기계수확을 위한 무대재배 조생종 복숭아 ‘미홍’, ‘미황’ 과실의 수확기 품질예측지표 탐색

최근들어 농업생산 현장에서는 고령화에 따른 노동력 부족과 감염병 확산으로 인한 외국 노동력 부족 등으로 농산물의 안정적인 생산에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 노동력 절감을 위한 기계수확과 안정생산을 위한 스마트 노지기술에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 로봇을 이용한 과실의 기계수확 시 정확한 수확시기 결정을 위한 모델개발을 위하여 실시하였다. 실험재료는 무대재배 조생종 복숭아 ‘미홍’과 ‘미황’ 과실을 대상으로 만개 후 71일부터 90일까지의 과실 발육 기간 중 품질조사를 통하여 기계수확을 위한 최적의 숙도지표를 선발하고자 하였다. 조사항목은 과중, 종경, 횡경, 가용성 고형물 함량, 산함량, 경도, 과피색도 L<SUP>*</SUP>, a<SUP>*</SUP>, b<SUP>*</SUP>, a<SUP>*</SUP>/b<SUP>*</SUP>, Chroma, Hue, IAD, 에틸렌 생합성량을 조사하였다. 조사결과, 수확일까지 과중과 과실의 크기는 두 품종 모두 단일S자형 생장곡선을 보이며 발육하였다. 두 품종간 비대 양상 차이는 ‘미홍’ 과실은 횡경 비대가 컸으며, ‘미황’ 과실은 종경의 비대가 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 가용성 고형물 함량은 만개후 90일까지 지속적으로 증가하였으며, 산함량은 수확기까지 서서히 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 과실 경도는 만개후 두 품종 모두 만개 후 82일까지 지속적으로 감소하다가 2 ‒ 3일간 정체후 낮은 경도 값을 보였다. 만개 후 90일경은 두 품종 모두 식미감이 크게 떨어지는 것으로 조사되었다. 과피색도의 변화는 L<SUP>*</SUP>값은 초기에 증가하다가 만개 후 78일을 지나면서 서서히 감소하였고, a<SUP>*</SUP>( ‒녹색값 / +적색값)값은 수확기까지 지속적으로 두품종 모두 증가하였다. b<SUP>*</SUP>값과 Chroma값은 두 폼종 간 상이한 경향을 보였으며, Hue 값은 두품종 모두 성숙과 더불어 감소하였다. 본 실험에서 측정한 다양한 숙기 판정 지표 중 복숭아 ‘미홍’, ‘미황’ 과실에 적용 가능한 수확 판정용 지표로 색도값 a<SUP>*</SUP>와 Hue값이 적합할 것으로 판단되었으며, 만개 후 80일 정도에서 기계수확을 개시하는 것이 적합할 것으로 판단되었다. 수집된 품질특성에 대하여 다양한 통계분석을 통해 최적의 수확지표선발이 필요하고, 더불어 연차반복 조사를 통하여 정밀한 모델 개발이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다.

중소기업에서도 시스템적으로 기업을 운영하는 곳도 있지만 대부분의 중소기업에서는 CEO 개인의 역량과 수준에 따라 기업의 경영패턴이 달라진다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 중소기업의 CEO의 역량과 수준에 대한 연구는 매우 의미있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 중소제조업체의 CEO를 대상으로 설문을 통하여 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량을 발굴하고 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량을 평가할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량과 수준에 대한 전문가 평가를 통하여 구한 데이터를 ID3와 퍼지ID3를 이용하여 패턴분석을 하였으며, 그 결과로 생성되는 if-then 퍼지룰과 의사결정트리가 중소기업의 CEO 핵심역량 평가에 유용하다는 것을 보였다. A few small and medium enterprise administer its organization systematically, but most of them is affected by ability and level of a CEO rather than organization system. In this viewpoint, it can be said the study on ability and level of CEO in small and medium enterprise are so meaningful. Thus, in this paper, the core competency of CEO is obtained from the CEO through questionnaire and it is suggested the evaluation model of the CEO core competency. Also patterns were analyzed by ID3 and fuzzy ID3 from data on expert appraise for CEO core competency and level. The 'if-then' fuzzy rules and decision tree created by results of pattern analysis showed their usefulness for evaluation of CEO core competency in small and medium enterprise.

Background: The study was planned to show the status of indoor microorganisms and the status of the reduction device in the military dog clinic. Methods: Airborne microbes were analyzed according to the number of daily patient canines. For identification of bacteria, sampled bacteria was identified using VITEK<sup>®</sup>2 and molecular method. The status of indoor microorganisms according to the operation of the ventilation system was analyzed. Results: Airborne bacteria and fungi concentrations were 1000.6 ± 800.7 CFU/m<sup>3</sup> and 324.7 ± 245.8 CFU/m<sup>3</sup>. In the analysis using automated identification system, based on fluorescence biochemical test, VITEK<sup>®</sup>2, mainly human pathogenic bacteria were identified. The three most frequently isolated genera were Kocuria (26.6%), Staphylococcus (24.48%), and Granulicatella (12.7%). The results analyzed by molecular method were detected in the order of Kocuria (22.6%), followed by Macrococcus (18.1%), Glutamicibacter (11.1%), and so on. When the ventilation system was operated appropriately, the airborne bacteria and fungi level were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Airborne bacteria in the clinic tend to increase with the number of canines. Human pathogenic bacteria were mainly detected in VITEK<sup>®</sup>2, and relatively various bacteria were detected in molecular analysis. A decrease in the level of bacteria and fungi was observed with proper operation of the ventilation system.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate that Sunghyangjeongki-San which has been frequently medicated in the early stage of stroke can protect against ischemic damage in rat brain Methods : Extracellular levels of amino acids(glutamate, aspartate, GABA, glycine, taurine, tyrosine, alanine), organic acids(pyruvate, lactate), and cerebral infarction volume were measured at the striatum of rats subjected to permanant focal cerebral ischemia induced by 2 hours of middle cerebral artery occiusion(MCAO). Rats were orally administered with Sunghyangjeongki-San at 30mins before MCAO and the microdialysate was collected by intracerebral microdialysis three times before MCAO and six times after MCAO at 20mins interval and analyzed by HPLC. After a microdialysis study, the brain was sliced and stained with cresyl violet buffer for the measurement of cerebral infarcted area and volume by image analyzer system Results : The concentrations of glutamate, aspartate, and tyrosine known as excitatory neurotransmitters were significantly decreased in Sunghyangjeongki-San group compared with control group, The concentrations of GABA, glycine, taurine and alanine known as inhibitory neurotransmitters were significantly increased in Sunghyangjeongki-San group compared with control group. The concentrations of pyruvate and lactate showed little significant change in Sunghyangjeongki-San group compared with control group. The measurement of cerebral infarcted area and volume by image analyzer system were significantly decreased in Sunghyangjeongki-San group compared with control group. Conclusions : Sunghyangjeongki-San can affect on protecting against cerebral ischemia by regulating extracellular levels of excitatory and inhibitory amino acid neurotransmitters and improve the conditions of the patients in the early stage of stroke.
Surveillance of canine influenza A virus in the Republic of Korea from 2016 to 2021

Influenza A viruses (IAVs) are members of the family Orthomyxoviridae and genus Orthomyxovirus. Avian and mammalian species are the host of IAVs, which includes humans and dogs. Canine influenza virus (CIV) is an emerging pathogen that causes severe and acute respiratory diseases in dogs. This study monitored the antigen and antibody against CIV in dogs in the Republic of Korea (ROK) from 2016 to 2021. One thousand and seventy-two nasal swabs and 1,545 blood samples were collected from animal hospitals and animal shelters. Five nasal swabs in 2017 and seven in 2018 from stray dogs were positive for CIV according to RT-PCR. The prevalence of H3N2 CIV ranged from 9.5% to 24.8%, according to the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assay. On the other hand, none of the serum samples from 2018 to 2021 showed seropositivity against the avian H5, H7, and H9 viruses. The HI titers for H3N2 ranged from 16 to 512. The distribution of HI titer 16–32 was 57.6% in seropositive samples. The pet dogs were vaccinated against CIV, but the stray and military dogs were unvaccinated. In 2017 and 2018, the seroprevalence of CIV in stray dogs was higher than in the other years, and viral RNA was detected in nasal swabs. It may mean previous exposure of stray dogs to CIV. With the increasing number of pet dogs and the close contact between humans and dogs, canines could serve as an intermediate host for transmitting IAVs to humans. Therefore, continuous surveillance of CIV is needed for public health and the potential emergence of novel zoonotic viruses.
