Dielectric thin films of PLT(28) ($(Pb_{0.72}La_{0.28})Ti_{0.93}O_3$) have been deposited on $Pt/Ti/SiO_2/Si$ substrates in situ by a laser ablation. We have systematically changed the laser fluence from 0.4 J/$cm^2$ to 3 J/$cm^2$, and deposition temperature from $450^{\circ}C\; to\; 700^{\circ}C$. The surface morphology was changed from planar grain structure to columnar structure as the nucleation energy was increased. The PLT thin film with columnar structure showed good dielectric properties. The deposition temperature influenced on nucleation energy much stronger than the laser energy density did.

본 연구에서는 비선형 해석을 통하여 폐합 전 강사장교의 주요한 좌굴 거동 특성을 고찰한다. 케이블의 새그효과, 주탑과 거더의 P-${\Delta}$ 효과, 구조물의 대변위효과 등의 주요한 기하학적 비선형성을 모두 고려하기 위해 기하학적 비선형 해석으로써 구조물의 좌굴 해석을 수행하였다. 초기형상 해석 및 시공단계 해석을 통해 사하중을 받고 있는 시공 단계에 있는 구조물의 해석을 수행하였고 이 후 데릭 크레인과 키 세그먼트의 자중에 대한 비선형 해석으로 폐합 전 사장교의 좌굴 해석을 수행하였다. 본 해석 연구에서는 케이블의 배치 형태 및 주탑과 거더간 강성비에 따른 좌굴 모드 및 임계 하중계수의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 주요한 좌굴 모드를 구분하고 케이블 배치 형식이 다른 각 사장교에서 각 좌굴 모드가 나타나는 주탑과 거더간 강성비의 범위를 도출하였다. This paper presents an investigation of the structural stability of cable-stayed bridges in the construction stage, using geometric nonlinear finite-element analysis and considering various geometric nonlinearities, such as the sag effect of the cables, the P-${\Delta}$ effects of the girder and mast, and the large displacement effect. Initial shape analysis and construction-stage analysis were performed to determine the equilibrium of the structure in the construction stage. After that, geometric nonlinear analysis was performed to study structural stability. In this study, the weight of the derrick crane and the key segment were considered the main external loads, which were applied to the tip of the center span. The cable arrangement type and the stiffness ratios of the girder and mast were considered the main parameters of the analytic research. Based on the results of the analysis, the change in the buckling mode and critical load factors with respect to the cable arrangement type and the stiffness ratios of the girder and mast was investigated. The buckling modes of the steel cable-stayed bridges in the construction stage were classified, and the ranges of the stiffness ratios of the girder and mast, which show these classified buckling modes, were suggested.

The characteristics of geometric nonlinear behavior of steel cable-stayed bridges under construction stage are studied in this article. Because of the characteristic of construction and condition of supporting the girder, cable-stayed bridges under construction stage may be unstable. So it is studied that the governing geometric nonlinear behavior under construction stage based on the nonlinear analysis. To analysis the structure under construction stage, the three step analysis are performed. To search equilibrium state under construction stage, the construction stage analysis are performed based on the backward process analysis. After that, the geometric nonlinear analysis considering the construction loads like the weight of derrick crane are performed. Based on the analytical study, the buckling modes are classified and the change of critical load factors are presented by the difference of stiffness ratio of mast and girder, and the cable-arrangement type.
