TarGo: network based target gene selection system for human disease related mouse models

Genetically engineered mouse models are used in high-throughput phenotyping screens to understand genotype-phenotype associations and their relevance to human diseases. However, not all mutant mouse lines with detectable phenotypes are associated with human diseases. Here, we propose the “Target gene selection system for Genetically engineered mouse models” (TarGo). Using a combination of human disease descriptions, network topology, and genotype-phenotype correlations, novel genes that are potentially related to human diseases are suggested. We constructed a gene interaction network using protein-protein interactions, molecular pathways, and co-expression data. Several repositories for human disease signatures were used to obtain information on human disease-related genes. We calculated disease- or phenotype-specific gene ranks using network topology and disease signatures. In conclusion, TarGo provides many novel features for gene function prediction.

The present the information sharing among the subjects was not enough in Airway Logisctics Industry, because each subject use the independent system. The Airway Logistics Network is suggestion, but the Airway Logistics Network dose not operate with efficient connection, because each subject attached to the connection among the internal system. If the RFID system which one of Auto-ID systems is introduce into Airway Logistics, an efficient management of Airway Logistics will be possible. In this Paper, we introduce the RFID system into Airway Logistics SCM system for an efficient management and an efficient information sharing. We also develop Airway Logistics SCM system with priority given to Forwarder which is occupy an important position in Airway Logistics industry.

Online game that based on network communication, use various type of communication and network architecture for each character and genre of game. In this paper, we investigated and analyzed communication types used in online games and, based on the results, introduced a method of developing an object-oriented network engine supporting various types of network architecture. The developed network engine not only supports the development of games using various types of communication applicable to online games but also is easily expandable because of its hierarchical structure based on the object-oriented concept. Moreover, since it can support dead reckoning make up for network latency problem, we use very usefully for development of game.

In this paper, we introduce the method for developing the mobile 3D game engine based on the WIPI platform which has been proposed as the mobile standard platform. Our game engine is designed so that it supports OpenGL-ES and JSR-184 that are mobile 3D graphic APIs. Our game engine has a mobile emulator operated on PC and SDK to support mobile programming in PC environments. Mobile 3D game developers can use the APIs at various levels. Also, the game engine is developed in modular in order to support various game genres.

At present, a business management is managing to minimize a investment or a stock cost for a warehouse. So the essential point of warehouse's function is exchanged to attach greate important to information technology and client services. But the existing warehouse management systems have many weak points in part of information technology and client services. In this paper, we suggest the plan of introducing the RFID system into warehouse management system for an efficient management. We also develop warehouse management system to show in realtime 3D a location information of goods in the warehouse.

본 연구에서는 공학교육인증에서 구성원의 의견이나 요구사항을 효과적으로 파악하기 위한 설문조사 수행 절차와 웹 기반 설문시스템의 기능 및 시스템 아키텍처를 제안하고 제안된 프레임워크에 따라 웹 기반 설문시스템을 개발한 방법을 소개한다. 본 설문시스템은 설문문항을 문항은 행식으로 설문 대상자별, 설문 영역별로 DB화하여 계층적으로 관리함으로써 체계적인 설문문항의 관리는 물론 웹 기반 설문지 작성의 노력을 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 웹상에서 전자메일을 통하여 설문조사를 수행하여 비용, 시간, 에러 발생을 줄일 수 있다는 면에서 큰 장점을 갖고 있으며, 설문조사 결과를 다양한 방식으로 분석하여 도식적 표현을 통한 보고서 작성 기능을 제공한다.

There are many programming languages - C, Java, Prolog - competing for the market. In this paper we argues that programming languages's diversity is not desirable at all, and that some programming languages are actually better than others. So, we propose the notion of master codes and translated codes. A Master code is the code which has the shortest length(i.e. optimally encoded) among all the possible codes for some software, while a translated code is the one which is obtained by translating from the master code for some target machine. We suggest some guidelines for software to be a master code. We also argue that most software available today written in translated codes.
차량용 M2M 디바이스를 위한 AUTOSAR 지원 소프트웨어 플랫폼

Recently, the automobile provides many services to a driver for the driver’s safety and convenience, and many researches are applying M2M(Machine to Machine) communications to automobiles for efficient services. But the studies of applying M2M communication to automobiles do not suggest a clear standard yet, so we have restrictions to the compatibility of the device that is using M2M communication, and reusing of common modules. Therefore, in this paper we suggest the common software platform for vehicular M2M services with AUTOSAR support, that is ECU standard software platform, and we show three applications that apply the suggested M2M software platform. The M2M software platform can support ECU information effectively because it supports AUTOSAR API. Also it provides reusing of common modules of M2M devices and compatibility between devices because it provides a common software platform to M2M devices.

온라인 게임은 다양한 통신 유형과 아키텍처를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 게임 상의 가능한 통신유형을 조사하고 분석하여 이를 기반으로 다양한 유형의 아키텍처에서 작동할 수 있는 객체지향 네트워크 엔진을 개발한 방법을 소개한다. 본 네트워크 엔진은 온라인 게임에서 적용될 수 있는 다양한 통신 유형의 게임 제작을 지원할 뿐만 아니라 객체지향개념에 기반 한 계층적 구성으로 쉽게 확장할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 특히 클라이언트/서버 환경에서도 클라이언트간의 통신을 지원할 수 있어 팀으로 게임을 즐기는 기능을 자연스럽게 구현할 수 있다.
공학교육인증의 효과적 지원을 위한 공학교육인증지원 전산시스템

본 연구에서는 공학교육인증지원 전산시스템의 개발과 업그레이드 경험을 바탕으로 공학교육인증 기준의 변화를 반영한 바람직한 공학교육인증지원 전산시스템이 가져야 할 기본 요건과 수요자 지향적 교육을 위한 CQI(Continuous Quality Improvement)체제를 효과적으로 지원 할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램의 가능 중 특히 순환구조에서 피드백과 관련된 설문조사와 CQI 관리 부분 등의 개선된 기능을 소개한다.
