      • Study on Effect of Massage Technique based on Chaos Theory

        According to the mechanism of EMG signal, we know that the sacrificial electrical signal is with weak signal, low frequency, alternating, nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics. Nonlinear analysis includes higher order spectral analysis and fractal and chaos analysis.Chaos theory is one of the main parts of nonlinear science, and the electrical signal of the surface has a strong randomness, so we could consider the nonlinear analysis of EMG signals from the perspective of chaos. We mainly studied on the nonlinear analysis algorithm of EMG signal detailedly in this paper. Experiments show that,according to the quantitative analysis of several important parameters of rolling massage with chaos theory, we can measure objectively the action situation of related muscle groups in the operation course, then guide the professional massage students to understand the norms of operation in training of operation and help to lead their manipulation to the best power structure.

      • Evaluation of Performance Capability for Emergency Management in 31 Provinces of China in 2014-2015

        Performance capability of emergency management refers to the actual performance of the emergency management of an organization, individual or region. The improvement of the government's emergency management capacity is of great significance to the effective response of a country or local emergency. Performance capability evaluation of emergency management for an organization, individual or region can reflect their capability of emergency management, so as to help them make a more clear and comprehensive judgment to the ability of emergency response, enhance the ability of emergency response, promote China’s emergency response capability and reduce the loss of life and property caused by emergency. The report of Evaluation of performance capability for emergency management in 31 provinces of China in 2014-2015 is jointly issued by Public Management Professional Committee in Society of Management Science of China, Ouhua’ antai Risk and Crisis Emergency Research Institute, Emergency Management Institute of Henan Polytechnic University in 21th January, 2016. In the report, firstly, the 10 worst disaster incidents of each province in 2014-2015 are selected, and then every index of the accidents is graded through being analyzed with consulting American evaluation index system for emergency management and the reaction of the different kinds of accidents. At last, the weighted averages of the indexes are worked out. Meanwhile, the performance capability for emergency management in 31 provinces of China in 2014-2015, including precautions, responses and aftermath, is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively from aspects of natural disasters, human disasters and comprehensive performance. Based on it, the relevant performance capability is ranked and classified according to four grades: excellent, good, medium and poor. The evaluation report shows that comprehensive performance of Beijing and other 5 provinces is excellent; comprehensive performance of Jiangxi and other 13 provinces is good; comprehensive performance of Chongqing and other 10 provinces is medium; comprehensive performance of Tianjin and some other provinces is poor. To sum up, the excellent evaluation depends on whether the reasonable measures have been taken and whether the better result have been seen; the good and medium evaluation implies that there is some situation discovered in those provinces, just like the worse results in several accidents and lack of risk consciousness; the others are evaluated for the poor performance capability because of their faults full from the precautions to the aftermath. The report also attracts some friends from domestic mainstream media, such as the Paper, Sohu, China News, Science Net and China Youth Online, who consider that the performance capability for emergency management of China’s provinces is cognized deeply and the feasible blueprint is drawn on improving capability for emergency management in China through the report.

        Thermo plasticization and characterization of kenaf fiber by benzylation

        Kenaf fibers were heterogeneously benzylated in aqueous alkaline solution. The benzylated kenaf fibers were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), scanning electron microscope (SEM), universal tensile machine (UTM), and the contact angle test. The results showed that the degree of benzylation depended on the reaction time, as assessed by the weight gain. The DMA analysis showed that the glass transition temperature of kenaf fiber decreased from 140 to 118 8C after benzylation, while the weight gain increased from 5 to 120%. The benzylated kenaf fibers exhibited good melt processability and were readily hot pressed into sheets. The sheet containing with fibers,which were benzylated for 3 h, exhibited 17.5 MPa in tensile strength, and the hydrophilic property of the sheet was greatly decreased as a function of benzylation time.

      • Antitumor Constituents from Anthriscus Sylvestris (L.) Hoffm

        Bioassay-guided chemical investigation of the roots of Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm. resulted in the isolation of nine compounds, whose structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. Compound 1 was isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 3 and 9 were first found from this genus. Different polar fractions of A. sylvestris extract and compounds 1, 6-8 and 9 were evaluated for antitumor activities against HepG2 (human hepatocellular carcinoma), MG-63 (human osteosarcoma cells), B16 (melanoma cells) and HeLa (human cervical carcinoma cells) lines by the MTT method. The petroleum ether fraction of A. sylvestris extract exhibited excellent inhibitory activity with an $IC_{50}$ value of $18.3{\mu}g/ml$. Among the isolates from the petroleum ether fraction, compound 7 showed significant inhibition against the growth of the four tumor cells with $IC_{50}$ values ranging from $12.2-43.3{\mu}g/ml$.

        Antioxidative Activities of Hydrolysates from Duck Egg White Using Enzymatic Hydrolysis

        Duck egg white (DEW) hydrolysates were prepared by five enzymes (papain, trypsin, chymotrypsin, alcalase, and flavourzyme) and their antioxidant activities investigated in this study. DEW hydrolyzed with papain (DEWHP) had the highest peptide content among the five enzymatic treatments. Besides, the peptide content of DEWHP increased when the enzyme to substrate ratio (E/S ratio) increased. It was suggested that higher E/S ratio contributed to elevate the degree of hydrolysis of DEW effectively. Similar results were also obtained by Tricine-SDS-PAGE. In addition, SDS-PAGE patterns indicated papain was the only one amongst all enzymes with the ability to hydrolyze DEW. In antioxidant properties, DEWHP showed more than 70% of inhibitory activity on linoleic acid peroxidation and superoxide anion scavenging. Moreover, the $Fe^{2+}$ chelating effect of DEWHP was greater than 90%, while no significant difference was observed in DPPH radical scavenging and reducing ability. The results of peptide contents, antioxidant activities and electrophoresis suggested that the higher the peptide content, the stronger the antioxidant activities in DEWHP.

        Double-layer Fabry-P$\acute{e}$rot filter interferometric modulator display

        Presented is an interferometric modulator display characterized by double layers of liquid crystal (LC) Fabry-P$\acute{e}$rot filters. With this design, no polarizers and color filters are needed, and both the color and amplitude can be tuned by electrically controlling the LC's birefringence. Instead of the conventional RGB trisubpixel color scheme, a bisubpixel structure is proposed to render a super-wide color gamut. Through simulations, the device performance was numerically studied. The device was proven to be quite suitable for green-display application.

      • The analysis of equilibrium quantities loaded/unloaded at calling ports for container shopping route operation

        This study addresses the equilibrium quantities handled at calling ports container shipping route operations by mathematical analysis of the alternative of alternative of empty container repositioning and extra short-term container leasing. A fundamental and key issue, which of the relationship between quantities loaded and unloaded at each calling port is usually treated as a mandatory constraint in models by most existing studies on shipping route design and/or operation, is retarded to as a significant factor influencing in cost constitute of shipping route operations. The optimization problem of container shipping route operations is formulated as a mixed integer problem(MIP) by taking into account all opportunity cost involving empty container repositioning, extra short?term container leasing and unused owned container storing. The optimal process of opportunity costs in the formulation is analysed mathematically, Finally a circular shopping route operation is taken as an example to conduct the numericalexperiment. Results indicate that the proposed formulation can show the quantities of containers loaded and unloaded at each calling port must be the same meanwhile the route operation profit is maximized. and then, the validity of maintaining equilibrium quantities is effectively demonstrated.

        Feedback control of thermal frequency drift for a normal conducting cyclotron under CW operation

        A normal conducting cyclotron is developed for medical purposes, which consists of the magnet, RF cavity, ion source, vacuum system, cooling system and control system. Especially, the RF cavity, which establishes an electric feld to accelerate charged particles, is one of the most critical and complex components in an cyclotron. During long-term continuous wave (CW) operation of the cavity, there will be a rise in temperature in the RF cavity due to its own thermal loss. This can lead to mechanical deformation and frequency deviation of the cavity, and thereby having a negative impact on its performance. That is, it will increase the refected power, lower the beam current, and cause instability in the cyclotron's operation. Therefore, based on the results of multi-physics analysis, which indicated that the frequency deviation is caused by thermal loss, an automatic frequency feedback control system was designed. In addition, a CW(25 kW) operation was tested, the results displayed that the maximum refected power decreased from 729 to 70 W, and the maximum detuning phase decreased from 12.26° to 1.9° by applying the feedback control system. The frequency of the cavity shifted approximately −22.8 kHz. The experimental results demonstrate that the frequency feedback control system is efective in compensating for frequency deviation caused by thermal loss.

        Experimental Study on Bond Behavior between Section Steel and RAC under Full Replacement Ratio

        Nine specimens of steel reinforced recycled concrete are designed to explore the effect of four factors as the cover thickness of section steel, the embedded length of section steel, the recycled aggregate concrete strength, and the lateral stirrup ratio on bond slip between section steel and recycled aggregate concrete. The test results show that the failure modes of recycled aggregate concrete are as similar as normal concrete; three formulas are proposed for the bond stress between section steel and recycled aggregate concrete, which are fitting well. The mathematical model of bond stress-slip is established through analysis, and the predicted curve is close to the test curve. The research results provide the basis for the numerical simulation analysis of the bond slip for the recycled aggregate concrete under the full replacement ratio.
