      • Investment Climate Analysis of China and South Korea: Based on Grading Method

        Purpose - This study analyzes the investment environment of South Korea by using the rating scale of Robert B Stobaugh, Jr, and draws conclusion implication. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on according to the political stability, capital repatriation, foreign ownership allowed, discrimination and controls, foreign vs domestic businesses, currency stability, willingness to grant tariff protection, availability of local capital, and annual inflation for last 5 years. The score of these eight aspects will be given based on the current situation in South Korea and the sum of the scores will be calculated. Result - China-Korea economic and trade relations are in a stage of transformation and upgrading, and the level of economic and trade cooperation in various fields is reaching a new level. It is hoped that Chinese enterprises will grasp business opportunities, strengthen research and analysis of the Korea market and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation. Conclusion - The investment environment of South Korea is superior according to the political stability, capital repatriation, foreign ownership allowed, discrimination and controls, foreign vs domestic businesses, currency stability, willingness to grant tariff protection, availability of local capital, and annual inflation for last 5 years.

        Droplet transient migration and dynamic force balance mechanism on vibration-controlled micro-texture surfaces

        In this paper, forced vibration was used to regulate the droplet migration, fully recording the transient migration of droplets on a micro-textured substrate under the resonance frequency by a high-speed camera. The influence of resonance frequency and dynamic migration characteristics of droplets on the solid micro-texture surface under lateral vibration were researched. The experiment demonstrates that the driving force is caused by the difference between the left and right contact angles made the droplet oscillate and migrate, and as time t increases, the left and right contact points are periodically shifted and the amplitude of migration increases. Therefore, based on the droplet migration behavior and its force balance mechanism, a spring vibration model of migration behavior of the vibrating droplet micro unit was set up to predict the complete trajectory of its migration on a solid surface. The calculation results show that the theoretical displacement is less than the experimental displacement, and the longer the time, the larger the difference. Affected by the vibration, part of the droplet permeates through the micro-texture, resulting in the droplet losing height and the contact angle becoming smaller as well. While the other part of droplet overcomes the internal surface tension to migrate.

        Endothelial Progenitor Cells’ Classification and Application in Neurological Diseases

        The therapeutic effects of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) on ischemic stroke have been extensively studied in recent years. However, the differences in early EPCs and endothelial outgrowth cells (EOCs) are still unclear. Clarifications of their respective properties and specific functioning characteristics contribute to better applications of EPCs in ischemic diseases. In this review, we discuss cellular origin, isolation, culture, surface markers of early EPCs and EOCs and relevant applications in neurological diseases. We conclude that EOCs possess all characteristics of true endothelial progenitors and have potent advantages in EPC-based therapies for ischemic diseases. A number of preclinical and clinical applications of EPCs in neurological diseases are under study. More studies are needed to determine the specific characteristics of EPCs and the relevant mechanisms of EPCs for neurological diseases.

        A Study of Employability Measurement based on the Chinese Local Vocational College Graduates

        대학생의 취업능력은 국내 외 학계에서 주목받는 핫 이슈이다. 본 연구는 국내 외 기존의 학술 성 과에 대한 정리와 통합연구를 통해 중국 대학생들의 취업 능력 구성요소와 구조적 차원을 정리하고 분석해 보았다. 일반적으로 고등교육은 전문대학, 학부, 석사 연구생, 박사 연구생 등 네 가지 유형으 로 분류되기 때문에 그에 따른 취업 능력도 어느 정도 차이가 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 중국의 전문대 학 졸업생을 대상으로 문헌조사, 설문조사 및 이를 통한 Spss, Amos 통계 분석 을 활용하여 전문대 학 졸업생의 취업능력 구조 모델을 탐색하고 실증적으로 분석해 구축해 보았다. 이 모델은 '자신의 특 징, 지식과 기능, 문제처리능력, 직업적응능력과 직업발전능력' 으로 구성된 5차원 구조로 23가지 직 무 역량 특징을 포함한다. 451부의 유효한 설문지를 탐색적 요인 분석, 검증적 요인 분석과 2단계 요 인분석을 통해 모델 을 검증 할 수 있었다. 이러한 구조를 바탕으로 전문대학 졸업생의 서로 다른 개 인 특징에 따라 표본 t 검증과 분산분석 방법 등으로 성별, 소재지, 정치적 경향, 학생간부경력과 전문 유형 등 5 가지 측면에서 차이성 분석을 실시하였다. 고위직 졸업생의 성별, 정치적 경향, 학생 리더 의 직무경력 과 전공 속성은 취업 능력에 있어 현저한 차이가 존재하고 소재지에는 현저한 차이 가 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구는 전문대학 졸업생의 취업 능력의 구조적 특징을 더욱 명확하게 밝히고 대 학생 취업능력의 이론연구를 풍부화시켜 취업능력의 복잡한 구조를 깊이 이해하는데 적극적인 기여를 했다고 판단된다. 동시에 고등교육기관의 인재육성과 관련된 공급측면 개혁필요성, 대학생 취업능력 육성의 최적화전략, 대학생 취업 수요매칭 추진 등에 유익한 방향를 제공하였다. The employability of college students has always been a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad. Through combing and integrating the existing academic achievements at home and abroad, this study clarifies and shows the constituent elements and structural dimensions of College Students' employability. Because the level classification of college students in higher education involves four groups: Higher Vocational College, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students, their employability will also have different degrees of differences. In this study, vocational college graduates as the research object, using the literature, questionnaire survey and SPSS, Amos statistical analysis, explore and construct a structural model of Vocational College Graduates' employability. The model is a five-dimensional structure composed of self characteristics, knowledge and skills, problem-solving ability, career adaptability and career development ability, including 23 competency characteristics. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and second-order factor analysis of 451 valid questionnaires can verify the model. According to vocational college graduates' different individual characteristics, the independent sample t-test or variance analysis method analyzes and compares the differences from 5 aspects: Gender, Registered residence, Political affiliation, Student leader experience, and Professional type. Political affiliation, gender, Student leader experience, and Professional type have significant differences in employability. There is no significant difference in the location of registered residence. This study further clarifies the structural characteristics of Higher Vocational College Graduates' employability, enriches the theoretical research of College Students' employability, and positively contributes to the in-depth understanding of employability's complex structure. At the same time, it provides useful guidance for the supply-side reform of university talent training, optimizing the cultivation of College Students' employability, and promoting the matching of supply and demand of College Students' employment.

        Antiinflammatory Constituents from the Roots of Smilax bockii warb.

        From 70% ethanol extract of the roots of Smilax bockii warb., seven flavonoids, kaempferol (1), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), quercetin (3), isorhamnetin (4), (+)-dihydrokaempferol (5), engeletin (6), isoengeletin (7), and n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (8), caffeic acid n-butyl ester (9) were isolated and identified by means of chemical and spectroscopic. Compounds 2, 4, and 6-9 were isolated for the first time from the roots of S. bockii and compounds 2, 8, and 9 were firstly isolated from the genus Smilax. In addition, using the SEAP (Secreted alkaline phosphatase) assay system, we investigated the in vitro anti-inflammatory activity of the 70% ethanol extract of the roots of S. bockii, which showed moderate activity in inhibiting TNF-α-induced NF-κB activation with an IC50 value of 166.6 µg/mL.

        Improvement of Anti-CD36 Antibody Detection via Monoclonal Antibody Immobilization of Platelet Antigens Assay by Using Selected Monoclonal Antibodies

        Antibodies against human CD36 are responsible for several immune-mediated disorders. The detection of anti-CD36 antibodies using the standard monoclonal antibody (mAb) immobilization of platelet antigens (MAIPA) assay is hampered by a high frequency of false-negative results, most likely due to competitive inhibition of the mAb used as the capture antibody. We generated a panel of mouse mAbs against CD36 and seven hybridomas (GZ-3, GZ-13, GZ-70, GZ-143, GZ-413, GZ-507, and GZ-608), which were selected for MAIPA assays, as they reacted with mouse and human CD36. Fourteen anti-CD36 sera were assayed; all of which showed a positive reaction in a PakPlus (Immucor GTI Diagnostics, Inc., Waukesha, WI, USA) ELISA-based screening (optical density: 0.257–2.292). When the reference anti-CD36 mAb FA6-152 was used in the MAIPA assay, only 6/14 (42.9%) sera displayed a positive reaction. In contrast, anti-CD36 antibodies were detected in 13/14 (92.9%) sera when GZ-70 and GZ-608 mAbs were used. This significant improvement resulted in the identification of anti-CD36 antibodies by an antigen capture assay. Since patient’s platelets possibly carrying rare native antigens are used, this method will facilitate the identification of new platelet antibodies against CD36 that are involved in immune-mediated thrombocytopenia and other diseases, such as transfusion-related acute lung injury.

        Surfactant-Assisted Solvothermal Synthesis and High Visible-Light-Induced Photocatalytic Activity of BiOBr Nanocomposite Photocatalyst

        BiOCl/BiOBr composite microspheres were synthesized through a one-pot mixed surfactant-assisted solvothermal process. The morphology, crystal structure, surface area and photocatalytic activity of the as-prepared BiOCl/BiOBr composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and UVvisible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The photocatalytic ability of the as-prepared photocatalysts was evaluated using rhodamine B (RhB) as a target pollutant. The BiOCl/BiOBr composite exhibited much higher photocurrent intensity than pure BiOBr, BiOCl and other different components, which perfectly coincided with the enhanced photocatalytic activity for the degradation of RhB under visible light ( λ = 554 nm). Moreover, this novel and facile strategy to fabricate bismuth halide-based composite with high efficiency were widely used in other bismuth-based composite photocatalyst for removing organic contaminants in wastewater.
