Abstract- In a plasma source ion implantation, the target is successively biased by negative voltage pulses with an intrinsic finite rise time, resulting in the time-dependent sheath formation around the target. Measurement of time-dependent sheath during the pulse rise show the ion matrix sheath development which is in proportion to square root of time and pulse rise rate over plasma density but independent of the ion mass.

본 미니 게임은 웨이터라는 직업을 모티브로 하여서 남녀노소 누구나 재미를 느낌과 동시에 기억력 향상시켜 주는 게임제작이라는 목적아래 제작되었다.본 논문에서는 이 게임의 제작과정을 기술하고자 한다.이 게임은 제3회 AGC(한국 아마추어 게임제작 공모전)에서 우수 작으로 선정되었다.

Objective: The authors investigated the frequency of persecutors in persecutory delusions of the psychiatric patients who didn't undergo the arrest or traumatic injury, reside in Gwangju Jeonnam area, and were admitted to the hospital after the 5.18 prodemocracy movement in Gwangju in 1980 upward 10 years. Also this study investigated the frequency of the persecutors before and after the prodemocracy movement and in capital and Gwangju Jeonnam area. Subjects and Methods: Among the 896 patients who were admitted to department of psychiatry, Chosun University Hospital from Jan. 1. 1989 to Dec. 31. 1991, we choosed 144 patients with persecutory delusion who had lived in Gwangju Jeonnam area for 10 years after 5.18 prodemocracy movement as subjects. Persecutors were classified into 7 class: unspecified, family, neighbors, communist or spy, police or army or secret agent, impersonal, others. Results: 1) In our study, the frequency of persecutors was family, unspecified, neighbors, police or army or secret agent, impersonal, others, communist or spy in descending order. As compared to previous studies (1956-2003) including our study about frequency of persecutor at capital area and Gwangju Jeonnam area, and before and after 5.18 prodemocracy movement, 2) At capital area, in the early 1980s, police, family, neighbors, unspecified person was frequent in descending order. In the both of early 1970s, 1990s, neighbors, family, unspecified person, police was frequent in descending order. 3) At Gwangju Jeonnam area, in the early 1970s, family, unspecified person, neighbors, police was frequent in descending order. In the early 1990s, unspecified person and family, neighbors, police was frequent in descending order. 4) The police class was most frequent at capital area in the early 1980s. Conclusions: We suppose that class of persecutor in persecutory delusions of psychiatric patients are changing according to social change, and frequency of police class was decreasing in both of capital and Gwangju, Jeonnam area.

환경적 변수의 분석을 통한 디자인 방향성 고찰

The role of design has been set as a sub function of manufacturing during the past 100 years industrialized society It seems like undoubted that design just helped manufacturing. At last, it has been difficult to find out any difference between the products through the manufacturing process. In this huge "BAR CODE SOCIETY", which the product manufactured through standardized marketing technique is provided to uniform consumer, the value of an object, which is mass -produced should be changed now. In this changing enviroment, the needs of consuming society have forced to change the concept and value of design. So to speake, the passive role of design, which has provided to manufacturing system, has changed to culture creating role of it. The area of design would be enlaregd to solve the potential needs of user from the needs of differing products. The new design language, such as lightness of materials, transforming, adaptability, transparency, cool, warm, etc. will be requested with developing its rule and creating value. Particularly, a consideration for problem solving sould be implemented as a very important factor of design in the sensible time.

The purpose of this work is to develop a transurethral suppository containing prostaglandin E₁(PGE₁), which stabilizes the drug, gives no irritation to physiological body and enhances the erectile response of PGE₁. PGE₁ transurethral suppositories were prepared with various amounts of compositions such as saturated polyglycolysed glyceride(Suppocire^(?) AP, SAP), polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil (HCO-50) and ethanol. The melting points, viscosities and PGE₁ release of the suppositories were investigated. Ocular irritation test was carried out after application of PGE₁ suppository to rabbit's eye. The intracavemous pressure(ICP), penile length and duration of erectile response were determined after transurethral administration of PGE₁ suppository and compared with those after intracavemosal injection of PGE₁ solution to cats. HCO-50 hardly affected the melting points and viscosities of PGE₁ suppositories. Additionally, PGE₁ transurethral suppositories, whose melting point ranges was 34-35℃, was speedily melted in physiological body. HCO-50 significantly decreased the dissolution rates of PGE₁ from the suppositories. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the release of PGE₁ was pro-portional to the square root of time, indicating that PGE₁ might be released from the suppositories by Fickian diffusion. The release rate of PGE₁ from PGE₁ suppository [PGE₁/SAP/HCO-50/ethanol (1/94.5/2.5/2%)] was about 80% within 2h. This PGE₁ suppository gave no irritation to the urethral tissue less sensive than ocular tissue. Furthermore, PGE₁ in this suppository was stable at 4℃ for 2 years. This suppository increased the ICP and penile erection similar to those of injuctable PGE₁ solution. However, it gave 2.5-fold increased dura-tion of erectile response than injectable PGE₁ solution. Our results suggested that it gave more effective erectile response than injectable PGE₁ solution in cats. It is concluded that this PGE₁ suppository with good safety, excellent stability and enhanced erectile response, could be a more effective and convenient transurethal delivery system of PGE₁.

X-관련성 만성육아종성질환의 진단을 위한 PMA-activated NBT 검사

목적 : Activated NBT 검사는 만성육아종성질환을 선별하는 검사이다. 활성제로 PMA를 사용하면 X-linked CGD의 경우 보인자를 감별할 수 있다. 방법 : CGD의 가족력을 부인하는 정상인 30명을 대상으로 PMA activated NBT 슬라이드 검사를 실시하여, 정상대조에서의 formazan 형성율을 보았으며, 동일 검사를 CGD가 강력히 의심되는 환자와 그 가족에 대하여 실시하였다. 결과 : 정상대조 30명 전원에서 98% 이상의 formazan 형성세포가 관찰되었다. 환자에게 실시한 결과 세환자 모두에서 0%의 결과를 보였다. 환자의 어머니에서는 각각 57, 70, 67%의 결과를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 세 환자는 X-관련성 만성육아종성질환이라는 진단을 내릴 수 있었다. PMA activated NBT 슬라이드 검사는 시행하기가 쉽고 재현성이 좋으므로, 어러 검사실에서 소아기 면역결핍증을 선별하는 검사의 하나로 시행되는게 바람직하다고 사료된다. Background : Chronic granulomatous disease(CGD) is uncommon inherited disorder in which phagocytic cells fail to produce antimicrobial superoxide(O₂) due to NADPH oxidase deficiency. This disease can be easily screened by activated nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT) test. In case of X-linked CGD, carriers also can be detected. Methods : PMA(phorbol myristate acetate) activated NBT test was performed as previously described. Test performance was evaluated in 30 normal persons who denied family history mimicking CGD. Test was also applied to the three strongly suspected cases of CGD. Two of the cases were 12 year old boy and 7 year old boy, who suffered from many infectious diseases since 6 month old and 4 month old, respectively. The other remaining case was 22 year old man who suffered from many infectious diseases since 6 year old, but now relatively in health compared to the other two cases. Results : More than 98% formazan formation was observed in all normal controls. No formazan positive cell was shown in all of the three patients. However, applied to the mothers, the test revealed 57%, 70%, 67% positive cells, respectively. Conclusion:X-linked transmission of CGD could be determined with the results of PMA activated NBT slide test. This test can be easily performed. It would be better to do this test routinely as one of the tests for the screening of the immmunodeficiency syndrome in childhood.

디자인의 새로운 本質, 文化的 象徵性(Cultural Symbolism)의 實驗的 假設에 관한 硏究

Modern design has been concreted as one of the styles clearly in industrial society. It sometimes emerges as a key weapon in the flight for industrial and commercial survival. But, companies which had already updated manufacturing methods, labour relations, product distribution and customer service now began to realize that it was not the modern design of their products that could determine whether they would compete or not. What is needed, it is concluded, is this study of contribution that would constitute an effective survey of modern design issues, the problems of modern design and some directions of futuristic design. The result-like all designed products in industrial society-is not perfect. As a whole, this study has carefully achived the next directions of post modern design through laboratory work for Cultural Symbolism. To create local culture, it is now needed to turn some problems of morden design into the new nature of design which is the commitment to make such radical changes of the way we handle localization. If we effort hard enough. we at-e certain that cultural symbolism is more competitive than modern design.

콜로이드 골드 나노입자의 단백질 수송성 평가법

Colloidal gold nanoparticles might be of use as nano scale delivery systems of various therapeutic materials in the firture. Recent studies have reported the feasibility of colloidal gold nanoparticles as gene delivery systems or protein delivery systems. In this study, we aimed to develop a short-step method useful for screening the optimal coating conditions of colloidal gold nanoparticles with proteins. We observed that colloidal gold nanoparticles have properties of changing its unique color when they were exposed to NaCl solution. Taking advantage of the color changing properties of colloidal gold nano-particles, we applied the color testing method of colloidal gold nanoparticles solutions for evaluating the protein coating nature. Using bovine senim albumin as a model protein, we tested the protein coating of colloidal gold nanoparticles via the color change upon NaCl addition. The optimal coating concentration and coating conditions of colloidal gold nanoparticles with bovine serum albumin were fixed using the color testing methods. We suggest that the color testing method might be applied to optimize the coating condition of colloidal gold nanoparticles with other therapeutic proteins.
