發癌物質과 非發癌物質의 DNA-Modifying Activity에 대한 量子生物學的 解釋

LCAOMO calculation has been carried out for thirty chemical carcinogens and nine metabolites of them. The LUMO electron density which is a measure of ability electron to be accepted and observed DNA-Modifying activity which is a measure of mutation relationship was considered. It was found that the sum of LUMO electron density of 1, 2, 4-positions of a relevant trans-butadiene type (F??) in the compound was correlative to DNA-Modifying activity. This means that carcinogenesis closely relate to mutagensis, since the LUMO electron density is a measure of carcinogenic activity of carcinogens as shown earlier. It was also found that LUMO electron density of 1, 2, 4-positions in compounds increase with their metabolic activation. This is in agreement with the experimental result that carcinogen is more electrophilic as metabolic activation. In conclusion, it may be possible to give a theoretical interpretation on the mutation of chemical carcinogens and explain theoretically the fact that the compound have a strong elestrophilicity on metabolic activation.

Indoprofen 및 Indoprofen Lysinate와 Human Serum Albumin의 結合에 관한 硏究

Indoprofen, 4- (1, 3-dihydro-1-oxo-2H-isoindol-2-yl)-α-methylbenzene acetic acid, has many advantages over the other antiinflammatory drugs, such as salicylates, naproxen. Although indoprofen is widely used as an antiinflammatory agent, it shows poor solubility in water. In order to inhance water solubility, indoprofen was made as lysine salt. The purpose of this study was to inspect the binding of the 1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulfonatc(ANS) to human serum albumin (HSA) and to be to comparative studies on indoprofen lysinate and indoprofen in aspect of the binding to HSA and the number of binding sites was obtained using a fluorescent probe technique. The numbers of binding sites for indoprofen and indoprofen lysinate appear to be 3.35, 3.4, respectively and the association constants were found as follows; HSA-Indoprofen. ; K_b1 = 6.62 × 10 exp(5), K_b2 = 5.44 × 10 exp(4) HSA-Indoprofen lysinate ; K_b1 = 2.32 × 10 exp(5), K_b2 = 5.03 × 10 exp(4)

Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate의 분해반응에 대한 속도론적 연구

하천수에서 분리해 낸 SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) 분해균주에 의하여 분해균주량의 변화와 SDS의 농도변화를 주어 SDS를 분해시킬 때 그 분해반응을 속도론적으로 연구하였다. 실험결과 SDS의 분해를 BOD로 표시하여 분해률을 측정한 속도식은 1차로 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 분해균주량의 변화와 SDS농도의 변화에 따른 속도상수는 분해규준량에는 영향을 받지 않으나 SDS의 농도에는 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 활성화에너지는 5.304kcal/mol, 활성화 파라메타인 ???와 ???는 각각 4.69kcal/mol, -56.90 e.u.임을 알았다. Kinetic studies were carried out for change in BOD of SDS degradating microorganism isolated from river water. It is found that the decomposition of SDS is first order. Rate constants for the decomposition of SDS and its degrading microorganism found not to have an influence on variation of SDS-degrading microorganism but have an influence on SDS concentration. And thermodynamic parameters, Ea, ???? and ????, were obtained the value of 5.304kcal/mol, 4.69kcal/mol and -56.90 e.u., respectively.

계면활성제의 체인길이에 따른 구형 MCM-41의 합성

Mesoporous MCM-41 exibits a hexagonal arrangement of uniform mesopores whose dimensions may be engineered in the range of ∼20Å to greater than 100Å. The MCM-41 typically have high surface areas above 1000m2/g, and then capacities of MCM-41 to accommodate the larger hydrocarbon is still higher than the general molecular sieve. At the present, many surfactants as organic templates have been proposed for various formations of these MCM-41. In this study, we synthesized mesoporous MCM-41 which has a spherically hexagonal structure. Also, the pore size of MCM-41 could be changed by the control of alkyl chain length of surfactants.

내기밀 DCI 주물의 제조 기술에 관한 연구

It is very important to control the chunk graphite, dross inclusions and pinholes in pressure tight DCI castings. In this study, it is attempted to obtain sound DCI castings without defects by process control and small anount of special additives. Obtained conclusions are as follow. Chunk graphite can be overcome by small additions of Ce as mishmetal…about 0.01∼0.03% and ruducing the nodule count in ductile iron. One of the best detterrents to pinhole porosity is to treat and pour at sufficiently high temperature so any hydrogen absorbed by iron has a chance to get out before casting solidifies. Te additions of 0.01% of iron are helpful in reducing or elimination the pinholes. A moderately pressurized gyting system having a spure, runner, ingate ratio of approximately 4:8:3 or 2:4:1 has consistently produced quality castings in all size rages.

강제치환 거동특성에 관한 원심모형실험

This thesis is results of centrifuge model experiments to investigate the behavior of replacement method in dredged and reclaimed ground For experimental works. centrifuge model tests were carried out to investigate the behavior of replacement method in soft clay ground. Basic soil property). tests were performed to find mechanical properties of clay soil sampled from the southern coast of Korea which was used for ground material in the centrifuge model tests Reconstituted clay ground of model was prepared by applying preconsolidation pressure in 1g condition with specially built model container. Centrifuge model tests were carried out under the artificially accelerated gravitational level of 50g Replacing material of leads having a certain degree of angularity was used and placed until the settlement of embankment of replacing material was reached to the equilibrium state. Vertical displacement of replacing material was monitored during tests. Depth and shape of replacement. especially the slope of penetrated replacing material and water contents of clay ground were measured after finishing tests Model tests of investigating the stability of embankment after backfilling were also performed to simulate the behavior of the dike treated with replacement and backfilled with sandy material. As a result of centrifuge model test. the behavior of replacement, the mechanism of the replacing material being penetrated into clay ground and depth of replacement were evaluated

김숙자 생애와 가계전승 춤 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the life of Sook Ja Kim and the succession of her family tradition, and to clarify the talented performance and shamanistic characters of her dances. Kim's dances can be classified into the ones that have originated from shamanism, the dances of talented performers, and the dances of Gisaeng. Kim learned the shamanistic dance and talented performers' dance from her father and was also taught by Jin Young Cho to develop her shamanistic dance and Gisaeng dance. Most of her dances were taught by men. Kim preserved the shamanistic dance she had learned from her father, Duk Soon Kim, for about 50 years. The origin of Kim's dance is shamanism as her father taught her during her lessons in a cavern that shamanism is the origin and essence of all arts. On top of her artistic talents, Kim was rigorously trained by her father since young and succeeded her mother's shamanistic talents. Therefore, the depth of her world of art deepened as time passed. Kim's most famous dance was Dosalpurichum. There are many other dances, including Gyeonggi Dodanggut that is actively succeeding Ipchum and Bujeong Nori, as well as Seungmu, Taepyeongmu, Hakchum, Geommu, Sinseonmu, Palseonnyeo, and Hanryangmu. In sum, talented performers' dances Kim succeeded are Hanryangmu, Ipchum, Seungmu, and Taepyeongmu, and her Ggaeggeumchum, Jeseokchum, Bujeong Nori, Teobeollimchum, and Dosalpurichum are dances with shamanistic characters. Therefore, Kim's world of dance is rather different from other traditional dances of Gisaeng. Kim's artistic qualities she directly succeeded from her father cherish the historic dances of talented performers of old times. This study has discovered that Kim has put much effort into developing the techniques of talented performers into the true dances to be performed on stage and her devotion to preserve the tradition has greatly contributed to preserving the tradition of Korean dances. Thus, I strongly believe that her dances must be succeeded along with her true spirit as a talented performer and artist.

레반다이어트 식품섭취가 비만여성의 신체구성성분, 혈중 렙틴 및 지질수준에 미치는 영향

This study was to varify the effects of levan diet administration on body composition, blood leptin level and lipids components (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C) in obese women during 8 weeks. The subjects of study were divided into 20-29year group (n=15) and 30-39year group (n=15) randomly selected. Administration of Levan Diet in this study was 2 times (breakfast, lunch or dinner) per day, 11tablets per 1times. Statistical method for data processing produced mean and SD of total variable. To analyze difference between groups and periods had executed 2? ANOVA. This study was given conclusion as follows: First, systolic blood pressure showed decrease after administration of levan diet in 30-39years, but it was not statistically significant. Second, body weight and %fat gradually decreased according to the application period of levan diet administration in 20-29years and 30-39years, and it was statistically significant (p<.05). Third, blood leptin level and blood lipid levels (TC, TG, LDL-C) showed decrease after administration of levan diet in 20-29years and 30-39years, but it was not statistically significant. In conclusion, this study shows that the administration of levan diet play a positive role as assistant diet. Therfore, levan diet administration should be recommended as ergogenic aids for these who do obese adults.
