        한국인의 신뢰 수준 및 영향 요인 : 단체참여 및 개인의 사회,경제적 배경과 대인신뢰, 단체신뢰, 대중매체 신뢰

        본 연구는 한국인의 신뢰수준과 단체참여를 중심으로 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여, 이를 토대로 신뢰 증진을 위한 방안을 논의하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대인신뢰, 단체신뢰, 대중매체신뢰와 관견된 23개 항목에 대한 신뢰를 Likert 5점 척도로 각각 질문하여 항목별 평균을 신뢰 측정치로 이용하였다. 각종 신뢰 변수와 단체참여 변수는 요인분석을 통하여 유형화 하였다. 본 연구의 측정을 위한 모집단은 우리나라 14개 광역 자치단체에 거주하는 20세 이상의 성인이다. 분석 결과 우리나라 국민들의 전반적인 신뢰수준은 유형별 큰 편차를 보였다. 즉 개인적 네트워크를 통해 이미 알고 있는 지인에 대한 사적신뢰는 매우 높은 반면 개인적인 친분이 없는 일반인 신뢰는 매우 낮게 나타났고, 사회단체에 대한 신뢰와 대중매체 신뢰는 비교적 높게 나타난 반면 공공기관에 대한 신뢰는 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 한편, 수평적 단체 및 수직적 단체 변수가 대인 및 단체 신뢰에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 대부분의 단체참여가 각종 신뢰에 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내었다. 개인의 사회경제적 배경에 따라 긍정적 또는 부정적 형태로 다양한 영향을 나타내었다. 이는 우리나라가 아직 공동사회에 기초한 신뢰에 의존하고 있어 시민사회 및 2차사회 중심의 신뢰가 제대로 형성되지 못하고 있음을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 토대로 신뢰증진의 필요성에 관해 논의하였다. This study examines the trust levels of Korean people, and clarifies the factors to affect the Korean people's trust. For the purpose of this study, how the factors including horizontal association participation, hierarchical association participation and individuals' socio-economic status affect Korean people's trust is analyzed. More than 7,000 surveys are used for data in 14 provinces in Korea. The major findings of this study as followings : First, the degree of Korean people's trust has distinct difference according to the relationship with them and the subjects of the trust. Korean people show high levels of trust for their family members, friends and colleagues who they know already, while they hardly trust the general people. They show comparatively high levels of trust for civil association and mass media, while they show comparatively low levels of trust for public institutions. Second, hierarchical social association participation as well as the horizontal participation positively affect personal, associational, and meas medial trust. Third, according to the individuals' socio-economic status, the levels of trust shows strikingly contrast. Some variables of individuals' socio-economic status positively affect some kinds of trust, and others negatively affect other kinds of trust. This means that Korean peoples' trust is formed mainly by the gemeinschaft, not by the gesellschaft yet. Overall, this paper discusses how to improve various kinds of trust and suggests research implications for further research.

      • 고추의 品質을 결정하는 成分形質에 對한 Heterosis表現과 組合能力

        Since the discovery of genetic-cytoplasmic made sterility of hot pepper, many F₁varieties were come out in Korea. Thus, to clarify the inheritance mode of some important quality characters of hot pepper, heterosis, combining ability and gene actions were estimated with diallel crosses among 6 hot pepper varieties. The materials were grown in the field and were served for genetic analysis. The results of F₁diallel cross for some quality characters were as follows. 1. In carotenoid content, significant heterosis was showed, while it was not showed in capsaicin, vitamine C, sugar and free amino acid content. 2. The continuous variation was obserbed in the quality characters of hot pepper such as capsaicin, carotenoid, vitamine C, sugar, and free amino acid content. 3. Besides the additive control, some combinations showed the epistasis or complementary control of polygene, and dominant major gene seemed to be effect, too. 4. The mean squares of general combining ability (GCA) for all studied characters were highly significant, but those of specific combining ability (SCA) were not significant. 5. Capsaicin content were positively correlated with carotenoid content while it was not negatively correlated with vitamin C, sugar, and free amino acid content. 6. Fruit weight was negatively correlated with capsaicin and carotenoid content, while it was negatively correlated with vitamine C, sugar, and free amino acid content. 7. To improve the F₁ hybrid with large fruit and high capsaicin content, selection of breeding materials was indispensable problem. This work was also showed possibility to breed the high quality varieties contained a plenty of vitamine C and amino acid.

        With a view to examining the habit and method in which old people maintain and improve their health, we consulted 551 men and 444 women who were over 65 years old, and concluded as follows: 1. Habit of eating It's been revealed that most of the old people keep a regular eating hour, control the quantity of meal or eat a little food, and prefer vegetables to meat. 2. Mental health Old people feel the necessity for mental health and most of them (about 80%) keep good mental health without becoming pessimistic. Their chief concenrs have turned out to be about their sons and daughters and their own health and finance. 3. Managing Good Health It has been revelaed that old people do not possess any special kind of secret to keep good health but taking plenty of rest, regular meal, and proper exercise, and many of them (about 60%) have been shown to eat invigorant food that they can easily get around their living area. 4. Physical Functions It has been revealed that many old people are conscious of some symptoms about their parts of body and about to percent of them suffers from neuralgia. Some measures like medical aid especially for old people need to be taken as soon as possible. As we have found that the health-keeping method of old people consists plenty of rest, proper exercise, and appropriate nutrition, we can conclude that the recreatonal and culture facilities and programs for keeping old people in good health should be developed. It is also necessary to study food that contribute to their health and develop ways to get rid of the stresses to which they are exposed in their daily life. Presides, it is natural that government found an administrative department to deal with these matters effectively.

        Strain Monitoring and Damage Detection of a Filament Wound Composite Pressure Tank Using Embedded Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors

        <P>Composite pressure tanks are rapidly expanding in their range of use. However, for high pressure flammable or toxic gases, there is less confidence about their reliability. In this study, fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors embedded into a composite pressure tank monitored strain and detected damage. The sensor heads and fiber optic lines were protected with an acrylate recoating, adhesive films, PVC tubes and Teflon film to survive under the harsh environment of the filament winding process. During the quasi-static loading test, the internal strain was measured with embedded FBG sensor arrays. In order to detect damage occurred during the test, impacts were applied on three different positions in each side by an impact hammer. The difference between damaged and undamaged sides in impact response was analyzed. An interrogation system using a wavelength-swept fiber laser (WSFL) was used for measuring strain, and an erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) laser source with a tunable Fabry-Perot filter was used for measuring impact response.</P>

        Nanocrack-regulated self-humidifying membranes

        <P>The regulation of water content in polymeric membranes is important in a number of applications, such as reverse electrodialysis and proton-exchange fuel-cell membranes. External thermal and water management systems add both mass and size to systems, and so intrinsic mechanisms of retaining water and maintaining ionic transport(1-3) in such membranes are particularly important for applications where small system size is important. For example, in proton-exchange membrane fuel cells, where water retention in the membrane is crucial for efficient transport of hydrated ions(1,4-7), by operating the cells at higher temperatures without external humidification, the membrane is self-humidified with water generated by electrochemical reactions(5,8). Here we report an alternative solution that does not rely on external regulation of water supply or high temperatures. Water content in hydrocarbon polymer membranes is regulated through nanometre-scale cracks ('nanocracks') in a hydrophobic surface coating. These cracks work as nanoscale valves to retard water desorption and to maintain ion conductivity in the membrane on dehumidification. Hydrocarbon fuel-cell membranes with surface nanocrack coatings operated at intermediate temperatures show improved electrochemical performance, and coated reverse-electrodialysis membranes show enhanced ionic selectivity with low bulk resistance.</P>

        Comparison of a revaprazan-loaded solid dispersion, solid SNEDDS and inclusion compound: Physicochemical characterisation and pharmacokinetics

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The aim of this research was to compare three strategies for enhancing the solubility of poorly water-soluble revaprazan hydrochloride: solid dispersion, solid SNEDDS and inclusion compound. The influence of polymers, surfactants and oils on the drug solubility was assessed, and via the chosen carriers, the three types of formulations were prepared utilising spray drying technique. Their physicochemical properties, solubility, dissolution and pharmacokinetics in rats were performed compared with revaprazan powder. Among the liquid SNEDDS formulations assessed, the compositions of revaprazan, peceol, Tween 80 and Labrasol (10:15:55:30, weight ratio) provided the smallest emulsion size. Moreover, this liquid SNEDDS and dextran were suspended/dissolved in distilled water, and spray-dried, producing an optimal revaprazan-loaded solid SNEDDS. The appropriate solid dispersion and inclusion compound were composed of revaprazan, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and cremophor A25 (5:1.4:5.6) and drug and hydroxyl-β-cyclodextrin (2.5:8.77), respectively. The crystalline drug was converted to an amorphous state in all formulations. In the solid dispersion, the drug was attached to the hydrophilic carrier. The solid SNEDDS and inclusion compound contained aggregate microspheres and separate microspheres, respectively. All formulations significantly increased the drug solubility, dissolution, plasma concentration and AUC compared with revaprazan powder. These properties were ranked in the order solid dispersion ≥ solid SNEDDS > inclusion compound. Particularly, the solid dispersion improved about 9500-fold drug solubility and 10-fold oral bioavailability. Thus, the improved properties were considerably dependent upon these techniques, although all of the techniques employed similar mechanisms.         LSA를 이용한 문장 상호 추천과 문장 성향 분석을 통한 문서 요약

        본 논문에서는 그래프기반 문장랭킹 방식인 문장 상호 추천과 문장의 주관, 객관 성향을 이용하는 문장 성향 분석을 혼합한 새로운 요약문 추출 방법에 대해서 기술한다. 문장 상호 추천에서는 문장을 단어벡터로 변환한 후에 LSA를 이용하여 문장과 문장 사이의 유사도 점수를 계산하였다. 이렇게 얻어진 유사도와 각 단어의 희귀도(Rarity Score)를 기반으로 문장과 문장 사이의 연결 강도를 정의하여, 그래프 기반 문장 랭킹 방식을 적용 하였다. 한편, 문장성향 분석에서는 주관, 객관 성향을 결정하기 위해서 기존의 Golden Standard 단어 성향 분류를 기반으로 워드넷을 확장하여 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 이를 통해 각 단어들의 성향을 판단하고 단어들의 평균 성향을 문장의 전체 성향에 반영하여, 주관적 성향을 띄는 문장들을 선택하였다. 최종적으로 문장 상호 추천 결과와 문장 성향 분석 결과를 혼합하여 주어진 문서로부터 요약문을 추출하였다. 요약문 추출 기능의 객관적인 성능 평가를 위하여 추출된 요약문 토대로 한 분류게임을 실시하였고, 그 결과를 MS-Word에 포함된 문서 요약 기능과 비교함으로써, 제안한 모델의 효과성을 확인하였다. In this paper, we describe a new summarizing method based on a graph-based and a sense-based analysis. In the graph-based analysis, we convert sentences in a document into word vectors and calculate the similarity between each sentence using LSA. We reflect this similarity of sentences and the rarity scores of words in sentences to define weights of edges in the graph. Meanwhile, in the sense-based analysis, in order to determine the sense of words, subjectivity or objectivity, we built a database which is extended from the golden standards using Wordnet. We calculate the subjectivity of sentences from the sense of words, and select more subjective sentences. Lastly, we combine the results of these two methods. We evaluate the performance of the proposed method using classification games, which are usually used to measure the performances of summarization methods. We compare our method with the MS-Word auto-summarization, and verify the effectiveness of ours.

        Background: Gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) is an enzyme mainly produced from the cells of the hepatobiliary tract. And, It has been introduced as a biomarker for oxidative stress by smoking as well as alcohol consumption. This study was performed to evaluate the association between smoking and serum GGT concentration Methods: The effect of cigarette smoking on serum activities of the enzyme, GGT was investigated using the data of the 5th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (5th KNHANES, 2010 to 2012); a cross-sectional survey in the general population of Korea. Results: We analyzed 11,670 subjects (age> 19 years) who had the data about smoking status and serum GGT levels. Subjects comprised 4,597 subjects who are cigarette smokers and 7,073 who do not smoke, which serves as control. The mean ± standard deviation (S.D) of serum GGT levels in cigarette smokers and non-smokers were 48.74± 69.35 U/L and 23.18± 24.03 U/L respectively, showing a significant increase in serum level of GGT (P<0.001) when compared with controls. GGT levels showed a significant positive correlation with amount of smoking (r=0.249, P<0.001). Cigarette smoking produced a significant increase in GGT activity irrespective of low to moderate alcohol consumption Conclusions: The levels of serum GGT was significantly associated with the status and amount of smoking. Smoking should be taken into account when assessing the significance of GGT activities.

      • Novel sodium fusidate-loaded film-forming hydrogel with easy application and excellent wound healing

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>To develop a novel sodium fusidate-loaded film-forming hydrogel (FFH) for easy application and excellent wound healing, various FFH formulations and corresponding FFH dried films were prepared with drug, polyvinylalcohol (PVA), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), propylene glycol, ethanol and water, and their film forming times, mechanical properties, drug release, <I>in vivo</I> wound healing in rat and histopathology were assessed. The sodium fusidate-loaded FFH composed of sodium fusidate/PVP/PVA/propylene glycol/ethanol/water at the weight ratio of 1/2/12/3/8/74 could form a corresponding dried film in the wound sites promptly due to fast film-forming time of about 4min. This FFH showed an appropriate hardness and adhesiveness. Furthermore, this corresponding dried film provided an excellent flexibility and elasticity, and gave relatively high drug release. As compared with the sodium fusidate-loaded commercial product, it significantly improved excision and infection wound healing in rats. This FFH was stable at 45°C for at least 6 months. Therefore, this novel sodium fusidate-loaded FFH would be an effective pharmaceutical product with easy application for the treatment of wounds.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
