      • Hydroxycitrate, Carnitine 및 Capsaicin을 함유한 식이 보조제(3D-Relax Diet)의 체중 감량 효과

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of 3D-Relax Diet; a proprietary formation containing hydroxycitrate(233mg/g), carnitine(150mg/g); and capsaicin (150mg/g); on body weight, % body fat, fat mass, lean body mass, Resting Metabolic Rate(RMR), body circumference, skinfold thickness, serum glucose and lipid level. Nineteen female college students participated in this 4 weeks weight control program. All subjects were randomly assigned to the Sang sik(S) group or Sang sik & 3D-Relax(3D) group. Mean energy intake of 3D group was l,523.1±300.2 ㎉(carbohydrate: 66.3%, protein: 18.7%, fat: 15.0%) and S group consumed 1,464.8±142.1 ㎉(carbohydrate: 65.1%, protein: 19.0%, fat: 15.9%) during program. The 3D group lost 3.1±1.3 kg of body weight, 2.5±l.4 kg of fat mass, 0.6±1.2 kg of lean body mass and 16.8±183.3 ㎉/d of RMR and the S group lost 1.8±1.0 kg of body weight, 1.1±1.1 kg of fat mass, 0.8±0.3 kg of lean body mass and 19.1±181.9 ㎉/d of RMR. There was no significant differences in the loss of lean body mass and RMR between two groups, however, the total body weight and the fat mass were significantly decreased in the 3D group compared to the S group(p<0.05). The 3D group experienced a significant reduced hip size, total-cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol, however, the change of these between groups were not significantly different. There were no differences in the change of body circumference, skinfold thickness, serum glucose and lipid. These results suggest that the intake of 3D-Relax Diet(hydroxycitrate, carnitine, and capsaicin) during the weight control program decreased energy intake, fat intake and total body weight especially fat mass and those effects are presumably linked to the prevention of RMR decline and the inhibitory effects on lipogenesis.

      • 분리 핵을 이용한 Trichoderma koningii의 형질전환

        Trichoderma koningii의 영양요구성 돌연변이주인 CUT 121로부터 얻은 원형질체를 야생형인 ATCC 26113의 핵과 혼합하여 PEG 용액을 처리한 결과, 독립영양형의 형질전화체가 30% 이상의 빈도로 생성되었다. 이 독립영양형 군체로부터 얻은 분리체 중의 하나는 xylanase의 활성이 야생형보다 3배 가량 증진되었으며, 다른 세포외 다당류 분해효소능도 야생형과 유사한 수준을 나타내었다. 분리체의 DNA 함량, 인위적인 분리양상 및 동위효소 양상 등을 조사 분석한 결과, 독립영양형의 형질전환체는 실험에 사용된 두 핵간의 유전물질교환에 의하여 생성된 형질전환체로 판명되었다. 이상의 결과로부터 Trichoderma속 균류의 균주개량법으로, 핵전이법이 통상의 원형질체 융합법보다 효율적인 것으로 판명되었다. When protoplasts from auxotrophic mutant of Trichoderma koningii CUT121(Lys^-, Met^-) were mixed with isolated nuclei of wild type T. koningii ATCC 26113 and treated with PEG solution, protrophic colonies were produced with frequency of more than 30 percent. One of segregants from prototrophic colonies showed increased xylanase activity and other polysaccharide-hydrolyzing activities comparable to those of wild type strain. Through measurement of DNA contents, induced segregation, and analysis of isozyme patterns, it was revealed that the prototrophic colonies were transformants resulted from exchange of genetic materials between the two kinds of nuclei used. These results suggest that nuclei transfer technique is more efficient than conventional protoplast fusion technique for strain improvement of Trichoderma species.

      • 직렬형 PWM 인버터를 이용한 동적전압보상기에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a novel compensation method for the voltage sag problem for a critical load. This method is able to restore the supply voltage to the original magnitude and shape by injecting the vector diffence between the desired voltage and the actual voltage. The proposed system consists of a dc energy storage device, dc-ac converter, and a coupling transformer to inject the output of the inverter in series with the line. It can make up for the weakness of UPS and SPS. The operation of this system is verified by the computer simulation with EMTP code and experimental work with a scaled model. The advantages of this new system over the existing system are the fast reaction time and the low compensation energy in operation.

        치과용 고카라트 금합금의 시효경화와 상변태 과정

        The hardening behavior and phase transformation process of a dental high carat gold alloy by isothermal ageing treatment were investigated by means of hardness testing, X-ray diffraction study and scanning electron microscopic observations. The following results were obtained. The a single phase with a face centered cubic structure was finally transformed into the coexistence of the Ag-rich α₁phase with a face centered cubic structure and the AuCu I' type ordered phase with a face centered tetragonal superlattice structure by ageing of the solution-treated specimen at 400℃ and 500℃. By ageing at 500℃, the metastable Ag-rich α₁' and AuCu I' type ordered phases were formed prior to the final formation of the equilibrium Ag-rich α₁ and AuCu I type ordered phases . The hardening effect was more significant and the overageing with softening was slower by ageing at 400℃ than 500℃. By ageing at 500℃, the hardening was attributed to the formation of the metastable AuCu I' type ordered phases from the a phase, the overageing with softening was due to the formation of the AuCu I type ordered phase from the metastable Ag-rich α₁' and AuCu I' type ordered phases. By ageing at 500℃, the incubation period which limited the beginning of the hardening in the early stage of ageing existed, and the formation and growth of the precipitates which contributed the overageing with softening were observed concurrently at the grain boundaries and within grains. By ageing at 400℃, the hardening was attributed to the formation of the AuCu I type ordered phase from the a phase, the overageing with softening was due to the growth of the grain boundary precipitates of the lamellar structure composed of the Ag-rich α₁and AuCu I type ordered phases into the grain interior.

        This study examined useful goods and services which aided the married women in the household work. The sample (n=1,000) of this study was composed of both married women who participated in the paid labor force and those who did not. Also, this study identified criteria important to make a purchase for household consumption, and examined the differences of those criteria between married women who were employed in the labor market and those who were not employed. This study made a final list of preferred goods and services which were helpful to women both in market work and in the household work. An open handed question was used to identify what kind of household work need to be shared with society. Finally, this study could provide the private enterprise with the information necessary to develope more helpful goods and services for married women who were burdened with household work.

        (AgCu)_0.43-Au_0.54Pd_0.03 합금의 시효경화 특성

        팔라디움이 함유된, 시효경화성 치과주조용 고금합금의 연구를 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여, 4원계 □ 합금의 등온시효경화 거동과 상변태를 경도 시험, X선회절 실험으로 조사하여, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 본 합금을 250~350℃에서 등온시효처리하면, 면심정방구조를 갖는 준안정상 AuCu Ⅰ'형 규칙상이 면심정방구조를 갖는 AuCu Ⅰ형 규칙상과 면심입방구조를 갖는 Ag-rich a₁상이 생성되기 전에 생성되었다. 본 합금은 시효처리 온도에 따라 다른 시효경화 거동을 보여주었다. 350℃에서 시효처리를 하면, 경도는 시효 초기에 상승하지 않았고, 최고 경도에 도달하여 유지되고나서 시효시간을 연장함에 따라 경도가 급격히 저하하였다. 250℃에서 시효처리를 하면, 경도는 시효 초기부터 뚜렷히 상승하기 시작하였다. 그 후, 약간의 경도 하강을 보이고나서 경도는 다시 서서히 상승을 지속하였다. 350℃에서 경화는 준안정상 AuCu Ⅰ'형 규칙상의 균일핵생성에 기인하였다. 낮은 시효온도에서의 초기 경화는 다른 상변태에 의해 초래되었고, 이어서 일어나는 경화는 준안정상 AuCu Ⅰ'형 규칙상의 생성에 기인하였다. 시효시간을 연장함에 따라 생기는 과시효 연화는 평형상 AuCu Ⅰ형 규칙상의 생성에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다.

      • EGDA 기능성 모노마로 희석된 Epoxy Acrylate의 전자빔 경화 및 코팅

        Electron beam curing of acrylated epoxy resin diluted with mono-functional monomer EGDA has been investigated under circumstances contacted with air and without air. The formulated resin in contact with N2 or covered with film could be cured up to 95% even with low dose of 5kGy and the surface of cured resin became very hard, but cured resin in existence of oxygen and without any additive had a low degree of curing and the surface became sticky due to insufficient curing. Additives such as curing agent P-115 or initiator BPO could increase the degree of curing to more or less one, but these additives could not remove completely surface stickiness. While, at high dose(more than 100kGy), addition of BPO were possible to make the irradiated surface of the resin be non-sticky even in existence of air. Degree of curing of the resin which contained pigment was very high at dose of around 20kGy. Elongation and stress at break on the cured resin with ferric oxide pigment were be higher than with non-ferric oxide pigment. Adhesion and anti-firing of the resin coated on cement block could be excellent.

      • 하루 콩단백질 25g 섭취를 위한 메뉴작성 및 영양성분 분석

        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

        삼풍사고 생존자들에서의 급성 외상후스트레스장애 : 발생빈도, 예측인자, 증상 변화에 대한 예비적 연구 A Preliminary Study on Incidence, Predictors and Pattern of Symptom Changes

        목적 : 삼풍 백화점 붕괴 사고로 대단위 스트레스에 노출된 생존자들에서 급성 외상후스트레스장애(PTSD)의 발생빈도를 조사하고, 증상 발현에 대한 예측인자와 시간경과에 따른 증상 변화의 양상을 살펴보기 위하여 전향적 임상연구를 시행하였다. 방법 : 생존자 32명을 사고 후 1개월(1차 평가), 3개월(2차 평가) 경과 시점에, 한글 번역판 PTSD-I(DSM-III-R),을 사용하여 PTSD의 진단과 증상 정도를, Hamiltons Anxiety Scale(HAS)과 Hamiltons Depression Scale(HDS)을 사용하여 불안과 우울 증상의 정도를 평가하였다. PTSD 증상 심각도에 대한 예측인자는 단계적 선택 방법을 거친 다중회귀분석을, PTSD 증상의 변화는 paired t-test를 통해 살펴보았다. 결과 : 사고 발생 후 3개월 동안의 급성 PTSD 발생빈도는 완전한(true) PTSD가 41%, 부분성(partial) PTSD가 48%였다. 1차 평가시 HDS 점수가 PTSD-I 점수에 유의하게 기여하였고 동반자 사명여부는 HDS 점수와 부분적으로 관련되어 있었다. 2차 평가시에는 의식상실 유무가 PTSD-I, HDS, HAS 점수에 유의하게 기여하였다. 1, 2차 평가 기간 동안 PTSD-I 전체 점수는 변화가 거의 없었지만 재경험, 과각성 증상군 점수는 회피 증상군에 비해 유의하지는 않으나 상대적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결론 : 삼풍 사고 후 급성 PTSD의 발생빈도는 매우 높았고 사고 당시 동반자의 사망, 우울증의 정도, 의식상실 경험등이 생존자의 급성기 PTSD 증상 정도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. PTSD의 회피 증상은 재경험, 과각성등의 증상들에 비해 시간 경과에 따른 변화가 적은 경향이 있었다. Objective : This is a prospective clinical study on survivors of the collapse accident of a major department store building occurred in Seoul in June 1995 to investigate the incidence of acute PTSD, to identify risk factors affecting the severity of PTSD symptoms, and to evaluate the pattern of symptom changes over time. Method : Thirty-two victims were interviewed with modified Korean version of the PTSD-I(DSM-III-R) to determine the severity of symptoms and diagnosis of PTSD. Degrees of anxiety and depression were measured with Hamilton's Anxiety Scale(HAS) and Depression Scales(HDS) respectively. Subjects were assessed in series at one month(time point 1) and three month(time point 2) from the time the accident occurred. Results : The incidence of PTSD in the subjects over the 3 months was 41% using by full criteria and 48% by partial criteria. Regression analysis at the time point 1, the HDS score, which was partially related with death of accompanied persons(friends/relatives/colleagues), contributed significantly to the PTSD-I variances. At the time point 2, loss of consciousness contributed significantly to the variance of the PTSD-I, HDS and HAS scores. Between time point 1 and time point 2, the overall severity of PTSD symptoms for all the subjects has remained almost unchanged. However, re-experience and hyperarousal symptoms were improved almost unchanged. However, re-experience and hyperarousal symptoms were improved in comparison with avoidance symptoms, although not statistically significant. Conclusions : This study results show a high risk of developing PTSD and partial PTSD among the building collapse victims. The death of accompanied person, severity of depression and loss of consciousness are all regarded as major factors affecting the severity of PTSD. Of PTSD symptom clusters, avoidance symptoms are likely to be less changeable than re-experience and hyperarousal symptoms over time.
