This study is a retrospective study to analyze the characteristics of refer consults and the characteristics of counseling patients by analyzing the current counseling status of the patients who were referred to the Referral Center among the patients who were admitted to the general ward and the emergency room in a tertiary hospital. The subjects of the study were 31,329 patients who were discharged from the hospital between January 2008 and December 2015. As a result, the number of requests for consultation to the Referral Center has been steadily increasing. The percentage of referred patients in the emergency room was higher than that in the hospitalized patients. There was a difference in the types of refer medical institutions such as the medical department, diagnosis name, medical care type, and whether or not to walk. The nurse of the Referral Center is required to provide information and service quickly considering the characteristics of the patient and the condition of the patient. This study is meaningful in that the present status and characteristics of the patients' counseling in the Tertiary Hospital Referral Center are grasped and it will be necessary to expand the area in the future and to study the current status of the medical institutions. 본 연구는 일개 상급종합병원에서 입원 및 응급실 치료를 받은 환자 중 진료협력팀으로 의뢰된 환자의 전원상담 현황을 분석하여 전원대상자의 특성 및 상담관련 특성을 파악하기 위한 후향적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 2008년 1월부터 2015년 12월까지 퇴원계획상담 기록지가 작성된 퇴원환자 31,329명의 전원관련 의무기록 내용으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 진료협력센터에 전원상담 의뢰하는 건수는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 상담 결과 약 70%가 전원을 진행했으며, 특히 응급실 환자의 경우 입원환자에 비해 전원비율이 높았다. 세부적으로는 진료과, 진단명, 의료보장형태, 퇴원 시 거동유무 등에 따라 전원상담 후 전원하는 의료기관종별에 차이가 있었다. 진료협력센터 간호사는 환자의 질병 특성 및 환자의 상태를 고려하여 신속한 전원관련 정보 및 서비스 제공이 요구된다. 본 연구는 상급종합병원 환자의 전원상담 현황 및 특성을 파악한 점에서 연구의 의의를 지니며, 향후 지역을 확대하고 더 많은 의료기관을 대상으로 하여 실제 전원현황이 어떻게 되고 있는지 파악을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

A Study on the Significance of Translation in Primo Levi s Work

아우슈비츠는 지배자인 나치가 피지배자들의 비인간화를 목적으로, 독일어 이외에 어떠한 언어의 소통도 금기시한 세계였다. 그러나 나치의 언어인 독일어의 권력 아래 무수히 많은 언어들이 이러한 금기의 벽에 틈을 내고 공존한다. 오직 지배자의 언어만이 절대적인 가치를 지니는 폐쇄적이고 한정된 공간 안에서 수감자들은 저마다의 수많은 모국어를 쏟아낸다. 프리모 레비는 바벨탑 이후 라거라는 특수 환경에 나타난 언어들의 혼종과 변형을 체험했으며, 소통을 위한 의지가 초언어적인 번역현상으로 나타나는 수용소의 현실을 주목했다. 번역은 언어경계의 허물어짐에서 나아가, 생존과 인간성 수호를 위해 적극적으로 생성과 변화를 거듭해나간다. 지배자와 피지배자들의 언어인 독일어와 라거은어 그리고 이디시어까지, 이질적인 언어들은 서로 영향을 주며 끝없이 변화와 혼종을 이어가는 생명력을 보여준다. 프리모 레비의 텍스트는 인간이 번역과 소통의 주체이자 증언자이며, 언어를 매개로 한 인간의 번역행위와 초언어적인 이해능력이 지배자에 대한 피지배자의 저항행위인 동시에 인간의 근원적인 소통의지임을 밝히고 있다. This article examines the characteristics and meaning of the act of translation through the prism of the work of Primo Levi, who witnessed its profound significance as a prisoner in Auschwitz. When translation is an act and a phenomenon that transcends the boundaries of human consciousness and language, the process and subject of translation and its result can also be grasped as the mutual movement between the human and the objective world. Under these conditions, people choose to translate in order to retain the sense of being ‘human’ in extreme situations, and sometimes engage in translation as a means of ideological resistance in a confrontation between the ruler and the ruled. In this context, this paper establishes that translation is not the act of simple linguistic substitution but a creative act that produces new meanings and possibilities that can help in the understanding of the human condition.

한강과 이정명 소설의 한국어원문과 이탈리아어번역텍스트 비교연구: 『소년이 온다』와 『별을 스치는 바람』을 중심으로

The Hankang’s Human Acts and Lee Jung-myung’s Winds Through Stars are texts that contain historical, political, and social specificities and have been translated into Atti umani and La guardia, il poeta e l’investigatore in Italy. The fact that these two translated texts won prestigious literary awards side by side proves that translators’ active translation activities not only improved the readability and understanding of the original text, but also tried to reproduce the literary nature of the original text in the translated text. In this paper, we will look at the translation phenomena and active translation attempts that occur when the original Korean texts Human Acts and Winds Through Stars with cultural heterogeneity and specificity are transferred to Italian translation texts. In addition, another purpose is to reveal the “possibility of translation” that the translator chose and expanded to enhance the understanding and acceptance of readers in the language culture. 한강의 『소년이 온다』와 이정명의 『별을 스치는 바람』은 역사적, 정치적, 사회적 특 수성을 내포한 텍스트로서, 이탈리아에서 Atti umani 와 La guardia, il poeta e l'investigatore 로 번역되었다. 이 두 번역텍스트가 나란히 저명한 문학상을 수상한 사실은 번역가들의 능동 적인 번역행위가 원문의 가독성과 이해를 높이는 데 그치지 않고 원문의 문학성을 번역텍스 트에서 재현하려 했음을 입증하는 것이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 문화적인 이질성과 특수성을 지닌 한국어원문『소년이 온다』와『별을 스치는 바람』이 이탈리아어번역텍스트로 옮겨질 때 발생하는 번역 현상과 능동적인 번역적 시도들 을 살펴보려 한다. 또한, 번역가가 도착어문화권 독자들의 이해와 수용성을 높이기 위해 선택 하고 확장시킨 ‘번역의 가능성’을 밝히는 것이 또 다른 목적이다.

벤야민과 아감벤의 관점에서 본 프리모 레비의 『이것이 인간인가』와 번역 그리고 번역하는 인간 연구

This article examines the phenomenon of translation and the resistance of humans trying to translate the humanity in If This is a Man of Primo Levi. This paper interprets the meaning of the translation verbally and trans-linguistically, paying attention to the communication and resistance spirit of the rulers as a condition of “human” with the value of the historical testimony of If This is a Man of Primo Levi. This article considers the translation of Hebraism and Diaspora, the ideological and cultural backgrounds of Levi and other Jewish people, as an important factor in grasping the specific implications. Based on this, we will examine the language of the concentration camp newly created from chaos of language from the view of Benjamin’s ‘Babel and language’, and examine how Agamben’s ‘Homo sacer’ is related to the translation act to protect the human mind.

홀로코스트 이후 기억은 ‘증언’을 구체화하는 인물과 사건의 정신적 기록이자 잠재적인 역사의 요소로서 중요성을 지닌다. 프리모 레비의 기억은 아우슈비츠 수용소의 체험을 중 심으로, 과거와 현재에 이르는 집단적 기억과 개인적 기억이 맞물린 세밀한 층위를 형성 한다. 본 논문은 프리모 레비(Primo Levi)의 세계를 이루는 기억의 두 가지 측면, 즉 디아 스포라로 표상되는 유대민족의 삶의 기억과 레비를 둘러싼 주변부와 잊힌 이들에 관한 기억이 연대기를 넘어 진실의 재현으로 나아가는 지점에 주목한다. 레비의 텍스트에 등장하 는 ‘기억’은 망각을 강요하는 세상에 ‘기억’으로 저항하는 레비의 의지를 나타내고, 그가 전하려는 기억의 의미와 새로운 증언의 영역을 확장시킨다. 레비의 주요 텍스트인 이것이 인간인가, 주기율표, 릴리트에 나타난 기억의 층위는 공식적인 역사에 기록되지 않은 디아스포라와 잊힌 이들 그리고 주변부에 대한 레비의 기억으로 세분화되어, 현재성 의 의미 안에서 진실을 재현하는 기억의 힘으로 작용한다.
