가중 F 척도를 이용한 Trace-Driven 시뮬레이션 모델의 검증 방법

As most systems get more complicated, system analysis using simulation has been taken notice of. One of the core parts of simulation analysis is validation of a simulation model, and we can identify how well the simulation model represents the real system with this validation process. The difference between input data of two systems has an effect on the comparison between a simulation model and a real system at validation stage, and the result with such difference is not enough to ensure high credibility of the model. Accordingly, in this paper, we construct a model based on Trace-driven simulation which uses identical input data with the real system. On the other hand, to validate a model by each class, not by an unique statistic, we validate the model using a metric transformed from F-measure which estimates performance of a classifier in data mining field. Finally, this procedure enables precise validation process of a model, and it helps modification by offering feedback at the validation phase.
Two-Tone 입력을 이용한 RF 전력증폭기 메모리 특성의 신경망 모델링

본 논문에서는 투톤(two-tone) 신호가 입력된 RF 전력 증폭기의 출력단에서 관찰되는 메모리 효과를 신경망회로를 이용하여 모델링 하였다. 입력 신호의 톤 간격과 전력 레벨의 변화에 따른 출력 전력의 IMD(Inter-Modulation Distortion) 비대칭성을 측정하여 고출력 RF 전력 증폭기의 메모리 효과를 확인하였으며, 서로 다른 중심 주파수에서의 메모리 효과도 실험적으로 확인하였다. 투톤 입력 신호 테스트에 기초한 전력 증폭기의 모델링 방법으로 TDNN(Tapped Delay Line-Neural Network)방식을 적용하였으며 이 방식이 다른 여러 가지 모델링 방법과 비교하여 매우 신뢰할만한 정확성을 가짐을 보였다. In this paper, we used neural network technique to model memory effects of RF power amplifier which is fed by two-tone input signals. The memory effects in power amplifier were identified by observing the unsymmetrical distribution of IMD(Inter-Modulation Distortion) measurements with the change of tone spacings and power levels. Different asymmetries of IMD were also found at different center frequencies. We applied TDNN technique to model LDMOS power amplifier based on two tone IMD data, and the accuracy was very high compared to other modeling methods such as the(memoryless) adaptive modeling method.

노트북, PDA와 같은 이동 단말의 대중화와 무선통신 기술의 발전에 따라 이동성에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다. 이에 최근에는 차세대 프로토콜인 IPv6를 기반으로 이동성을 지원하는 Mobile IPv6에 대해 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구실에서 그 동안 IPv6의 성능을 향상시키고 운영체제가 없는 환경에서 수행할 수 있도록 IPv6를 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이미 구현된 TCP/IPv6 칩을 기반으로 Mobile IPv6를 설계하였다.
경남 중부지역에서의 Latex응집반응을 이용한 돼지 톡스플라즈마병 항체분포 조사

This study was conducted to determine the serum antibodies against toxoplasma in swine from breeding-pig farm, pig farm and abattoir by latex agglutination(LA) test. LA test was carried out with commercial Toxo-MT kit (Eiken chemical co.). The results obtained were summerized as follows: 1. The cut-off titer of positive and negative reactions by Toxo-MT antigen used in this experiment was determined as the serum dilution of 1:32. 2. Positive rates of toxoplasma antibodies in 823 swine sera were 17.0%(140 cases) by LA test. 3. The toxoplasma antibody detection rates against 194 swine sera in breeding-pig farm, 273 swine sera in pig farm and 356 swine in abattoir were 46.9%(91 cases), 8.4%(23 cases) and 7.3%(26 cases), respectively. 4. In LA test serum antibody titers in 823 test sera were shown as 51 cases (36.4%) in 1:32, 40(28.6%) in 1:64, 17(12.1%) in 1:128, 14(10.0%) in 1:256, 10(7.1%) in 1:512, 5(3.6%) in 1:1,024, and 3(2.1%) in 1:2,048. 5. Positive rates of toxoplasma antibodies in swine sera from each breeding-pig farm were 20.0~61.9%.
