In this paper, we introduce the method for developing the mobile 3D game engine based on the WIPI platform which has been proposed as the mobile standard platform. Our game engine is designed so that it supports OpenGL-ES and JSR-184 that are mobile 3D graphic APIs. Our game engine has a mobile emulator operated on PC and SDK to support mobile programming in PC environments. Mobile 3D game developers can use the APIs at various levels. Also, the game engine is developed in modular in order to support various game genres.
Cortisone acetate 투여한 마우스의 Pneumocystis carinii 감염양상 및 세포매개성 면역반응에 관한 연구

This study was attempted to find the cell-mediated immune responses and infection aspects of Pneumocystis carinii in immunosuppressive mice. The experimental groups were administered the suppressive regimen consisting of cortisone acetate 2.5mg injected subcutaneously twice a week, a low(8%) protein diet, and tetracycline in the drinking water(1mg/ml) for 10 weeks. From the 1st week after cortisone acetate injection, the number of P. carinii cysts in the lung specimens were examined by Gomori's methenamine silver stain at 1 week interval for 10 weeks. And the blastogenic response of spleen cells treated with Con. A (5.0㎍/ml) was examined by [^3H]-thymidine incorporation assay at the same time. The results obtained in this study were as follows: 1. The number of P. carinii cysts were remarkably increased in the lungs from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, and thereafter was slowly increased throughout the experiment. 2. The blastogenic response of Con. A treated-splenocytes from mice injected with cortisone acetate was significantly declined as compared with those of the control mice(p<0.05). 3. There were not correlation between the number of P carinii cysts in the lung specimens and the blastogenic responses of splenocytes to Con. A(correlation coefficient, r=0.38285, p<0.2749).

There were no specific effects for test materials on Sprague-Dawley (S.D.) rats in clinical symptoms, amounts of food intakes, weight changes, laboratory findings, and pathology after whole body l, l-Dichloro-1 -fluoroethane (used as coolant, metal cleaner and solvents) exposure(0, 1,500, 3,000, and 6,000 ppm) for 13 weeks (6 hour/day, 5 days/week). However, the loss of capillary vessels in eyeball (pupil) was observed in a female rat among 6,000 ppm group. Though there was a tendency for MCHC (Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration) in rat to be decreased (p<0.05), it was not regarded as abnormal because the values were within normal limits. In asthma-stimulation related evaluations, there was also a tendency for inflammatory cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavages to be increased. But it had no statistical significance, and also no dependency on sex and the exposed concentration. Based on this result, the non observed effect level (NOEL) induced by 1, 1-Dichloro-l -fluoroethene inhalation was evaluated in groups with 3,000 ppm below (S .D. Rats, 13 weeks). Finally, it was concluded that the short term exposal of 1, 1-Dichloro-l-fluoroethane is not considered as a asthma stimulant by inhalation despite of some study limitations such as test animals use and short-term exposure .

The model experiments were carried out to observe the variation of lateral earth pressure acting on the wall as vary the constraint of retaining wall, geometry of wall, and backfill width. For the experiments, a soil-box, model wall, and a rainer were designed and manufactured. The experiments were carried out with two different types of constraint on wall movement: i.e. first with completely fixed wall and second with movable wall depending on soil pressure. The measured lateral earth pressure was compared with that by an extended silo and wedge theories. The test results are summarized as follows: The measured lateral earth pressure approached to that from the extended silo theory as a narrower backfill width was used. Both experimental and theoretical results showed a good coincidence when the backfill width is Bc tan(45 -?? DS/2)H. But much deviated from that by an extended wedge theory. (원문을 참조하세요)

Unity 3D Engine to provide several features in the production of the game, basically, terrain making, Unity 3D Engine from collision, particle effects and AI of the enemies is set to create a game using only one genre FPS not be enough to be an element of fun to think that the basic framework of the FPS genre adventure genre of games by adding the elements of the game more fun.
RT-LAMP를 이용한 콩황화일반모자이크바이러스의 진단

Soybean yellow common mosaic virus (SYCMV) has been recently reported, it has been occurred a lot with Soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and Soybean yellow mottle mosaic virus (SYMMV) in soybean field. SYCMV belongs to genus of Sobemovirus and induced viral symptoms with yellowing, mottle and mosaic. A reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) method allowed one-step detection of gene amplification by simple procedure and needed only a simple incubator for isothermal template. This RT-LAMP method allowed direct detection of RNA from virus-infected plants without thermal cycling and gel electrophoresis. In this study, we designed RT-LAMP primers named SYCML-F3/B3/FIP/BIP from coat protein gene sequence of SYCMV. After the reaction of RTLAMP, products were identified by electrophoresis and with the detective fluorescent dye, SYBR Green I. under daylight and UV light. Optimal reaction condition was at 63 for 60min and the primers of RTLAMP showed the specificity for only SYCMV tested in this study.

Up to the present, we have used general 3D modelling tool for 3 dimensions visualization of electronic parts. If we use general 3D modelling tool, we are consumed many time and effort because it is not optimized modelling of electronic parts. Therefore we need technical 3D modelling tool for electronic parts. In this paper, in order to solve this problem, we develop the graphic tool that model and visualize the electronic parts as 3 dimensions.
