[Purpose] This study aims to present creativity as a means of innovation to companies in uncertain business environment, demonstrate the impact of psychological safety on creativity and its relationship with growth mind-set and perceived organizational support in the process, and suggest practical measures to enhance creativity. [Methodology] Data were collected from 353 members. Hypothesis was set based on theories and previous studies related to psychological safety, perceived organizational support, growth mind-set and creativity. The collected data were reviewed for reliability and validity through CFA, and hypothesis verification was performed using SPSS 25, AMOS 25, and Macro Process 3.0 by Bootstrap. [Findings] Psychological safety was found to have a significant positive effect on growth mind-set, perceived organizational support and creativity, and the mediating effects of growth mind-set, perceived organizational support were also significant. [Implications] This study is significant in that it has verified the relationship between organizational culture factors and creativity at corporate sites with the theory of motivation. In particular, creativity is not the exclusive property of a particular talent owner, but it has implications for spreading to members through changes in organizational culture and, through this, proposed as a tool for innovation.

The influence of pulse parameters on carbon barrier films fabricated using pulsed DC magnetron sputtering was studied. The changed in the barrier properties caused by the SP3 bonding structure are considered. The plasma parameters were measured by using a Langmuir probe during the carbon coatings. We obtained an oxygen transmission rats of 324 cc/m2/ day at a 50 kHz pulse frequency and 2327.24 cc/m2/day for a pristine polymer substrate.

Background/Aims: We evaluated the proposed clinical application of the com-bined interpretation of host factors and viral factors in two different cytomegalo-virus (CMV) co-infection models. Methods: We prospectively enrolled all human immunodeficiency virus non-in-fected patients with confirmed Pneumocystitis jirovecii pneumonia (PCP) and those with suspected gastrointestinal CMV disease in a tertiary hospital. All patients underwent CMV interferon-γ releasing assay (IGRA) for CMV (T-track CMV, Lophius Biosciences). We created the 2-axis model with the CMV IGRA results as the x-axis and the results for CMV virus replication as the y-axis, and hypoth-esized that cases falling in the left upper quadrant (high viral load and low CMV- specific immunity) of the model would be true CMV infections. The CMV IGRA results were concealed from the attending physicians. Results: Of 39 patients with PCP, four (10%) were classified as combined CMV pneumonia, 13 (33%) as bystander activation, and the remaining 22 (56%) as no CMV infection. The data for all four patients with PCP and CMV pneumonia fell in the left upper quadrant of the 2-axis model. Of 24 patients with suspected gas-trointestinal CMV disease, 12 (50%) were classified as gastrointestinal CMV dis-ease and the remaining 12 (50%) as bystander activation with no gastrointestinal CMV disease. The data for 11 of the 12 patients (92%) with gastrointestinal CMV disease were located in the left upper quadrant of the 2-axis model. Conclusions: Cases yielding low CMV IGRA results and high CMV viral repli-cation appear to be true CMV infections. Further studies with large number of cases in different types of CMV disease should be proposed.

Background/Aims: The eradication rate of the first-line standard triple therapy (STT) for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection has decreased since 2000; therefore, other first-line therapies are required. This study was aimed at investigating the efficacy of bismuth- containing quadruple therapy (PBMT) for first-line H. pylori eradication compared to STT, sequential therapy (SQT), and concomitant therapy (CT). Materials and Methods: The Ovid-MEDLINE, Koreamed, EMBASE, KMBASE, and Cochrane Library databases were searched from January 2008 to July 2018. All identified randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing PBMT and non-PBMT for first-line H. pylori eradication therapy were included in the final analysis. Results: A total of 3,653 patients from seven RCTs were enrolled. The pooled eradication rates of PBMT by intention-to-treat (ITT) and per-protocol (PP) analyses were 82.1% (95% CI, 68.2~90.8%) and 88.8% (95% CI, 77.1~94.9%), respectively. However, no statistically significant difference was observed in eradication rates of the 10- or 14-day PBMT as compared to 14-day STT, 10-day SQT, and 10-day CT in ITT and PP analyses. PBMT was significantly higher in adverse events than in the other eradication regimens (RR, 1.64; 95% CI, 1.11~2.44). Considerable heterogeneity in adverse events was observed among studies (χ2=88.7; P<0.001, I2=93%). Conclusions: PBMT can be the first-line treatment for H. pylori eradication in Korea when other first-line options, including STT, SQT, or CT, are unavailable due to their high adverse event rates.
A cDNA Cloning of Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor
Choi, Yang Do,Kim, Su Il,Song, Sang Ik,Kim, Chun Ho 한국유전학회 1988 Genes & Genomics Vol.10 No.4
Polyadenylated mRNA has been isolated from soybean seed and leaf by phenol extraction and oligo (dT) chromatography. In vitro translation of the mRNA in wheat germ extract shows the presence of various kinds of seed specific mRNA and hence proteins, demonstrating tissue specific gene expression pattern, One of these seeds specific translation products was identified to be soybean Kunitz trypsin inhibitor(SKTI) by immuno-precipitation with antibody. The antibody has been raised by injecting band isolated Ti^a into rabbit and recognizes both Ti^a and Ti^b at the same time. The antibody was not only specific for its antigen polypeptide but also recognized the precursor which was synthesized in vitro. Molecular weight of SKTI translated in vitro was 21,500, which was larger than the protein of 18,000 present in seed. It suggests that SKTI is processed post-translationally in soybean seed probably by proteolytic cleavage. A cDNA clone for the soybean trypsin inhibitor was isolated by immunological screening of a soybean a gtll expression vector cDNA library with the antibody, The cDNA expression library was constructed with polyadenylated mRNA isolated from immature soybean seeds into a gtll expression vector. The double stranded cDNA was synthesized sequentially in a single reaction tube with oligo (dT) as a primer. A cDNA clone with 0.7 kb insert was isolated and was confirmed by secondary and tertiary screening. Further characterization of the clone is in progress.
