In this paper, a lightweight printed dipole antenna array with 3×2 beamforming network for wide unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication coverage is presented. The proposed antenna consists of an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and two supports with a microstrip feeding. The upper substrate has a two-element printed dipole antenna array, and the lower substrate includes a beamforming feeding circuit and a ground plane as a refector of the proposed antenna array for gain improvement. For wide beam coverage, the proposed feeding network consists of three RF switches, one Wilkinson power divider, and one 90° hybrid coupler, and generates the wide beam using one broadside beam and two end-fre beams. Measured impedance bandwidth, peak gain, and half-power beamwidth (HPBW) of the proposed array operated from 5.03 to 5.15 GHz are approximately 2 GHz, 4.3 dBi, and 155°, respectively.

Objective : The main purpose of this research is to make a survey of the effective way of the Korean traditional medical care about Traffic accidental patients. Methods : In following research, 27 patients of Traffic accident and 33 patients of Non-Traffic accident to be diagnosied as Lumbar spine Sprain who hospitalized in the Dong-shin Korean Traditional Medicine Hospital from January 1, 2003 to November 31, 2003 were surveyed. Result : 1. In distribution of sex and age, the female ratio was higher and twenties was the most distribution of age in Traffic accidental patients, the male ratio was higher and tirties was the most distribution of age in Non-Traffic accidental patients. 2. the number of patients via other hospital was much than that of the first visitor to our hospital in Traffic accidental patients, but the case of Non-Traffic accidental patients was contray results. 3. In medical Treatment, acupunture theraphy(100.0%), negative theraphy(100.0%), moxibustion theraphy(74.07%) et. was used in Traffic accidental patients, acupunture theraphy(100.0%), negative theraphy(100.0%), moxibust ion theraphy(84.84%), herbal acupunture theraphy(54.54%) et. was used in Non-Traffic accidental patients.

The goal of this paper is to propose a way to federate DF registries so that makes users or autonomous agents to find target agents more conveniently and efficiently. We designed federation for DF registry supporting the cooperation. We introduce the proposed system for agent platform and describe how to use the proposed system for registering agent services and searching target agent services for communications.
Foreign bodies in the digestive system in the diarrheic Hanwoo calves: A retrospective study

Among several diseases of calves, diarrhea is the most prevalent disease and has been a major cause of economic loss to the cattle industry. The main etiologic agents of diarrhea in calves are bacteria, viruses, and protozoa, but non-infectious factors including foreign bodies obstruction in the diges-tive system also focused as the cause of calf diarrhea in the recent days. Because there is still limited information for foreign body-related diarrhea in calves, especially in Hanwoo, the present retrospec-tive study reviewed the medical records for diarrheic calves with foreign body in the digestive system (n=32). The morbidity was determined as 3.03% and more than half of them presented the acidosis, hyponatremia, and azotemia. The mortality in laparotomy-operated calves to remove foreign bodies or in non-operated ones was 28% or 85.7%, respectively, implied the importance of aggressive deci-sion for laparotomy when the foreign bodies were determined in the digestive system in diarrheic calves. During laparotomy, trichobezoars (hair balls) and hays were the main foreign bodies and prevalently placed in the abomasum. In the trials to predict prognosis by several clinical factors, the time for laparotomy over 2 days after first diagnosis, acidosis, and foreign body in the abomasum were highly associated with mortality. Therefore, we believe that prompt surgical procedure (laparot-omy) is necessary upon obstruction in the digestive system by foreign bodies is tentatively diagnosed in the diarrheic calf. In addition, when differential diagnosis list is made, foreign body-related diar-rhea is necessary to be included in case of diarrheic calf.
Radiological Characteristics of the Havar Foil in the Cyclotron Target

The cyclotron is an apparatus used for the production of radioactive isotopes through nuclear reactions, resulting in the inevitable emission of neutrons. Consequently, surrounding components become activated. The purpose of this study was to investigate the radiological characteristics of Havar foil, a periodic replacement part of the Targetry system. In this study, radioactivity and radiation dose were calculated based on the time of Havar foil replacement and equipment dismantling. The time to dismantle the equipment was set at one year after the equipment was shut down, based on the recently used 1g of Havar foil. All simulations were performed using the FLUKA program. First, in the simulation results, 11 elements (Re, W, Tc, Nb, Cu, Ni, Co, Fe, Mn, Cr, V) were converted into 36 radioisotopes by activation based on the replacement period. Based on radioactivity levels, major isotopes included 52Mn (77.63%), 56Co (13.36%), 96Tc (2.4%), and 95Tc (1.80%). Based on radiation dose rates, 52Mn (82.66%) and 56Co (13.45%) exhibited the highest levels. Furthermore, the dose rates at distances of 10 cm, 50 cm, and 100 cm were found to be 1.36E+1 mSv/hr, 2.24E+00 mSv/hr, and 8.80E-01 mSv/hr, respectively. Second, as of the time the equipment was dismantled, 20 radioactive isotopes of 10 elements, excluding short-lived nuclides, were generated. In terms of radioactivity, 56Co (45.83%), 55Fe (19.73%), 57Co (14.48%), and 54Mn (13.50%) were prominent. Regarding radiation dose rates, 56Co (92%) and 54Mn (7.32%) exhibited higher levels. Dose rates at distances of 10 cm, 50 cm, and 100 cm were calculated at 5.31E-01 mSv/hr, 8.80E-02 mSv/hr, and 3.47 E-02 mSv/hr, respectively. Third, according to the radioactive waste classification standards in the replacement and decommissioning stages, Havar foil was predicted to be low-level radioactive waste in terms of radioactivity. In addition, it was derived that a cooling period of approximately 12 years is necessary to satisfy the allowable dose for clearance level waste. In conclusion, Havar foil, which is periodically generated as radioactive waste, can cause radiation exposure to replacement workers. Therefore, special and careful management is required for the Havar foil of the cyclotron.

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) is rarely reported in patients with normal immune function. Recently, nonimmunocompromised hosts such as patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and critically ill patients in intensive care units are reported to be at risk of IPA. Influenza infection is also believed to be associated with IPA among immunocompetent patients. However, most reports of IPA with influenza infection involved influenza A infection including pandemic influenza H1N1, and IPA associated with influenza B infection was scarcely reported. Here, we report probable IPA with a fatal clinical course in an immunocompetent patient with influenza B infection. We demonstrate IPA as a possible complication in immunocompetent patients with influenza B infection. Early clinical suspicion of IPA and timely antifungal therapy are required for better outcomes in such cases.
