PURPOSE This study aims to provide policy recommendations for the development of women’s football and the enhancement of the Women’s University Football League (WUFL) by examining participant satisfaction and meaningfulness of football. METHODS To achieve this goal, we distributed survey questionnaires, including 5-point Likert scale and open-ended questions, and subsequently analyzed 153 responses using qualitative data analysis software, N-vivo. RESULTS Our findings reveal that female students actively engaged in the WUFL express high overall satisfaction. Furthermore, participants perceive football as a source of happiness, an energy booster, and a platform for new experiences. Their involvement in football goes beyond typical leisure; it is regarded as a form of serious leisure. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS Based on these results, we propose actions such as fostering and elevating amateur women’s competitions, promoting female students’ participation in football, and developing a comprehensive strategy for increasing women’s enjoyment of playing football.

A Case Study of Hypothyroidism Patient Using Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT)

Objective: Report on the improvement of hypothyroidism using Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT). Methods: A 35-year-old Korean female experiencing rapid weight gain, fatigue, and loss of motivation. Results: After applying nutritional therapy, the levels of TSH and T3 hormones returned to normal, and symptoms of abdominal pain and jaundice were alleviated. Conclusion: Nutritional therapy can be beneficial for hypothyroidism patients by restoring thyroid hormone levels and alleviating symptoms.

대학생의 의복 동조성에 따른 프로스포츠 구단 상품 시장 세분화

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to convey a segmentation of pro sports merchandise market based on apparel conformity of university students. Method: The survey was distributed to four universities across South Korea and 894 questionnaires were collected. A total of 782 data were analysed excluding 112 quetsionnaires with incomplete responses. SPSS Statistics 25 was used for frequent analysis, exploratory factor analysis, K-average cluster analysis, chi-square test, t-test and multiple regression analysis. Results & Conclusion: Marketing strategies for Cluster 1 (low conformity group) were development of athleisure products for women in the 20s, renovation of onlines hopping mall outlet in the professional spor t teams, and executing ideas to maximize enjoyment of shopping for women. As for Cluster 2 (high conformity group), various strategies for brand management including building a positive brand identity, the importance of customized marketing based on the strong influence of significant others and their data, and the creation of synergy effect using celebrity marketing were suggested.

2017 FIFA U-20 월드컵 자원봉사자들의 심리적 계약과 자원봉사 지속의도 간 정서적 몰입의 매개 효과 분석

The purpose of this study was to examine how volunteers' psychological contract affected to intention to continue volunteering at 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Also, the mediating role of affective commitment towards volunteering was also investigated. To examine hypothesis, the survey questionnaires were distributed to volunteers across four hosting cities of FIFA U-20 World Cup and 170 surveys were used for the final data analysis using SPSS 21.0 and Lisrel 9.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, volunteers' psychological contract significantly affected to volunteers' affective commitment. Second, volunteers' affective commitment significantly affected to intention to continue volunteering. Third, affective commitment towards volunteering fully mediated between volunteers' psychological contract and intention to continue volunteering. 본 연구에서는 2017년 한국에서 개최된 FIFA U-20 월드컵 대회에 참가한 자원봉사자들의 심리적 계약이 자원봉사 지속의도에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 또한 이 과정에서 자원봉사자들이 대회 및 봉사활동에 대해 지니는 정서적 몰입이 매개 역할을 하는가를 살펴보았다. 가설 검증을 위해 FIFA U-20 대회 개최 도시 중 네 지역에서 근무한 자원봉사자 170명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이후 SPSS 21.0과 Lisrel 9.0을 활용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 대회에 참가한 자원봉사자들이 느끼는 심리적 계약 이행의 정도는 자원봉사에 대한 정서적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 자원봉사에 대한 정서적 몰입은 자원봉사 지속의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 심리적 계약 이행이 자원봉사 지속의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 봉사에 대한 정서적 몰입이 완전 매개의 역할을 하였다.

고경력 축구 심판들의 스포츠 자신감이 혁신성향에 미치는 영향: 심리적 웰빙과 탈진의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sport confidence of Korean experienced football referees on innovative performance. Our focus was to test the mediation effect of psychological well-being and burnout between sport confidence and innovative performance of football referees. We used SPSS 21.0 for EFA and reliability test and Lisrel 9.2 for CFA, AVE and CR and structural equation model for testing the hypothesis. The final number of surveys analysed in this study was 151. The results of this study revealed: First, sport confidence of football referees had a positive effect on referees’ psychological well-being. Second, referees’ sport confidence had a negative effect on referees’ burnout. Third, referees’ psychological well-being fully mediated the relationship between referees’ sport confidence and innovative performance. However, burnout did not mediate the relationship between referees’ sport confidence and innovative performance. The study implied that maximization of referees’ psychological well-being through increased sport confidence can lead to innovative performance of Korean football referees. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 고경력 축구 심판들의 스포츠 자신감이 혁신성향에 미치는 영향력과그 과정을 검증하는데 있으며 심리적 웰빙과 탈진의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 심판들을대상으로 한 151부의 서베이를 최종 분석에 활용하였으며 Lisrel 9.2를 활용하여 문항의 타당도값(CFA, AVE, CR)을 구하고 구조방정식 모형을 통해 가설을 검증하였으며 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 EFA 검증, 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였으며 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심판들의 스포츠 자신감은 심리적 웰빙에 정(+)적 영향을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심판들의 스포츠 자신감은 탈진에 부(-)의 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 웰빙은 스포츠 자신감이 혁신성향에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 완전 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 탈진은 스포츠 자신감과 혁신성향 사이에서 매개역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타나 가설이 기각되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 축구 심판들의 자신감 고양을 통한 심리적 웰빙의 증대가 혁신성향으로 이어질 수있음을 시사하는 바이다.

초등학교 여학생 축구 활성화 방안 탐색을 위한 사례연구

The aim of this study was to propose policies for revitalizing football among girls through the experiences of coaching primary school students. A total of seven coaches who had participated <Let’s Play Football Class> were recruited by purpose sampling and snowballing sampling. We collected data from semi-structured interviews and analyzed the data with N-Vivo software. The results of the study were as follows: 1) different perception between coaches, parents and girls regarding football were found, 2) importance to provide equal opportunities for ‘everyone’ to play football in the primary schools was emphasized and 3) the shared growth for students and coaches through football was identified. Based on these changes of perception and attitude towards football, policy suggestions were made including the establishment of good governance between Korea Football Association and Office of Education in cities and provinces, strengthening abilities of football coaches and teachers and building social atmosphere to encourage football for girls.

미술표현 수업이 자기이해와 내면적 특징 탐색에 미치는 영향– 초등학교 고학년을 중심으로 -

This study is a qualitative study aimed at exploring the educational meaning and impact of classes by designing and implementing art classes that explore and express one's inner characteristics, pointing out the reality that art is biased simply to understand oneself and the world. The 8th art expression class was planned and conducted over a period of 3 weeks for 9 upper-grade elementary school students. As a result, Firstly, they recognized new aspects of themselves that they were previously unaware of and gained an understanding of their inner characteristics. Secondly, by discovering commonalities and differences between themselves and others, they acknowledged diversity and demonstrated an ability to understand and empathize with others. Thirdly, they realized that art could serve as a means of understanding and expressing themselves, leading to an expanded perception of the role of art. Based on the meaningful results of this study, it is hoped that art classes designed to facilitate deeper and more diverse self-understanding through art will be developed and implemented in all educational settings, regardless of whether they are part of public or private education. This way, students can recognize art as a meaningful experience of understanding and expressing themselves.

Detailed bilateral asymmetry of the forearm bones

The recent development of patient-specific medical devices and computer assisted surgery (CAS) to restore malunited forearm bones utilizes 3D images of the contralateral forearm for surgical treatment. The most important precondition to correct the affected forearm using data from the contralateral side is that the left and right bone features must be similar. The forearm has complex anatomical structure, and most people use their dominant hand more than their less dominant hand, sometimes resulting in asymmetry of the upper limbs. Bilateral symmetry of the radius and ulna is a frequent topic of discussion among researchers, but the results of previous reports conflict with each other. Furthermore, specific patterns of regional asymmetry of the radius and ulna are yet to be fully understood. This study is a regional analysis of left-right forearm bone asymmetry. The radius shows asymmetry in the central upper to distal upper sections. The ulna shows asymmetry in the proximal lower to central lower sections. However, the average asymmetry of each section was less than 0.60 mm, and therefore, utilizing contralateral side data for patient-specific device development and CAS is feasible.
