      • 數種의 栽培條件下에서 出穗期 前後의 遮光이 大麥의 登熟 및 主要形質에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was carried out at the experimental farm of College of Agriculture, S.N.U. in 1975-1976. Shading treatments were conducted to find out the effect of shortage of sunshine at before and after heading on the grain filling and main agronomical characters of 2 winter barley cultivars under 2 different seeding methods and fertilizer levels. Two levels of shading were imposed during 3 phases. (Phase I: from 20 days before heading to heading, Phase II: from heading to 20 days after heading, Phase III: from 20 days after heading to maturity) The results are summarized as follows: 1. With 50% shading treatment during phase I, peduncle length, filled grain percentage,straw weight and grain yield were decreased in all cultural conditions. Culm lenght and grain numbers per spike were decreased in some cultural conditions. But other characters were not affected by shading. With 20% shading treatment during phase I, peduncle length was slightly decreased,but other characters were not affected. 2. With 50% shading treatment during phase II, filled grain percentage, straw weight and grain yield were decreased. 1,000 grain's weight and 1ι weight were slightly decreased in Buheung. These checked characters were not affected by 20% shading treatment during phase II. 3. With 50% shading treatment during phase III, filled grain percentage, straw weight and grain yield were slightly decreased. But these checked characters were not affected by 20% shading treatment during phase III. 4. Under shading treatment, seeding methods and fertilizer levels have no remarkable tendency in affection on grain filling and main agronomical characters.

        With the change of patterns and the environment of the national standard of living the problem of environmental pollution became increasingly seriouse. Because of the enormous increase of various kinds of used and (after utilization) useless articles, efforts to save resources as well as the environment and the promotion of reprated utilization and recycling are inavoidable. We easily withess that envionmental issue is very critical point to affuence upon a restructuring the value system of human being. Therefore it is obvironmental issue affluence upon the field of design as well. The most important feature of environmental issue is 'wholenss' in itself. It means that we have to approach and to solve it as a whole. Also, design is to be done at the same way. The creative professionalism of design could provide a club to solve the problem, but designers are tend to seek a solution in a just partial way such as recycling and packaging. But those attitude many cause more problems and spread it futhennore. Therefore the study is to some factors in order to solve the problem as a whole, and to suggest a appropriate methods according to such a view point. Even internal retrospect in design itself or external demand from the other, if we look away this issue, the real purpose of design, contributing for socity, should be diluted by ourselves

      • 국내 항공로선의 공급과 운임탄력성

        Price elasticity analysis of domestic air service supply is substantial to governments to establish civil air transport policy and to industries, both of carriage and manufacture, to determine production level. Considering the consistency of raw data and occupancy ratio of the routes to the total demands, three trunk lines (Seoul-Cheju v.v., Seoul-Pusan v.v., and Pusan-Cheju v.v.) are studied and the study period is for the 19 years between 1969, when airline were privatized, and 1987 when airline were discontinued to be monopoly. Price and cost elasticities of supply both of Seoul-Cheju v.v and Pusan-Cheju V.V. route are less than unitary. It means, first, air trips from and to Cheju include same properties of the demand for the commodities which are necessary in daily life and, second, the airline W e r s some costs partially to her international routes. Because there are various competitive and substitutive ground transports, the price and cost elasticity Q supply of Seoul-Pusan v.v. route are very high. Theses analyses implement governments to establish air transport policy : first, government renovates current air navigation and control system to decrease any cancellations and pauses af operations from the bad weather Cheju area Second, government keeps current occupancies o f carriages of each transport means between Seoul and Pusan.

        Square steel tubular columns are widely used in high-rise buildings, where high bending and torsional load carrying capacity are required. The objective of this study is to investigate the structural behavior of stub columns with cold formed square steel tube. Buckling behavior of axially compressed stub columns with the cold formed square steel tube was studied experimentally. The experiments on the 26 specimens with the parameters such as width-thickness ratio were conducted under the axially concentric compression. In the experiment, square steel tubes were axially compressed slowly until they were completely collapsed. The measured results were presented and the local buckling strength of stub columns with cold formed square steel tube was evaluated by regression.

      • 미국 에너지 시장에 공급되는 바이오에너지에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 바이오매스 전기 생산 및 제조 기술에 대하여 Biomass Supply, Bioenergy Generation Technologies, and Production Cost

        본 연구에서는 최근 미국 에너지 시장에서 바이오에너지가 차지하는 위치와 공급상황에 대하여 조사 연구하였다. 특히 제 1 보에서는 미국에서 실용화되고 있는 목질 바이오매스를 이용한 바이오매스 전기제조기술(직접 연소 발전, 산업체의 폐열발전, 가스터빈과 스팀터빈 연합 발전 및 모듈화된 발전시스템 등) 및 전기생산 시설 및 공급가의 경제성등에 대하여 검토하였고, 제 2보에서는 바이오매스 전기에 대한 미국의 정책 및 마케팅전략, 그리고 바이오매스 전기 사용이 가져오는 환경적, 경제적 이익 및 장애요인(Benefit and Barriers) 등에 대하여 조사 연구하였다. The current status of biomass energy in the United States was reviewed in the contexts of its share in the total energy use, technologies of energy generation, production cost, the policy support, and marketing strategy. Discussions on environmental and economic benefits and barriers of biomass energy were also presented. The first half of the paper was presented in this report, covering biomass supply, biomass-fired energy generation technologies, capital investment, and production cost. Biomass energy policy, marketing strategy, and environmental and economic benefit and barriers over fossil or atomic-based energy will be presented in the next volume.

      • 葉煙草의 混植集團에 있어서 主要形質의 生態的 變異

        In the mixture planting ratio of tobacco cultivar Y.S.A. and Hicks were investigated on the variation of the leaf characters under field condition. Planting ratio of the above two cultivar were 100 : 0, 75 : 25, 50 : 50, 25 : 75 and 0 : 100 respectively. The results were summarized as follow. 1.Even though the growth characters of Y.S.A. and Hicks were different, the responses to mixture planting ratio were almost the same. The optimum mixture planting ratio of two cultivar for leaf length and leaf width were within a range of 100 % and 25 %, 2.The order of the mixture planting ratio for increases leaf length and leaf width of two cultivar was 100%>25%>75%>50%. 3.The ratio of leaf length to leaf width increased with 75 % mixture planting ratio, but its decreased lenearly with lower leaf position. Leaf length and leaf width of leaf decreased in relation to decreasing mixture planting ratio, but increaesd below a certain of mixture planting ratio. From theses results, it was concluded that mixture planting ratio with two cultivar is not necessary for a good growth of leaf length, leaf width and leaf area of the tobacco plant.

        치아미백제가 우치의 색상에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of commercial home-tooth bleaching agents in the color of tooth. Thirty sound extracted bovine teeth were randomly divided into six groups. The color differences between before and after treatment with four types of tooth bleaching agents (Nite White ExcelR, Insta-BriteTM, OpalescenceR, and Plus WhiteR), one type of whitening toothpaste (Natural WhiteR) and untreated control group were evaluated. The results were as follows; 1.By 2 week home tooth bleaching agent applications, the values (L*) of bovine teeth increased as high as 2.18 ∼ 6.73. 2.Insta-Brite induced significantly greater ΔL* and ΔE* than other tested groups by 2 week bleaching agent treatments(p<0.01). 3.Plus White which was applied for 5 minutes twice a day for 2 weeks induced significantly lesser ΔL* (2.18) and ΔE* (2.80) than those in Insta-Brite (ΔL*=5.30, ΔE*=6.73), Nite White Excel (ΔL*=4.24, ΔE*=4.90), Opalescence (ΔL*=3.78, ΔE*=4.92) which were applied for 8 hours a day for 2 weeks (p<0.01). These results demonstrate that all the commercial home-tooth bleaching agents have appreciable bleaching effect on bovine teeth, and the effects of home-tooth bleaching agents which are used during night time are affected by viscosity as well as content of carbamide peroxide. The whitening effect of home tooth bleaching agents that are used through nighttime is greater than that of short time-applying tooth bleaching agent.

      • 자기주도학습력향상을 위한 수업모형 연구

        It is very important for the learners to develop their ability to judge, select subjectively and learn information and knowledge necessary for themselves in the current open society towards learning. In this respect, for the development of this ability, school education must put a stress upon the premises that learners can prepare for the basis of learning for continuing education in the course of life and that they can develop the self-directed learning ability in order to think themselves and to search for a truth. Therefore, this study aims to develop instructional model so that the learners can improve a self-directed learning ability through school education. The questions for research are raised for a successful investigation as follows: First, what characteristics do the constituent factors of children have in their self-directed learning ability? Second, what is the concrete plan for the improvement of constituent factors in their selfdirected learning ability? Third, what is the integrated intructional model for the improvement of self-directed learning ability in children? The conclusions can be obtained in this study as follows: First, it can be proved that children have an ability in all the constituent factors of self-directed learning ability such as openness, self-concept, intrinsic motivation, autonomy, creativity, ability to problem-solving, self-evaluation and so on, but that their ability in specific constituent factors show lower than adults. Second, the individual teaching plans for the improvement of self-directed learning ability can include the establishment of purpose, preparation of conditions for learning, forning human relationship, supporting learning, the organization of learning group, proper homework, learning contract, the chances of the various experience and practice, self-evaluation, the role of teachers and so on. Third, the plans for the improvement of self-directed learning ability through analysis of study and instructional model which the improvement of children’s self-directed learning ability are meaningful learning matters, teacher’s activities, learning context, environment of learners, meaning creation of learners, learning contract. Fourth, the integrated instructional model for the improvement of self-directed learning ability consists of learners’ activities, and teachers’ activities are suggested in order to guide, promote and instruct learners’ activities. This is to put an emphasis upon the mutual cooperation between children and their teachers after due consideration into characteristic of children’s development during instruction. The activities of learners include the choice of subject for learning, meaning creation of learners, the establishment of concreate learning target self-evaluation, evaluation of comrade and self-reinforcement. The activities of teachers include preparation of conditions for learning based upon the various conditions of information, the choice of subject for learning and its suggestion, offering motive for learning creation, controlling members of group, evaluation of performance, and teachers’ reinforcement. Teaching by this integrated instructional model will enable children to develop their own ability of the specific constituent factors wanting, and this will promote elementary school children’s self-directed learning ability.

        시제의 의미 및 사용과 관련된 몇 문제

        The purpose of this article lies in examining some issues on what tense forms basically mean and when these forms are used. The past tense fundamently implies that given situations no longer continue, but this is just implicature. It means that there has been no presupposition that the past tense is combined only when the situation in question no longer continues into the present. Tense can be determined first by limiting the time at which the speaker wants to make an utterance(=TT) and then selecting a situation that is located at this time. TT, however, is a concept relevant to what (or what variable) affects tense determination, rather than to what is the referential meaning of tense form, in that the truth condition of the sentence depends on whether the situation in question is located in the given TT, even when tense is determined by TT. Many researchers have mentioned that the problem lies in the fact that ‘-eoss-’ or ‘-eosseoss-’ frequently occurs even in environments that do not require past tense or pluperfect tense. However, these usages must be understood to aim at implicatures implied in ‘-eoss-’ and ‘-eosseoss-’. Tense forms could be selected by their implicature as well as their denotation.
