        발달장애 아동의 치료를 위한 협업 공유 서비스 및 애플리케이션 제안

        Recently, due to the temporary closure and isolation of facilities for developmental disabilities due to the prolonged COVID-19, the pain suffered by consumers is getting worse, and there is no clear solution due to the lack of information on inpatient services. Therefore, there is a need for a service system that can prevent institutional and psychological problems for consumers. The purpose of this study is to provide systematic inpatient treatment guides, post-discharge management, and correct education for children with developmental disabilities and their guardians. After deriving the needs and improvement factors of consumers through domestic service case analysis, we conducted co-creation with end-users using the double diamond methodology. A possible service concept was derived. Accordingly, a collaborative sharing app service was proposed, and the usefulness of the service was confirmed through the usability evaluation and verification of various stakeholders. It is expected that the results of this study will be utilized in the development of an assistance system for the developmental disability ward based on user experience.

        일개 대학병원에서 시행한 최근 20년 간의 Pap smear 결과 분석

        Objective : To estimate the significance of the Pap smear as a screening tool for cervical cancer. Methods : A total of 79,840 Pap smear results peformed at Pusan Paik Hospital over the 20 year period from 1979 to 1998 were collected and analyzed. Results : The number of Pap smear cases increased markedly during this period, and the results as a whole were classified as of 96.4% normal and benign cytology, 2.2% pre-cancerous cytology, and 1.4% cervical cancer. The relative frequency of cervical cancer decreased from 1.6% in 1979 to 0.7% in 1998. About 64% of the Pap smears were distributed within the age range of 30 to 49 years, and the rate of cervical cancer increased with age, age of marriage and experience of childbirth (p<0.01). The overall agreement of Pap smear results with histologic diagnosis by one histologic degree was 92.7%(1,128/1,217) with 73 overestimated cases and 16 underestimated cases of Pap smear compared to histologic diagnosis. Conclusion : This result implies that the Pap smear is an excellent screening tool for cervical cancer with respect to both its scale and validity. Periodic and active Pap smear testing would be helpful for the secondary prevention of cervical cancer.

        18세기 초 잉글랜드 지주층의 경제 인식

        This thesis is to examine the economic awareness of the English landed class in the beginning of the eighteenth century. Roger North(1651-1734)’s Gentleman Accomptant(1714), a double-entry bookkeeping manual for nobilities and gentries, is mainly used to investigate the change in the landlords’ economic mentality. The landed have been described rather consistently, although difference in degree, as had accepted the market philosophy but only limitedly so due to their old genteel value which disdained extensive pursue of profit and involvement in the world of everyday labor. However, North’s Gentleman Accomptant suggests a possible adjustment to this widely accepted description of the English landed class. Its contents and context reveal that pecuniary interest was highly regarded in estate management that even some modification of the landlords’ genteel life style could be positively perceived. Double-entry bookkeeping is recommended although it demands the bookkeeper to spend considerable time and effort daily and interfere with trivial operations of his estate. Then double-entry would become an useful skill for landlords to maximize profit and to cope with the fatal threat of financial fraud. Stock-jobbing is particularly criticized because its innate conditions scrutinized are unfavorable to landlords’ economic interests. With the keen understanding of contemporary economic development, application of double-entry bookkeeping to estate management is an example of the landed class’ learning from commercial world for their own economic advantage. The landlords like such clearly displays developed capitalistic mentality in the age of early capitalism.

      • 역사문화미관지구 한옥의 현대적 디자인 표현경향에 관한 연구 -북촌의 숙박과 식음료공간 개조 사례를 중심으로-

        Bukchon was transformed into commercial areas and recently renovated traditional Korean hanok residential areas. Sets the internal and objectives, the scope of the study, and examined the flow chart and the way through the previous studies examined. Integrated analyzed to identify the trends and characteristics expressed through the case study of an old house modernized. Conclusions were drawn to the modern expression of the traditional tendency commercialized through a case study in. First, the cafe was able to see the changing trends in the field of communication break down the wall. Second, a guest house was then changed to a single space for each of the rooms. Arrangement with traditional courtyard, battlefield preservation, etc. are kept close to the same. Commercial facilities and excessive alteration of Bukchon, we propose regulatory changes as a powerful method for the problem in a different form.

      • 적응적 학습을 위한 협업 필터링 기반 추천시스템

        적응적 학습은 학습자의 요구에 따라 학습 자료를 적응적으로 제공해주는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 추천시스템을 사용한 적응적 학습 환경에서 학습자 개개인에 적합한 학습을 추천할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 제안하는 추천시스템은 학습자 프로파일과 학습주제사이의 연관성 프로파일을 이용한 협업 필터링을 사용하여 특정 학습자의 학습수준을 고려한 적응적 학습 콘텐츠를 제공하도록 한다. 그 결과 교육현장에서 발생하는 학습자를 고려한 수준별 콘텐츠 제공의 어려움을 해결하여, 학습자의 교육만족도 향상의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

        전통 천연염색의 소재와 매염제에 따른 색채 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the changes in colors through natural dyeing process and the methods which could be reproduced by modern materials and techniques. In the first place, we examined the types and methods of natural dyeing currently being used, and defined the methods and scope of the traditional dyeing with Naju Foundation of Natural Dyeing Cultural, a specialized organization, and then applied FITI-certified ISO materials for real dyeing. To derive colors based on more precise experiments and investigation, the dyeing was performed by a qualified natural dyeing research laboratory and 2 researchers as dyeing specialists. For the analytical frame of the results of this study, the color measurement was performed by using X-Rite Color i5 at D65/10 ̊based on L*a*b* coordinates. Munsell data were also collected by using iColor QC, a color program. In this study, the analyses were made based on Munsell coordinates which were more precise and understandable. Based on results of dyeing, more changes in colors were observed, depending on the type of standard campus, than changes in colors, depending on mordant dyeing material. Alum and non-mordant dyeing exhibited difference only in color fastness, and no significant change was observed in saturation and hue. However, iron mordant dyeing was found to show changes, particularly, in brightness even in same dyeing materials. Moreover, reference color was difficult to be determined for a considerable number of materials, depending on dyeing materials and canvas. The results of this study would provide useful basis for research on natural dyeing with higher precision and changing diversity, going beyond study on colors of natural dyeing which have been categorized and communicated vaguely by only the name of dyeing materials.

        성숙단계에 있는 작가 레지던시 프로그램의 확산마케팅에 관한 연구

        작가 복지제도의 하나로 탄생한 ARP(artist residency program)가 국내에 도입된 지도 30년이 지나 이젠 성년이다. 성년이면 꽃을 피워야 함에도 오히려 쇠락의 조짐을 보이고 있다. ARP의 역사가 100년이 넘는 미국은 꾸준히 증가추세를 보이고 있어 대조를 이룬다. 연구자들은 이점에 착안하여 ARP를 확산하는 마케팅을 연구하기로 한 것이다. 도입 후 30년이 지났기 때문에 기존의 확산이론에 근거한 모델은 한계가 있다고 보아 단절이론과 태도이론으로 보완한 ARP마케팅모델을 만들어 잠재작가인 미술대학 대학원학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 모델을 검증하였다. 검증결과 두 가지 흥미로운 점을 발견하였다. 시장도입 초기가 아닌 30년이 지난 현 시점에서도 잠재작가를 대상으로 할 때는 Rogers가 혁신의 속성으로 제안한 5가지 중 4가지가 여전히 유의미함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 사회제도 확산마케팅에서는 초기뿐만 아니라 성숙단계에 접어들었더라도 유의미하다고 할 수 있었다. 다만 30년이 지났기 때문에 Rogers의 원래 모델과는 달리 단절이론과 태도이론으로 보완될 때 확산이론에 근거한 마케팅모델은 더 유의미함을 연구결과는 말하고 있다. Artist residency programs(ARP) as an artist welfare policy has been in Korea for nearly 30 years. According to the product life cycle, aged 30s usually set in mature stages, but the number of ARP in Korea has recently been decreasing. On the contrast, the number of ARP in USA has steadily been increasing since its first adoption. This different phenomenon brought our attention and intrigued us to study ARP diffusion marketing. In this study, we presented the ARP marketing model based on three theories: Rogers" diffusion theory, Moore"s chasm theory, and Fishbein"s attitude theory. We also conducted a survey on graduate school students majoring in Fine Arts. Consequently, the result showed that among the five kinds of perceived innovation attributes of ARP, relative advantage, compatibility, observability, and complexity(-) significantly influenced on positive behavioral intention. This suggests that social programs" diffusion marketing models can be effectively designed even in mature stages, not merely in early stages. Moreover, this influence was significantly mediated by attitude and perceived gain.
