      • 급속열처리 장비의 온도 조절기용 전력 제어장치의 설계

        위상 제어방식을 이용한 급속 열처리 장비의 온도조절기용 전력 제어장치를 설계하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시된 설계 방법에 따라 전력제어장치를 제작 · 실험한 결과 가변입력제어신호(0~10 V)에 대해 가변출력평균전압(0~198.06 V), 제어 분해능 48.356 mV(12bit)를 얻었다. The method of designing power controller for temperature control of rapid thermal processing by using phase control method is presented. The power controller is fabricated by using design method presented is this method. The experimental results show that variable output average voltages are 0∼ 198.06 V and control resolution is 48.356 mV(12bit) at variable input control signal voltage range(0~ 10 V)

      • 일정열유법을 이용한 열물성 측정

        The thermal diffusivities of various insulation materials have been measured by the constant heat method which is a kind of transient method. In this study, A semi-infinite solid was selected as mathematical model. The sample was placed in the electric furnace which can be heated up to 500℃, and heat flux was radiated on the front surface of a sample with an infrared lamp. The temperatures have been measured at three points of the sample. The purpose of the present study is to develop an experimental apparatus that is simple in its measuring and can be obtained high accurate results. The apparatus was examined the accuracy by comparing with a U.S. standard sample made in NBS. The error between the NBS's recommended values and the measured results in this study was within 8.7% when the temperature was varied from 20℃ to 80℃. Finally, the thermal diffusivities of several domestic ineulation materials choosen arbitrary were measured, and found the results having wide spread values about same kind of materials. The standardization of data about the materials produced by domestic industries was required.

        This study performed to find out risk factors of hearing loss. The subjects of investigation were workers working in a paper mill under permissible exposure level(PEL) of noise. The results were as follows: 1. The noise induced hearing loss could be occurred under PEL. 2. The most prominent factor causing hearing loss was the working duration. 3. The risk factors of hearing loss in working under PEL were not similar to those workers of above PEL. 4. Under PEL, the individual susceptibility may be more important risk factor of hearing loss than others.

      • 병원내 생리기능 검사실의 적정 업무환경에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to suggest guideline for optimal work environment of physiological laboratory in hospital. Therefore this study was carried out to analyze the actual condition of laboratory system, major equipments and persons. The period of survey was from September to November 1997 and the objects were 123 laboratory. The major results of this study were as follows. 1. The optimal areas of general ECG room, exercise ECG room and echocardiology room were all 9-18㎡, that of Holter ECG room was 3-12㎡. The optimal areas of neurosystem laboratory were all 9-12㎡, those of respiratory system laboratory were all 9-18㎡. 2. The optimal number of persons laboratory of hospital 500 beds and less were 2∼3, those of 501∼700 beds were 3∼4.701∼1.000 beds were 4∼5 and over 1.001 beds were 7∼8 persons in circulatory system laboratory. The optimal number of persons laboratory of hospital 500 beds less than were 1∼2, those of 501∼700 beds were 3∼4, 701∼1.000 beds were 6∼7 and over 1.001 beds were over 8 persons in neurosystem laboratory. The optimal number of persons laboratory of hospital 500 beds and less 1. those 501∼1.000 beds were 1∼2 and over 1.001 beds were 2∼3 persons in repiratory system laboratory. 3. The optimal number of equipments of general ECG were 2∼3 in the 500∼1.000 beds hospital. there were 3∼4 units in the 1,001 beds. The optimal number of equipment EEG were both 1∼2 in the hospital 500 beds and less and 501∼700 beds. those were 4∼5 units in hospital over 701 beds. The optimal number of equipments of spirograph were both 1∼2 in the hospital 500 and less and 501∼1.000 beds. those were 2∼3 units in the over 1.001 beds. 4. In view of speciality and legal problem of physiofunctional test. we sugget that non-licensee were so quickly change place licensee in the interests of optimal work environment. 5. We suggest that to upgrade qualitative level of domestic equipment and to the more amplify utilization with respect to domestic equipment for the purpose of reducing loss of foreign money.

      • Paclitaxel 및 Apo-2L/TRAIL이 자궁경부암 세포주 아포토시스에 미치는 영향

        Objective: TRAIL(also called Apo-2L) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor(TNF) family of cytokines which induces apoptosis cell death in a variety of tumor cell lines. It mediates its apoptotic effects through one of two receptors, DR4 and DR5, which are members of the TNF receptor family, and whose cytoplasmic regions contain death domains. TNF and Fas ligand induces apoptosis in tumor cells; however, their severe toxicity toward normal tissues hampers their application to cancer therapy. We examed if paclitaxed and/or Apo-2LTRAIL induces apoptosis of cervical cancer HeLa, SiHa, ME-180, and CaSki cells. Mehods : We have demonstrated that paclitaxel and Apo-2L/TRAIL induces apoptosis of cervical cancer HeLa, SiHa, CaSki and ME-180 cell lines in a dose-dependent manner. HeLa, SiHa, ME-180 and CaSki were obtained from American Type Culture Colection. Recombinant Human TRAIL(Chmicon). DR4 and DR5 were purchased from Santa Cruz. Paclitaxel, MTT assay Kit, Acridine orange and Ethium bormide were purchased from Sigma. HeLa and SiHa were grown in DMEM. ME-180 and CaSki were grown in RPMI. Tripan blue stain and MTT assay were done for cytotoxicity. Annexin V-FITC and PI(propidium iodide) flowcytometry for apoptosis assay. DR4 and DR% were expressed by Western Blot. Fluorescent Microscopy used Acridine orange(AO) and Ethium bromide(EB). Results : Importantly, concurrent treatment of cervical cancer cells with paclitaxed and Apo-2L/TRAIL induces significantly more apoptosis than Apo-2L/TRAIL alone. Conclusion : We need further studies which reveals possible therapeutic potential in the women with cervical cancer by suing Apo-2L/TRAIL.

      • 흰쥐 척수 및 등뿌리신경절에서 Tyrosine Hydroxylase 함유구조물의 분포

        정상 흰쥐의 각 분절별 척수 및 등뿌리신경절에서 catecholamine 함유구조물의 분포를 알아보고자 tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)에 대한 항체를 이용하여 면역조직화학적 염색을 실시하였다. 그 결과 TH 함유신경세포는 목척수분절과 엉치척수분절에서 관찰되었다. 목척수분절의 TH 함유신경세포는 첫째와 둘째 목척수분절에서만 관찰되었으며 신경돌기가 잘 발달된 다각형의 세포인 것으로 보아 이들은 뇌줄기의 TH 함유신경세포군이 목척수분절로 연장된 것이라 생각된다. 그러나 엉치척수분절에서 관찰되는 대부분의 TH 함유신경세포는 세포돌기가 보이지 않고 세포체부분만 면역염색되어 관찰되는 것으로 보아 퇴화단계의 세포인 것으로 생각된다. TH 함유신경섬유는 척수의 모든 분절에서 관찰되었으며 이들 TH 함유신경섬유가 각 척수분절의 등뿔보다 배쪽뿔과 중간뿔에서 훨씬 높은 밀도로 관찰되는 것으로 보아 catecholamine은 척수에서 체성감각뿐만 아니라 자율신경계 및 운동신경계의 조절에 관여하리라 생각된다. 등뿌리신경절에서 관찰되는 TH 함유신경세포는 척수의 엉치분절에서 관찰되는 것과 마찬가지로 세포돌기가 거의 보이지 않고 세포체부분만 염색되어 보였다. 또한 등뿌리 신경절의 TH 함유신경섬유는 혈관의 벽을 나선형으로 감고 돌아가는 형태로 관찰되었으며 어느 것도 등뿌리신경절의 신경세포와 연관되어 관찰되지는 않았다. 이로 보아 정상 쥐의 등뿌리신경절에서 catecholamine은 신경세포 사이의 신경전달이나 졸절보다는 신경절 내의 혈류조절과 관계있을 것으로 생각된다. With the aim of gaining more insight into the catecholaminergic system in the nervous system of the rat, we have studied the precise distribution pattern of the tyrosine hydroxylase immunoreactive (TH-IR) fibers and soma in the spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion. In the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) TH-IR fibers were observed to run along the vessel wall, spirally and not found in the neural tissue itself. A few TH-IR fibers were found in the spinal nerve, not in the ventral root. Many TH-IR neurons were distributed in the L3, 4, 5, and 6 DRG but none of them were found in the other DRG segments. In the spinal cord, TH-IR fibers have shown sparse distribution all over spinal cord but relatively dense distribution in the ventral hom, intermediolateral column, lamina I of the dorsal horn of the cervical, lumbar, sacral, and coccygeal segment. TH-IR neurons were found in the interrmediolateral column, dorsal gray commissure, dorsal horn of the C1 and C2 segments and S1-4 segments. TH-IR neurons in the cervical segments were polygonal or spindle shaped with well developed processes. In contrast to this, TH-IR neurons in the sacral segments were oval or spindle shaped withe no processes. In conclusion, neurons in the DRG were not influenced by catecholaminergic nervous input. Intrinsic catecholaminergic nervous systems were found in both of spinal cord and DRG.

      • 급성하벽심근경색에서 전흉부유도 ST절 하강의 의의

        목적 : 급성하벽심근경색증 환자에서 심전도상 흔히 동반되는 전흉부유도 ST절 하강의 의의를 알아보았다. 방법 : 심근경색후 24시간에서 48시간에 얻은 심전도를 기준으로 52명의 급성하벽심근경색증 환자를 전흉부유도에서 ST절의 하강이 있는 군과 없는 군으로 나누었으며 심도자, 관상동맥조영술, 심초음파도 및 방사성 핵종을 이용한 좌심구혈율 측정 등을 시행하였다. 결과 : 1) 좌심실확장기말압은 전흉부유도에서 ST절의 하강이 있는 경우에서 16.9±5.33mmHg로 없는 경우의 11.0±4.02mmHg보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 그러나 운동량 및 좌심구혈을은 흥부 유도상 ST절의 하강이 있는 경우 7.6±3.0 METs 및 53.9±9.1%로 없는 경우의 9.1±2.7 METs 및 54.6±9.5%보다 낮았으나 통계적 유의성은 없었다(p=0.180, p=0.823). 2) 관상동맥조영술상 전흉부 ST절의 하강이 동반된 군에서는 유의한 좌전하행지나 좌회선지의 협착이 있는 경우가 60.9% 및 57.9%로 ST절의 하강이 없는 군에서의 34.5% 및 7.7%와 비교해 좌관상동맥에 협착이 동반된 경우가 많았다(p=0.050, p=0.001). 3) 관상동맥조영술상 세 혈관질환의 빈도는 흉부유도상 ST절의 하강을 보인 23예에서 10예로 ST절 하강이 없었던 29예중 2예에 비하여 유의하게 많았고(P=0.007), 단 혈관질환의 빈도는 ST절의 하강을 보인 군에서 23예중 5예로 ST절 하강이 없었던 29예중 17예에 비하여 유의하게 적었다(P=0.002). 두 혈관질환의 경우에는 각각 8예와 10예로 양군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4) 흉부유도상 ST절 하강의 빈도는 단 혈관질환 22예 중 5예에서, 두 혈관질환 18예중 8예, 세 혈관질환 12예 중 10예에서 관찰되어 협착이 있는 관상동맥의 수가 많을수록 ST절의 하강이 나타나는 빈도가 많음을 보였다(p=0.00308). 그러나 흉부유도상 나타난 ST절의 하강을 모두 합하여 구한 ST절 하강의 합은 협착이 있는 관상동맥의 수와 통계적인 유의성이 없었다. 5) 심초음파도상 좌심실 하벽의 벽운동은 ST절 하강을 보인 군에서는 akinesia가 83.3%, hypokinesia가 11.1%, 정상 벽운동이 5.6%로, ST절 하강이 없었던 군에서의 dyskinesia가 3.6%, akinesia가 39.3%, hypokinesia가 25.0%, 정상 벽운동이 32.1%와 비교하여 ST절의 하강이 있는 군에서 유의하게 벽운동의 장애가 빈번함을 보였다(p=0.03891). 그러나 좌심실전벽, 측벽 및 중격부위에서는 유의한 벽운동의 차이가 없었다. 결론 : 급성하벽심근경색증 환자의 전흉부유도에서 ST절의 하강이 동반되는 경우 다혈관 질환의 가능성이 높으며 좌심실확장기말압이 상승되었고 운동능력은 감소되어 있었다. 또한 심초음파도상 좌심실하벽의 벽운동장애도 심하였다. 따라서 전흉부 ST절의 하강을 동반한 급성하벽심근경색증 환자는 전흉부유도에 ST절 하강이 없는 경우보다 예후가 불량할 것으로 생각되며, 보다 적극적인 치료가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of precordial ST segment depression appearing during acute inferior myocardial infarction and to assess the correlation of that with angiographic finding. 52 patients were allocated into two groups based on the existence of precordial ST segment depression : 23 patients with ST segment depression and 29 patients without ST segment depression. The extent of coronary artery disease as well as the prevalence of significant stenosis (≥70%) in left anterior descending artery were more frequent in patients showing precordial ST segment depression than in patients not showing them (p=0.050) and the result were similar in cases of left circumplex artery (p=0.001). On echocrdiographic examination of left ventricular (LV) wall motion, it showed more severely decreased inferior LV wall motion in patients showing precordial ST segment depression than in patients not showing them (p=0.03891) even though the other segment of LV wall motion didn't show the statistical difference between both groups. The other cardiac parameters such as LVEDP, exercise amount (METs) and ejection fraction were tend to showing bad profile in patients with precordial ST segment depression. From the above results, we could deduce that patients with precordial ST segment depression have relatively large infarction or concomitant left coronary artery disease, so they need more caution and intensive theraphy.

        To obtain high quality fish oil and feedstuff from by-product of squid processing, especially squid viscera, the raw materials should be freshed and have low lipid oxidation. In addition, the lipid content in stickwater produced from raw squid viscera by centrifuging should be low level. We investigated on processing acceptability for viscera in domestic and exotic squids to prepare a feed for mandarin fish. Lipid oxidation in domestic squid viscera occured less than that in exotic squid one. It assumed that exotic squid was stored at higher temperature condition and for longer time, compared to domestic squid. The free amino acids content in domestic squid viscera was higher than that in exotic squid one. The domestic squid viscera was more acceptable as feed material for mandarin fish than exotic squid one.

      • 수직냉각면을 가진 함수정방형내에서 초기온도가 동결량에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        The effect of initial temperature on freezing with vertical cold wall in rectangular cavity was studied. When the initial temperature was below the 4℃, the frozen thickness in the upper part was thicker than that of lower part from the beginning of freezing and above the 4℃, at beginning the frozen thickness in the upper part was thinner than that of lower part but with time the frozen thickness in the upper part was thicker than that of lower part. And when it was above the 8℃, at the beginning of freezing the upper part of frozen thickness was thinner than that of lower part with concave but with time the concave in the upper part became thicker and the frozen thickness in the upper part was thicker than that of lower part too. The effect of initial temperature had no effect on the increasing of ice volume with time because in the beginning of freezing the more initial temperature was low, the more frozen thickness grew but the heat resistance increased in proportion as the frozen thickness grew.

        일본잎갈나무 낙엽의 추출성분 및 항산화활성

        일본잎갈나무 낙엽 (8.5kg)을 채취하여 9.5% EtOH 용액으로 추출하고 농축된 추출용액은 분획깔때기로 헥산, 메틸렌클로라이드, 에틸아세테이트 및 수용성으로 순차 추출하여 동결건조하였다. 에틸아세테이트용성과 수용성 분획에 대하여 칼럼크로마트크래피를 실시하였고, 충진물질로는 Sephadex LH-20을, 용리용매로는 메탄올 수용액 및 에탈올-핵산 혼합용액을 사용하였다. 단리된 화합물들은 TLC로 확인한 후 NMR 스펙트럼을 사용하여 정확한 구조규명을 하였고 FAB-MS와 EI-MS 스펙트럼으로 분자량을 측정하였다. 일본잎갈나무 낙엽으로부터 5개의 화합물을 단리하였으며, 각 분획물과 단리된 화합물들은 DPPH 라디칼 소거법을 이용하여 항산화 시험을 실시하였다. Fallen neeldes (8.5kg) of Larix kaempferi were separately collected. extracted with 95% EtOH. EtOH extract was evaporated under reduced pressure, concentrated then successively fractionated with a series of hexane. methylene chloride, ethylaectate and water on a separatory funnel. Then, each fraction was freeze dried. A portion of ethylacetate and water soluble powder were packed on a column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20) eluting with aqueous MeOH and EtOH-hexane mixture. Spectrometric analyses such as NMR and FAB-MS including TLC were performed to characterize the structures of isolated compounds.
