        중국 트레이닝 인플루언서 특성이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비자의 지각된 가치, 콘텐츠 몰입의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between the characteristics of influencers, content immersion, perceived value, and repurchase intention in the context of Chinese live commerce viewing for training participation. To achieve the study's objectives, a sample population consisting of consumers who engage in watching live commerce in China participated in training, with a total of 401 questionnaires used. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0, and the research findings are as follows. Firstly, it was found that the characteristics of influencers have a positive impact on content immersion. Secondly, the characteristics of influencers were found to have a positive impact on perceived value. Thirdly, the characteristics of influencers were found to have a positive impact on repurchase intention. Fourthly, content immersion was found to have a positive impact on repurchase intention. Fifthly, perceived value was found to have a positive impact on repurchase intention. Sixthly, it was found that there is a mediating effect of content immersion in the relationship between the characteristics of influencers and repurchase intention. Seventhly, it was found that there is a mediating effect of perceived value in the relationship between the characteristics of influencers and repurchase intention. Based on these results, it can be concluded that in order to increase consumers' repurchase intention, the attractiveness, expertise, and credibility factors of training influencers need to be strengthened, and specialized knowledge related to sports training will be necessary.

        RNA m5C modification upregulates E2F1 expression in a manner dependent on YBX1 phase separation and promotes tumor progression in ovarian cancer

        5-Methylcytosine (m5C) is a common RNA modification that modulates gene expression at the posttranscriptional level, but the crosstalk between m5C RNA modification and biomolecule condensation, as well as transcription factor-mediated transcriptional regulation, in ovarian cancer, is poorly understood. In this study, we revealed that the RNA methyltransferase NSUN2 facilitates mRNA m5C modification and forms a positive feedback regulatory loop with the transcription factor E2F1 in ovarian cancer. Specifically, NSUN2 promotes m5C modification of E2F1 mRNA and increases its stability, and E2F1 binds to the NSUN2 promoter, subsequently reciprocally activating NSUN2 transcription. The RNA binding protein YBX1 functions as the m5C reader and is involved in NSUN2-mediated E2F1 regulation. m5C modification promotes YBX1 phase separation, which upregulates E2F1 expression. In ovarian cancer, NSUN2 and YBX1 are amplified and upregulated, and higher expression of NSUN2 and YBX1 predicts a worse prognosis for ovarian cancer patients. Moreover, E2F1 transcriptionally regulates the expression of the oncogenes MYBL2 and RAD54L, driving ovarian cancer progression. Thus, our study delineates a NSUN2-E2F1-NSUN2 loop regulated by m5C modification in a manner dependent on YBX1 phase separation, and this previously unidentified pathway could be a promising target for ovarian cancer treatment.

        A FEEDBACK-DRIVEN BUBBLE G24.136+00.436: A POSSIBLE SITE OF TRIGGERED STAR FORMATION

        <P>We present a multi-wavelength study of the IR bubble G24.136+00.436. The J = 1-0 observations of (CO)-C-12, (CO)-C-13, and (CO)-O-18 were carried out with the Purple Mountain Observatory 13.7 m telescope. Molecular gas with a velocity of 94.8 km s(-1) is found prominently in the southeast of the bubble, shaped as a shell with a total mass of similar to 2 x 10(4) M-circle dot. It was likely assembled during the expansion of the bubble. The expanding shell consists of six dense cores, whose dense (a few of 10(3) cm(-3)) and massive (a few of 10(3) M-circle dot) characteristics coupled with the broad linewidths (>2.5 km s(-1)) suggest that they are promising sites for forming high-mass stars or clusters. This could be further consolidated by the detection of compact H II regions in Cores A and E. We tentatively identified and classified 63 candidate young stellar objects (YSOs) based on the Spitzer and UKIDSS data. They are found to be dominantly distributed in regions with strong molecular gas emission, indicative of active star formation, especially in the shell. The H II region inside the bubble is mainly ionized by a similar to O8V star(s), of the dynamical age of similar to 1.6 Myr. The enhanced number of candidate YSOs and secondary star formation in the shell as well as the timescales involved, indicate a possible scenario for triggering star formation, signified by the 'collect and collapse' process.</P>

        태권도 인플루언서 특성이 브랜드 애착, 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향: 준사회적 상호작용의 매개효과를 중심으로

        이 연구는 태권도 인플루언서 특성이 브랜드 애착, 준사회적 상호작용 및 지속적 사용의도 간의 영향관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 고등학교 및 대학교에 재학 주인 태권도 수련자를 모집단으로 선정하였다. 설문지는 총 466부의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였는데 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 Version과 PROCESS Macro v4.1(Hayes, 2017)을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석, 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도 인플루언서 특성의 매력성, 신뢰성이 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 인플루언서 특성의 매력성, 신뢰성이 지속적 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 인플루언서 특성의 매력성, 신뢰성이 준사회적 상호작용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 준사회적 상호작용은 태권도 인플루언서 특성과 브랜드 애착의 관계에서 유의한 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 준사회적 상호작용은 태권도 인플루언서 특성과 지속적 사용의도의 관계에서 유의한 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study attempted to verify the relationship between brand attachment, quasi-social interaction, and intention to continue use of Taekwondo influencer characteristics. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, Taekwondo trainees, who are enrolled in high schools and universities, were selected as the population. A total of 466 copies of the questionnaire were used for the final analysis, and for data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediating effect analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0 version and PROCESS Macro v4.1 (Hays, 2017). Therefore, this study drew the following conclusions. First, attractiveness and reliability, which are sub-factors of the characteristics of Taekwondo influencer, were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on brand attachment. Second, attractiveness and reliability, which are sub-factors of the characteristics of Taekwondo influencer, were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to continue use. Third, attractiveness and reliability, which are sub-factors of the characteristics of Taekwondo influencer, were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the quasi-social interaction. Fourth, it was found that the quasi-social interaction had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between the characteristics of Taekwondo influencer and brand attachment. Fifth, it was found that the quasi-social interaction had a significant mediating effect in the relationship between the characteristics of Taekwondo influencer and the intention to continue use.

      • Preparation and characterization of carboxylic cellulose nanocrystals via a sustainable approach of FeCl3-catalyzed innocuous citric acid hydrolysis

        Acid hydrolysis is the most common method to prepare cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs). citric acid (CA) is a weak poly-carboxylic acid which is beneficial for avoiding cellulose undergoing heavy degradation during acid hydrolysis. However, the weak acidity of CA can mostly lead to a difficulty in hydrolyzing the amorphous part of the cellulose and correspondingly results in a low yield of CNCs. In this work, CNCs were produced from bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp with a high yield over 76% via FeCl3-catalyzed CA hydrolysis process. It was found that the resultant CNCs products with a diameter of 20-30 nm and length of 200-400 nm, and a maximum crystallinity index of about 78% could be achieved when the dose of FeCl3 was 0.03 mM, CA concentration was 80%, and reaction temperature was 80 °C. Meanwhile, carboxylic groups could be introduced onto the surface of CNCs via esterification during FeCl3-catalyzed CA hydrolysis process to form carboxylic CNCs . Results showed that the contents of carboxylic acid groups could reach up to 0.69 mmol g-1, which facilitate their functionalization and dispersion in aqueous processing. The carboxylic CNCs presented in this work offer commercial success and lower toxic risks, which means they have the potential to find applications as environmentally friendly, sustainable, and new bio-based nanomaterials in high-tech fields, such as biomaterials.

        Promotional effect of Ce in NH3-SCO and NH3-SCR reactions over Cu-Ce/ SCR catalysts

        Commercial V-W-Ti catalysts were modified with Cu and different contents of Ce to remove slip ammoniaand remaining nitrogen oxide from the end stage of SCR technology. The activities of NH3 oxidation byO2 (NH3-SCO) and NO reduction by NH3 (NH3-SCR) of these catalysts were examined from 150 to 400 ℃. The consequences indicated that the addition of Ce and Cu could considerably enhance NH3 oxidation andNO reduction capacity of the catalysts and Ce was conducive to reduce the detrimental effects of H2O andSO2. The characterization tests indicated that the surface active oxygen increased because of the interactionbetween V, Cu and Ce. Moreover, the loaded Ce and Cu contributed to enhance the surface acidityand redox property of SCR catalysts.

        Transcriptomic analyses reveal novel genes with sexually dimorphic expression in Takifugu rubripes brain during gonadal sex differentiation

        Background Quantification of mRNAs in gonads and other tissues at the early critical development stage of sex differentiation may help to provide a global view of regulatory mechanisms underlying sex differentiation. We have recently reported the transcriptomic profiling of fugu gonad associated with sex differentiation. Objectives This study attempted to identify the genes in the brain that are involved in gonadal differentiation and development. Methods In this study, a transcriptomic scan of potential candidate genes involved in sex differentiation was conducted in the brains of fugu larvae at 30 and 40 dah (morphological gonadal sex differentiation had not yet occurred). The dimorphic expression patterns of several candidate genes were verified using quantitative PCR. Results A total of 28.24 Gb of clean reads were obtained and 22,337 genes were identified in the brains of fugu larvae. These included 1008 novel genes that provide abundant data for functional analysis of sex differentiation. 229 genes were identified in the 30 dah larvae that were abundant in the XY brain and 21 that were abundant in the XX brain. In the 40 dah larvae, 325 genes were identified abundant in the XY brain and 174 were identified abundant in the XX brain. Conclusion This is the first investigation into the transcriptome of the fugu larvae brain at the early sex differentiation stage. The results obtained here will enhance the understanding of molecular mechanisms that underly fugu sex differentiation.

        MOPSO-based Data Scheduling Scheme for P2P Streaming Systems

        In the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) streaming systems, peers randomly form a network overlay to share video resources with a data scheduling scheme. A data scheduling scheme can have a great impact on system performance, which should achieve two optimal objectives at the same time ideally. The two optimization objectives are to improve the perceived video quality and maximize the network throughput, respectively. Maximizing network throughput means improving the utilization of peer’s upload bandwidth. However, maximizing network throughput will result in a reduction in the perceived video quality, and vice versa. Therefore, to achieve the above two objects simultaneously, we proposed a new data scheduling scheme based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization data scheduling scheme, called MOPSO-DS scheme. To design the MOPSO-DS scheme, we first formulated the data scheduling optimization problem as a multi-objective optimization problem. Then, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed by encoding the neighbors of peers as the position vector of the particles. Through extensive simulations, we demonstrated the MOPSO-DS scheme could improve the system performance effectively.

        Dihydroartemisinin inhibits follicular helper T and B cells: implications for systemic lupus erythematosus treatment

        Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a common autoimmune disease, and its pathogenesis mainly involves the aberrant activation of B cells through follicular helper T (Tfh) cells to produce pathogenic antibodies, which requires more eff ective and safe treatment methods. Dihydroartemisinin (DHA) is the main active ingredient of artemisinin and has immunosuppressive eff ects. In this study, in vitro experiments confi rmed that DHA inhibited Tfh cell induction and weakened its auxiliary function in B cell diff erentiation; furthermore, DHA directly inhibited B cell activation, diff erentiation, and antibody production. Furthermore, a mouse model of SLE was established, and we confi rmed that DHA signifi cantly reduced the symptoms of SLE and lupus nephritis, and decreased serum immunoglobulin (Ig)G, IgM, IgA, and anti-dsDNA levels. Moreover, DHA reduced the frequencies of total Tfh cells, activated Tfh cells, and B cell lymphoma 6, and interleukin (IL)-21 levels in Tfh cells from the spleen and lymph nodes, as well as the levels of B cells, germinal center B cells, and plasma cells in the spleen, lymph nodes, and kidneys. Additionally, DHA inhibited Tfh cells by blocking IL-2-inducible T cell kinase (ITK) signaling and its downstream nuclear factor (NF)-κB, nuclear factor of activated T cell, and activating protein-1 pathways, and directly inhibited B cells by blocking Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) signaling and the downstream NF-κB and Myc pathways. Overall, our results demonstrated that DHA inhibited Tfh cells by blocking ITK signaling and also directly inhibited B cells by blocking BTK signaling. Therefore, reducing the production of pathogenic antibodies might eff ectively treat SLE.

      • Exploring the Creeping Landslide Characteristics Based on the Time Series InSAR in the Xianshuihe Fault Zone, Southwest China

        The Xianshuihe Fault in the southwest China presents strong activities Since the Holocene. Under the joint action of strong earthquakes, fault activities and heavy rainfall, the landslides have shown high development intensity in the Xianshuihe fault zone and bring a serious threat to the safety of human life and property. In this study, the SBAS-InSAR method and ALOS PALSAR data (15 scenes) are used to calculate and analyze the deformation characteristics of the creeping landslide between 2007 and 2011. The results show that the active effect of the Xianshuihe Fault has an important influence on the landslide development and occurrence. The closer distance to the Xianshuihe Fault is, the more stable coherent points is, the greater landslide cumulative displacement is. A total of 98 creeping landslides in the Xianshuihe Fault zone are identified, which develop as a linear distribution on both sides of the Xianshuihe Fault. And, the surface deformation and development characteristics of several typical creeping landslides are analyzed in-depth. So, the InSAR method can be used to effectively analyze the slow surface deformation, change laws and development characteristics of creeping landslide in the active fault zone. The study results have a certain guiding role on the landslide prevention and mitigation along the Xianshuihe Fault zone and the similar tectonic activity area.
