In we will study of electrical valve positioning system for the gas mixture to im quality of products.

      • 홍수퇴적토의 식재토양 재활용 연구

        In the study , the feasibility of deposit soil in river and stream bed as a substitute for conventional plant soil was investigated through the analysis of soil characteristics and germination growth rate for 75days. Proper mix between samples from different places was compared to optimize the germination and growth rate of plant in the ratio of 2 : 1 and 3 : 1 (sand : deposit). From the results, it could be concluded that the deposit mix 3 : 1 showed most favorable germination and growth conditions for pancy and the deposit containing enough amount of silt and clay components showed most favorable conditions for marigold. Consequently, the feasibility of deposits as a substitutional plant soil was evaluated to be high.

        자색고구마가 사염화탄소 투여에 의한 흰쥐의 간손상 보호에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary purple sweet potato(lpomoea batatas) powder on serum lipid levels and antioxidative enzymes in normal and pretective effect on hepatotoxicity rats induced by carbon tetrachlolide. Four groups of rats (3-week-old inbred Sprague-Dawley male rats) were normal rats fed control diet(C)_(1) induced hepatotoxicity rats fed control diet(EC)_(1) normal rats fed purple sweet potato diet(P), and induced hepatotoxicity rats fed purple potato sweet diet(EP). Rats were induced by single injection of 50% carbon tetrachloide(0.1 mL/100 g B.W., i.p.). The rats were fed ad libitum each of the experimental diet for 5 weeks. After 5 weeks the rats were sacrificed and activities of antioxidant enzymes and lipid peroxidation products were determined in their liver homogenates. But serum concentrations of lipid was not significant in all groups. Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT/GPT) and aspartate aminotransferase(ALT/GPT)of the EC and EP groups were heigher than the C and P groups. The hepatic glucose 6-phosphatase(G9Pase) activity of the group fed purple potato diet(P) was lower than the other groups(p<0.05). However, The glutathione peroxidase(GPx) activities was not statistically different between the groups. Renal glutathione S-transferase(GST) activity of the EC and EP groups were lower than the C and P groups(p<0.05). In conclusion, these results suggest that purple sweet potato is believed to be possible protective effect on hepatotoxicity rats induced by carbon tetrachlolide.

      • 정량적관상동맥조영술의 정확도 및 재현도

        목적 : 정량적관상동맥조영술이 최근 널리 보급되고 있지만 국내외를 막론하고 이의 정확도 및 재현도에 관한 연구가 불충분하여 본 연구를 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 110명의 환자에서 미국 General Electric사의 Advantx L/C/LP 디지탈혈관찰영기와 미국 USCI사의 좌관상동맥용 Judkins형의 Pro-Flo XT^(TM) 6F 도자를 이용하여 좌관상동맥조영술을 같은 각도에서 3회 실시하고 도자의 외경을 일본 Mitutoyo사의 정밀도 0.01㎜의 micrometer로 측정한 후 측정된 도자의 실제 직경과 정량적관상동맥조영술로 측정된 관상동맥의 직경을 비교하였다. 결 과 : USCI® Pro-Flo XT^(TM) 6F 좌관상동맥용 도자의 실제 외경은 1.91±0.03㎜이었고 정량적관상동맥조영술로 측정 한 도자의 외경은 1.94±0.11㎜이었다. 도자를 5.7F로 calibration했을 매 도자의 외경은 1.87±0.12㎜이었다. 세번 다 다른 화상에서 측정한 경우 근위부관상동맥 직경의 차이는 0.02±0.12㎜이었고 같은 화상에서 3회 측정하였던 경우에는 0.11±0.01㎜이었다. 결론 : 정량적관상동맥조영술의 정확도 및 재현도는 사용에 적합한 정도이나 적지 않은 문제점에 대한 보완이 필요하다고 생각된다. During quantitaive coronary angiography(QCA), contrast filled catheter is usually used as a scaling device. However the real diamerer of catheter is almost always smaller than the listed diameter. We measured the real diameter of catheters with precision micrometer(Mitutoyo® Japan). After caliberating the catheter as listed French size and diameter, we did QCA at the same tube position of the diameters of catheter and proximal left coronary artery. All measurements were done 3 times consecutively. The mean real diameter of USCI® Pro-Flo XT^(TM) 6 F left Judkin catheter was 1.91±0.03 ㎜. The mean QCA diamter of the same catheter was 1.94±0.11 ㎜. When we calibrated catheter as 1.91 ㎜. the mean QCA diameter was 1.87±0.12 ㎜. The mean differences of the diameters of the proximal left coronary artery were 0.20±0.12 ㎜ when the measurements were done in three different frames. When the measurements were done in the same frmae, the mean difference decreased to 0.11±0.01 ㎜. We conclude that the precision and reproducibility of QCA are within reasonable range, but more refimement is needed.

      • Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄의 조성비에 따른 전파흡수특성에 관한 연구

        This paper describes a study on absorption properties of electromagnetic wave for the composition ratio of Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄ Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄was composed of 48∼51mo1% Fe₂O₃,18~22mol% NiO and 27∼34mo1% ZnO. The sintering of the composition was carried out at 1200℃ for 2 hours. Through the experiments, it was found that the resonance phenomenon occured at low frequency range for high permeability and vice versa. In the case .of the composition of 49mo1% Fe₂O₃,20mo1% NiO and 31mo1% ZnO, the bandwidth ranged from 0. 37GHz to 0.95GHz with the absorption thickness of 10mm. Also, In the case of the composition 51mo1% Fe₂O₃, 22mo1% NiO and 27mo1% ZnO. the bandwidth ranged from 0.45GHz to 1.2GHz with the absorbtion thickness of 6mm. Therefore, it is proved that electromagnetic wave absorbers can be fabricated successfully within the bandwidth range mentioned above.

        광양만과 여수해만의 표층퇴적물에서 Nonylphenol의 오염에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to survey the pollution of nonvlphenol (NP) in surface sediments around Gwangyang bay and Yeosu sound. NP was suspected chemicals as endocrine disruption. Gwangyang bay is located on the mid south coast of Korea. It is a semi-closed bay which Yeosu petrochemical industrial complex, POSCO (Pohang Steel Company) and Gwangyang container harbor are there. The surface sediments were collected at 15 stations with gravity corer at October, 1999, February, May and August, 2000. Also, the stream and intertidal sediment were collected at 5 sites at August, 2000. Concentrations of NP in surface sediments were in the range of 6.89 to 202.70 ng/g dry wt.. Seasonal range (mean value) of NP is 13.98 to 30.48 (23.46) ng/g dry wt. at October, 10.35 to 54.91 (28.10) ng/g dry wt. at February, 29.05 to 202.70 (82.32) ng/g dry wt. at May and 6.98 to 83.40 (25.37) ng/g dry wt. at August. NP was seasonally fluctuated, and the highest mean value and range was detected at May, 2000. NP was highly distributed in the inner part of Gwangyang bay than Yeosu sound. Concentrations of NP in stream and intertidal sediments showed the highest value in downstream near Yeosu petrochemical industrial complex and Yondung stream. It suggests that the source of NP is industrial wastewater and municipal sewage.

        가스크로마토그래피를 이용한 요중 마뇨산 측정시 새로운 시료 전처리 방법의 검증

        Urinary hippuric acid was analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method. A simple and economical derivatization procedure using excessive methanol in acidic condition was adopted to esterify hippuric acid. Quantitative analysis was performed with two internal standards, heptadecanoic acid and hydrocinnamic acid, to evaluate the derivatization procedure as an analytical method. Using the standard addition method, linear and reproducible calibration curves were obtained for both internal standards. Calibration experiment showed that good quantitative result could also be obtained with the calibration curve obtained without urine matrix. Recovery rates for the urine samples were in the range of 95.6∼111.4%. Using hydrocinnamic acid as internal standard, analysis time could be reduced.

        The propose of this study was to compare national veterans system and sports welfare system in Korea. In the results of this study, existing sports welfare system in Korea is like to national veterans system. Resemblance point between national veterans system and sports welfare system in Korea as follows. First, in the purpose of system, existing sports welfare system in Korea is like to national veterans system in the point of compensation about merits. Second, in the application target, existing sports welfare system in Korea is like to national veterans system in the point of a person of merits. Third, in the allowance type, sports welfare system rely on money and have no opportunity supply program like protection of adoption of a profession or loan support in which national veterans system have. Fourth, in the allowance supply period, existing sports welfare system in Korea is like to national veterans system in the point that supplied when became the target through an application reception and qualified examination. Fifth, in the allowance supply level, an amount of supply money of existing sports welfare system in Korea is low than national veterans system. Sixth, in the finance supply method. existing sports welfare system in Korea is like to national veterans system in the point of public fund. Sports welfare system have to involve program which involved national veterans system in order to strengthen sports welfare system's welfare character. First, senior sportman support program is needed. Second, vocational education for retired athlete is needed. Third, establishment of sports hospital is needed. Fourth, many welfare program like protection of adoption of a profession or loan support is needed at sports welfare system.

      • 도재소부용 저금함유금합금에서 열처리에 따른 Sn의 영향

        This study was carried out by oberserving to compositions of oxide on the surface of dental porcelain low gold alloy with various Indium addtions according to the degassing and analysing the change composition of additional elements Sn on diffusion behaviors of porcelain-metal surfaces. The specimens used were Au-Pd-Ag alloys by small Tin addition. These specimens were treated for 10min at 1000℃ in vacuum condition. To investigate the micrstructure of oxidized alloy surface, SEM and EDAX were used and EPMA were used to investigate the diffusion behaviors of porcelain-metal surfaces. X-ray diffraction were used to observe the morphological changes in the oxidation zone. Te results of this study were obtained as follows: 1) The Tin oxidation increased with increasing Sn content after hear treatment. 2) In concentration of Sn on metal-porcelain surface, Sn-6 was most significantry increased 3) In thickness of Sn on metal-porcelain surface, Sn-9 was most significantry increased 4) The oxidations of alloy surface were mainly SnO₂.
