      • Poster Session : PS 0831 ; Upper GI Tract : Clinical Factors to Predict Angiographically Detectable Non-Variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Patients Refractory to Endoscopic Treatment

        Background: Non-variceal upper GI bleeding (NVUGIB) is a common medical problem that has signifi cant association with morbidity and mortality. Angiographic detection and subsequent transarterial embolization (TAE) is a primary treatment option when medical and endoscopic treatments fail. We investigated clinical factors that could affect the success of the angiographic detection and prognosis after TAE in patients with NVUGIB refractory to endoscopic therapy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data was done in patients with failed endoscopic treatment who underwent angiography for the treatment of acute NVUGIB between May 2002 and May 2013. Patients were divided into detection or non-detection groups according to the presence of bleeding stigmata in angiographic fi nding. Rebleeding defi ned as subsequent bleeding event within 7 days and mortality within 30days were analyzed as outcome parameters after TAE following detection in angiography. Results: A total 45 patients 37 (male, mean age, 65.9±14.9 years) were analyzed and classifi ed as a detection group (n=25, 55.5%) and non-detection group (n=20, 44.6%). Peptic ulcers were the most common cause of refractory NVUGIB. Larger transfusion amount (5.7±3.9 unit vs. 3.5±2.8 unit; P=0.03), prolonged aPTT level (34.2±17.3 sec vs. 21.8±13.8 sec; P=0.01) and short time interval between last endoscopy and angiography (17.5±25.9 hours vs. 34.3±59.5 hours; P=0.04) were found to be signifi cant factors for predicting angiographic detection. TAE was performed in all patients detected in angiography. Rebleeding (44%) was significantly associated with higher Rockall score (8.3±1.5 vs. 6.6±2.4; P=0.046) and mortality (12%) was signifi cantly associated with higher Rockall score (9.3±0.6 vs. 7.1±2.2; P=0.002) and higher level of BUN (55.3±47.4 vs. 27.6±17.4; P=0.01). Conclusions: Clinical characteristics associated with angiographic detection in patients with NVUGIB refractory to endoscopic therapy were severe bleeding, bleeding tendency and early angiographic intervention. The Rockall score is useful parameter for predicting rebleeding and mortality after TAE.

        Switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive system is to be compatible for wide range adjustable speed motoring system because it has the same driving characteristics of DC series motor, easy control principle and high efficiency characteristics. By this reason, SRM drive system will be applied to many commercial adjustable speed application that requires economic advantages and high performance abilities. But, SRM drives generate large vibration and acoustic noise because it is rotated by step pulse mmf and switching commutation mechanism. This disadvantage has been obstacles to applicate SRM drives as generalized motor drive system. The main origin of vibration and noise is caused by commutation method which applies step pulse waveform mmf to stator pole and removes the mmf suddenly. This sudden variation of stator flux vibrates stator frame by radial direction and excites natural vibration mode of stator. This paper analyzes the characteristics of vibration and acoustics noise of SRM from the viewpoint of natural mode and driving coidition, and consider the reduction strategy of that.

        This study has been made investigation for the difference of fatigue strength under variable cyclic-rate, compared with three types cyclic-rate 2700cpm, 750cpm and 100cpm using smooth specimens(Kt=1.025) and center holed specimens(Kt=2.02) of SCM 440 steel were obtained through fatigue tests in the rotating. The following conclusions were obtained 1. The specimen(SCM 440) is continuously softened in the field of low cyclic rate. 2. The fatigue strength become high in case of big stress intensity factor. 3. The crack growth life become fast in high stress level. 4. The time of failure can be predicted in the same conditions.

      • Unity를 이용한 아케이드 미니 게임 제작

        본 논문은 Unity3D 게임엔진을 이용하여 쉽게 접할 수 있는 아케이드 형식의 미니게임을 제작하는데 목적이 있다. 우리는 미니 게임을 통하여 창의력, 반사 신경을 향상시키도록 하였고, 또한 일상생활에서 볼 수 있는 애완동물이라는 소재를 사용하여, 게임에 접근하기 어려운 사람들에게 친근감을 주게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 랭킹 시스템을 도입하여 유저들에게 경쟁을 유도하게 하여 유저들의 게임 참가율을 증대하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 Unity3D 엔진을 이용하여, 게임의 개발시간을 단축하여 개발 비용을 줄일 수 있으면서도 게임의 질은 떨어지지 않도록 하였다

      • 민속씨름 밧다리후리기 발휘 시 시간·거리·중심변인의 3차원 키네매틱분석 : Korean Traditional Wrestling

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the posture variables of Batdari-Hurigi in Ssireum(Korean Traditional Wrestling) with three dimensional analysis technical methods. The subject of the experiment was a best Ssireum player who has been playing in professional Ssireum team and Batdari-Hurigi is his outstanding special ability. Temporal, Distance and Center of gravity variables, the mean values and the standard deviation for each variables were obtained and used as basic factors for examining characteristics of Batdari-Hurigi motion. The results of this analysis are the following: 1) Temporal variables The total time elapsed(TE) of Batdari-Hurigi motion is 1.33 second on average. TE during 1st phase was 0.85 sec(63.9%), TE during 2nd phase was 0.25 sec(18.8%), TE during 3rd phase was 0.23 sec(17.3%). 2) Distance variables Right foot showed a big step between initial event and pulling event and had a decreasing pace from pulling event to falling event. Left foot also showed a big step from intial event to pulling event, however, it had regular pattern of pace from pulling event to falling event. 3) Center of gravity(COG) variables Transverse axis(Sagital Axis) showed a big movement leftward. Antero-posterior axis(Frontal Axis) moved forward from initial event to falling event, which is a typical characteristic of offensive pattern Longitudinal axis was situated 77.5cm 94cm high from the ground from initial event throughout falling event.

      • 리더의 자율관리력 촉진을 위한 리더십기반 확대 야드 웍샵의 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 리더십 기반의 확대를 통해 각 수준의 리더들의 자율적인 작업/업무 관리를 촉진시키는 것이었다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 다음과 같은 구체적인 변화목표를 설정하였다. 일방적인 지시, 감독, 강요에 편중된 리더십 행동을 설득과 합의를 통한 리더십 행동으로 그 기반을 확대시키는 것을 목표로 삼았다. 또한 이와 같은 변화목표를 달성하기 위하여 몇 가지 하위목표를 설정하였다. (1) 특정 리더십 기반(일방적인 지시, 감독, 강요)의 효과성에 관한 반장의 과신을 없애는 것, (2) 반장의 리더십을 희석(즉, 약화)시키는 상위리더들의 행동을 줄이는 것, 그리고 (3) 반장의 직무스트레스를 완화시키는 것을 하위목표로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 각 위계적 수준의 리더들 간의 (즉, 반장, 직장, 과책임자 간의) 상호작용을 변화시키기 위한 개입활동을 구성하였다. 다시 말하면, 각 위계적 수준의 리더들이 함께 모여 설득과 합의를 통해 문제를 해결해 보는 기회를 제공하였다. 이와 같은 개입활동의 다양한 효과들을 탐색하고 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to increase the autonomy in leaders' supervision and job performance of workers by enlarging the power bases of leaders. To accomplish this purpose, we have settled the concrete goal to change : to enlarge the leadership behaviors, from leaders' behaviors only based on the unilateral instruction, supervision, and the extortion to leaders' behaviors based on persuasion and consensus in. For the accomplishment of this goal, we have settled sub-goals as follows : 1) to decrease the dependence on the effect of the unilateral instruction and supervision and the extortion, 2) to decrease the leadership behaviors of high order leaders acting as 'neutralizers of leadership', 3) to mitigate leader's stress suffering from job. Thus, we have constructed the program to change interaction between leaders in the hierarchical organization that is, for providing the opportunity to solve problems through persuasion and consensus. Several effects were found. The frequencies of team meeting(i.e., manager-chief supervisor-supervisor meeting) were increased. Leaders' job related stresses were attenuated. And many leaders reported Workshop helped them personally. We examined and discussed the effects of this intervention program.

        골프스윙시 근육협응관계 구명을 위한 EMG 분석

Kinematic and kinetic analysis using 3D Motion Capture system are common, yet there is little in the literature that discuss the relationship and coactivity between muscles during the golf swing. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between the employed 16 muscles during golf swing. We could observe 3 muscle patterns such as 'Line' shape, 'L' shape, and 'Loop' shape for the golf swing activity. The 'Line' shape indicates that two muscles act almost perfectly in phase, and the 'L' shape represents that two muscles act in a reciprocating manner(When one is active, the other is quiescent and vice versa). And the 'Loop' shape indicates that two muscles act sequently(After one is active, the other act). In these results, we knew the muscle patterns during golf swing is similar to the patterns during gait. And we presented it was possible to show the consistence of golf swing through the frequency analysis of muscle patterns. We believe that the results potentially useful for the golf players and coaches to analyze their performance.
