        항만세관 공무원의 직무만족도 향상방안 연구

        우리나라의 항만세관 감시행정은 무역의 특성상 24시간 쉬지 않고 운용되고 있으며 이러한 특수한 환경 속에서 관세국경 보호라는 막중한 임무를 해양수산직렬 공무원이 담당하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Herzberg의 2요소(동기․위생요인)과 Adams의 공정성 이론을 토대로 항만에 종사하는 관세청 공무원의 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 요인들을 검토하고, 설문조사를 통하여 직무만족 구성요인들이 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 어떤 직무만족도의 차이가 나타나는지 분석하였다. 더불어 전체 직무만족도에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 직무만족 구성요인을 파악하고, 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 항만세관에 종사하는 해양수산직렬 공무원의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 구체적인 방안들 을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 항만감시행정에 종사하는 세관공무원의 직무만족 저하요인을 찾아내어 이를 적절히 통제하고 조직구성 원들의 직무만족도를 향상시켜 튼튼한 경제, 안전한 사회라는 관세행정의 고유 목표 달성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Korea port customs surveillance of administration is operated around the 24 hours without a break in accordance with the characteristic of trade, in this specific environment, Ocean fisheries officials are performing this important duty. This research investigated various factors which might influence Korea Customs Service civil servants who are engaged in port, based on advanced researches on job satisfaction and Herzberg's two factors(motive ․ hygene factor), and analyzed the difference in job satisfaction in respect of job satisfaction composition according to Ocean fisheries officials at port customs sociodemographic characteristics through a survey. Also, the researcher comprehended the factors of job satisfaction which have the biggest influence on the whole job satisfaction. Based on the analysis result, The researcher expects that the results of this research can contribute to customs administration's inherent goal achievement by finding out customs civil servants' job satisfaction degradation factors, who are engaged in port surveillance of administration, and properly controlling them and improving organizational members' job satisfaction.

        The Effect of Calcium Sulfate on the Periodontal Healing of 2-Wall Intrabony Defects in Dogs

        성견의 2면 골내낭에서 calcium sulfate 이식이 치조골 및 백악질 재생 능력과 접합상피의 근단이동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 3마리 성견의 상하악 제3대구치 근심면을 연결하는 깊이 4mm, 너비 4mm의 2면 골내낭을 외과적으로 형성하고 calcium sulfate를 이식한 군을 시험군으로, 치은박리술만을 실시한 군을 대조군으로 설정하였다. 술후 8주후에 치유결과를 접합상피의 길이, 백악질 형성, 치조골 형성, 결합조직 유착으로 나누어 조직학적으로 비교 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 접합상피의 길이는 대조군에서 2.28mm, 실험군에서 0.51mm로 나타났으며, 대조군과 실험군간에 유의성 있는 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 2. 백악질 형성은 대조군에서 1.33mm, 실험군에서 2.59mm로 나타났으며, 대조군과 실험군간에 유의성 있는 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 3.치조골 형성은 대조군에서 1.02mm, 실험군에서 2.30mm로 나타났으며, 대조군과 실험군간에 유의성 있는 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 4. 결합조직 유착은 대조군에서 0.50mm, 실험군에서 1.14mm로 나타났으며, 대조군과 실험군간에 유의성 있는 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과를 본 실험상의 한계내에서 고려하여 볼 때, calcium sulfate는 2면 골내낭의 치주치료에 치조골 및 백악질 재생 효과가 있으며 안전하고 경제적인 골 이식재 재료로 사용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

        Das Urteil von 2003DA37326 ist ein zweifelhafter Rechtsfall, in dem der Angeklagte einen unzulässigen Zweck, d. h. den Zweck der ubertragung vom Leitungsmacht hatte. In Hinsicht auf die Emission der Wandelschuldverschreibungen mussen Unternehmen nicht nur ihre Sozialhaftungen sondern den Zweck der Erhaltung und der Verstarkung der Unternehmen harmonisieren. 1. Zum Schutz der Interessen von Aktieninhaber muss das Bezugsrecht den Aktienaren der Wandelschuldverschreibungen eingeraumt werden. 2. Wenn es um die Prüfung von der gerechten Emission von Wandelschuldverschreibung geht, müssen die Formel vom Gesellschaftsinteresse und der Hauptzweck der Emission als Prüfungsmaßstabe angewendet werden. 3. Ist Emission von Wandelschuldverschreibungen unter dem offensichtlichen ungerechten Zustand durchgefuhrt und die Struktur der Geschäftsleitung dadurch umgewandelt, ist die Emission nichtig. 4. Werden die Wandelschuldverschreibungen zum Zweck der Ubertragung von der Leitungsmacht ausgegeben, sollen die Emissionen hinsichtlich freier Willensbildung der Unternehmen gewährt werden. Gegen gesetzliche Verfahren und Vorschriften ist die Ausgabe allerdings nichtig. 5. Eine Emission von Wandelschuldverschreibungen, die aus dem unerheblichen rechtsfehlerhafteten Beschluss von Vorstandsmitglieder entschiedet worden ist, gilt die Emission als wirksam. Ist ein Drittschutz aber nicht benotigt, ist die Emission nichtig. 6. Trotz der Benachteilung der Wandlungspreise vom Aktienumtausch ist die Emission wirksam. 7. A us der Sicht des Urteils vom KorOGH ist die Frist der Nichtigkeitsklageeinrichtung als die Frist zur Behauptung der Nichtigkeitsgründe gleich angesehen. Diese Auslegung steht zum Beschleunigungsgrundsatz und der Streitgegenstandstheorie in Widerspruch. 8. In dieser Nichtigkeitsklage soll die Beweislast des Klagers erleitert werden. 9. Es ist zutreffend, dass die Emission von Wandelschuldverschreibungen als eine abstrakte Norm in der Satzung zu regeln ist. Die Vorstandsversammlung soll mit der Konkretisierung des Inhalts beauftragt werden, aber die Satzung muss den Aktionären die Emissionsmöglichkeit der Wandelleihe darstellen, damit die Aktionären voraussehen konnen.

        종설 : 말초동맥 질환의 최신지견

        Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is defined as atherosclerotic disease of infrarenal aorta or arteries of the lower extremities. PAD is a frequent but underdiagnosed and undertreated disease with substantial cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Accordingly, early recognition of PAD is crucial to initiation of therapy. The ankle-brachial index (ABI) is a simple, inexpensive and noninvasive test to confirm the diagnosis of PAD and also provides risk stratification for the future cardiovascular events. Therefore, ABI should be measured in all patients with suspected PAD. Lifestyle adjustment and supervised exercise program are a major support for the therapy. Modification of treatable risk factors in conjunction with antiplatelet therapy improves cardiovascular outcomes. Cilostazol can be used as the first-line pharmacotherapy agent for the relief of claudication symptoms. Mechanical revascularization should be reserved for patients with critical limb ischemia or lifestyle limiting claudication. Remarkable technological advances in endovascular treatment have shifted revascularization strategies from traditional open surgery toward lower-morbidity percutaneous endovascular treatments. The novel therapies for increasing pain-free walking distance are under investigation. Above all, improved awareness and education in both primary physicians and the patients with cardiovascular risk factors can decrease morbidity and mortality secondary to atherosclerotic vascular disease.       • Small Molecules and Polymers for Solution-Processed Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence OLEDs

        Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF)-assisted organic materials have attracted considerable attention in the field of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). TADF materials are constructed from pure organic entities without the use of any expensive noble metals, and thus, they are more affordable and have high molecular design flexibility. The maximum performance of vacuum processed TADF OLEDs is reported to be close to 40% in the blue and green regions. Recently, our laboratory is more interested in solution process device materials. In this presentation, I would like to introduce the soluble host and emitter materials (e.g. small molecules and polymers) recently researched and developed at KU- FPL, and the device results to which they are applied. Furthermore, I would like to briefly introduce the contents related to host-free, non-doped TADF-OLED.

      • 고소작업대의 파손된 선회대 고정볼트의 피로파손에 관한 연구

        The mobile elevated work platforms(MEWPs) consist of work platform, extension structure, and car, and it is a facility to move people to the work position. Accidents that are caused by fracture of the bolts fixing the extension structure and the turntable are increasing. In this study, fatigue failure and fatigue life of a turntable fixing bolt subjected to irregular fatigue load were analyzed by FEA. For this purpose, finite element modeling is proposed and structural analysis and fatigue analysis are performed simultaneously for fixing bolts. As a result of the structural analysis, it was confirmed that there is no risk of permanent deformation because the maximum stress acting on the fixing bolt is lower than the yield strength, and fatigue analysis was confirmed that the fatigue life(8.9137×10<SUP>4</SUP> cycles) is less than 1×10<SUP>5</SUP> cycles of the design standard. The fatigue analysis results of this study can be effectively utilized for the design of the MEWPs examining the fatigue life of the turntable fixing bolt.
