      • 생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

      • 共振 DC Link Inverter를 利用한 誘導電動機 制御에 關한 硏究

        In this paper, a soft switching from Resonance DC Link Inverter is discussed. In case industrial common Inverter, Inverter which is inserted in LC series Resonance Circuit is more satisfactory and efficiency than PWM Inverter. A Characteristic estimation of produced Inverter is predominant harmonic charater, and there is little noise on the ground of switching loss, because Main Circuit Resonance Frequency is high freguency. Hereafter, we expects this research conclusion to applicate a small size, low noise type Inverter Field.

        흉부둔상에 의한 대동맥판 폐쇄부전 : -2례-

        Blunt chest trauma can result in significant cardiovascular damage that can include myocardial contusion, aortic injury, or cardiac valvula injury. Although valvular damage secondary to blunt chest trauma is a common enough clinical problem, isolated cardiac valvular injury is often overlooked and is difficult to diagnose in a patient with multiple injuries. Aortic valve regurgitation is an uncommon consequence of blunt chest trauma. It is caused by damage to the valve cusps, We report two cases of posttraumatic aortic regurgitation that was detected during hospital admission periods, This report is presented to emphasis the significance of traumatic aortic regurgitation and the need for careful evaluation of the cardiac status in ED patients with blunt chest trauma.

        원발성 유방암에서 Sodium Iodide Symporter의 발현과 ^(99m)Tc-MIBI 유방스캔의 관계

        목적: hNIS는 갑상선 조직 외에 다른 조직들에서도 발현된다고 알려져 있다. 유방암 세포는 그런 조직들 중에 하나이며, 그에 의한 유방암의 방사성옥소치료의 가능성이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유방암 조직에서 hNIS의 발현정도를 알아보고, ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔과 hNIS의 발현 정도와의 관계를 조사하여 보았다. 대상 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 유방암으로 수술을 시행했던 56명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. hNIS의 발현은 면역조직화학염색에 의해서 평가되었으며, 그 결과를 ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔의 판정 결과와 비교하였다. 결과: 전체 56명의 환자에서 hNIS의 발현율은 41.1%였다. 병리학적 진단에 의해 침윤성관상피암종이었던 49명에서의 발현율은 42.9%, 관상피내암종이었던 7명에서의 발현율은 28.6%였다. ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔에서 국소섭취 소견이 관찰되었던 41명에서의 hNIS의 발현율은 31.7%였다. 비정상적인 섭취 소견이 관찰되지 않았던 15명의 환자에서의 hNIS의 발현율이 의미있게 높게 관찰되었다(66.7%, p>0.05). 결론: 유방암 환자에서의 hNIS의 발현율은 그다지 높지 않았다. ^99mTc-MIBI 유방스캔에서 섭취증가 소견이 없을 때 hNIS의 발현율이 더 높았다. Purpose: Human Na^+/I- symporter (hNIS) is known to be expressed in many tissues other than thyroid gland. The breast cancer cells are one of them and the possibility of radioiodine therapy in treatment of the breast cancer may be suggested. We investigated the expression rate of hNIS and the relationship between the expression of hNIS and the finding of 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography in the breast cancer. Materials and Methods: Surgically proved 56 patients with breast cancer were the subjects of this study. The expression of hNIS were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and the results were compared to the findings of 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography. Results: Overall expression rate of hNIS was 41.1% in 56 patients. According to the pathologic diagnosis, it was 42.9% in 49 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma and 28.6% in the 7 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ. The expression rate of hNIS in the 41 cases with a focal increased uptake at he breast lesion on 99mTc-MIBI scintimammogram was 31.7%. That in the 15 cases without any abnormal uptake on the scan was significantly higher(66.7%, p<0.05). Conclusion: The expression rate of hNIS in the patients with breast cancer was not so high. The rate was higher in the patients with no increased uptake at the breast lesion on 99mTc-MIBI scintimammography. (Korean J Nucl Med 2002;36;325-32)

        사업장 소음 폭로에 의한 일과성 역치 상승과 회복

        To determine the recovery time from noise-induced temporary threshold shift(TTS), a prospective field study was conducted at three worksites where workers are known to be exposed high level of noise. Subjects were selected according to answers on a questionnaire which inquired about otological history and previous noise exposure, including avocational, military and occupational exposures. After excluding employee with past otologic problems, recent exposure to high level noise, and under medications, total 92 employees participated in the study. Among 92 participants, complete consecutive audiometric examinations were carried out at 0∼2 hours, 5∼7 hours, 14∼16 hours after worktime noise exposure on 26 participants wearing hearing protectors and 22 participants wearing no protective devices. The difference between the hearing level 0∼2 hours after noise exposure and 5∼7 hours is statistically significant by paired t-test(p<0.01). The median recovery times calculated from the data of 22 participants wearing no protective hearing devices are 15.6 hours at 4000Hz, and 7.7 hours, 10.3 hours, 8.4 hours at 1000Hz, 2000Hz and 8000Hz respectively. These data suggest that when measuring the pure tone audiometry for noise exposed workers, at least 16 hours noise-free interval is required.

      • 螢光램프 點燈에 適合한 零 電壓 스위칭 方式의 컨버터에 關한 硏究

        I propoced a new fluoresscent lamp method for zero voltage switching converter. This ballast has high luminous efficacy due to high frequency operation. besides the power saving merit, it provides reduced weight and size, little acoustic noise and flicker, and fow EMI as well. In addition, the proposed converter has the ability to adjust the lamp light output to almost any level. Thus more energy saving is possible. Simulations Was carried out for FL40T fluorescent lamp drive to verify the proposed converter operation and characteristics.

      • GPS를 이용한 버스안내시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        최근 ITS의 활성화와 기술의 발달로 인해 실시간 교통자료를 수집하여 동적정보를 생성하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 정적정보인 노선안내 뿐 만 아니라 동적정보인 도착예정시간, 최단 여행시간 경로를 제공할 수 있는 버스안내시스템을 개발하는 것이 목적이며, GPS를 이용한 버스안내시스템을 개발하였다. GPS를 이용하여 버스의 통행자료를 실시간으로 수집하고, 이를 토대로 통행시간을 예측하며 출발지로부터 목적지까지의 최단여행시간 경로를 제공할 수 있다. 예측의 경우, 요일별, 시간대별의 패턴데이터를 이용하며 본 연구에서 제안한 예측기법을 통해 통행시간을 예측하고 적용 및 검증은 단일노선에 대하여 링크 통행시간 예측의 검증과 복합경로 네트워크에서 최단여행시간경로에 대해 검증을 실시하였다. 링크통행시간 예측의 검증 결과 시간의 흐름에 따라 변하하는 통행시간에 대하여 가장 최근 통행시간에 가중치를 두고 반영하는 본 연구의 예측기법이 표준평균법이나 이동평균법에 비하여 신뢰성있는 예측결과를 나타내었다. Recently it is possible to make dynamic information through the coolection of real-time traffic data because of the development of equipment and the activation of ITS(Intelligent Transport System). The purpose of this research is to develop the Bus Information System which offer not only the route guidance on static information but also the research planned time, shortest path of journey time on dynamic information and developed Bus Information System using Global Positioning System(GPS). This System is able to offer the shortest path of travel time from origin to destination because the trip data of bus collect by real time and base on travel time predict using GPS. In predict case, it is to use pattern data by days and time and then predict travel time of future through proposed predict method on this research. Inverification result of link travel time, the method predictionn of this research which reflected recently weighting travel time according to stream of time for travel time have appeared the credibility than method of standard average or method of moving average.

      • 국민학교 아동의 폐기능에 관한 연구

        Normal values of various pulmonary function tests are very essential for analysis of pulmonary function. Factors influencing on normal lung function values need to be clarified. The one-second forced expiratory volume(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC), maximal mid-expiratory flow(MMF) and peak expiratory flow(PEF) of 260 healthy school children from 7 to 12 years of age were measured by using a computerized spirometry. The results of pulmonary function tests were demonstrated for each height group(10cm interval), age and sex. The value of spirometric measurements were different by height, age and sex. Height was a more reliable index of pulmonary development than age or sex.
