evaluation of the effectiveness of evacuation and the distribution ratio of equipment per occupant needs to be prioritized. Therefore, we conduct mock experiments on the descending lifeline and elevating evacuation equipment to analyze their efficiencies. Moreover, we propose a model for calculating the evacuation time for the descending lifeline and elevating evacuation equipment based on the experimental results. Furthermore, we conduct effectiveness evaluation by using the evacuation equipment. The results show that most people cannot be evacuated using the evacuation equipment. That is, evacuation equipment was determined to be insufficient for ensuring safety as per the current standard. Therefore, the installation of evacuation equipment according to its efficiency and capacity is considered necessary.

        통합관리를 위한 해양연구시설·장비 표준분류체계

        As multidisciplinary marine research is actively conducted, various types of marine research facilities and equipment are purchased every year. However, among marine research facilities and equipment, it is difficult to classify and manage various types of field observation equipment used for environmental data collection and sample collection under the current national research facility and equipment standard classification system. In the case of Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology, about 30% of research facilities and equipment are unclassified and not properly managed. In this study, marine research facilities and equipment are classified into 7 middle and 36 sub-classes according to their characteristics. It is proposed to add a large classification group called 'Environmental Observation/Analysis Equipment', to the national research facility equipment standard classification system. In addition, it is proposed to classify the equipment operated in the laboratory among marine research facilities and equipment according to the existing national research facility equipment standard classification system. Through this, it is expected that all of Korea's marine-related research facilities and equipment can be systematically classified and managed effectively.

        해외 실외 놀이터 놀이기구 제품 현황 및 디자인 유형에 관한 연구

        The most important thing to help children develop is to let them play well. Therefore, it is very important and absolutely necessary to create an outdoor playground that children like and can enjoy various games and activities. In particular, it is necessary to provide a space where children can play happily by securing diversity of play equipment according to age group and playground location. Therefore, in this study, we tried to obtain the diversity of amusement equipment and design ideas by examining the current status of overseas play equipment. To this end, various design types of play equipment were analyzed by investigating the development status and products of famous overseas play equipment brands and companies. Accordingly, 20 overseas companies that produce and sell outdoor play equipment were selected, and all products introduced on the currently operated homepage and catalog were investigated in 13 types. As a result of the survey, 34.2% of all rides were combined, other rides 12.28%, climbing 11.69%, crossing 8.12%, rocking rides 6.88%, swing 6.02%, slide 5.13%, eco-friendly rides 4.95%, space net 4.36 %, spinning rides 4.08%, water rides 1.01%, aerial rides 0.8%, jungle gym 0.22%. As a result, a lot of combined playgrounds are being produced, but various other rides are being developed, and it can be seen that various types of climbing rides, crossing rides, rocking rides, swings, and slides are also being developed. In the detailed design type, playground equipment for school age and infants and young children were investigated in various ways. In particular, playground equipment for the disabled considering all generations was investigated in swings, slides, aerial rides, rocking rides, and spinning rides. Accordingly, it can be seen that various types of play equipment considering various generations are being developed rather than being developed in a concentrated manner on one play equipment. By systematizing the detailed types of the representative basic 8 types of play equipment, the currently produced product types were derived and the types that had not yet been developed were checked at the same time. Therefore, it was possible to identify product types that were not designed for each detailed type and at the same time to provide design ideas when developing play equipment in the future. Therefore, this study will be the main basic data when developing designs to secure diversity in domestic outdoor playgrounds, children's playgrounds, and play equipment in the future. .

      • Utilization analysis methodology for fleet telematics of heavy earthwork equipment

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Fleet telematics aims to comprehensively control equipment groups through location tracking, maintenance control, and productivity monitoring of individual equipment based on real-time location and status transmitted to fleet control center from the equipment. Logistics industry, automobile industry, as well as transportation (land, sea, and air) industry are actively applying fleet telematics in order to efficiently and safely operate multiple groups of equipment. Earthwork, a basic operation for any type of construction, depends heavily on equipment. The productivity and safety of earthwork equipment are decided by effective management of the equipment. Therefore, fleet telematics can also improve the earthwork operation as well. The goal of this research is to develop a GPS only-based fleet telematics system for heavy earthwork equipment which can analyze time log information of each equipment using GPS location data without utilizing any other on-board sensors and CAN bus data. The earthwork site (loading and dumping area) and moving route, hazardous areas of the project are all visualized on a map via geo-fencing technology considering the characteristics of earthwork operation. Lastly, algorithms to analyze the utilization time of earthwork equipment using GPS location information are designed and their reliability are verified through field tests.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The fleet telematics system for construction heavy equipment is created with Web-GIS technology. </LI> <LI> A mobile navigator application is developed for real time connection with the fleet telematics system to exchange information. </LI> <LI> The algorithms to analyze the utilization time of each equipment using only GPS location information is designed. </LI> <LI> The reliability of utilization analysis algorithm in fleet telematics system is verified through field tests. </LI> </UL> </P>

        진동수 영역에서 기기-구조물 상호작용을 고려한 층응답스펙트럼의 작성

        원자력발전소의 기기, 배관 시스템과 같은 부속구조물의 동적 응답을 먼기 위해 사용되는 층응답스펙트럼은 일반적으로 주구조물과 부속구조물의 동적 상호작용이 반영되지 않고 만들어진다. 본 연구에서는 기기와 구조물의 동적 상호작용이 고려된 해석을 통해 층응답스펙트럼을 생성시키는 해석법을 기술하였다. 이 방법은 기기를 모사하는 단자유도계와 기기가 놓여있는 구조물의 임피던스로 분할되는 부분구조 해석법을 적용하여 기기의 응답을 구한다. 단자유도계의 진동수, 감쇠비 및 질량 특성을 변화시키면서 최대 동적 응답을 계산함으로써 일련의 층응답스펙트럼을 작성한다. 전형적인 원자력발전소의 원자로 구조물에서 본 방법을 고려한 층응답스펙트럼과 기기를 포함한 전체 해석으로부터 작성된 층응답스펙트럼과 비교함으로써 본 연구의 타당성을 확인하였다. 기기-구조물 상호작용 효과를 확인하기 위하여 구조물 질량의 1% 이내인 기기에 대하여 기술된 방법과 기존 방법을 각각 적용하여 최대 응답값을 비교하였다. 그 결과 지배 진동수 부근에서 기기-구조물 상호작용을 고려한 응답이 그렇지 않은 경우인 기존방법의 응답에 비하여 저감되는 현상을 보였다. Floor response spectra for dynamic response of subsystem such as equipment, or piping in nuclear power plants are usually generated without considering dynamic interaction between main structure and subsystem. This study describes the analytic method in which equipment response spectra can be obtained through dynamic analysis considering equipment-structure Interaction(ESI). In this method, dynamic response of the equipment by this method is based on a dynamic substructure method in which the equipment-structure system is partitioned into the single-degree-ol-freedom system(SDOF) representing the equipment and the equipment support impedance representing the dynamic charactenstics of the structure ai the equipment support. A family of equipment response spectra is developed by applying this method to calculate the maximum responses of a family of SDOF equipment systems with wide banded equipment frequency, damping ratio, and mass. The method is validated by comparing the floor response spectrum from this method with the floor response spectrum generated from the rigorous analysis including equipments on the containment building of a prototypical nuclear power plant. in order to Investigate ESI effect in the response of equipment, response values from the method and the conventional approach without considering ESI are compared for the equipment having the mass less than 1% of the total structural mass. Response spectra from the method showed lower spectral amplitudes than those of the conventional floor response spectra around controlling frequencies.

        소방공무원들이 인지하는 소방장비 보급으로 소방장비 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 소방장비의 발전을 위해 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 소방공무원들이 인지한 소방장비 보급이 소방장비 만족도에 미치는 영향, 이 두변수 사이에서 소방장비 신뢰성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도 7개 소방서의 소방공무원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 구조방정식모형을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소방장비 보급량의 적절성과 보급의 적시성은 소방장비 신뢰성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 소방장비 신뢰성은 소방장비 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 소방장비 보급량의 적절성은 소방장비 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 소방장비 신뢰성은 소방장비 보급량의 적절성과 소방장비 만족도와의 관계에 있어서 부분매개효과가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study verifies effects of the distribution of fire fighting equipment on the satisfaction of fire fight equipment among fire officers and the mediating effect of the reliability of fire fighting equipment on the relationship between the two variables in order to provide preliminary data on the development of fire fighting equipments. Fire officers from the seven fire stations located in Gyeonggi-do province were selected and surveyed to achieve the purposes of the study. Using AMOS 18.0, structural equation modeling were applied to analyze the data. Major findings are as follows. First, the propriety of the amount of distribution of fire fighting equipment and the timeliness of distribution have positive effects on the reliability of fire fighting equipment. Second, the reliability of fire fighting equipment has a positive effect on the satisfaction of fire fighting equipment. Third, the propriety of the amount of distribution of fire fighting equipment has a positive effect on the satisfaction of fire fighting equipment. It was found that the reliability of fire fighting equipment has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the propriety of the amount of distribution of fire fighting equipment and the satisfaction of fire fighting equipment.

        양계 농업인의 작업장 환경 및 개인보호구 착용 실태조사

        Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the actual condition of the farm work environment and personal protective equipment as part of the effort to improve livestock work for the safety and health of poultry farmers and provide basic data for establishing plans to improve and develop personal protective equipment. Methods: For this purpose, a questionnaire survey on general information about stables, the poultry work environment, accidents, the wearing of work clothes and personal protective equipment, and the level of awareness related to personal protective equipment was conducted among 148 poultry farmers. Results: As a result, it was found that poultry workplace environment was exposed to such risks as fine dusts; organic dusts; poisonous gases; odorous substances; chicken excrement; contact with chickens, bacteria or viruses; and accidents related to machine operation. Thirteen percent of respondents suffered severe respiratory diseases, and the most frequently injured sites due to accidents were the hands (25.7%), knees (23.8%), arms (17.3%), and head (10.9%). The most frequent type of accident was collisions between the body and obstacles or machinery during movement (36.4%), followed by erroneous machine operation such as feeders and electric shocks (8.5%). Regarding the wearing of work clothes and personal protective equipment, 51.7% of the respondents wore worn-out clothing or everyday clothes, whereas only 32.0% wore work clothes. The percentage of farmers who wore proper protective equipment for the work environment during poultry work was 48.4%. The most frequently used type of protective equipment was boots (38.9%), followed by mask (36.7%), gloves (36.3%), appropriate work clothes (22.6%), quarantine clothes (17.6%), helmets (13.4%), and goggles (12.6%). The rate of wearing goggles was low because they were considered inconvenient and lowered work efficiency. Furthermore, they purchased everyday products available on the market for their personal protective equipment which were not appropriate for maintaining safety in an actual harmful environment and its consequent risks. As a result of the survey of the awareness level related to personal protective equipment, their levels of awareness of accidents and attitude proved to be average or higher, but the practice of wearing protective equipment and the level of knowledge and management of personal protective equipment were lower. Conclusion: This survey found that the wearing status of personal protective equipment among poultry farmers was insufficient even though they were exposed to risks. Most respondents were aware of the necessity of wearing personal protective equipment and of the potential for accidents, but they did not wear proper protective equipment. Their wearing rate was low due to a lack of knowledge about protective equipment, as well as the inconvenience of wearing it. Therefore there is a need to improve and develop specialized personal protective equipment for respiration, hands, and eyes, as well as work clothes that can protect farmers from major harmful matter that is generated in the poultry workplace. Based on the results of this investigation, we will conduct further studies on the required performance and design directions of personal protective equipment while collecting more objective data through field-oriented assessments.

        컨테이너터미널의 이송장비 자동화(YT·AGV) 경제적 타당성 분석

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to understand the limitations of yard transfer equipment composition through the economic feasibility analysis of yard transfer equipment by examining the transport equipment operation algorithm and work process composition of terminals. Design/Methodology/Approach – Yard Transfer Equipment YT is widely used at domestic and international terminals. The Domestic G terminal is interested in the construction of yard transfer equipment automation. In the study, the actual transport equipment operation algorithm process and work process composition of Gwangyang G Terminal and L Terminal in China were investigated, and economic feasibility was investigated. Findings – As a result of economic feasibility analysis, it was shown that e terminal operated by YT transfer equipment lacked economic feasibility, but the terminal operated by AGV transfer equipment attained economic feasibility. In the case of terminals operated by AGV transfer equipment, the B/C ratio was 1.8, NPV was about 27 billion won, and IRR was 13. Therefore, the terminal operated by AGV transfer equipment has economic feasibility. Research Implications – It is expected that safety accidents, cost reduction, and efficient transfer equipment management will be possible through the economic performance of yard transfer equipment. In addition, an economic feasibility analysis was presented so that terminal managers can decide on efficient investments when deciding to introduce and build yard transfer equipment, and reflect this to actively cope with the automation of yard transfer equipment.

        야외 운동기구의 기대효과 및 디자인 특성

        본 연구는 기존의 야외 운동기구 개발이 국외제품의 도입이나 제작사간 무분별한 모방에서 벗어나 창의적이고 실효적인 개발방향을 제시하기 위해 야외 운동기구의 디자인특성을 운동기구별, 제작사별, 운동기대효과 유형별 유사·상사성 분석하고, 개발방향을 제시하였다. 서울시 소재 20개 지점의 운동기구를 대상으로 제작사가 의도한 운동효과를 조사하였으며, 이를 토대로 야외 운동기구의 디자인특성을 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 국내에 설치된 야외 운동기구는 근력계와 골격계 운동효과를 중심으로 설치되어 있으며, 창의적인 운동기구 개발이 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 특히, 심리계와 소화계 관련 운동기구는 여태까지 개발되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 둘째, 하나의 운동기구에 다양한 강도를 조절할 수 있거나, 여러 신체부위에 운동효과를 줄 수 있거나, 다양한 운동효과를 줄 수 있거나, 다양한 신체특성을 지닌 계층에서 사용할 수 있도록 유니버셜 디자인(Universal design) 개념적용이 필요하다. 셋째, 운동효과 측면에서 현 국내상황에서 개발되어야 할 운동기구는 다음과 같다. 흥미를 유발하는 하체근력 운동기구, 다양한 신체부위를 사용하는 근-골격계 운동기구, 하체 회전동작을 통한 근-골격계 운동기구, 성인에게 실질적인 효과가 있는 생체조절 운동기구, 접지 상태에서 상체운동을 통한 심-폐활계 운동기구, 주도적 움직임이 가능한 심-폐활계 운동기구 개발이 필요하다. In order to help the existing outdoor exercise equipment development project get over the excessive import of foreign products or imprudent imitation of products of other companies and propose a creative and effective direction for their development, this study has analyzed the analogy and similarities of design characteristics of outdoor exercise equipment regarding their kinds of equipment, manufacturing companies and the effect of exercises. This study surveyed the exercise equipment installed at 20 spots in Seoul to research the exercise effect of equipment intended by the manufacturers, and analyzed the characteristic design features of the outdoor exercise equipment. Key points of research results are as follows: First, current outdoor exercise equipment installed in Korea is mostly for exercise of muscles and bone structures and creative exercise equipment has not been developed sufficiently. Particularly, exercise equipment for psychological exercise system and digestive organ exercise system has not been developed yet. Secondly, the concept of universal design is required to be applied to each unit of exercise equipment to adjust its various intensity in exercise, bring forth exercise effect on many parts of body, obtain diverse exercise effects, and to be used by people with diverse bodily characteristics Thirdly, in terms of exercise effects, following categories of exercise equipment are needed to be developed at current situation in Korea: interesting muscle exercise equipment with focus on lower part and limbs of body, muscle and bone system exercise equipment using various parts of body, muscle and bone system exercise equipment through circular movement of lower part of body, exercise equipment that can promote the practical adjustment of biological capabilities for the adults, cardio-pulmonary exercise equipment through movement of upper body with both feet on the ground, and cardio-pulmonary exercise equipment with voluntary and independent movement.
